    Staff was friendly and accommodating. The full breakfast was so great and well run! Only one minor negative our window blind was broken before check in. We requested it to be looked at twice and it's still broken/was never looked at. No fault of the property at all but that uphill climb at the end of the day is rough. For folks who need to put on make up the bathroom is really bright but the lighting elsewhere is lacking.

    The location of the hotel was ideal. Not too far of a walk from Broadway and very manageable! Had no issues checking into the hotel super late one night but the next morning we noticed our room was not clean cleaned. Mention this via text with the automated system, and the issues were only partially fixed. Beware of the faulty smoke detectors. Was hit with a $350 charge and no way to prove that we didn’t smoke in the room now that we are back home. They solely trust the sensors and don’t come up to check/back up the allegation. Super disappointed in the Holiday Inn express for blindly believing this.

    The hotel was a perfect location to walk to the bars and local music. We did utilize a parking garage because the parking was valet and so expensive! Otherwise, beautiful facility, great breakfast and great location for walking around downtown.

    Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent. On the first morning, housekeeping knocked at 8 AM before we had even left, and they never returned. The next day we were out until after 4 PM and the room still wasn’t serviced. After calling the front desk twice, someone finally came around 6 PM. Breakfast: Breakfast was hit or miss. Bananas were green every day. On the first morning, the eggs had no flavor and half the oatmeal was undercooked. The second day was better — the oatmeal was cooked properly and the cheese omelettes were good. Overall, breakfast was fair. Evening Appetizers: Stopped by the bar two nights. The first night the cheese and crackers were mostly gone, but the second night they had pigs in a blanket that were pretty good. Parking: Valet parking is required. I prepaid when booking, and the valet team was quick to bring the car whenever needed, though I would have preferred the option to retrieve it myself.

    Front desk was not overly thrilled to assist with questions we had, they just seemed like it was a chore to get us checked in or checked out. I ask for a receipt and breakdown of the charges upon check out and the desk clerk just acted like it was a hassle to provide it. Would likely find some where else next time to stay. Otherwise it was ok. Breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming.

    The windows are not sound proof and the traffic on Broadway goes till all hours of night and early morning! Wishes that queen beds were offered! Breakfast was the same for 3 days, would have liked another option for meat and eggs and potatoes on 3rd day. Pool was very refreshing and the evening snacks was great!!

    From the moment we went to check in the workers were amazing! The hotel was great, clean and finally we got a hotel that had great mattresses. We slept so good and didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. We also had a late checkout and for once they communicated it with the housekeeping so no one came pounding on our door. This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time.

    I did not like that they only had valet parking did not give you a choice and behind the building is paid parking and they said you could park there but they don know of your car can stay all night or had any information about the parking behind their building.     Antila saw how upset I was and immediately stepped in to help. Even though my room wasn’t ready, she went above and beyond by allowing me to use the hotel’s dryer without any hassle so I could dry my belongings. Her kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference after a long travel day. Every day I saw her, she was happy, smiling, and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. My room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable. Excellent customer service and hospitality all around. I would definitely stay here again!

    All the employees I was in contact with were all super helpful. When we first arrived to the room we found the soap holder in the shower had fallen off. When we went down to tell the staff at the front desk they were able to get it taken care of very quickly. The employee that came into the room to fix it was super nice, professional, and respectful of the space since my sister and I were in the room.

    Our check-in was good but the elevator to our floor would not work and some other guests said it did the same thing the day before. Our room air conditioning would not work even after service. We were moved to new room and the air conditioner there worked inconsistently. We went to a manager's get-together and the food was cold. The next day the water was cut off for 5 hours. The parking was by valet only and was extremely costly - $129.00 for 40 hours of parking.

    Breakfast was ok not much of a selection. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very outdated, bathroom sink drain slow as well as the shower. Walls are thin so you hear everything. Very noisy at night. The manager reception is a joke. Don’t bother going there is one protein (very spicy wings or pig in the blanket or mozzarella cheese mini meatballs or barbecue meatballs), one vegetable celery or cherry tomatoes. The mixed drinks are very expensive for a six ounce glass.

