    I was not happy with my stay the keys wasn’t working only 1 elevator it was always a wait for towels. Elevators wasn’t working going down so we had to keep using the stairs and they had to keep letting us in the room.

    The housekeeping failures were constant. My room was skipped on the first day despite the maid cleaning adjacent rooms. When I confronted her, she said rooms are only cleaned upon checkout — an unacceptable policy for multi-night guests. General Manager La Toya Needles later defended this, claiming it was posted on a mirror sign and that her "expectation is that guests staying at her hotel do read all signs." Apparently, the fine print now lives on vanity mirrors and guests are to comply with Ms. Needle's expectations as if she was our boss. The worst came the night before checkout, when the maid went through my personal belongings without consent — stuffing my laundry, clean clothes, medications, and Kindle into a supermarket bag and removing them. A $30 gift also went missing, confirmed by another maid. When I brought this to Ms. Needles, she refused any reimbursement, redirecting me to Expedia since that's how I booked — a dismissive deflection that shows unwillingness to repair damage caused by her hotel staff as easily as taking $30 out of the hotel's petty cash Throughout all of this, neither the front desk nor Ms. Needles showed a shred of empathy or genuine desire to help. Guests deserve privacy, cleanliness, and accountability. This property offered none. I will not return.

    Very clean property. Only complaints are the king size sheets didn’t properly fit the bed and the handle on the shower door was loose or broken. Great staff. Convenient location. This is my 3rd time staying here and will stay again.

    The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. It served our purpose by giving us a place to sleep near the airport. The fridge in the room is very loud. I was looking forward to having coffee in the morning, but it was so weak I could barely taste it, so had to drive to Dutch bros down the road for coffee.

The front desk person quickly moved me next door (to make moving my things easier, but that one also smelled like fish. The third room was great! Moving was no hassle--the front desk person was so quick and kind! But y'all should get that checked out bc sometimes electrical problems can cause a fishy odor. It's actually possibly a fire hazard.

    The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good but the staff was AMAZING! I’ve never been to a hotel with staff this polite, friendly and accommodating. Every member of staff we interacted with was just the best! We had the best time in Nashville and highly recommend this hotel. Special shout outs to Lexus and her colleague at the front desk who went above and beyond to try to locate my Amazon package and also gave us the best food recommendations!!

    The front desk staff was awesome. However, I didn't realize it was so close to the airport when I booked. You will hear every airplane very clearly. Also, the walls are very thin.     We got moved to their sister hotel the Delta Inn which is supposed to be an upscale premium hotel, and it was anything but that. We had to move rooms, the A/C barely worked, we moved from a hotel that had a free shuttle to and from Broadway and had free breakfast as well as a pool to a hotel that had no free breakfast, nor shuttle and the pool was closed. So we ended up spending a bunch of money on Ubers, and couldn’t enjoy the pool.

    The room was clean and met our expectations. The view from our room was pleasing. Lol, we didn't experience breakfast due to the fact that we overslept from the family event. Overall we were satisfied. I can't really say that we had any issues at all. We don't have any complaints. The staff was quite helpful and polite. We were greeted upon arrival at the front desk.     Overall I was pleased with the room and the staff. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and the room was clean and serviced every other day. Beware the hotel charges $10 per night for parking. This additional charge was not clear when making the reservation and would have affected my choice of hotels. I needed to ask for toilet paper and hand towels when the cleaning staff forgot to leave them.

    We were not informed, on Expedia nor the hotel’s website, that construction would be taking place in the hotel (especially in the room next to/above ours). We heard hammering and drilling as early as 7:00am, and into the late evening/night, wherein we needed to rest but could not do so. We have stayed here several times and have had great experiences, but are very disappointed in our experience during this stay.

    We had a lovely overnight at this Hampton Inn. The room was clean, nicely appointed, and inviting. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, like new, and clean. This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and I think this is a quiet gem near the Nashville airport.

    Having to pay extra for parking is terrible and the fee should already be included in the cost of the room up front. the first room we were assigned did not have working HVAC and neither did the second room. We dealt with it because we didn't want to move again. Overall the room was clean but needed a good dusting. There was no bottles of water in the cooler for purchase. The bar was very limited on white wine. We will not stay at this location again.

