    This property was so clean. Everything was spotless. There were people cleaning all the time. Lobby,restaurant,restrooms and outside. They staff was the best. Always helpful, freindly friendly and professional. This staff is top notch. Bartenders Jorden and Justin were very nice and helpful. Front desk was professional and friendly. Carlos the shuttle driver was way more than a driver. He was like a tour guide. Hope he wears his cowboy hat next year too.

    The staff were friendly and nice! The sheets were disgusting. Hairs all in them. Didn’t look like they changed them from the last guest. The bathtub also had hair and dust all in it like it hadn’t been cleaned.

    Four star quality. Very efficient and kind staff at front desk. It was so busy but they stayed on top of everything helping everyone quickly and efficiently. Convenient shuttle.     The hotel itself and the staff are wonderful! The shuttle is very convenient. The room itself was not clean when we arrived. We went to the front desk and the poor woman had to come up to clean it for us, the bathroom was literally disgusting. Throughout our five night stay, the room was never vacuumed and the bathroom floor was never cleaned. In addition, the property now charges for parking this was not the case in the past kind of a bummer.

    We were there for the CMA at the Nissan stadium so that was only a 15 minute walk. The price was ok for what you got. The rooms are a good size and clean. We would stay here again. The breakfast was a very limited buffet. Could do with more variety. There is an area downstairs called a Bar and Grill restaurant however, again a very limited menu to choose from. Not even steaks on the menu.

    This hotel was excellent!!! It smelled clean as you walked in. Everyone was very friendly to be around and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend and stay here again. Oh and don’t forget the breakfast it was soooo good. ❤️

    Clean place all the way around. Friendly helpful staff during all hours. The saltwater pool and shuttle bus to downtown was a huge plus!! Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Didn't have one issue at all.

    Staff were lovely and property is well maintained for the most part. Breakfast was great, beds were clean and comfortable, nice view from the window in the room as well. There were a couple things wrong in the room, I think they should just get rid of the carpet, old stains all over it and the shower faucet was pulling off the wall in the shower. Just needs some small repairs, overall a great stay!

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The evening bar/grille was fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed a dip in the evening.     Overall a great stay, a fews things. (1) my family and I, we didn't receive breakfast, after paying for that with my app. I was told the breakfast was not included. It was 12.99ea. But it wasnt a big deal. (2) The swimming pool needs an extra clean to remove the brown stains. We still enjoyed the swim. I would stay there they again.

    Location was great, rooms were clean. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay and the way certain amenities were presented during booking. This may partly be a listing issue through Booking.com, but from a guest perspective the information felt somewhat misleading. When booking, the listing stated “on-site parking,” and several reviews also mentioned that parking was free. However, upon arrival we were informed that parking is $25 per night. For our stay, this added an unexpected $75 expense. After looking back at the listing, I did see where the $25 nightly charge is mentioned, but it requires additional clicking and scrolling to find. It would be helpful if this fee were displayed more clearly during the initial booking process so guests can fully understand the total cost upfront. The listing also referenced “breakfast,” which gave the impression that it was included with the stay. When we went to the breakfast area, we were asked for a ticket and were informed that breakfast is $12.99 per person. Similar to the parking fee, it would be beneficial if this were more clearly specified as a paid option rather than simply listed as an amenity. Additionally, during our stay the ice machine on our floor was out of order, and we had to call three times before extra towels were finally delivered to our room. Overall, the hotel itself was already a higher-priced stay, and the unexpected additional costs made the experience feel less worthwhile. My intention in sharing this feedback is simply to encourage clearer communication in the listing so guests can make fully informed decisions when booking.     This hotel was great! They had absolutely everything we needed. Coffee/tea in the room, fridge, microwave, a small store area, pool & restaurant with bar. The staff was some of the nicest I’ve come across in my travels. Justin the bartender was absolutely fantastic!!!! We came back after a hot day & thought we’d stop in for just one beer. Justin was so great we stayed for three each & ordered food. Was also just a great place to chat to other travelers. The free shuttle service to/from Broadway was also absolutely great. We did walk quite a few times which is about a 20/25 min walk but took the shuttle as well. The shuttle staff also are extremely friendly & helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

    Housekeeping would often come by later in the day after we had already returned from being out all morning and afternoon. Because of the timing, our room was rarely cleaned properly during our stay. I’m not sure if guests are required to specifically request morning housekeeping, but since we were out every morning, I assumed the room would be serviced during that time. Aside from the housekeeping issues, the hotel itself was okay overall for the price. However, if cleanliness and reliable room service are priorities for you, I would consider staying somewhere else.