    I was charged for a false smoke detection. They insisted that i was smoking vaping or using marijuana. I don't do any of those things. I am so very upset with this hotel never will I ever recommend or stay here. I argued to no avail. They insisted that I smoked something in the room. Very unprofessional. They're monitor is wrong. I can't prove that I didn't do any of these things when I'm in another state. .

    Awful stay. Room was dirty, A/C has never been cleaned so a sore throat the whole time. We got charged day 4 for smoking in our room, we don't smoke and never have. They refused to look into it or remove the charge, thankfully our MasterCard stopped they're payment and will dispute it going forward with them. Could not provide an itemized list of items purchased from their store and they have very little concern of who's buying what on who's room. Parking is Valet only, and they fail to mention it'll cost $65USD a day, then the valet boys sit out front counting their cash in front of everyone going by. The icing on the cake was a shooting outside while we were there. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone or the chain for that matter.

    Overall our stay was good. The room was nice and modern. One bed was missing the decorative piece that hides the mattress frame but it did not bother me. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff was friendly, valet was helpful and the breakfast was fresh. My only complaint was our room door did not sit flush to the floor and I could hear every noise in the hallway.

    Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The included valet parking was fantastic and convenient (my favorite perk!!)! Easy walk to downtown and about 15ish mins to Nissan stadium. Breakfast was hot and your typical selections were available. Stayed here a few years ago and would stay again.     Just spent the weekend, 5/8 - 5/11/26. Staff is great! Location is good..."up the hill" from most of the popular spots on Broadway. Pretty noisy though - road noise is awful. Not people, but cars with muffler issues (sarcasm), motorcyles, trucks....seems to be a spot where everyone races to get out of the bars/restaurant area. They put white noise machines in the rooms which is a nice thought, but not much help. Breakfast was ok. All the basics - toast, pancake machine, yogurts, pastries, premade egg things. Afternoon bar area is open around 4 with some complimentary apps and a very limited bar - entertainment was nice. Overall, not bad for the price.

    We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was in a great location. Within walking distance to. Broadway and other attractions. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. Complimentary breakfast had many choices, We would definitely stay there again in the future. Great value for the price.

    The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was awesome. The only bummers were the elevators kept going out. A lady got stuck in 1 for a good bit. Also, the pool was closed. We came in the first part of May so it was the wrong season but we’re from Alaska. It was hot for us. We’d stay again.

They charge $65 a night than the valets wanted tips every time they brought the car. With what they charge tips should be included.

    The hotel was great, we enjoyed the happy hour with live music and appetizers from 4-6p daily was a great addition. Breakfast was good with lots of seating. It was an easy 10min walk to all the bars and fun on Broadway. I would definitely stay here again for the amenities and close proximity to downtown bars.

    This is a great location if you want to just walk up the road to all the attractions! The free breakfast was good and the amenities were all nice, clean, and comfortable. The area is very safe and the only thing that’s worth mentioning that might be a negative is that at night time if you are facing Broadway it gets pretty loud with car activity. We stayed up pretty late so it wasn’t too bad but if noise is an issue for you, you might want to book farther away or ask for a room not on that side of the hotel. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely book again if we were ever in Nashville.

    We were put into a handicap room and we're told that that was the information they got from Expedia. We did not order a handicap room. We ordered a room with two queen size beds. The shower was open for a handicap person and when you turned on the shower the entire room flooded. We had to discuss this with management who did not want to return any funds to us because we got our room from Expedia. They finally agreed to return one-night stay, but stated we had to get our funds back from Expedia.

    Breakfast seemed like it was never fully out. Something always missing. Room cleanliness was ok, had to wipe down the table and microwave due to fingerprints and sticky cup rings. Requested the room be refreshed but staff came later in the day while we were in the room and had to pass by. Having to valet the car every time was not very convenient. Staff were nice.

