    I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at this property. It was peaceful and well lit at night. It was clean and no bugs. WiFi was fast and reliable.. If you are a person that prioritizes aesthetics, however, this may not be the place for you. The fridge was rusty and one of the drawers on the dresser area was missing. It didn’t bother me but some people may have an issue. Another thing to be mindful of is that wash rags and towels are not replaced like most hotels. You have to take them to the front desk to be washed. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

    Honestly just the fact that we had a place to crash for the night. Nothing else It was so dirty. So many roaches. No hot water. The place had some bad toilet smell the whole time. The bathroom was not that clean. The floor was very sticky and dirty.

    I don’t think I liked anything but it having an elevator. The rooms were dirty when we checked in. Molded food and previous tenants things left behind. The room was falling apart and not what the pictures showed. The hotel gave my fiancé and I 1 (singular)wash rag to wash both bodies with and when asked to provide 1 more to accommodate the number of guests on the booking we were told we had to pay and it was against their policy.

    The stove was so rusted the fridge looked 40 years old and stains all over the front like they got it from the junk yard the front lobby lady was great but the first room they gave us we just push on the door and it opened the bed had been slept in and there was empty pizza boxs and the bed was awful felt like it had a brace straight up and down under the bed

    William, the manager of the extended stay America hotel was absolutely above and beyond courteous, accommodating, and empathetic. One of the best hotel managers I have ever communicated with. I would recommend this hospitality hotel to anyone at any time as long as William is still the manager lol

    When we stepped in the room, it smelled like weed/cigarettes. There were no pots and pans to cook, so we had to buy our own because when we asked the front desk they had the audacity to say we would have to pay $40 for pots and pans, etc. The refrigerator was chipped as well as the microwave on the inside. Someone even spilled beer in the elevator. I would never stay here again.

    This is a bottom-tier hotel. It is nothing like other Extended Stay hotels that I've stayed at. Besides being a very "tired" property, this one doesn't offer any kitchen supplies (as is usually done at an Extended Stay hotel). I was told that they haven't for over 2 years.

    I found that the property was very clean from the moment I arrived. I continued to see faculty working staff was helpful. It was nice going into my room and actually smelling how clean it was. You don’t often get that and I am very much appreciated it and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

    When I called the service number provided, my frustration grew. My first attempt resulted in being hung up on. On the second call, I was given another number to try. The third time, I was placed on hold while a group of people next to me were also unsuccessfully attempting to get assistance. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I was told a clerk would arrive in 30 to 40 minutes. During this entire ordeal, there were no recommendations or clear instructions on what to do in such situations. It's unacceptable for a hotel to fail to accommodate guests who notify them in advance of a late arrival. Reliable customer service is essential, especially for travelers who may have no other options upon arrival. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses its staffing issues and ensures a more seamless experience for future guests. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The lack of accountability and poor service made my stay incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.

    House keeping only came to our room once and then said we had a do not disturb sign on our door so they didn't come in, and there was no do not disturb sign on our door, they failed to do their job or let us know so we had to deal with the consequences and leave, very inconvenient.

    The property had some sketchy seeming customers. It smelled like urine in the parking lot and exterior. The room door seemed like it had been kicked in at some point and there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling. It reeked like cigarettes and there was a roach over the bed. Lasted 23 mins before asking for a refund.

    Check in was fine but was frustrated to find out that even though I paid for our room in full, it was first come first serve after 6pm, and we arrived at 9pm. “Lucky for you we have one room left.” It was absolutely disgusting. The carpets have never been cleaned, sheets felt less than hand washed. Everything was stained and there was a cigar under the bed. Do not recommend…even for an hour.

    I had to change rooms due to the sheets being bloody. But the lady at the counter switched my room at no charge. The furniture needs to be updated. The chest of drawers had drawers missing. There was paint missing on the walls. In order to get extra towels, you have to use the first ones then they'll give you one set. But only if they have any available. My business trip was 4 days. If i wanted to cook something, i had to purchase cookware for $40 and the dinnerware was $30.

    Check in was fine. The area in front of the door was dirty and sticky. The room smelled of strong chemical. The walls in the room and bathroom had stains/marks on them. The carpet was dirty with visible items embedded in the fibers. The bedcover beneath the sheet had a dirty spot that showed through the sheet. There was a dead roach in the bathtub. The drywall under the shower head had water damage.

