Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, appreciating the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to downtown are highly praised. However, some guests have issues with the parking garage and the comfort of the sofa beds.
- Friendly staff and excellent customer service
- Convenient location with easy access to local attractions
- Parking garage is tight and difficult to navigate
- Sofa beds in rooms are uncomfortable

So this one’s kind of a hard review. As far as the location it’s on Broadway but at the very end, so very convenient with their free shuttle to go back-and-forth to downtown, but also quiet when you are done partying. As far as being well maintained and clean it is under a complete renovation right now, but there are definite things that could use a good wipe down and just overall be cleaner while they are renovating. Now I would give it a one star on the front desk help especially the lady who is the supervisor she is not welcoming. She is not friendly. She does absolutely nothing more than she has to. The water was out and we brought it to her attention and she said well when the 11 o’clock crew comes in I’ll let them know and it was only 7 PM so for four hours we did not have access to cold ice freshwater. There’s another younger gentleman that works down there. That is just extremely awkward and doesn’t know how to talk to people we asked him if they had a courtesy hold for luggage once we checked out and he was like well I don’t, but if you ask valet, they will just super weird answer to a question that could’ve been dealt with completely differently. The breakfast staff was very very nice especially there is an elderly lady and she just goes above and beyond taking your dishes immediately asking if there’s anything else she can help you with. There was complementary drinks in the evening that were served the gentleman who was serving. I thought the price was high.

I was unaware when booking that the hotel was under construction. Lobby was blocked with various tarps. When riding the elevator you could see rubble covering some of the fixtures. Once you got off the elevator, you saw a room with a big chunk of the door missing. My room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Front desk staff were not the friendliest.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful even when I had to e tend my room for another night it was quick and simple.

Great stay , the shuttle drivers were great , staff very helpful.

The Embassy is a good choice. However, be aware they are under renovation and when we arrived they did not have a room for us and sent us over to the Hampton which was disgusting. They said hotels.com did not provide our contact info which is why they didn't let us know before we arrived and unpacked all our things. That is unacceptable. This caused us to miss the first two acts of our CMAfest concert at Nissan Stadium. Hilton & Hotel.com (Expedia) do better! Communication is key!
- 3/5
Front desk girl was suuuuuper rude to us the minute we walked it. (I was also a little grossed out by her dirty fingernails.) 😬Minutes later she was really nice to the next people. So weird. This hotel felt very dated and dark. The room was spacious but that’s about my only positive. Nit at all convenient. I was lured in by the Broadway address. But nothing interesting was within walking distance.,

Good location First of all I was not aware the hotel was under renovation and that should have been stated on the site. Several amenities were not available
- 2/5
I was hoping on the weekends the hammering and construction noise wouldn’t have started at 8am. The breakfast, happy hour and shuttle were awesome though!
- 1/5
It’s under construction and the Tainsing Came going in downstairs has machinery and construction crews working through the night. It smells of drywall and glue. Ew. The breakfast and shuttle service are top notch, but this was disappoints to say the least.

There is not enough lighting in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too high. Having to pay for parking. No pool nor sauna.

Clean, but old furniture. There is no information where we can or see. They only had a map. Noice of repairs going on. There is not enough lighting in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too high. Having to pay for parking. No pool nor sauna.

The Vanderbuilt location in Nashville advertised a pool, even on the TVs in the room but after checking in, we learned the pool is down and there are no plans to get it back. We would not have stayed at this location if we had known there was no pool. There was a light out in our room right over the vanity that we asked twice to have fixed and it never was. No explanation. The breakfast and evening reception are very nice at The Embassy hotels. The parking being $50 per day is ridiculous when we already spent $900 to stay 3 nights
- 4/5
Great housekeeping, big rooms, friendly staff. Horrible parking garage situation. $45 per day and hard to get to. No vending machines on each floor, just ice. Limited items at the little convenient store in lobby. Great breakfast!

The rooms offer genuine comfort where it counts, the beds are excellent, and the pricing is fair for what you receive. The staff deserve a particular mention for their friendliness and attentiveness throughout our visit. A highlight was the complimentary drinks offering, which created a warm, social atmosphere at the bar and added a lovely communal touch to the stay. Overall, a positive experience that we'd happily repeat. Recommended for travellers seeking comfort and value without pretension.

