The staff, first and foremost was super friendly and efficient. This property is modern and clean with an attractive lobby. It is well located especially near where I was doing business. I do not have enough status with Hilton so I do not know if they have a morning coffee area setup for high Honors members. I'm not a big fan of in-room coffee makers so had to go to the coffee bar at the entrance to the restaurant to buy overpriced Starbucks brand coffee from the wait staff. That should be a different, more efficient (and free) set up.

Nice hotel. Beds were soft but not soft enough. The hotel needs the fountains to refill water bottles. The lighting in the rooms is terrible need more brighter lighting. Staff was friendly. Seemed dead around the area.

Morning coffee bar was great, room was comfy and clean & the location was perfect. Quiet nights sleep! The carpark next door for my reveal car was easy and convenient. I expected a full proper restaurant so the simple buffet only was a bit of a downer. But to be fair there are brilliant breakfast options very nearby. I will definitely stay again. Thank you. The lack of a proper restaurant. I wanted to use the laundry service but was told housekeeping would not pick it up at my room and I must bring my laundry downstairs. I was also told it may not be finished for same day service even though I had it ready at 6:30am. In the end I decided not to use the service.

We had a suite and although we had a microwave there was no cutlery or crockery. I thought the suite could have been better equipped. The suite was clean and the bathroom was lovely.

The staff, especially at the front desk, are never there. And there’s no way to get their attention. The rooms are average. They do not replenish anything during your stay. The breakfast is awful. It’s only $22 but still not worth it. The restaurant staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly. They also don’t like to replenish anything. There are lots of hotels close to this one. I am going to stay at one of those next time.

This was during the ice storm in Nashville. The staff did a great job handling the chaos. There were some staff that went above and beyond - Gary and Paris. Sewer smell in room. Everyone brought their dogs - saw two dogs fighting while there and also watched one pee in the lobby.

staff great, rooms were clean. Had trouble exiting the garage - ticket was returned with message about using another machine instead (there is only one). Also, Starbucks isn't a real starbucks and our drinks were terrible. I literally just threw mine away after tasting it.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 during the ice storm that left 50% of Nashvillians without heat and electricity in single digit temperatures for many days. The hotel became fully booked quickly. The dedicated staff did an excellent job accommodating guests’ needs in a professional manner. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. First class!

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. It was very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They have live music at the bar at night. I would definitely stay here again. You have to have your room key to exit the parking garage. Not an issue unless you check out and leave the key at the desk.

Housekeeping was terrible Not thorough and came at 3:45pm when I asked for early clean and was gone at 7:15 am. This was repeated several times. Inefficient vacuuming, didn’t replace waters and didn’t properly refill coffee supplies. O have stayed here MANY times and this stay was far from the best

On Friday, a wildly important package was delivered to the hotel for me. Proof of deliver said “Hilton.” I called and expected this to be an easy find. I was wrong. Hotel staff said it wasn’t at the dock, the front desk. Engineering didn’t have it. Meetings didn’t have it. It wasn’t in the log and according to the hotel, anything that has a guests name on it is added to the log. I called all weekend looking for updates and seeing if they found it, to no avail. Miss K and Paris had absolutely no idea where it was despite saying it was delivered. Upon arrival I asked Miss K if I could go down to the dock and look for it with her and she said “absolutely not…” So that was that. A disappearing package into the dark hole that is the Hilton Green Hills. UNTIL.. the next morning. The day I need the package, the new staff at the front desk remarks- “oh yeah, I think I remember seeing that Friday.” The head of engineering heads down to spoken known location and returns with the package. How communication and process for taking packages at this hotel could be terrible that it out my job in jeopardy is unacceptable. Nothing was ever logged. There was no landing spot for all packages. One person knew where it was and I was lucky he was there that morning. Lastly, hotels.com offers an executive floor for a higher rate, but there is no lounge. It. O longer exists. Correct that?

this was a nice quiet hotel ...we ha a quick stay...but this is a nice area of Nashville. The room was clean and bed was great! I like the shower glass door and not a curtain...but the towel hook was in the wrong area and you couldn't grab you towel without opening the door and stepping out of the shower. The only other negative was the water pressure was lousy.

This hotel is located in a quiet more affluent part of Nashville. It is well decorated, clean and the staff are all polite. The only downside is the Uber charges, this hotel is not located close to downtown, and depending on the time of day, the Uber fees can be quite costly. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and I would certainly stay here again.

We had brunch on Saturday, and it was delicious! I had the crab meat avocado toast. Yum! Staff was very helpful whenever I asked questions. Parking was easy to access. The road leading to the hotel is horrible; needs repairs badly. Pot holes everywhere. I know hotel isn't responsible for that, but it was annoying. Ac wasn't working at rooftop bar, so that was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Briefly, when we got there, the room was not ready. After an hour and a half wait they got us in. There were dirty coffee cups in the room when we checked in. Housekeeping did not remove them the whole time we were there. Our room door was left open after the housekeeping crew was there the first day. A water pipe broke and we had to change rooms. The room we changed to the toilet didn’t work and we had to go to a third room.

AC was weird in the room, it just wouldn't get quite cool enough for me, and seemed to be off unless I was moving around which doesn't work so well at night. Roof top bar was lovely, but they don't have enough glassware to serve people (plastic because of pool) Bartender up there was magnificent. didn't pay attention checking but you have to use your room card to get to the floor you want, so had a moment or two of confusion about that.

The room itself was fine, though I don't understand the current climate of not having a normal door to the bathroom. The lower rating is because you get nickel and dimed over everything else. Parking's not included, no complimentary breakfast, etc. Seems silly for how much the rooms cost. Also, I was charged someone else's dinner during my stay and had to contact them four separate times to get back the money they stole from me.

You cannot get a late check out either, I called down to ask as our wedding had a brunch until 12. After being hung up on and calling back we were told check out is at 11 or you pay $65 to stay longer. Even though this was the location of the wedding party’s room no one seemed to know anything about it. The shuttle to the venue was from here yet they weren’t allowed to pick up out front and there was no direction from the staff where to meet the shuttle, very confusing for guests. On our way to check out two women working the front desk were talking about the way they had gotten in a different verbal altercation with a male guest. All in all disappointing stay, especially for the price. Ready to go back to the west, so much for southern hospitality.

This hotel is convenient to Green Hills Shopping Mall, restaurants and our church in the village. Although we do venture away from the hotel during the day to Franklin sometimes, it is a great home base and a relaxing place with everything we need right there.

I really wish, I could write a positive review about this hotel because I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very nice and the location was great. However, upon leaving the hotel, I discovered I was charged an additional 25 dollars for a “market” purchase. I have called 4 times since my stay over a month ago, explaining each time that I never purchased anything from the market area and I wasn’t even at the hotel the day the charge occurred except to sleep. Each time I have been told they are investigating the incident and they took my information. The last time they called me, I was told it could take over a month for the investigation to be complete because they need to go through all the receipts for that day, when the previous call I was told the manager would call me and they would have the result by the end of the weekend (this was already two weeks after my stay by this point). Now over a month after I checked out, I have still not received a call or a refund for the amount I was wrongfully charged.

I had some issues with my reservation when checking in, the front desk staff were so helpful in rectifying the problem.