    Room was fine, what you would expect. Good location, a couple of miles from major sites but they also have a shuttle bus. Lady at check in was really friendly.. They had introduced a 25usd parking charge since we booked in 2025. Contacted booking.com, who contacted hotel who agreed to refund this. Hotel said to contact reception but lady there was a bit offhand and said she couldn't do it, it had to be booking.com. she eventually gave me email address for parking management who did the refund. Breakfast is a bit basic for 13usd and uses far too much plastic which all went in same bin and presumably to landfill

    I appreciate the consistent quality of Holiday Inns, however, I do wish they would consistently offer breakfast as part of your stay. Breakfast is listed in the amenities, but is not included; a buffet breakfast can be purchased for an additional fee. The hotel was clean and the accommodations were quite comfortable with the exception of the small refrigerator not having a freezer section. One of the ADA doors was not functioning. The staff was not very friendly and gave incorrect information regarding both the breakfast which it turns out was not included and the shuttle to Broadway so I missed the last shuttle having been told it runs every half hour after 5 PM without the information that it only runs until 8:30 PM. This was the most expensive hotel I've stayed at for quite some time and I was disappointed to not receive the amenities I was promised on the phone for the considerable amount of money I paid.

    The location isn’t downtown, but that’s kind of a benefit because you can find food on that side of the bridge where you can actually park (if you go off-hours). The shuttle into town is such an amazing perk! The only reason I took off a star was that it is so noisy. You hear the interstate noise all night long, and every sound from neighboring rooms, so be sure to bring ear plugs!

    This place was very nice. Extremely clean and convenient. The parking charge was a bit excessive, but that is common now. Also, they had no laundry facilities (to do your own laundry), which struck me as odd. And when I asked the front desk where they were located (prior to knowing they didn’t have them), the gal working the desk was pretty short with me and seemed irritated that I was even asking. Other than that, it was great!

And it gave me back pain the time that I stayed there.     Very rude, unhelpful front desk staff. Our room didn’t have a remote control for the television. I called the front desk twice to ask for a remote to be told “we’ll get one right up.” Never received. When I asked the front desk about it in the morning at checkout, I was told it was probably just wrapped up in the made bed from housekeeping. It wasn’t. Of course I checked there. And I only stayed one night so the front desk’s response would seem to imply the bedding wasn’t changed out before my stay.

    The hotel has a shuttle that drops you of a couple blocks from the strip on Broadway. It runs on the hour from 10 to 5, then every half hour from 5 to 8:30. After that it's a $30 cab ride each way. The hotel bar was ok with a limited food menu, but still good. No other food or bar option within walking distance. The rooms were clean, but the daily room service was not the best. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet at a cost. We also had a later flight, so the hotel held our luggage for us in a secured room while we waited to leave for our flight after checkout. For some reason we did not receive an invoice when checking out, but we were billed correctly.

    Nice property with so many great, friendly staff. Customer service gal, Andrea was nothing short of amazing, but one front desk gal (Altavia) ruined a perfect score for the staff. She was very short with customers—gave abrupt “yes/no” answers, never smiled or thanked anyone— had to wonder how bad she dislikes her job! Other than that one gal, the experience was great. Breakfast is super for the price, rooms are nice/clean & the beds are fantastic. Shuttle drivers both friendly.

    Charged for breakfast and parking. The happy hour was nice. Pool wasn’t bad but missed a hot tub. The room was not bad but the room was only cleaned the first day of the four we stayed! The room didn’t smell bad but the was a weed smell in the lobby and elevators.

    Great location for going downtown! About a 5 min drive or shuttle ride to Broadway. Keep in mind, if you drive downtown, parking is very expensive. It was $35 for 2 hours when we were there in end of Feb. There also is a parking fee of $25/night at the hotel. Breakfast is not complimentary at this Holiday Inn, unlike other HI’s in the area, so that was disappointing. Rooms were decent and clean and staff was friendly. All in all, a much more economical hotel for the area and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there in the future.

    Before booking, make sure you understand this is near the stadium and not broadway. For example, there is a Holiday Inn-Broadway that’s closer. I made the mistake of being dropped off there and had to be taken to this hotel (as it’s the one I booked). To sum it up, the hotel was good.

    Loved our entire stay. It’s in a very central location right off the expressway with and not too far from major attractions. Every time we walked into the lobby we couldn’t help but to say how good it smelled, whatever scent is being used in the lobby needs to keep being used. Our room was nice, comfortable and spacious. We chose the city view room, which was very aesthetically pleasing. Whenever we’re back in Nashville this will definitely be our go to when choosing somewhere to stay!

