Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience of the location. However, there were several complaints about the lack of housekeeping services, poor breakfast quality, and overpricing.

- Convenient location
- Lack of housekeeping services
- Poor breakfast quality and limited options

The hotel was room was nice but didn’t smell very good. The ac / fan was really loud. The staff was great and The coffee was good.
- 3/5
Breakfast was average. Room was comfy and roomy. Would have liked fresh towels daily. Would have liked to have coffee in the room replenished.
- 3/5
Shower wasn’t clean very well
- 3/5
Their pool appeared that it had not been touched all winter- dirty green water. Middle of June and pool was still closed. Close to several restaurants, easy access to I40. Friendly staff but they seem to be stretched thin and rarely at the front desk.
- 5/5
One of the best experiences. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel several times and haven’t had any issues. Not once
- 1/5
The Rooms are in need of updating.

- 3/5
This property is in poor shape. The pool was disgustingly. The carpet in rooms dirty, the bathroom was dated and needs to be painted and refreshed. The walls in the room were pretty dirty. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good each day. Also, the elevator inspection has been expired since last year.
- 3/5
This was a stay to break up our trip. Everything was fine. Our room was clean and the people at the desk were very pleasant and nice. It was promoted that there was a pool but when we arrived it was green and very dirty. Breakfast was just ok.
- 2/5
Water stains in ceiling of bathroom. Shower head fell off. Generally, stay at Hilton properties but I have found Hamptons not up to other Hilton brands. Had to stay there as Home to Suites was booked. One thing though Staff-- Incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast also very good. Kudos to the kitchen.
- 3/5
I actually didn’t spend the night there so the rooms held our suitcases but we’re never used. N/A

The room was very clean and the breakfast had a lot of options. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Nashville.
- 2/5
The beds were comfortable though and the bathroom sink was tall and not easily accessible for me ( I am 5’4).
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly, but the TV, fridge, vanity light and microwave didn't work. There were bugs crawling around on the desk. And the pool wasn't open. Very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.
- 4/5
The hotel is a a little run down. The staff was relatively friendly and the breakfast meh. The fitness room is small but efficient and the pool was geeen and unusable.
- 2.5/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating in changing rooms. It was quiet. Ants everywhere on the hard surfaces areas in first room. Moved to another room down the hall. This room was much better but still killed a few ants in the bathroom in this room. I think some exterminators are needed.

Terrible
- 1/5
We had to move rooms from our initial room due to ants all over the TV console. The oven was not working for breakfast, so there were no hot food options. It overall looked rundown and neglected.
- 3/5
The location Run down. Oven not working. Minimal breakfast options. Water fountain looked dirty and water tasted bad. The bathtub has messy caulking and brown stains around the drain.

Breakfast oven was broken all 4 days, no hot food except for oatmeal or waffle. Other offerings were sparse or non-existent, fruit overripe. Weather was beautiful but pool was covered entire stay. Business center was out of order. Room was clean but was given a handicapped room. Chairs had duct tape in common area.

The room was clean but the hotel is older. They checked us in but then there was zero parking as it has the tiniest lot I’ve ever seen and so we almost left but they let us park by the front door. Did not meet my expectations for a Hampton Inn.
- 3/5
Mattresses could be cleaner

Rooms very clean The continental breakfast was poor. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and that was not the case. The fruit was past prime, the yogurt poor quality, and lots of fatty carbs. Because of the disappointing breakfast, we had to eat elsewhere.

My stay was a business trip, overnight. I had quite a long day driving and it was a blessing to have the check-in process so quick and pleasant. Staff was wonderful and the room temperature was perfect. Just what a person needs after a long day.

It was nice We had huge hole in the bathroom above the light fixture. We didn’t have tub stopper for us to have a bubble bath. Other than that it was a nice stay.

clean room, friendly staff, amenities...fantastic breakfast...fantastic location close to great restaurants

Power went out during ice storm. There was no heat or power. Ended up having to pay for another hotel room.
- 5/5
The staff was courteous and had been dealing with a lot of people without power. The room was clean and had all the amenities noted.
- 2.5/5
Lights went out at 5am on Sunday had to check o8
- 2/5
Staff were superb! Have nothing but wonderful compliments for the staff! No generator at this location! Be careful when looking for a place if inclement weather strikes & you need a warm place to stay! We will not make that same mistake again. For this type of hotel & the price they should have a back up generator when everyone is losing power & looking for a room this isn't it. Everyone should be refunded for the day or days without electricity they stayed. Rented the room Saturday-Monday. Lost power around 6am Sunday & it was still down when we left Monday morning. We were informed the owner doesn't like generators. I know that we can't forsee losing power, but yes big hotels normally keep a back up generator. Make sure you ask these places next time you're seeking shelter & not just a business or accommodation for a vacation.
- 4/5
Nothing stood out. It was average
- 3/5
Unfortunately, this hotel is showing signs of age. I had stayed there two years ago, and now again in January 2026, and it's been beaten up. But at least it was quiet.

