The furnishings are worn out and the beds were too. The executive lounge was nice, but it needs renovations.

Our visit was perfect! Great check in and valet parking staff. Lounge with snacks was amazing. Clean room. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Such a great location for activities downtown. The only hiccup was that one of the elevators was not operating which caused some delays. But the property and location is fantastic.

Great place to stay. I took my daughter to a concert at Bridgestone and wanted to be as close to the arena as possible without having to deal with crowds. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were able to walk out and cross the street and be right where we needed to be. Very nice room, very clean, and the staff was so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be right in the middle of things, but also able to escape to a quiet retreat. We couldn't hear any of the noise that is Nashville.

Very close to Broadway, which is convenient, but you can hear and feel the music all night, especially if your room is adjacent. Do not know if other rooms on the other side of the hotel have the same issue.

No one to take your bags to your room. No continental breakfast. Buffet was $25 each. They did not fill our coffee bar in our bedroom. I went to the front desk and told them about it, and when we came back, we had a bag of coffee and Creamer and sugar et. Cetera, on the couch. We'll never stay at another Hilton.

Only one elevator was working, long waits. No coffee in the executive lounge in the morning, carpet is very dirty. The place is very very long in the tooth and needs updating.

You can’t find a better location. It is in the heart of Downtown Nashville, less than a block off of Broadway and right off 4th street. It is a nice property with great amenities. I also stayed here a year ago and the furniture needed refreshing then. I was disappointed to see that it was still the same, and a little more tired looking than last year.

The location is great for concerts at the Bridgestone next door. For the price, this location was lacking in amenities and updates. Everything was insanely overpriced and inconvenient. The furniture in our room had seen better days. The couch cushions were ripped and worn and the chair stained. Your standard hotel breakfast was $25 a person. Also had issues with being overcharged. Love the location and have stayed here in the past, but this time was not the best experience.

Elevator 1 was out of order, and the buttons in the 3rd on won't work middle elevator was a longer wait do to everyone having to use it. had to argue with room service they said they were serving however it was 11:30 on Saturday night, with in service hours.

We were very disappointed with the Executive Lounge. It was my understanding the lounge would have a continental breakfast. I paid extra money to have an executive room, so we may grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Instead, our options were bananas, oranges, kiwis (no knives to open them), nuts, chex mix and a trail mix. Definitely not worth the up charge.

Being downtown it was very easy to walk and do a lot of different things. Clean rooms with nice views.

The young lady working at the coffee shop is very rude and needs to learn how to treat her customers with respect. Other than that the hotel is wonderful and cant beat the location we will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Hotel a bit old and showing it's age. For example, the lift broke down during our stay and everyone had to use the stairs. Not a massive deal as quickly fixed and the staff were very quick to help.

It was clean and friendly staff! No complimentary breakfast though it was and expensive on stores and restaurants inside. The elevators was slower and being worked on at the time and the front revolving door kept messing up. The valet was more expensive than what the staff said when we pulled up. But over all location to broadway is perfect and the view of the sunrises was perfect!

Our bed was exactly 12” from the wall with no way to move it. Getting in and out of bed wasn’t easy! The room wasn’t that clean, I took pictures to show people so they would know I wasn’t exaggerating the conditions. Only two towels one each for showering or washing up. With all the hotels in the area, we won’t be coming back!

That is of course still the case however I would recommend staying on the Bridgestone side on an upper floor. Unfortunately our room this stay was on the 3rd floor on the side of the building facing the river. It was great for people watching but the sound from Honky Tonk Central was not ideal for sleeping. The base was thumping late into the night. The rooms are definitely showing signs of age and normal wear and tear but the housekeeping staff does a good job keeping things as clean as possible. The lobby is lively and very pretty. Overall still a favorite

The room was clean, but this is definitely an older hotel. I only stayed there because I traveled solo and went to Broadway so I wanted to be close to the action. I would check out a different hotel next time.

Was not given the room I booked. I paid for a booked a king suite and the front desk manager "Toni" put us in a double twin. Basically told us "tough, should have booked through Hilton instead of a 3rd party."

Had a room on the first floor that faced the street. There was drumming every night but the last from the street (these guys are out there trying to make a buck by drumming on upside down 5 gallon buckets). The drumming went on until between 11pm-2AM!!

Was put in a double bed suite when I paid for a king suite. When asked to be put in the correct room they then informed me they already sold out now. They also said they couldn’t make any accommodations because I booked through Expedia, and they were unwilling to help in any way.

Loud noise from the street until 2:30 AM. Could not sleep. The manager and staff did not care when I complained. The breakfast staff was pathetic. They seemed very displeased to be working on Christmas day. Definitely not the treatment you would expect from a brand hotel.

We spent Christmas here and staying here was the best choice we made. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel from our rooms, the location, the staff. We were less than a minute away from Broadway and all of the bars and shopping which was exactly what we wanted. This will be our go to hotel any and every time we visit Nashville. If I had one suggestion, is to get a better food and drink offering when it comes to the Executive Lounge.