    If it was possible to give zero stars, I think my revue would be lower! We arrived in the evening (around 8pm) after a long journey from the UK. We were looking forward to a good nights sleep, before heading out the next day refreshed for our once in a lifetime road trip to Tennessee. The staff member at check in was unable to get any of our bank 4 cards to work and would not accept cash as an alternative. He stated "there is nothing I can do!" I spent more than an hour attempting to resolve the situation with my bank at home. After this my partner spoke to the receptionist again and he told her that there was now no room available and the nearest hotel with rooms was 30 minutes away. We were devastated! Once again the Blaise staff member stated "there is nothing I can do!. This was caused because the hotel did not process my payment correctly. We managed to find an alternate hotel, although it cost considerably more. All in all this was a horrendous start to our holiday and the treatment we received from the staff member was abhorrent.     I picked this hotel because of it's convenient location near the interstate and overall positive rating. Check in was easy and they gave us complimentary bottles of water and a Nashville city guide. In the lobby there is a coffee/hot water station that is always available. It was really nice to be able to make hot chocolate in the evening and coffee in the morning. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was available from 6am-10am and had a nice variety of options. All in all it was a really nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

    One of the worst hotel experiences we've had. There was a woman who was yelling for most of the night and the people on the floor above us were stomping around and making noise until 4:30am. The breakfast was only ok, and the decaf coffee was not fresh in the morning. The hotel itself is clean, but I wouldn't stay there again.

    Worst of all was the mattress. It was so worn down it looked like an episode of my 600 pound life was filmed in it. I slept about an hour, and struggled to climb out of the bed in the morning I was sunken so deep in the bed. I expressed my concerns the next morning at the front desk and was offered Hilton Honors points if I was a member, I am not and would obviously not be after this experience, so I was offered apologies. Also, from the road on one side of the property the area looks like a nice area with lots of other hotels, but if you leave the property through the other exit just one block away you’re driving past sketchy abandoned houses with boarded up houses and stray dogs.

    Our stay was okay. There was an issue with our room (smell that did not dissipate) but that was quickly resolved. Our new room was much better. It was clean and comfortable, but it wasn’t quite quiet. The floors seemed thin because we heard every step from upstairs and the frig was loud. The shower temp and pressure were great. The staff was decent but not great I think they were under a lot of pressure. We saw several angry guests, not sure why. There was one great rep at the front desk who spoke to us every time we saw him. He’s the one who fixed the room issue. The location was convenient. We opted for breakfast at one of the nearby local restaurants. Staying here again probably wouldn’t be my first choice, but I’d consider returning in the future.

    We stayed two nights for family trip to see the Rams play. The staff was nice, but the room was ran down. There was ground up cookies on the floor, TV didn't work, phone didn't work, and the blinds were broke. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed during our stay.

    I was not able to stay at the Hampton Inn because I did not receive any confirmation email or itinerary, therefore I did not have the hotels information (name, address etc) and was forced to book elsewhere last minute. I only received a follow up email from Expedia to rate my stay after the fact, which that rate my stay email contained the hotels information.     When we arrived, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room's AC did not work properly....called the front desk and within just a couple of minutes a very kind and helpful man was there to move us to another room and helped us move our luggage as well. There were also quick to fix the AC that was not working properly. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower were amazingly clean. Loved the shower. It was huge compared to other places I have stayed. Would not hesitate to stay at Hampton Inn in Nashville. Thank you for a relaxing time. Marie

    The room overall was good. The area was convenient to local attractions plenty of food options nearby. I will say to charge for parking when it is a scarce as it was it a bit of a stretch and was almost inclined to asked for the charge to be refunded. We also did not have drinks for breakfast due to the dispenser being down.

    Writing this at 3:56 AM. AC made a constant whirling sound. Unplugged to sleep. Refrigerator vibrated when running. Turned off. 21st century and the only place to use an HDMI was a clock which was broken. Reported. Never replaced on our 2nd night. Could hear the floor creak when the person upstairs walked. Walls paper thin. $10 a night extra to park? Our visit here became two trips. Our first and last.

    No remote in suite bedroom. After going to get the remote. No one brought it up. The tv still would not work. No linens for the pull out bed. No pillows for the bed. Shuttle service only in a 5 mile radius. Not to Broadway. Very disappointing. Breakfast… over cooked turkey sausage. Watery oatmeal. Weak (strong) coffee.

    The receptionist Ebony was absolutely amazing! She was juggling a lot at one time (including impatient customers) and still kept a wonderful attitude. She was thorough and very kind and most certainly deserves a raise or some type of positive acknowledgement! Besides that our rooms were very nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious! We'll definitely think of this hotel the next time we're on Nashville!

    The staff was very friendly upon check-in. I remember his name was Terrence. Some personality he had and he was extremely busy helping everyone.     No cups. Could hear people walking upstairs. Check in was a hassle. Two desk clerks kept talking to each other while we were talking. PMC added parking fee was a hassle. Had to pay separately via code scanning. Hyatt included parking fee in the incidental fees. Would not come back not recommend. Breakfast sausage was more of a supper or heavier sausage.