Everything was great.

Found a couple of bugs in my room on the floor and near the window, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
- 4/5
Staff was great and extremely accommodating! The room met our needs, but was not as clean as my usual Hampton Inn experiences.
- 4/5
Friendly staffs. Clean. Breakfast need to get better, special about fruits... it was old oranges, banana full of brown spots :(
- 4/5
The room looks to be pretty worn out. One end of curtain was hanging loose from the hooks. There was an edge of one of the side tables was missing the laminate. I have stayed at hampton inns in years past & was pleased. A bit of maintenance would improve the overall appearance.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was large and very clean, very comfy bed
- 5/5
Everything perf

The first night the heat didn’t work and we had to unplug the tv to get it to power off. Saw the person who was running the front desk. They said they would fix it. When we got back we called and spoke to them again. Still nothing. Saw a new person at the desk the next morning. They got the heat to work, but it ran so loudly that it kept us both up that night. Spoke to the person at the desk the next morning. They said they would comp at least a portion of the bill and email us once the manager was in later that day. Never got the comp or the email.
- 4/5
The staff were nice. The lady in the kitchen was super sweet and helpful.
- 5/5
It was a great plays to stay
- 4/5
The hotel itself is very nice. The beds in this particular room were very hard. We had stayed previously and forgot the breakfast there was not that great however it’s very convenient to our daughter’s house.
- 5/5
There are some poor reviews for this property…and must say…I just don’t get it. The staff is friendly and responsive…they have fresh coffee in the lobby 24/7…the place is clean, quiet and just generally nice. It’s also conveniently located and parking is a breeze. Breakfast is a step above adequate—most will find something to like. So…ignore reviews by the hotel snobs. I’m not sure how you can go wrong with this place.
- 5/5
Ever thing was get the staff both at check in and check out. Breakfast was great
- 2/5
There was a standard breakfast, although things seemed to be out all the time. The cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom had maybe mold on the ceiling and around the tub that was easily coming off on a wet washcloth. The floor had stuff on it that a broom or vacuum could have easily gotten.
- 4/5
Staff was super friendly the property was in a safe area plenty of shopping plenty of choices for things to eat
- 4.5/5
Nothing
- 4/5
The staff was great and breakfast was good
- 5/5
Staff was super! Just give this place some updated love and it will be great’
- 5/5
The atmosphere was amazing and serene
- 5/5
Everything about the facility was 5 star.I gave 4 stars for the staff because they weren't overly friendly or overly helpful. Just basic service but not bad service.
- 2/5
I have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this was not up to standards. The hotel and rooms were very dated and the room was dirty, moldy, and gross. There was “patchwork” of paint to cover up blemishes on the walls. Someone’s car was broken into and their window was smashed. Made us choose not to park around back. The only positive was friendly staff when we did interact with them.
- 3/5
Flat pillows, hard bed, and AC didn’t get real cool. The humidity in the room, made our clothing feel damp.
- 1/5
this is a very poorly maintained property that is NOT worth the price.
- 5/5
Everything was great - Breakfast, pool, location, and we could bring our dog, Lucy, who loved it. But, t did seem only one elevator was working.
- 4/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 0.5/5
We weee there four days and got service only one day. In fairness we turned down one day of service.
- 5/5
Clean place, very basic , all you need for a quick stay.
- 4/5
Had some noise one night right outside my room.
- 1/5
Hampton has never let me down until today. Sheet on bed was stained nasty. Whole room is musty and damp, probably because fan in bathroom is broke. Dirty spots around tub are disgusting.
- 1/5
Very disappointed with this facility. The inside smells bad and our room smelled like petroleum oil. We started to get sick from the smell. We called the front desk and they changed our room. It was dirty from the walls to the lamps not being dusted for a while. The shower was disgusting and the water got on the floor. The bedsheets also smelled weird. I don’t recommend you spending your money at this facility
- 4/5
Good restaurants across the street
- 1/5
We were given room 415 upon check in and walked in to a noticeable musty smell snd immediately saw mold. It was everywhere. Growing on the chair, all over the air conditioner, the bathroom walls, shower and tub. Literally everywhere. It was like a nightmare. One of the beds were partially made and the precious guests keys were still laying on the table. My husband went to the receptionist to show her the mold and get a new room. She was very kind, apologetic and took us to look at 8 other rooms on multiple floors before we found one without mold. That was on the 2nd floor. So we settled for that room even though it was dirty with melted chocolate all in the floor and on the side of the bed. Also noticed that the housekeeper re packaged up and recycled a previously used bar of soap on the counter. It was still wet in the box. Towels were dirty with blood and other brown poop looking stains. I couldn't believe it. Especially with this being a Hampton inn. We had just traveled the whole country, from California to Tennessee as we are military and are moving on orders. We have stayed at 11 different hotels on this trip and have NEVER experienced or seen what we saw this hotel. It was actually scary. The pool was full of algae and very nasty also. Ice machines were leaking on all floors. The following morning my husband went to speak to the operations manager, alex and told her everything, and she thought a $40 comp was suitable for this absolutely unacceptable mess.
- 4/5
Convenient location, also near restaurants , highway. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast very good. No closet, bathroom mirror light just partially working, commode seat loose, needed to be replaced.
- 4.5/5
There was a ton of good food everyday We were there. O can't think of anything right now.
- 5/5
A nice place to stay overnight after a long drive across the state
- 2/5
The breakfast was the worse Hilton/Hampton inn breakfast I’ve ever seen, no whole milk, not much of a breakfast options, the bowl of bananas were so rotten, banana juices were very evident. Breakfast was so bad, we opted out for day 2. Our shower head was not movable and to disengage the shower option button took extreme measures to manipulate. Out PTAC room AC unit would not stay running when fan selector was off auto placed into HIGH speed, didn’t run, set temperature to 66 and unit slammed on/off repeatedly. We will never stay at the facility again and if asked by ANYONE, I’ll say don’t stay there and here are the reasons why. Finally, we returned Saturday evening around 8;30pm finding 4 moving Bob-trucks along with up-truck trailer combo taking up 20 to 25 guest parking spaces.
