The hotel is highly praised for its central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent breakfast. The rooftop terrace is a highlight for many guests. However, some guests found the rooms to be small and the mandatory first drink charge on the rooftop terrace to be excessive.

    Very clean, comfortable and quiet for us. Shower had good pressure. Bathroom door was hard to slide open and the 6th floor ice maker didn’t have any ice. But those are small things. I would definitely come back if I am in this area again.

    There was a gas leak when I stayed there. I smelled gas when I walked out of the room but no one mentioned anything. I found out when I was at the restaurant that evening. My nephew and I went to have dinner at the restaurant before a show and ordered off the happy hour menu-tacos, chips and salsa and a chicken sandwich. After waiting 30 minutes and still nothing-not even the chips and salsa, I asked and the guy who was in training and took our order said we were up next. After 20 more minutes I asked again and said we had a show to attend. We finally got our food. They brought the check and as we were almost finished they said oh do you still want the chips and salsa. Poor service!

    The hotel was awesome and staff were great. But EXPEDIA screwed me over by saying I would get free wifi and breakfast. I did not and for 400$ Can a night that was very disappointing. Will not use expedia again.

    They did not even provide a complimentary water bottle in the room. In fact, the bottle clearly stated that it was free only for members, while other guests were charged $3. For a stay that cost $700 for two nights, it was disappointing and embarrassing that even a basic bottle of water was not complimentary. In addition, despite being charged for daily service, the room was not cleaned every day and housekeeping was provided only every other day.

    The customer service representative that I had the great opportunity to speak with upon check in was phenomenal. I would totally give her 10's in every area. Now as for my experience with the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. As well as the pillows. I wasn't able to get a goodnight rest do to the hardness of the bed. For up coming customer's please upgrade for a better nights rest. I correctly deal with a few back and neck issues. And the flat pillows and hard bed didn't help me. Thank you for opportunity to address my concerns. 🙏

    They charged $30 for parking, and charged you $3 for a bottle of water; at least make the coffee machine work or give customers a water boiler. At least the room was clean, but the pillows were super extra soft, almost felt like you're not using one. Feels like this hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. The check-in process was smooth, but they make you go back out to your car to put a parking tag, I mean, come on, you charging me 30 bucks, why do customers have to put a tag? Don't make sense when it was a gated garage parking. I had to walk back out and find my car in freezing cold just to put a damn parking tag, don't make sense. The elevator also don't require you to use your room key to go up the floor, so the floors are not secure, anyone can go up the elevator.

    The parking lot was 100% full & when I got back from a major event after having been up & traveling for 19 hrs straight, one of the staff literally moved their car & gave me their parking spot so I could go to my room to sleep!!!     The hotel and room were very clean. Close to interstate and so many great restaurant options. We could hear the interstate noise at night and parking when you first arrive is a little challenging. Once you are checked in and get the card to enter parking garage, it's smooth from there.     I was really impressed by the Hilton Garden Inn West End! For the price, it was truly great. The room was very clean, the best was comfortable, the shower was really nice. There is a fairly large gym with treadmills, weights, pelotons, and a variety of other exercise equipment. If you are heading to midtown nashville, its a super quick uber. I got familiar with the bus since there is a stop just a short walk from the hotel and the route takes you right to downtown. Its $4 for a whole day pass on the bus and it was easy and never crowded! I will definifely be staying at the hilton garden inn west end the next time i come to nashville.

If anything it irks me that a casual guest like myself (not a Hilton member) would have to pay $3 for a bottle of water, as I forked over hundreds of dollars to simply stay the night. The least they could do is offer complementary water to weary travelers. And while I didn't utilize the parking services, don't get me started on the $30/night parking premium.

    Stay was nice...didn't like that I was charged $6 for water when I think I was a "member" but other than that, clean facility, nice place. Parking is ridiculously high but can't find much better. Restaurant option was nice, but we chose to go to Dose next door for a cheaper and excellent breakfast. We would probably stay here again. We appreciated the cleanliness. Thanks!

    The bathroom was extremely dirty with makeup on the bathroom sink, dark sticky substance on the floor & dirty shower/toilet. I went to the front desk to complain and they were nice and stated they would send someone up. Upon returning to the room 2 cleaning staff were in there with some roller on the floor and left. Nothing was cleaned at all!!! There were dried contact lenses still on the floor! I went back and they came back up again and had to be watched! They didn’t want to actually clean the restroom as they should have from the beginning! The cleaning staff needs to be watched more closely! This was my 4th visit this year and the bathrooms aren’t typically clean but this stay was just a bit too far for me to accept! Please note** the staff , Tavia/Sue etc tried their best to turn my stay around and I sincerely appreciate their efforts! My rating reflects the cleaning staff and how bad they are! Rude, lazy and unprofessional, they truly need oversight! I’m a repeat stay and the bathrooms are always subpar! What else are they neglecting??? The sheets???….if they neglect the bathroom, they aren’t properly cleaning those rooms!

    A little out-of-the-way if you’re going downtown, but it was quiet and clean and the staff was very nice and it was very easy to lift or Uber from there. There was very low water pressure and it took a long time for the water to get hot, but other than that, it was good..

    Everything was great except for the ac in the room…there is no option to turn it off. Other then that, I would definitely recommend it to anyone that doesn’t want to pay too much staying in Nashville

    My room was clean and inviting. The bed was soft and comfortable and I loved the spacious bathroom/shower. The rooftop pool/fitness center was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

    The parking deck gated entrance is too small for SUV's! Although the rooms are clean the bathroom soap and lotion were not refilled. Why pay a fee to park at a hotel.
