We really enjoyed the staff, They were all so amazing, super friendly and polite with every interaction. Breakfast was subpar but it was nice to have different options everyday. One hot box daily that offered an Egg option ( one day was scrambled, one day was an omelet, one day was an egg white omelet.) A meat option, Typically Sausage. and the third option was a biscuit one day with gravy, French toast one day, potatoes one day. They always had mix to make a hot waffle, yogurt, fresh apples and bananas and cereal as other options. The Bed was horribly uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well the 4 nights we visited. The Air conditioner was also an issue, it worked great but it sounded like it was going to shuttle us to space every time it kicked on, it was so loud. When I did fall asleep I was awoke to that terrible noise every time it kicked on. The location, was also not the best. There is a hotel being built right down the street and the roads are terrible leading to this hotels entrance. They obviously can't control that, but just a heads up to travelers, the road is rough and the parking lot here is small and has limited spaces and only has one way in and out.

The man at the reception desk was not friendly or welcoming. My daughter stayed here to break up a 16 hour trip home from grad school. She arrived around 11 pm from a 10 hour drive and ordered door dash. The reception man was disapproving of this and made it very clear. She felt very unwelcome. She loved the hotel itself, but will likely not stay here again on a trip home.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the location was great, the facilities were clean and the breakfast was really good! We would have used the gym more, but the AC was out. They were aware of it and were working on it.

Beautiful part of town. We felt safe and very comfortable. Within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The staff were very courteous. They were all very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable also. We have nothing.

It appeared to be not preferred? Not offered/had to ask for the standard complimentary bottled water, was encouraged to have less frequent housekeeping service. Generally cool/not friendly personnel at front desk. Dated bathrooms. Beyond soap, no complimentary amenities/toiletries.

This is a great smaller hotel near a popular mall so there are tons of places to get to easily. The traffic is an issue, but that is Nashville. This hotel is tucked away just away from that. Great dog friendly as well. Nothing. I liked it all.

Just there overnight. Didn’t eat breakfast and, honestly, don't care about your eco score. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. So many times I wake up with a back ache from the mattress but NOT here. The mattress was great!

The facilities were clean and staff was very accommodating. For example, we brought dessert back from our dinner. They provided plates and utensils for us to eat it. We did not eat breakfast; so, I cannot comment on that. The only negative I can think of is it is in a busy, urban area of Nashville; so, traffic is heavy at times.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The cleanliness and decor and layout and furnishings - all of it. It was cozy and felt like home. The staff at check in were amazing they made me feel like family welcoming us in to stay over for the night. The breakfast was good so glad it was included. Location was great. Nice area. Hotel location was easy to get in and out of as we went out for dinner and shopping. So many restaurants and Green Hills Mall right behind it. We were in town for an appointment at Vandy and it was close enough to get there quickly. Would stay here again!

Location is great if your plans center around west Nashville ,front desk was friendly and helpful .parking is challenging especially inside the underground garage ! Breakfast is so typical and average that I won’t waste any more time ,other than to say when is Hampton going to upgrade? Pillows didn’t offer much support !

This property was in a relatively quiet part of the city. The room was nicely appointed and the free breakfast was great. In particular, Frankie, the lady who greeted guests and refilled the food items, was incredibly friendly and made our stay memorable.

Fitness facilities are terrible. Probably 30 year old treadmill that barely worked, bike was broken, super old elliptical. Very disappointing. Also no outdoor seating unless backed up to the highway because pool was closed . Keep shopping not worth the $

The hotel was wonderful. Location wad great. We were able to walk to dinner at cheesecake factory and see the mall and leave our car at the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful and they had all we needed. High quality soap and shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. The construction did not bother us.we never heard it. The hotel is super clean and super quiet.would definitely stay again.

Very lovely hotel that was beautifully decorated for Christmas Holidays and a gas fire-lace that was lit the entire time both morning and night. Very well maintained and very good complimentary breakfast. Comfortable bed and glass shower. Unexpected delight.