- 4/5
They did not clean my room I had to ask so that I could have clean towels had a 2 queen bed room only changed one bed left the other
- 2/5
Checked into the Hilton expecting a little bit of luxury… instead, I think I accidentally booked a room on the set of a post-apocalyptic movie. First impression? Someone’s car window looked like it lost a bar fight. Glass glittering all over the parking lot — very festive, if you're into urban decay aesthetics. Tried to take the elevator, but only one worked. The other must’ve retired early. So we played a fun game of “Elevator Roulette” every time we wanted to go anywhere. Made it to the second floor where the hallway A/C decided to quit life. It was hotter than a Florida summer in a sauna wearing a parka. Got to our room and thought, “Finally, peace!” …Wrong. The A/C unit inside the room sounds like a 747 preparing for takeoff. I'm pretty sure it's trying to achieve flight. Tried to shower the stress away, but somehow the bathroom floods like a busted aquarium and the water goes on a magical journey — through the bathroom, across the room, and almost into the hallway. I guess it's part of the Hilton waterpark experience? And the bed? Imagine a slab of concrete wrapped in a sheet. I’ve had softer naps on a pile of bricks. Hilton, if this is your version of “firm support,” I think I need a chiropractor. Overall, 10/10 would recommend… if you’re into mystery puddles, airport soundtracks, and beds that double as medieval torture devices.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet
- 1/5
Needs updating! No AC in the halls. Elevator had a strange smell. Several things in our room didn’t work- tv, bathroom light, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
We chose this hotel over other hotels in the area because of the outdoor pool. When we got there the pool was full of algae and not usable for the entire stay. We talked to the front desk and were told a manager would contact us to see if they could compensate us in some way. They never called back. Sad since we had stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I would avoid this hotel if possible!
- 5/5
I loved their fresh coffee, hot tea that they have in their main lobby. The staff was very nice
- 5/5
This is very convenient for travelers.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The front desk host was AMAZING! She kept her cool on a hot Sunday night when customers were chewing her out circumstances that were out of her control. The key system for the doors were not working and people were giving her a hard time over it. She had been running up 4 flights of stairs all weekend helping people in their rooms. Management had not assisted her over the weekend because she was the only one there and the issue had not been resolved. She never said a bad word about her employer In front of me. Professional the entire time. Top notch employee. On the other hand, I was held hostage in my room because I didn’t have a key and couldn’t move freely around the hotel. I had to stay an extra day because the key situation wasn’t fixed for me to use the coin laundry. I have cats traveling with me. Couldn’t leave my door ajar and I needed to wash their bedding before traveling again. The key situation should have been resolved first thing Monday morning. Still not fixed at 12:30pm on Monday. I can’t even get ice for my room and I am not the type of person to call the front desk just because I want ice. I am sure they have a hotel to operate.
- 1/5
I had to wait 15 minutes just to check in. Upon arrival at the room, the key didn’t work—staff mentioned there was a technical issue with it. Once inside, the room was clearly not cleaned properly and had a very unpleasant smell. I’m managing to get through the night, but overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
- 1/5
The hotel could not provide ANY key cards that worked. Guests had to be escorted to their rooms by the front desk staff, so they could unlock the door with their master. They did their best without any apparent help from the company. Totally unacceptable.
- 5/5
Clean!!! Comfortable, updated room!! No noise at all. We really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The front desk clerk was amazing at checking us in so late last night.
- 4/5
Property was sufficient for our needs. Kind of dated, but felt clean. Breakfast was good except no OJ(only other juice). The wall air conditioner was just enough noise that you couldn’t hear the neighbors. When our fire alarm chirped staff was on it within minutes. Area is nice.
- 5/5
Very spacious nice clean room. Perfect for an overnight stay.
- 4/5
I would here again
- 5/5
The refrigerator isn’t very cold. I have medication that has to be kept cold.
- 2/5
This hotel is very dated and they are charging like a 4 star. The room was humid and damp. The pool was filthy. There was an odor in the hotel. It was not the usual experience I expect from this hotel chain.
- 5/5
Place
- 2/5
Now, the not so good part: The lobby and room were not clean. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed and the property as a whole needs updating. My husband ate breakfast at the hotel and advised me NOT to as he felt the food was most disappointing. And to end on a good note: The size of the room was great and the AC worked very well.
- 4/5
The pool was not very clean but it’s early in the season so they might not have gotten to that yet. We wished they had a little market by the front desk to purchase needed things or a bottle of wine, or whatever.
- 5/5
The desk clerks were pleasant and very accommodating. It is time for a renovation of this property. The first room had a problem with the toilet which made a loud noise and leaked water on the floor. The second room offered had a leaking faucet for the tub/shower. The desk clerk offered a discount for the room for my troubles but I need to coordinate with Expedia.
- 1/5
The stay was dreadful overall. From check-in on it was bad. At check-in I asked for 2-queen size beds instead of 1 king and a sofa bed. When I asked, the clerk nodded her head. I then added, unless it costs more. There was no response. I got to the room aaaand it was a king and a sofa bed. There were no sheets on the sofa bed and none in the room. I went back down and asked for sheets for the sofa bed. The clerk brought them with little dialog and certainly no, "I'm sorry." After putting the sheets on the sofa bed, I noticed there was no blanket and no pillows to go with the pillow cases that I was given. I went back down and asked for a blanket. The clerk extended NO "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or any sympathy at all. We went to sleep at 10pm. At 11:20 I was awakened to someone trying to get into the room. Someone used a key to open my door but I had the device that keeps the door from opening deployed so they could not get in. I called the office and told them what happened. The response was, "we knocked, you're supposed to be in" a different room. "What is your name?" "She gave you the wrong key. Your card has been disabled." I cannot imagine that going to an occupied room and using a key to enter is an accepted practice. I spent the rest of the night reacting to EVERY sound as if someone might be trying to enter my room.