    This transaction was a disaster. Purchased and paid on Expedia. Showed up to property at roughly 12:30am. Lobby was closed. Had to use a phone outside. It dialed a National number I think. They asked who I was and stated the hostess would be there shortly. About 5 mins later, she showed up. First words out of her mouth were “when did you make this reservation”? The next sentence was “if the night time audit is running, I won’t be able to give you a room”. The third sentence out of her mouth was “I don’t have any rooms available”. So I booked a room, and paid for it on Expedia. $30 in wasted Ubers to and from this hotel, and no room, even though I booked and paid for. Hotel was shady anyway. Multiple people outside loitering, smoking weed and big police presence around hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

    There was an issue with my reservation as in they did not have one for me. They guy was a jerk and would not help me figure it out. It was 10 pm and you could not even figure out where the entrance was to begin with. The property was dirt and run down and like I said the guy was not friendly. I asked him if he could look my name up with my license and he said no. It was not good.

    The room size was good, clean bedding (but bed skirts looks very dirty & worn-down). There're no amenities service for our room, no coffee maker, the kitchenette in room is old rusty and no cookware for it, absolutely empty kitchen cabinet. Microwave working but not functional. We paid $175.00/night - there should be better than that. No morning breakfast, no ice machine on premise. Horrible.

    Our room and the property were in terrible shape. There was one bar of soap and one mini bottle of shampoo for all of us. No hairdyers. The hotel was out of towels for two days - we did not have any on Saturday or Sunday. No one came to empty the trash. We finally went and got bags ourselves and set the trash outside the door- no one ever came to pick it up our entire stay. The carpets were not vaccumed, the bathroom and kitchen counters were filthy, and the walls and ceilings have dirt and what looked like blood.

    It was supposed to be a free breakfast. However when my husband went their he was told there are no more left except a few muffins and coffee. It was also very noisy. The clerk who check us in gave us the wrong number so of course the key we were given didn’t work. We were also charged more than what is indicated in the hotel.com website. I explained this to the clerks but they said hotel.com charged differently than what they charged. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

    My flight was delayed by the airline a few hours and by the time I got to the hotel the lady at the counter told me she had sold my room to someone else "because I wasn't there right at 3pm." She was very upset that I booked through a third party website (Expedia) and said that because I didn't book directly through her, there was nothing she would do for me. She put me on the street in the middle of the night and said that she didn't care that I had nowhere to go. She said I wasn't her problem and that next time I should not use a third party website to book my stay. I have never had a more horrible experience in my entire life. I don't care how cheap the prices get, DO NOT STAY HERE.

    I was told not to smoke within 100 feet of the building. Cigarette butts were on the ground outside our room. The stairwells were dirty. The walking paths stunk terrible. Bed was pushed against an AC that was loud and kept the person closest cold and others were warm. This location has many guests that have moved in and stayed a very long time. We have been to other locations in TN that were much cleaner and nicer.

    Went to check in and they told us we had a reservation but not rooms available. Refunded money and sent us on our way to find a room ourselves. And when questioned was told this happens frequently with 3rd party. Very upset, I arranged for my son, and he is on a trip and suddenly does not have a room. I felt like he was treated this way because he was young and familiar with this kind of a situation.

    Had to stay at Red Roof Inn. Tried to check-in and supposedly the hotel was booked; mind you I made my reservation 2 weeks prior. Was told attempts to call me 3 days prior was unsuccessful, because the way I booked my rooms ( Expedia ) was by 3 rd party. We had 9 people coming to attend College graduation. I find it hard to believe my contact number was not available. Thank God we were able to find another hotel.

    I enjoy staying here. I stay here quite a bit. It’s really quiet , most of the time. The only two negatives were the refrigerator sounded as if it was going to go out. Also, the bathtub was like granite and it looked a little dirty whenever I arrived. However, the guy at the front desk was very friendly. And the maintenance man is very nice as well. I’d give this place 4 stars out of 5.

    THE STAFF IS HOSTILE, USELESS ,TERRIBLE ATTITUDE I made a reservation on expedia. Due to flight delay I arrive after midnight. the front desk person said their system was "auditing" she was able to see my reservation information, but still didn't check me into a room. she was awful, you can't imagine how tired I was , and I had to work next day early morning. she couldn't have cared less. I took an uber to go back and sleep at the airport. This is an AWFUL place and I will never forget the way they treated me.

