    You will get what you pay for. Do not expect well-appointed amenities or a nice location, as you were going to a brand-new or well-known chain. I have encountered some issues with flying ants and insects in the ceiling. After all, the front desk services were on point with any maintenance issues I had. Good customer service, very respectful staff.

    checkin was not to good, as if we kept him from his favorite tv show, the towels were very thin, no continental breakfast, coffee only. it was january so the pool was closed ( not a big deal) parking was great, location was great, as in walking distance to city bus, and food places.

    Quiet. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop (bus number 23) is right across which takes you to downtown close to Broadway, so save on $$ on taxi or parking if you want to visit the main attractions in Nashville. Friendly staff.

    They held a $100 on my card, as a deposit where nothing in the room would even total up to that amount. She was reluctant, but changed the room. The new room the bedding was neater, but bathroom was overlooked with a strong smell of urine and the furniture was extremely dusty (pic). They should service or cater to the lower end and remove their affiliation with Hotel com. That's all!

    Stay was very horrible. The room was very nasty. Had older. There was hair on the pillow hair was all over the tub the toilet seat there was hair all in the shower curtain also spots and dirty spots all over the shower curtain top bottom in middle that was spots all in the tub as well. I asked the staff member on site. Mr. Moley is the name that he gave me. He stated to me when he came into the room that the cleaning staff is not there to sterilize my room, clean my room to my capability and that I can go to the store down the street to get what I need to get to clean my room sterilize my room the way I would like the room to be clean because they do not do that then he went on to disrespect me and tell me he sees the hair he sees the hair in the shower as well and he just took a piece of tissue and wipe the hair up now everything is clean and he also changed a pillow case and then left the hair on the bed. After disrespecting me, he said now go to the store and sterilize and clean your room. The way you want your own clean because I our staff do not have to do this so you can. After that, he told me that he has to get back to the front desk and cannot spend the night down here at my room with all my complaints that this room is not clean or sterilize.. I only told him that I am allergic to dogs and cats. I have started itching since I opened the door and stepped in. Is there another room I can move too because of the fact that I am having a reaction to this room, he told me

    The next day, my friends and I left our rooms to go out. When we came back, we noticed one of the beds in my room was made up but not the other. We never requested anything to be put in our rooms. I went to the office to see why was someone in my room without my permission. He stated that if I didn’t want housekeeping in my room that had to be requested at the beginning. I’ve never heard of that. I definitely would not be booking another stay

    The check-in and checkout process was very simple and easy. They were very nice overall this is a good value Motel. My biggest complaint is that one of the beds in the room had really dirty sheets, but the other bed was fine. The air conditioner wouldn't go below 70 and the shower was room temperature at best.

    I had booked for 2 nights, but they only had me down for 1. They did accommodate for the next night. The room is VERY basic, but adequate. No instructions for the TV. Floors are vinyl, but that's best in a motel. No coffee in room, but available in the office.

    The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, as was the maintenance man. Other than that, there was more bad than good. The parking lot was so small, that when it was full at night, it was very hard to park. The room had ants in the bathroom. We needed to call for someone to look at the hot water in the room because it wasn't working. Turns out that you just need to run the water for 10 minutes or so until the hot water travels from a small tank on the other side of the building and finally gets to the room. After a long 9hr drive and then a concert downtown, to say we were very tired would be an understatement. The next morning, I had gone to the store early. When i returned, I forgot to lock the door. The cleaning lady opened the door and saw us still sleeping and closed the door. However, she actually woke up my daughter. My daughter overheard the cleaning lady complaining that we were all still "dead asleep". That she could have come in and cleaned and we would not have noticed. Then proceeded to say that she would never sleep past 10am and that it was ridiculous that we were still sleeping. Overall, it served our need, but I would not return to this location.