    The most positive was it was clean. We got there about 20 minutes before 3 o’clock and was offered an early check-in if I signed up for membership when I said no, she told me to come back after 3 o’clock, because my room was not ready. The person behind me actually signed up for the membership and was given her room immediately.

    Rooms a bit dated, fan in the bathroom hadn’t been clean in a loooong time. Bathtub falling apart with chips and stains. Various floors smell like weed. Food at the restaurant is average at its best. Also, parking is no longer free. $25 a night. With the many options available in the area, I will probably not stay here again.

    Called before making the reservation online and was told there were laundry facilities onsite. When we checked in and called the desk to ask which floor laundry was located on, they told us there was only an offsite laundry mat. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Tried to call Holiday Inn customer service twice and both times was disconnected when being transferred. When we finally laid down, there were kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. Checked out after only being there less than an hour and will not be back.

    Our only complaint was a hidden $25/day parking fee for a non-secure surface lot. There was no mention of parking fee when I booked the room and even today it is buried deep on the hotel website. We have stayed here before and there was never a fee to park. This notice needs to be added plainly visible to the Expedia page for the hotel.

    Check in was smooth. View from room was nice. Location is in a sketchy area. Room was ok though beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been and the tub/shower was tiny. It was fine for the one night we needed it. I would not stay there again.

    Everything was great except for a couple of things. The rooms were comfortable and the front desk service was very good. The bartenders were friendly. Only drawbacks were that we laid towels in the hallway to get exchanged and they were collected but no new ones were given. I could have probably communicated better. The other was that there was a couple checking in before us and they were having problems with their cards. That caused about a 15 minute wait for several folks. The couple was given breakfast vouchers for their troubles but nobody else was. The breakfast itself isn’t worth the $13 price. Standard hot continental

    Night staff had trouble finding our reservation. Our hotel door did not lock and the bathroom in our bedroom had a weird blood spot on roof. The Wi-Fi was not operating. On the positive side, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The HBO channels were ample and the TV was a good size. In the morning heading to breakfast we were charged 50 dollars(for our family of 4), even though the Expedia app breakfast was listed as included(kids eat free Hilton). When I approached the staff, they said I was suppose to mark that I wanted breakfast for additional $29.00 even though I didn’t see that option on the app. The front desk lady showed me the website for Expedia and where I was “suppose to mark 29.00 for breakfast”which looked completely different from the app. Not to mention is price gouging because it’s more online than in person. It’s frustrating to deal with Hiltons tricky pricing. For example, if you book directly with Hilton, there is a 50 processing fee and 18.17 tax fee but on Expedia app there is no fee make the room 60 dollars cheaper. Adding the weird breakfast policy to squeeze more money out of your guests is so unnecessary and greedy.

    Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and appeared to be well-maintained. My only complaint is the bed was hard and felt like a very inexpensive model. It creaked when we moved and you cpuld feel the springs. At least add a big fat pillow topper to help.

    The room was great comfy bed. Checkin a breeze and Shini was so sweet telling us how to catch the shuttle to the Broadway.     The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Nashville. The free shuttle bus to Broadway is brilliant and Randal, the driver was so friendly and knowledgeable.     We asked the front desk if there was a nearby ATM but they looked confused and said they didn’t know of one. Later that evening before heading downtown to go to a restaurant we found the ATM right in the hotel lobby just feet away from the front desk heading towards the elevators. Apparently some front end staff members had no idea you do in fact have an ATM in the lobby. We were very surprised and relieved as we didn’t want to drive around town looking for one before our Uber driver picked us up for our dinner reservation that night. The room had noticeable stain on the carpet and the carpet near the bed was wet. We never got a receipt for our 2 night stay explaining all fees the hotel charged as we were surprised the overall cost was more than expected. It should have been provided before leaving or online as we booked with Expedia. Other hotels we’ve been to slipped our hotel receipt simply under our hotel door beforehand.

    We stayed here for a visit to nashville. It was nice because they had a shuttle that went down to Printers Alley. We did not use it we were able to walk it was about 28 minutes each way. The room was big and clean. The free parking and free Wi-Fi were great.

    Nice hotel the only complaints about it was that the room smelled like a pack of cigarettes and the shower wasn’t the best pressure wise. Good view of downtown for the money. The staff at the front desk were very nice told me and my girlfriend the amenities. Loved the free parking very convenient for us.     Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. The bathroom door latch was broken and the water pressure is horrible. We could barely get more than a trickle out of the sink in the bathroom. But, the location was nice and the facility felt safe and clean. Other than the water pressure, we would recommend.