    Sign on the door stating they had gone to Lunch. Room had a terrible smell like animals hair / odor. Your employee came up and sprayed, but didn’t help. I purchased Freebreeze and sprayed the room 3 times. Would never stay there again and cancelled my next reservations at your next property on my trip. The worse experience!!!

    The pictures do not represent this hotel at all it’s more of a motel and not clean at all. My family and I felt like we were in a drug hotel. Very uneasy feeling and misrepresented. Will never stay there again or recommend it.

    Terrible beds. Trash laying in walk ways for a week. Night time front desk people are cranky . They kept booking people into our room so randomly day and night people would walk in using a key. Front desk answer was " you never showed for your reservation " we had been there three days at that point.

    My room did'nt smell clean among entry. And I Disagree with being Charged $100 fot Incidentals & having to waiting 3 to 5 days to get it back. A Hold would be More Fair to those who Check In Responsibly.

    I would avoid at all cost. The property is a lil sketchy, I know people technically live there but someone was fixing a car in the parking lot when I pulled up. The front desk person informed me that there is a prostitution problem and that there would be a $100 deposit to deter the activity. The room looked clean enough but once I got in the bed there were 2 bed bugs and I have a bite on my ankle that is very painful. I called to switch rooms and the front desk associate seemed annoyed. I informed 2 employees about the bugs and haven’t heard from management. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my car.

    The customer service was good. There were no towels in the room, the table was pushed against the refrigerator as if someone forgot to put it back after cleaning. other guests were extremely loud and hotel staff did not intervene. It seemed as if the people in the room next door were having a violent fight.

    The hand towels literally had black dirt on them there where no wash cloths provided shower rod was broke and the TV kept going in and out. I love extended stays but the 2525 Elm hill pike one i will not be returning there.

    To check in the hotel took forever. Nobody was in office . They had a number to call but took 15 mins to get someone to answer. The room had weird smell when you turn on the A/C . Red stains on thr carpet .

    Was told I needed to place $100 deposit for smoking, which I am not a smoker nor smoked in my life and explained this to the front desk. They insisted I still needed to pay and I would be refunded the following morning by 11am. It has been two weeks with no refund. I have called multiple times to the hotel, and given excuse after excuse, then I was told it was refunded on the 22nd of may, I didn't check-in to the hotel till after midnight on the 23rd of may. How can you refund a deposit on the 22nd when I wasn't even checked in yet? SCAM!

    Advertised as having everything you need ... no cookware or silverware in unit . Plug ins are non existent and one was covered by a bed !!! Housekeeping never came by during my 2 day stay . Also had me a $100 deposit when you could throw a rock at my apartment . We stayed there because our air conditioning quit . NEVER AGAIN

    The stay was nice stay for 4 days for business and had to pay up front the deposit give 100 cash which I didn’t like. Then the day I check out they don’t open till 7 had to be at work at 630 but luckily someone was there checked out and ask for my deposit back and they say management won’t come in till 830 to open the safe. So had to come back later that evening to get my deposit what happened if I had to report to a different state and can’t wait for management to get there so I will not be staying there no more

    Booked online while on my flight to Nashville due to us being rerouted we go In super late so I needed a place to stay. I get to the hotel and I’m told they don’t have any availability even tho it showed available rooms on hotels.com I was furious and it this point it was 115am. Front seat said I would have to deal with hotels . Com about it. I Kept asking if there was anything she could do and finally said they had a larger room that was $10 more so I had to pay it so I had a place to sleep as I was exhausted. I think there needs to be better communications with the hotels about the availability and I think hotels.com should cover my difference.

    If there was a way to black list this hotel from my search results, I would. This is the second time I had a bad experience with them. The first time was a couple years ago when I had paid for my room ahead of time on Hotels.com and showed up only to find they were full and had no room for me. Since I didn’t not check in, I was unable to leave a review for them. When I booked this time, I didn’t realize it was the same hotel. Even though their listing on hotels.com says “free extended parking”, we were told at check in we would have to pay to park our car there for the couple of days we would be gone from the property. The desk clerk even called the manger when I pointed out what their listing said and they still would not honor it. I should have left right then. Room was mediocre. Bathroom door had a stain on it that was disgusting. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.