I liked the location Housekeeping. Asked them to take dirty towels four times and they didn’t. Three times they barged into our room while we were changing our clothes.

Got transferred to a different hotel due to no room available when I checked in. Then the other hotel asked me to pay again.

Was an enjoyable hotel, so I stayed an extra night.

Great location and value for such a large room.
- 3/5
The best part of our stay was the fresh breakfast in the morning. Parking was safe. We enjoyed and appreciated the free shuttle downtown. We enjoyed the size of our room but it could use a little work, a little refresh. In a few areas, like the breakfast area and the bar area, it felt like there wasn't enough staff.

The hotel was a perfect location with a shuttle down to Broadway. They are somewhat under construction and remodeling however it was still comfortable.

Our room was very clean and met all of our needs. Bed very comfortable. Staff was exceptional. There was a mix up and I arrived late only to find I didn’t have a room. Had one for the next night, but not that night. That scrambled and found me a room before I had finished my glass of wine! Very special staff at the desk, cleaners, breakfast room staff. And a free shuttle to all the Nashville music scene. I would go back.

We found the sofa bed filthy, reported it, housekeeping agreed, and obtained new rooms immediately!! Their housekeeping rep was friendly and professional! Our original was not clean (sofa bed), and one of the bathrooms had black mold on the ceiling and walls of the shower . Our reassigned room was clean and pleasant!

Looking forward to seeing the renovations completed. Now for the good: breakfast was great with made to order omelet and the staff were amazing! Shout out to the front desk clerk Cece and our shuttle driver Tony

No hot water for a shower. Desk said they don't have maintenance at night, and they were full so they could not help. The plumbing issues didn't stop. The sink bubbled up with disgusting liquid all night making noise. When maintenance finally came, they didn't fix it but told us we needed to run hot water in the sink in order to have a hot shower because of a mixing valve problem. The room reeked of paint fumes and the tv remote did not work. Spent a lot of money to feel like I was roughing it at a campsite.

We stay here while in nashville. Rooms are clean, bedding is comfy, and staff is always friendly. Parking garage is connected to the property and easy to access. Location is located in a very good spot, easy walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Everything was good. The parking deck was absolutely terrible if you have a big truck (Tahoe). The check-in process was a little irritating due to our room not being ready and being told i could pay an additional $50 to check in early. Was told to come back at another time for a room and then upon arrival was told still no room available. Staff was friendly. Was not pleased with the painting going on inside hotel due to allergies . But overall good stay

The breakfast was amazing every day! The only drawback was the decor in the rooms - very plain Jane! Nothing on the walls whatsoever, but they have posted that they're doing a big remodel coming soon, so maybe they took everything down in preparation for that.
- 5/5
The breakfast was a nice spread and the "cooked to order" omelets have been a highlight for me 30+ years! Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and kind. I finally made a Manager's Reception and it was nice! The garage/VIP parking is only not so good thing for me because of the wait or walk vs just going out to your car on the lot; but that's the case with the location & vicinity.

We were not able to stay at this place when we walked into the lobby to check in. They told us that they had to move us to another hotel 1.6 miles away. We were placed in a hotel with nothing around but a 711 there was nothing around. They did send me an email the morning of, but unfortunately, I didn’t get it because I was traveling, I was very upset. I was very disappointed and I will never stay with the embassy suites again. I’ve booked this place January 1, 2026 4 1/2 months ago and I got an email the day of staying that they had to move us because of current renovations. They didn’t know they had renovations prior to the day we came in?? I heard there was a pharmaceutical convention and I believe what happened as they bumped us out to a cheaper further away hotel so they can get more money for two nights stay than what we charged us originally for our three nights stay. Same as above.

It didn't feel well maintained. Our room had stains on the coach and the lamp was leaning. Staff was friendly once you got them to smile. Bar was lacking in N/A options and closed super earlier. It just felt a little dingy and the parking garage was terrifying....

Clean room, convenient location, decent "free" breakfast and the dinner cocktail hour is a nice touch for a few included drinks. Con this trip was the tv not working half the time and the extremely sticky floor at the morning breakfast. Overall, would stay here again.

Embassy suites are fantastic and this one was no exception. Clean room and space. Breakfast was extensive and fresh. I wasn’t aware parking cost $ at the time of the booking.

