THE KING SUITE WAS LAYED OUT LIKE A MAZE OR AN ADDITION TO THE HOTEL, WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HAND TOWELS AND CLOTHS WERE STAINED THE FIRST DAY, NO TRASH BAGS FOR THE TRASH CANS AT ALL, AND THE RECEPTACLE AVAILABLITY IN THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE! A LAMP WITH RECEPTACLES IN IT ON THE DESK WAS ABOUT ALL THE ACCESS WE HAD TO USE. THE OTHER WAS AN EXTENTION CORD TO THE TV BEHIND THE DRESSER AND FINNALLY FOUND OONE BEHIND A CHAIR. ONLY ONE OF TWO WINDOWS WERE ABLE TO BE SEEN OUT OF THE OTHER WAS FROSTED OVER (PURPOSLEY). OUTSIDE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR, THERE WERE TRASH DEBRIS ALL OVER THE GROUND AND ALWAYS TRASH OVERFLOWING THE TRASH CAN. Convenient

The rooms were clean, but I believe they need some updating. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast had several choices and if something was out, they were more than happy to restock the item and did it very quickly, even if breakfast was almost over. They also had ample parking.

Brittany checked us in and she was AWESOME!! Having her at the front desk made our stay start off on the right foot. Also the guy that was doing breakfast was nice and polite. Please advertise that even though the pool is an indoor pool it isn't heated. We chose this hotel and paid more than other hotels so my granddaughter could enjoy the pool and come to find out that it wasn't heated.

They advertise having an indoor pool, but it's not climate controlled in the pool room or pool itself, rendering it useless cooler weather.

I booked a suite for a night. Upon my arrival I was told that the roof collapsed on top of the room I was to stay in. I was not refunded the extra money I spent. The lady in the front was rude when I asked. I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and my stays have always been great but this time I did not have a good stay and I am not sure I will return.

Jean at the front desk is amazing. Jean makes sure you feel comfortable and takes care of business throughout your stay. The room is basic but spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast is decent. Jean is the best front desk hep in this category. I had my entire team stay here for our business trip during a snow storm am we had a great experience.

I would’ve given it 5 stars, however the main reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. My daughter was so excited about swimming. The pool is not heated. It was ice cold. I’m not sure what the point of having it is if nobody can even use it.

Everyone was super friendly Hate the pool is not heated and the pool area is really cold. Our room was great and the TV was awesome, sounded like we were at the movies. Will definitely book there again!

Aftet the first night there I went to the desk and spoke with Jackson who introduced himself as the general manager. He never really offered any help or an alternative to staying in that room, except he send maintenance up. He was short, rude, and acted like he was being put out by having to handle the situation. Beware if you stay in room 204 because when I checked out, the toilet is still broke.

I didn't like housekeeping services ; they are supposed to come every other day, but for three days they didn't com to my room at all. We had to empty our own trash, The room smelled very damp

The staff at the hotel were great. They were welcoming and helpful when we checked in. My biggest issue with the room is the ventilation. We were in one of the suite. The room felt really stuffy despite the air conditioning being on. When you got out of the shower there was no air circulation at all. There was no airflow or working vents in the bathroom and it was extremely hot and stuffy. The room appeared to be clean, so there was no issues there. The breakfast was OK with your standard foods like waffles, eggs, sausage, both turkey and pork, and some muffins and toast. Overall, it was a decent stay. The surrounding areas is mostly other hotels, but the Opry is about three minutes away, and there are some restaurants around.

Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool water was cold in September. Overall great stay. The room fridge has a 4 hour timer-not functional when you count having to start it up, get it cooled down then it kicks off again. They need to take them out of the rooms entirely or take the timer feature off the unit.

It was a good stay, we stayed for the night from a trip going home. The hotel is clean and in a quite nice area. The room was tidy and clean although needs newer stuff and a little fix. I like it and it felt warm and homey and not creepy lol and this is only 4 mins to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.

The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean throughout — from the lobby to the rooms. I also appreciated how quiet it was, both during the day and at night. It was a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for rest. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The interior had crazy colors but was clean and comfortable! There is plenty of shops around and it's only a couple of miles away from the Opey mills mall! The staff was very friendly on check in and honest with questions I had overall a great experience.

Check in was a breeze. Room was located on the 3rd floor and in the corner away from the elevator which was nice for no noise. Beds were good and breakfast was good as well. Very clean facility.

Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell and the carpet by the bathroom was soaked. There as a leak in the room somewhere. The staff took immediate action to check the room and book me into yet another room. Professional and friendly.

The internet was out when we arrived and we were given the keys to a room that was occupied. We were given another room and the keys didn’t work. Despite heat in the high 90s the pool was freezing. The front desk staff was very nice and apologetic. The free breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel had a great free breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The rooms themselves were very clean and it was convenient to visit Gaylord Opryland as well as Rainforest Cafe in nearby mall. Staff was very pleasant.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient. Easy access and not overly congested area.

We had some issues at check in but it was finally resolved. We requested 2 rooms close together but ened up on opposing ends of the hall.

Pool was freezing cold both nights. The place was ina perfect area near the mall and downtown.

We stayed for two nights upon arrival from UK. There are a lot of hotels in the area, but the Fairfield has the right combination of facilities and price. It is also very convenient to walk to local Cracker Barrel, and a slightly longer walk to the Grand Ole Opry.

Jean, Miranda and staff made our stay unforgettable. Everyone is friendly and customer service was wonderful. Facilities were clean and well attended to. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved having access to gym, laundry and pool. We will be back!

Suggestion, move the smoking area away from the doors near the guest rooms. Makes the 1dt level smell like someone is smoking in the hotel.

Perfect location to Opry Land and the mall. A lot of dining options in this area that delivered! Staff were wonderful with a lovely complimentary breakfast. Only thing I didn’t care for was the hard beds!

My daughter and I visited Nashville for the first time. The property was very outdated. Our room had a funky smell to it. There was a shear white curtain on our window and people could see into our room from the outside and no protection from the sun coming in. There was new construction of happening close by with a lot of construction workers. Our carpet was coming up in some places and I wouldn’t dare to walk on it without shoes. The towels had zero softness. The pool was not able to be used but Tisha at the front desk was great and facilitated for us to use nearby Marriott pool. The location was decent as we were going to the Grand Ole Opery which was very close and also about a 10 min Uber to downtown Nashville. The breakfast was just ok. The eggs and sausage weren’t great. I would not choose this property again. Not everyone can afford to pay >$200 per night for a hotel but it was definitely disappointing.

We came down to do some shopping see Frozen TPAC. We were celebrating our 36 anniversary.

Just a regular hotel nothing new

Rooms spacious and clean. Air conditioner did not ever come on. It would automatically change to heat and set the temp at 74. When we entered the room the toilet would not flush and it had toilet paper in it. Called maintenance and after 30-46 minutes came up and plunged it. I was told that “the hotel would not put a guest in an unclean room” indicated without the words that we were lying about the toilet. Further said that we were using too much toilet paper. S no d if it stopped up again it would wait until the next day. By midnight it was not flushing. So we had to throw all the toilet paper in trash and not flush toilet all night and until we left next day. Several occupants had to issue solid waste into the toilet so it was left NASTY.

Property was clean and neat and staff was friendly. Limited dining options in immediate area.