Everything was great.
- 4/5
Perfect place for our overnight stay. Clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The motel was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area to visit family again. Gasoline on this corner was the cheapest around which was a bonus!
- 5/5
Very friendly check-in. Convenient to interstate and restaurants.
- 5/5
Just off the freeway, visible from the exit, sure makes a difference especially after a very long day of travel and in the dark.
- 4/5
Nice building just needs up grades
- 5/5
Easy on-and-off from I40, plenty of restaurants nearby (I recommend Jonathan's). Staff members at the front desk were fast and friendly. The room was a nice size, as was the bathroom. Oh, and it had the best shower - plenty of hot water and pressure. Two out of my last three stays, the hot water ran out while I was in the shower, so it's worth noting. Breakfast was OK. No yogurt, and not everything on the hot bar was hot, but the coffee was good.
- 5/5
Very nice stay! The front desk clerk, Jake, was so helpful!
- 5/5
It was a really nice safe inconvenient place
- 2/5
Room did not seem very clean. Bed was uncomfortable and there was no seating other than the bed.
- 4/5
Nice and clean
- 2/5
Now onto the rest…room service is every other day, which is fine. But on the day we were supposed to get room service, they changed the towels and the garbages and that was it. Beds and bathroom left untouched. Maybe they are having staffing issues, but if so, nothing was said. Our room had broken lamp shades, issues with sound coming from the air conditioner (bad internal fan?), a loud pump sound from the bathroom, and the walls are very thin. Our room was by the elevator and we heard every time the elevator arrived on the floor. We did ask to switch rooms, but the hotel was sold out, so we completely understood that it wasn’t an option. This hotel isn’t the worst we have stayed in, but we feel like the decline in care of the hotel and room service needs to be pointed out. Newer hotels have been built in this area since our first stay and we will be exploring them going forward.
- 2/5
The bathroom had mildew on the ceiling, stains on the wallpaper and the air vent was filthy. Room was ok otherwise Breakfast was messy and we had to continuously wait for items to be replenished. They did come right away to unclog our toilet
- 5/5
It was all good
- 5/5
The front desk was extremely kind. There was a young man who worked evenings Saturday and Sunday who was especially special making sure he made fresh coffee ready for us when we returned late every evening. Can you please pass on that feedback! Thank
- 1/5
Was not informed regarding the room service policy and we had not traveled in several years so when we returned for the evening we had no clean replacement towels and toilet tissue. Also was not informed regarding the automatic $50 incidental charge. Was only told a credit card was needed in case we “used” anything. The facility is obviously many years old needs to be updated. One elevator was out of order the 2 nights of our stay and there was a water leak in ice machine room.
- 5/5
I would like to see turkey bacon and/or sausage added to the continental breakfast choices.
- 5/5
Pleasant, clean, convenient for our stay! Thank you!
- 4/5
The Kleenex I’m the room was terrible. Toilet paper would have been better!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Generally very pleased with stay. Rooms and elevators conditions a bit dated but all in all cant complain.
- 1/5
It was just a tactic to get more money. The "hot" breakfast was cold. Not even room temperature. It was completely cold. I cannot recommend this property at all.
- 5/5
amazing bed and room, just wish the staff was a touch more helpful. I was in town for a run and it happened to work out that i would be getting back to the room shortly before checkout (under 15 mins). I asked if i could get a late check out, or even just an extra 30 mins and was told no. Fine, i get they have a tight turn around. I rushed, checked out at 11 sharp and headed to my next stop--where i discovered i had left some needed items in the room in my haste. I called, and asked if i could get them later when i would be through the area again and was told nothing had been found. They weren't in my bag, and i had used at least one item in the haste so i know they were there...so either they just tossed it all out or were unwilling to check the lost and found. either way, it would have been much easier if they had just been willing to give me a few extra minutes!