Very nice hotel, great location, close to great restaurants and near many of Nashville’s fun live music venues.

Room had a bad musty smell. The person at front desk wasn’t interested in it when I mentioned it. Too expensive of a hotel to smell like a motel 6.

Staff was friendly. Room was outdated, outlets near bed wouldn't work because plug would just fall out. The shower was really dirty, especially the floor with mold between tiles.

Perfect spot next to arena

Housekeeping really dropped the ball. Never showed up and we had to call them for fresh towels….it happened again and I called to tell them we needed room freshened up. In the 4 days we were there, after my second call, housekeeping only came in to freshen up once.

The room was clean and very nice; temperature was good as well.

Breakfast was for fee only.

The employees were not very helpful and rude. The Starbucks employee was very unfriendly and the coffee was cold. We stay one night for dinner and I had to take the bartender away from his conversation to get waited on. The final straw was the $62 per day to park. It was not noted in the add. I will find a less expensive place next time.

Beds were as hard as sleeping on the floor and the pillows go flat immediately. Other than that we liked the hotel.

Clean hotel central to all the bars, but quiet & safe. Need room key to operate the elevator. Small satellite Starbucks in lobby too, which was convenient. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel, food was very good there.

The property was perfectly located, but my husband had a major problem with them, not offering free parking or validated parking to hotel guests. I know downtown Nashville is busy, but this seems absurd for the price that we paid for the room. The facilities were lovely but dated. Especially inside the room, edges of surfaces were worn and we didn’t really want to walk around barefoot on the carpet or flooring.

Showers are very small and bad water pressure. Can hear Broadway bars and drag dancing all night.

Hotel was very nice, room was good after switching. Booked an executive king suite and they tried to give us an interior room with no window to the outside. They only had a suite with 2 double beds. Still a good stay, clean, quiet, loved having the Starbucks in the lobby and its location is great.

This was my first time to Nashville and this hotel was in a perfect location, so close to Broadway! It was so nice to sit in the lobby and have a drink, it’s so beautiful. The Italian restaurant inside the hotel very pricey but very good!

I was very happy and impressed with this beautiful hotel. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and I liked the layout, the furniture was a little worn but still comfortable and functional. The area outside the hotel was next to a downtown park area and was a close walking distance to all the attractions of lower broadway in Nashville

Excellent walkable location for doing things downtown! Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium are very close. Broadway is next street over with shopping and clubs/restaurants. Ascend Amphitheater is within walking distance. Hotel is nice and quiet and clean. Only detractors are the amount of homeless people in front of the hotel with the Walk of Fame park directly in front and parking. Expect it to not be cheap. We’d definitely stay there again.

In the heart of Nashville’s downtown entertainment scene. Lots to do, easy to navigate around. Hotel staff were all excellent. Had one small equipment issue that they took care of very quickly. Highly recommend this place.

We were close enough to walk to almost everything. Used the trolley to see more. Used Lyft for airport and to Opry. Great hotel location. We included breakfasts for our stay and loved it. Susy made my omelets every morning. So good.

I stayed in and Executive room and the Exec lounge was a let down. In other Hilton’s the lounge will variously provide breakfast and/or evening drinks and hors d'oeuvres. This hotel provided none of this which took it down a notch in my assessment, but did prompt me to look outside for breakfast and I got on well with “Another Broken Egg Cafe”. Well worth staying for location and good quality rooms.

At the hotel they told me we can park and if not moving the car until I leave I will make only a payment of $55 which it was totally not true. I had to pay $110 for 2 days. When I called to inquire, I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. After calling back, I was again put on hold with no resolution provided. It wasn’t until my third call that I was finally able to speak with someone who could help. While the stay was pleasant overall, the poor customer service at the front desk left a negative impression.

Very basic hotel for the price. No one even came to makeup our room. I splurged for executive suite and I was very disappointed.

Check in was a bit confusing with 3 rooms with the same last name. Not sure why. We reserved the executive suite rooms. These rooms give you access to the executive lounge. We looked up the information for the lounge, so we expected some small bites and continental breakfast. This was far from what we were given. When other guests came into the lounge, we all had the same puzzled look. However, it did have a nice sitting area with coffee machine, small size soft drinks, bananas and oranges, and snack mix. I would say the size of room, location, and the 2 restaurants connected were fantastic!!!

Location was great. The reason for Average is the room needs some serious updating. The couches were pretty badly worn and the cabinets were beat up.

I frequently come to Nashville, and the Downtown Hilton has become my “home” when I visit. Every aspect from the moment of check in to check out is top notch. The staff are always extremely helpful. I travel solo, am a Senior, and I do not own a smart phone, so I often need Concierge assistance. I frequently use the Executive Lounge, which is also an added plus.

Best location if you want to be walking distance to Broadway bars and restaurants.