I would find a different hotel next because of the noises from next door and from outside. There was much night time noises coming through the window.     Nice clean room and very large, a tot quiet hotel. Breakfast everyday was great. Not far from Broadway so this hotel was a great location. The staff were very helpful, the room was cleaned everyday. I would recommend that they offer some softer (feather) pillows to sleep on and a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom.

    What made the situation even more concerning was how it was handled. I asked about transferring to another hotel within the same chain, and suddenly our room was “ready.” This made the delay feel avoidable and poorly managed. Hours past checking in, when leaving to go have dinner the waiting room was still packed with people waiting for their rooms. The hotel staff was not helpful in resolving the situation. Expedia attempted multiple times to contact the hotel to assist in resolving the issue, but they were unable to get a response or meaningful communication from the property. That level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and have never experienced a check-in process handled this poorly. Unfortunately, this set a negative tone for the entire stay. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage travelers to consider other hotel options or chains that prioritize organization, communication, and guest service.

    Room condition was less than desirable. Bathroom doors looked like they were rusty and just painted over. Furniture/chair were stained and could not be used because of uncleanliness.

    The staff was courteous. On Monday night I stayed in a Marriott facility and it was filthy. I didn't have shower shoes and they put me in a handicapped room so I couldn't shower - had to take a sink bath - because I could not bear to have my feet touch the nasty shower floor. Your room was much clear and I was able to enjoy a shower. The staff were all very kind!

    Bathtub/shower drain was very slow, stood in 3” of water the whole time in shower. All hot food for breakfast was just a little over lukewarm. The room itself was good, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great, very nice as always. Will stay there again.

    The room was good and the black out shades were wonderful. It was also quiet. Things to improve: The wall heating/cooling unit was a bit loud and drafty at the bed closest to it, cleaning staff knocked on my door at 9:05, before breakfast was even over, and I wish there were recycling bins and compostable food service items throughout.

    In the email received from Expedia the quote reads: "Parking is not included in theExpedia charge unless you specifically book a parking package." While I was charged for and did pay for the parking package in Expedia ($37), informed the desk attendant of the same and was assured this was good after being told that the parking at the hotel was $55 but this would not be an issue since I got the parking package through Expedia, my final charge included another $63.47 for parking.     Room heater did not work. Had to switch rooms because of it. Toilet lever was iffy in the second room. Hotel does not have a generator and was not equipped to handle a power outage that was an imitate threat due to the weather. We had to leave early due to the weather and ill equipped conditions of the hotel and they refused to refund our last night. To add insult to injury they “graciously” waived our check early fee of $150.00 which was even more than the nightly rate for the room if we would have stayed.

    Hotel facilities, room, and location were all good. However, the Expedia listing of the hotel was not accurate. It indicated that there was self-parking and there was valet only.     We stayed in room 622. Room was pretty spacious and clean. The only complaints were the ironing board was broken (forgot to let them know about it), the bathroom door was kinda ghetto and the bathroom doorway seemed a little narrow. We totally loved that there was a microwave in the room. Not too many hotels offer that anymore. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay because we were only a 5 minute walk away from honky tonk highway among other things in the area. It was a good 3 night stay.

    The room smelt like cigarettes and the staff never threw our trash away from the trash can. Our trash was filled to the top and overfilling. Instead of giving us new towels they just refilled our old used towels. Though the staff was nice and breakfast was okay. Try going else if you want a better stay.

    Started with lack of self-park around the area for a decent price. Then when I finally decided to use valet, they told me the garage is full so I still need to self-park, which turned out to be cheaper. Had considered cancelling the second night of the 2-day stay due to inconvenient parking situation, but didn't want to waste time looking for another hotel. Comes 2am… have not been able to fall asleep since 11:30pm due to intentional cars gunning the engines at the intersection as well as loud music. I expected the property to invest in better sound-proofing windows and walls since we're in downtown. By 3am, I finally decided to take the hit and cancel the second night, since I had planned a 3 hour drive to Knoxville and then back; now it'll just be one way trip. Checked out the next morning with lack of sleep, but the reservation remained active. Not going to expect refund since I booked via third-party. Taking it as lesson learned.