Metal bathtubs that give under your feet. Only 3 baggage carts. The rooms are showing wear. The staff was personable. The breakfast was adequate. This was a one time trip and stay in the area.

Clean rooms, however facilities and service are subpar.

Reluctantly, we stayed since we were already booked. Bathroom sink drain hole very dirty- not what was expected from this category of hotel. Did not compare any better from less expensive hotels with less pet fee that we stayed at during our trip.

Room was clean and the breakfast had a nice spread. It was very close to soccer fields that we needed to be at. A lot of options for restaurants around it.

It was just “okay”. The pool and surrounding area needs immediate attention. We loved the coffee!

Nice place! Very comfortable, however, was quite expensive.

Need to vacuum me the entrance check in area more often.

Hotel was extremely clean and rooms were very nice and spacious… Staff was absolutely amazing and very customer friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the beds were super comfortable. The front desk went above and beyond to help us while we were there. Rooms had Netflix which was great for enjoying movies at night!

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. But the air conditioning in our room was not good, it would not cool down, which inhibited us from getting a good night's sleep. The lobby and hallways felt great, we just wish our room could have been that comfortable.

I'm very picky where I stay and didn't want to stay all the way downtown Nashville. I took a chance based on the reviews. I checked into the hotel got to my room and realized this place is really nice. Everyone I came in touch with was very polite well trained and the Hotel was spotless. Breakfast was good and free. I will stay there again any chance I get.

Clean, great breakfast, secure. Great place to stay in Bellevue.

Overall it was a good stay. Two reasons I would not return were the terribly soft/unsupportive mattress and the bathroom had a less than pleasant order, although it appeared clean. Plumbing issues?

Near the main shopping area for restaurants.

It's not easy to find its driveway due to the trees around.

When we got there the pool was closed and didn’t open til the next day. Easy check in, just had trouble getting keys to our room due to the internet being down. Internet didn’t work for 2 days while we were there. We stayed from Wednesday til Sunday and the breakfast was horrible every day. The man working in the kitchen uniform was always dirty and always had to ask for more breakfast to be put out because we had a team of softball players and there families staying and there was never enough breakfast. Was by far the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in because they are my favorite and this one was disappointing!

Poor condition of the rooms. Bathroom was seriously in need of repair