The breakfast menu was nice. The man bartender on 4/27 requested we reuse our plastic glasses during the managers banquet which I think is unsanitary he also mixed up mine and my husband’s glasses and poured alcohol into my glass when I was drinking pop. Also property is under construction which I was unaware of when we booked, it was supposed be 8-5 started at 7:15am and went till after 6 some nights. Constant pounding. I’m on vacation I want to sleep until I wake up not be woken up by pounding. An afternoon nap on vacay a no go with all the poundin. Very disappointed!

Parking was an additional $45, maybe I over looked that on booking, but can't recall. Im downtown area, you will probaly pay about that much for the day.

Great place, clean, shuttle, etc and was very accommodating. Will definitely go back.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great and the rooms were large and very clean.
- 3/5
One keycard didn’t work so I had to take the elevator back down to get it fixed. The room smelled awful - kind of a chemical smell. And the room was very stale & humid. And the outside temp wasn’t hot. We had to turn the room temp down all the way to try and help the situation.
- 4/5
I always like staying at Embassy Suites. The room was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. I love getting my eggs cooked to order. Only thing was, I didn’t see where I had to pay for parking. It was $45 for self park and $50 for valet a day. Luckily I only stayed 1 night. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
- 3.5/5
Tony the Van driver Rooms stuck and were musky
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Cannot say enough good things Parking to check in. Parking lot. And they will not tell you until you get your bill and see it. Self parking is 50.00 they add taxes. Valet is 70. They would not remove it after I called. They never said you were charged to park anywhere. The parking garage is tight. Very hard to pull into with a 4 door truck and to go around and around you almost it mirrors and bed of truck. I would have stayed again but I did not like they way they handle The parking. No telling you. It’s was expensive to stay they they tag on the extra you know. Nothing about until You see your bill!!! So will not stay there again just because of that issue.

Came down for the Black Expo at The Fairgrounds. The front desk individual was very nice and answered all my questions. Room was Excellent with a nice view of the city. Breakfast was Wonderfull and we even had seconds. Hotel was in a great location as well. My only complaint was we were not able to enjoy the free 2 drinks as traffic was backed up and we missed it by 2 minutes. Spoke to the front desk about it and was told I would be compensated and that did not happen. Overall I would probably stay there again as it is in a great location. Just wished we could have enjoyed those drinks as we had a long travel to get there

First room had leaking faucet and second room bathroom was a weird buzzing sound. The hallway floor also felt like it was going to go thru it
- 3/5
The room was ok. Couldn't look out our window to see anything because there was such a dirty film covering the whole outside of the window. Bed sheets had a couple of holes in them. My fault for not looking before i booked but i feel like paying 45$ a night for parking, and parking it yourself, when you're already paying to stay at the establishment was crazy ridiculous! I booked this place just because it was so close to VUMC and convenient because my mom was having a brain tumor removed and we wanted to be nearby.

The staff was very friendly, the vallet parking was great, the shuttle service (Tony) was my families favorite. The driver was excellent @ his job, he was very friendly. The room was clean and nice the only complaint i would have is our trash cans didnt have trash bags in them. All in all it was excellent service.

The breakfast is excellent. They had foam pillows, I’m allergic to feathers. They helped us find a ride to the airport. Recommend this location. Close to everything on Broadway. The only bad was l his ex had a coat in his closet. It’s fine I know, but I really almost brought my coat and then I was like oh the weather is.

I really enjoyed my stay and Embassy Suites. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety with a combo of buffet and staff making made to order omelets and eggs. The staff was friendly. This hotel was a bit less expensive than those closer to the Nashville action and the shuttle bus made it a great choice. I would most definitely stay there again.

- 3/5
The room was ok, nothing special. Breakfast was good, but the afternoon reception left much to be desired. Same snacks every day, and the only free beverages or beer, wine, and a crappy sangria.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle drivers, Tony and Matt were fabulous, knowledgeable and so accommodating. I would definitely return to this hotel!
- 1/5
Worst stay I’ve ever had… the room 520 had a terrible, musty smell.. almost of an old basement that was once flooded… there were so many little gnats/insects flying around the room.. I stopped counting after killing 7 of them. I took pictures of each bug I killed as well. Our second morning, we were woken up by the fire alarm at 830am. Only one out of two elevators were working. The jacuzzi was closed. On our third morning, we were once again woken up at 830am by the fire alarms (that went off more than once). On our last day, the water was to be shut off from 11am-3pm. The only good thing about this place was the guy driving the shuttle van! He was awesome. Other than that, I will never stay here again or recommend anyone else stay here. Embassy, please do better!