    We loved the daily free shuttle to broadway. The check in guy “bald angel” was friendly and great. Housekeeping never came one of the days and not much hot water on one of the nights. Gas station across the street. Easy to get uber to/from airport and broadway. Would stay here again. Pool, but no hot tub. Enjoyed the hotel. Clean and comfortable.

    I loved my week-long stay here. Management are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Angel, who is one of the managers, has fantastic recommendations for exploring the city and is always very helpful and great to talk to. The gym has all of the equipment needed for cardio/strength training and Pilates. The bar is also fantastic and their food and drinks are great.

    The staff at the hotel were very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The bar and restaurant was a highlight for the hotel, drinks, food and staff were great. However, housekeeping was very lacking; I stayed 4 nights and on three days I had to ask for my room to have fresh towels and the trash emptied. Didn't care if my bed was changed, but to not have had the trash emptied was not acceptable. Hotel is nice and staff was lovey, but they definitely need some help with the housekeepimg staff.

    Didn’t get housekeeping for a day. Had to complain. Blood on my bedding was told they don’t have any extra bedding. Went to desk to ask for towels and coffee for the next day. I had to take towels and coffee up to my room, apparently they don’t have enough staff. Though the shuttle service was excellent. 13.00 dollars for continental breakfast. I would not stay there again.

    HVAC. The AC ran all night long, no matter what I set the temp at. Even with the temp set at 75, the unit blew cold air all night long. I couldn’t change the fan settings, change it from cool to heat, nothing worked. At 4:00am I finally turned the unit off. I froze to death all night long.

When I didn’t receive housekeeping after the first night’s stay, I had to ask for towels the 2nd day. Garbages, towels, etc were not done until 3rd day. I was there for 6 nights.     The hotel allowed for easy access to everything. You’re right off the interstate. At first I was concerned as it appears the area is somewhat deserted.however it appears gentrification is happening around the area. The hotel is example of don’t judge a book by its cover. The building outside needs a wash down and fresh coat of paint but it appears they are doing some renovations because the inside is really modern and nice. The only complaint I had was Saturday night it was sirens either police or ambulance all night until the crack of dawn. Not hotel fault but if this is a problem with hearing traffic don’t stay.

    We stayed on a Tues/Wed., Room was very nice and clean, bathroom is big, beds were firm, but soft and comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. The refrigerator worked good along with the microwave and coffee maker. The A/C was good, outside air temperature was 99F and the room was 72F. We bring a box fan along for noise control and this made it really comfortable and the room got cooler as the night temperature dropped. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The lounge and bar were very nice and (Shasta) the bartender was great. Didn't get to use the pool or gym but they looked nice. The parking was great and the shuttle to downtown Nashville was a big plus. The two drivers we met were great, just wish it ran a couple of hours later (last run was 8:30PM). But you can always get an Uber back to the hotel.

    My largest complaint is that our tv was barely working. I mentioned it three seperate times willing to work it out any way possible but was hnable to get this reolved. Ive been in 50 dollar hotels with better qualities

    Property is not in the best neighborhood but they provide free parking and offer a free shuttle downtown. Check in staff and shuttle driver were very nice. Rooms were clean but had a nasty smell when we first arrived. We sprayed out Lysol and was fine.

    The room was much larger than I thought! It was also very clean. The hallways of the floor we were on also smelled really nice like it was being consistently cleaned! The staff were also very welcoming each time we came into the hotel. The shuttle was also very nice even though it only fit about eight to nine people at a time. Our room was also very quiet at night! However I do have some suggestions! There is no bath mat in the tub of the bathroom in our room or on the floor outside of the shower. This made both the inside of the shower and outside very slick and we had to use towels to put them on the floor. Also, the grassy areas of the parking lot are full of holes that are covered by grass. The parking lot was full at night after parking so I used the grassy area to walk on and fell into a hole that was there and sprained my ankle which caused me to wear an ankle brace to our destination that we had to walk to. Despite these things though, our stay was very good and I would definitely book here again!

    I've stayed here before when it was the Clarion so I knew what to expect with the neighborhood but this is a nice hotel that is budget friendly and walkable to Broadway if you wanted to.

    They had a dhuttle to downtown every hour. Everyone one was very friendly and accommadating. Our only complaint is that it took forever for the shower to get warm, and by the third shower it was very cold again.

    Pleased with everything except the shuttle. Be advised…it stops running at 8:30 pm so if you are depending on it to get you home from Broadway plan an early evening.