We stayed at Hampton Inn Green Hills in August, and now have plans to stay again twice this fall. It’s convenient to family that we visit often, and in a nice area of Nashville. We were especially pleased with how friendly and helpful the staff are. Shout outs to Randy and AJ for giving us great customer service! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay as always! My daughter and I stay here every year for a shopping trip to Green Hills Mall. Easy walk to the mall and surrounding restaurants. The great breakfast is a bonus here!

This property is conveniently located close to Green Hills Mall, movie theaters, and great restaurants.

Parking was not good at this location. Signage and communication were jot helpful either. We struggled to find a way in without walking up a big hill after parking under the hotel. Other families were doing the same.

My daughter and I were there for one night. We arrived early and they were gracious to allow us to enter our room. The pool area was very nice and clean, comfortable loungers and shady sitting areas all around. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable (as always with Hampton). Their pillows are the best. One of the reasons, we stay at Hampton :-) The area is quiet, not much traffic noise. Their free breakfast was good. The hotel is only 10 minutes to Vanderbilt Medical Center, and super easy to get to. Recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It was pleasant except for trying to sleep in with a checkout at noon but the housekeepers decided to vacuum and have loud conversation right in front of our door at 7 am even with a do not disturb sign on our door.

It was a good yuck stay but the room was clean and super convenient to everything.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Construction next door only occasionally bothered us. Breakfast was excellent one day , good enough two days and not good at all the fourth morning. The staff, including the breakfast cook, were very, very friendly.

The property is very well maintained, staff was very helpful, breakfast was great, fireplace was nice, great location next to Greenhills Mall and central Nashville. No excuses, just quality hotel.

We would recommend this hotel to our friends. usually a short drive to the places we wanted to visit (15 to 20 minutes). It is in an excellent community.

I liked the location, guest services, breakfast, and parking. I was disappointed about being woken up Friday and Saturday morning at 7 am because of the construction behind the building.

Just check out if the building work right next to hotel has finished before you book as this was extremely loud and started at 7:00 every morning. Not hotel’s fault but was still a negative. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

The hotel itself is quiet, but there is a nice mall next door and plenty of restaurant options as well, all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, especially the woman serving breakfast on Saturday morning.

Staff was so helpful during recent cold snap! Helped this old lady walk down 3flights of stairs when power went out!

Good location, easy parking, nice breakfasts with a number of good options, easy to find hotel in good location near a number of good restaurants, and easy to get to downtown Nashville and VANDERBILT U. Hotel was reasonably priced.

Overall this was a nice hotel. For the price I would have thought a few improvements would have helped out stay. There needs to be more shelve space around the bathroom sink. It was very limited. Trash cans very too small. That was very inconvenient. Pillows on bed were too small. Hotel is nicely decorated, staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel. The hotel is very clean, excellent room with very comfortable bed, lots of room, 2 TVs, new shower/vanity, convenient fridge/freezer, free breakfast, great location, wonderful employees. My husband unknowingly dropped his credit card & debit card in the hall and one of the employees found and returned it to him -(we were very thankful for his honesty and help!) The front desk employees were so very nice and suggested places to visit. Travelling to downtown was really close and allowed us to avoid staying right in the crazy busy area of Broadway, but only drive for 10 mins to get to places we wanted to see (and avoid paying $25-$40/day to park since parking is free at this hotel. We would definitely book here again.

My husband & I were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Our room was immaculate! We were immediately greeted at the front desk by professional yet friendly people. We also enjoyed the variety of GOOD foods for breakfast. Our experience couldn't have been better!

This is a nice, well kept property in a safe walkable neighborhood. A very large shopping mall nearby with many upscale restaurants and eateries. About a half mile from the Blue Bird Cafe and near the cute 12th Street neighborhood, Parthenon and other Nashville sites. We will definitely stay here again!

Very happy with our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Frankie, who was working the breakfast area was super sweet and attentive. The only thing we can complain about is the parking. Not much parking is available. We were lucky to get the last two spots available.

hard bed, hard pillows. No mini bar, grumpy lobby self. Nothing special and I paid $250 a night? Hilton is skating on its past reputation. And don’t get me started about the one at the London airport. I will never stay in another Hilton again unless it’s an emergency