Positives: Room size and complimentary breakfast. Con’s: Noisy surroundings, thin walls, poorly keep bathroom fixtures, cable went in and out in the rooms, housekeeping doesn’t come when requested, front desk staff is slow and unprofessional.

Staff were friendly and property clean.

The breakfast was much nicer than most hotels include. The omelets took a while but were made to order. They offered mounds of crisp bacon near the omelet station. Those not wanting to wait for an omelet to be prepared had plenty of other options in the buffet line such as eggs, bacon, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, etc to choose from. The happy hour was free each evening ( if you wanted upgraded offerings, they charge $4 per drink to your room) which was a nice touch not to have to spend $25 at a bar for a couple of drinks! They had plenty of lounge seating so your group can talk and chill.

The breakfast was really good. The omelet to order was perfect! Fruit and a large variety of options were available for breakfast. The hotel ‘s location was convenient.

It's too early to early to ask me a question like this.
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay close to everything I needed

Best, breakfast bar. Great! Location between airport and honky tonk area. Shuttle service was wonderful
- 5/5
Great.
- 4/5
I really liked that the property provided transportation to the downtown area.
- 5/5
Always a good stay at this hotel!
- 5/5
Very relaxing and peaceful with a great location that was very close to everything. Will definitely return again and recommend.

Internet was not reliable. Made working difficult unless you paid for the upgrade. Sauna and hot tub out of order entire stay. Laundry service not available even if sent before the drop off time. A lot of back and forth to the front desk verses them coming to you for things. Laundry is cash quarters only. You will pay 4.00 ATM fees to get your 5.00 for your laundry load. Would be nice to have upgraded laundry systems available to be used with a card. Staff was polite.

I had a hard time at breakfast as my allergies made it very challenging. However that was not a guarantee upon my stay. I was overall pleased! Loved happy hour

Room smelled like mold. Iron didn’t work, called down to get a replacement - found one in back but said I needed to come get it or wait until after 7 am and someone could bring it up. I thought I may have to extend my trip, went to the front desk around 8 pm, waited for 10 minutes - finally 2 employees came from back….sorry they don’t take reservations. I would need to make an on-line reservation, then call the front desk and they could apply it to my room. Needless to stay, I decided to stay elsewhere……seemed very understaff the 2 days I was there. Valet parking didn’t open until 7:00 am, had to wait 10 minutes

We loved every thing
- 4/5
The shuttle bus was great - remember to tip your driver! Although the walk to downtown is fine during the day (aprox 20 mins), it wouldn't feel very safe at night. Although you can walk via the Gulch too. The breakfast didn't provide many good vegetarian options (bacon + sausage mostly), so we didn't eat there every day. The rooms were a great size, having the living area space for a longer stay meant some days we could still in the room more comfortably. We went to the cocktail hour a few times, that was okay, but often we had plans which meant we missed the time. Would recommend anyone to this hotel, great value for money for the location and facilities.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast was great, Happy Hour was a nice touch. Room was clean and very quiet
- 5/5
Everything , room, staff, breakfast and transportation were excellent
- 5/5
Was a nice trip. A quick stop as we were driving through. Made us feel welcome and the shuttle to music row was quick and fun
- 3/5
Staff was nice Property not very clean carpet dirty and pulling up, mold top part of shower, sink leaking and faucet not secure. Bananas and fruit provided for breakfast not very fresh x 3 days

The happy hour everyday is a plus.