    Great location! Walk to Broadway strip, quick walk to the Bridgestone hockey arena, and the Nissan football stadium.     The room was a little 'tired', mismatched paint touch up on the bathroom door, and mattress was misshapen, for example. At check in they force a $75 per day damage deposit. I used the express checkout they offered, and said a copy of my bill would be sent to my email. It's been 2 days since checkout, and I still have not received an email with my bill, even after requesting it yesterday and being told again it would be sent. This feels really 'scammy'. I felt their valet charge was ridiculous as well, as they charged $150 for a total of 38 hours. The location is great...but I wouldn't stay here again.

    The front desk was rude. Checked in for two rooms - booked rooms months in advance. First room checked in easy. Second room they stated the wrong name that was on the booking for the second room. I proceed to tell her that’s wrong and pulled out the app to show her the correct name. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge she was wrong and was rude. Then asked for “an ID” for the room. Show her my ID with the same last name as the person listed for the second room. She then proceeds to ask if “… is here” so she can see his ID since his name is on the booking. Then ask for a specific ID!! The hotel room shower wouldn’t produce warm water and it leaked. Also a church bell rang multiple times in the morning which was loud and interrupted sleep. The only good thing about the stay was it’s convenient location to broadway and the valet lady’s service.

    Shower curtain rods need lowered so curtain covers whole shower and keeps water contained and maids could keep doors from slamming while cleaning.

    This hotel was awesome!! From the day I got there the front desk got me in early. The room was great and clean. Loved everything about the breakfast. I ate on days I wasn't even hungry! The evening reception was great with meatballs and chicken wings. Check out was easy. Loved the communication checking in with me during my stay and after asking if all was OK. I WILL be back!! We go to Nashville whenever we can and this is out "go to" place to stay. Trust me...stay here!!! Close enough to downtown that we walked eve day. And I'm 66 years old. Loved the place.

    The room was spotless, the staff was absolutely amazing. Mercades was very helpful and friendly and our valet that checked us in was also very helpful and friendly! The location is super convenient with anything you could possibly want nearby.Absolutely recommend and will 100% use them in the future if we stay around there again.

    Customer service from the desk to the Valet parking my car & retrieving each time that was a first for me. The live music at the front & night treats the Breakfast bar was delicious & a lot of variety along with nice staff that will retrieve your empty plates & keep table wiped off.

    Drain in bathtub clogged, tried to tell staff but that person didnt speak English. Towels and washcloths had to be obtained from front desk, never replaced by staff. We had to purchase lysol wipes ond clean upon arrival. Blood or feces splashed on bathroom wall...you're welcome for cleaning it up. Soap and shampoo were empty in shower. Just overall dirty and outdated. We are so disappointed, too much money for sub-par room/service. Breakfast was very good and excellent staff in the area. Vallet had computer glitch or something so unable to get vehicle without going down to request it. Parking is way too expensive!!!!!! We won't be back and will not recommend!

    Perfect location, spotless rooms and hotel, delicious breakfast with the most options I’ve ever seen, comfy bed, friendly & helpful staff, luggage storage, well-stocked “convenience”items for sale. We loved the coffee and tea available 24 hours. Wonderful area to relax and socialize near coffee. Live music.

    It had all we needed. It was clean and staff was friendly. The AC kicked off and on like most hotels — bit annoying Breakfast daily was nice. It’s a no frills hotel which for Nashville is perfect because no one is spending time in hotel anyway

    We had an event at the Pinnacle which was a block away. Loved the fact that the museum was across the street. It was easy to get to off the freeway. Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds, very clean and liked the breakfast and evening treats with music. Would recommend staying here.

    We stayed for 5 nights. There was Construction going on across the street, really loud, and at night. Hot water worked like 60% of the time. Food was good. Hotel staff inside the hotel were great, vallet staff is a problem! Definitely wouldnt stay here with a car. Other guest were complaining there car was broken in too.