Me and my family used to stay at downtown Nashville. However, we decided to stay at the Vanderbilt area this time and I have nothing like good things to say from the Embassy Suites staff and property conditions. Since we arrive the staff members were courteous and friendly as well as warm. Room was clean, bed was awesome as well as the shower. Hotel has a lot of restaurants, bars and other amenities walking distance. Special acknowledgment to Tony to shuttle driver who took us to downtown to our concert and picked up despite the traffic jam and all the other issues downtown Nashville may have with large crowds. Happy hour and breakfast were awesome as well. Great job guys please keep it up! We’ll definitely stay here next time!
- 5/5
Breakfast omlette station was great. Conveniently located in front of a Hattie Bs . Can’t say enough about Tony from the shuttle service , so reliable and convenient. They had a “happy hour” kickback with drinks and snacks.
- 5/5
Nice clean room.very good breakfast. Close to Vanderbilt medicine center.
- 5/5
Had no issues with anything, I had booked 3 rooms for our 2 married children and us, everything went as planned and love the shuttle to downtown broadway. great drivers.
- 5/5
This hotel has excellent accommodations and is very accommodating
- 5/5
Great staff and wonderful stay
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a great location! It is an easy walk to the busiest part of Broadway where all of the action is. The staff is friendly. The food is great. My only complaint is the parking deck. It is very tight and the parking spaces are small. It would be very difficult to park a truck or full sized SUV. My truck was to tall for the deck. I will definately stay there again.

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but when we showed up at 5:30pm we were told we would be on a waiting list for a room. We reserved a week prior. We had dinner reservations at 7pm. We did not get an available room until 8:45pm. We were not the only guests this happened too. There were TONS of guests in lobby (stranded) waiting to get in to rooms.
- 5/5
A great place in the heart of midtown Nashville. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance, and a short ride to downturn Broadway. And the free breakfast is perfect for treating hangovers.
- 5/5
However, for the Guest self-parking in the garage has very close and too, tight spaces. The lighting in the garage definitely needs improvement to assist the guest for self-parking see the small and tight spaces better, for both day and definitely at night. Otherwise, great experience and exceptional breakfast 👌.
- 3/5
Placed was sold out and did not get a room until 7pm
- 1/5
Complete shambles. Over 100 guests were not able to be checked in until after 7 pm, as the hotel did not have enough cleaning staff to ready rooms.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Nice gesture to have a happy hour on arrival. Breakfast was nice feature as well.
- 4/5
Rooms were comfortable with a good view my only draw back would be the parking garage it’s pretty tight for larger vehicles.
- 5/5
The parking garage needs to be updated. Very tight for getting in and out. The shuttle for downtown was a plus. The breakfast was super. The front desk staff was very helpful. Definitely coming back.
- 5/5
I loved staying at this hotel! It was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It was clean and quiet and the complimentary breakfast, specifically the omlette station, was amazing! A great experience overall!
- 5/5
I loved everything about this hotel. So much so that I will be trying to find this chain no matter where I travel.
- 5/5
Breakfast is delicious. Happy hour is amazing! Loved the shuttle to downtown broadway! Very convenient.
- 5/5
Front staff was great!
- 2/5
Air conditioning in room didn’t work was told because I booked third party they didn’t have any rooms to switch too
- 5/5
Great hotel, friendly staff, convenience to city activities.
- 5/5
Good service. Pam and Garth were great for food and bar service. Staff was kind. Great breakfast and options.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean, everything is good. The staff working at the breakfast area were working very hard, to out away out trays, to clean the table, every where, to refill the coffee, non-stop, to make the whole breakfast very comfortable. Parking is okay, need to pay. On the arrival late at night, planning to go out to eat and it rained, we stayed in the restaurant inside the hotel, the portion is huge and tastes good. Overall, a good stay experience. Thank you very much.
- 4/5
Good spot, good service. Clean and easy.
- 5/5
It’s a bit of a walk from the main strip on broadway but we enjoy walking. It’s one of the reasons we chose this location. When it was hot/humid in the middle of the day we used the hotel’s shuttle a couple times. It’s a nice perk. The staff were always responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends coming to Nashville.
- 5/5
Great stay for short weekend
- 5/5
very nice area and lots to do
- 4/5
The 2 bed 2 bath suite was a bit dated but clean. The staff were very nice and friendly with the exception of a couple of valet attendants. Location was excellent. The shuttle to Broadway is a major plus and the driver was very nice. Breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay again.

It was fine
- 4/5
Check in and check out was very quick and customer service was great throughout our entire stay My family loved the breakfast and happy hour
- 5/5
Parking was ok, seemed very narrow. The lighting wasn’t the best, seemed too dark.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good and room was clean and nice.
- 5/5
The only complaint i have is the extremely small parking garage entrance.
- 4/5
Close by to everything. Excellent Breakfast that comes with the stay. Makes up for the parking expense.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice welcome reception. Room clean and a great breakfast. We'll be back. Thank You.
- 4/5
The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is because the parking garage is scary. To be fair I have a large SUV & I self parked so navigating the narrow concrete turns was stressful. However, I loved the suite space, daily “happy hour”, & complimentary shuttle! The hotel is clean, safe, and the staff was delightful!!
- 5/5
Victoria was super nice and gave us great ideas for things to do and see! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 4/5
I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle and the shuttle driver were awesome. The only thing is that the bed wasn’t comfortable so I didn’t get into a deep sleep.
- 5/5
Everything at this hotel was wonderful. We had a TV that wasn’t functioning properly and they sent someone up immediately and fixed it. They also had a wonderful happy hour with complementary drinks, there was also a free breakfast which was excellent and the staff was hard-working and professional. We particularly liked the Shuttle, which took us down to the bars in town. Our driver Tony was extremely funny and kind.
- 3/5
This property is a bit dated but clean and in a safer area.
- 5/5
This property was located in just the right location. Close enough to some great eateries and shopping but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown broadway.
- 5/5
Met all of our expectations
- 5/5
Convenient to everything. Friendly staff. Beautiful place
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze and they were nice enough to let us check in really early!
- 5/5
Good food great staff
- 5/5
Nice to have the shuttle to Music Row
- 4/5
Room wasn't exactly like the pics but it was a good stay.
- 3/5
The employee at check-in was rude otherwise nice stay.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 4/5
Property is a good location not far from Broadway. We went during the CMA and it was very convenient they have a shuttle that drops you off on Broadway near the downtown ( where everyone bar hops). Hotel property was nice but due for updating and regular maintenance. The main water feature inside the main hall is lovely. The morning breakfast is a great option, the omelets are surprisingly good and made with real eggs. We would definitely stay again since the hotel price point is good but if we could find something more updated for not too much more we would pry do the move. Most staff was nice with a few who had very bland personalities. Today’s customer service is hit/miss unfortunately. For myself this makes the world’s difference since we rarely go out and when we do we just want to go places with great vibes. If the hotel had exceptional service then we could bypass the outdated hotel. The restaurant onsite was decent food. For the pricing it’s worthwhile.
- 5/5
Great stay. Shuttle to/from downtown was a great benefit. Shout out to Tony the shuttle driver! Breakfast was made to order as advertised and the Staff does a very good job.
- 3/5
My room never got cool and the ac made random loud noises
- 2/5
The room was very musty smelling likely due to the bathroom fan not working
- 5/5
Good overall
- 5/5
Honestly, it was perfect for what we wanted. The breakfast was great, and we participated in the cocktail hour one night. We loved Tony the shuttle driver and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Great service. Friendly employees. Room was clean. Great location.
- 5/5
I wish they had something better than chips & salsa for complementary meal/snack; however, besides that, I always enjoy my stay & those good drinks. The omelette is always perfect to start your morning…
- 4/5
Not too far from Downtown Broadway area and they have a shuttle which is great! Check in guy was not happy or friendly didn't seem to like his job, but everyone else we encountered were super friendly from the food service, shuttle drivers and the valet were all very helpful. Only negative, I am picky about bathrooms being spotless, I do not like to see mold in showers and there were spots of mold or in need of caulking, plus the toilets are super low to the ground!
- 5/5
We had a great time! The best part was our shuttle driver for the hotel, he was amazing.
- 5/5
Really nice
- 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Great location but…..mattress and pillows should have been replaced long ago. Shower leaked onto floor. At breakfast they ran out of scrambled eggs (did not want to wait for omelet) and no milk for cereal.
- 4/5
Drivers were awesome, breakfast was good
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with a tremendous breakfast. Plenty of places near hotel to walk to
- 5/5
This hotel was absolutely amazing! I’d rate it a million stars if I could!!
- 5/5
There are 2 things missing here. A pool and airport shuttle. Great place to stay anyway. Highly recommend
- 5/5
The staff was first class. There are some nice perks to the hotel. Happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 and a free shuttle to downtown. Lots of close dining options.