    Shady. Got in and it’s surface clean at best. Bed sheets look old. There was hair on the bed and the pillows are old and brown with dirty pillowcases. They looked dingy with oil stains. I was scared to sleep on the bed for fear of bugs. Towels are small and sometimes dirty with mascara and oil stains. The bathtub curtain had mildew at the bottom. The first night I spent there the person in the room over was in her pickup truck with a group of people reving their engines. At first it looked like they were trying to jumpstart another vehicle ( I didn’t want them to see me looking) and that was around 10:30pm. But then it happened again around 2am and lasted longer. It was scary and hard to sleep with the noise and feeling unsafe. The second night was better, but the third night behold they were reving their engines again. For the price I guess this is what you get cuz it was the most affordable option close to the venue I was attending. I can say the guy at the desk was friendly enough and accommodating when I asked for fresh linens.

    Room was covered in pieces from a leaking toilet that leaked from the base all night long no attempt was made to compensate for the feces filled room. We were charged $75 for our pets for the night and 5838 using the Expedia app not one penny was refunded even though we were left to stay in unsafe conditions all night long no attempt has even been made to make things right do not ever go to econo Lodge or you could stay the night in other people's human waste and be charged $133.38 for the night again no attempt was made to make things right no attempt was or phone call was received by any management whatsoever this property was a joke and left us an unsafe conditions all night long imagine waking up to floors covered in other people's species and not even realizing what it is until you use the bathroom yourself and it leaks all over the place. Again after complaining to management nothing was ever compensated nothing was ever done not one single phone call was ever made to us to understand how we felt about it or to make things right what a joke don't ever ever stay at this hotel. Slept in a room flooded with other people's human waste and was charged 75.00 for our pets and 58.38 Expedia room rate. Alll of our luggage, socks, dogs were covered in water filled with human waste.

    Cleanliness is an issue with the towels and floor, TV didn’t work, you can hear anything and everything because the walls are thin, mattress is on some weird frame that squeaks every time you move so don’t plan on moving much.

    I deposit for 100$ and they told me that it will refund me back to my bank that money 100$ back , but I just seen that 76$ back for refund! Me and my friend we are even took some pictures in the room to make sure everything is ok before we left and checked out , the towels were old, pillows, now I understand why that hotel wasn’t full on the weekend just because it’s terrible!!! I wouldn’t recommend to this hotel just stay away from it , only CARD to deposit the website say pay when you stay for with card or cash but it’s wasn’t true !

    My daughter and I checked into this hotel for one night. Upon entering the room, we immediately got a smell of cigarettes like someone had been smoking. Then we go to turn on the air conditioner only for it to start leaking in the room and spiders were everywhere. I went to the front desk to ask for clean pillowcases because ours had stains on them. He got an attitude with me and when I told him about the other issues, he said he wasn’t moving us to another room and that it didn’t smell like smoke. Then the room deposit was $100 and they only sent me back with $65 because they said the room was dirty. WE EVEN MADE THE BEDS BEFORE WE CHECKED OUT! He was probably mad because Expedia blew the phones up the previous night. Luckily, Expedia and choice hotels took care of me after 2 days of phone calls.

    I stayed 2 weeks ago to celebrate my 30th in Nashville! Don’t let a lot of these reviews fool you… (especially on Google). I didn’t read any until the day of and was a little nervous, but everything was great! The room was really clean, hot water, staff was very friendly and other people staying on the property, convenient to downtown and other local bars.. plus gas, food, a Walmart, etc. Yes, there are homeless people on corners around the area, (any big city does) but we were on the second floor and came back late each night and had no issues of ‘wanderers’ in the parking lot (except for one of the gas stations nearby). They definitely do come knocking pretty early lol but overall, it was a quiet, and pleasant stay!

    For the price, the stay was okay. The entire premises could use a major update/upgrade. Outlets are loose, bedding is worn and stained, interior walls, doors and furniture need upkeep and replacement. There was a maintenence need in the bathroom during my stay and staff were quick in handling this and moving me to a new room immediately. All staff I interacted with were extremely kind and welcoming.

    The room was riddled with damage from someone's dog (which I made sure to take extensive pictures of) and sure enough they're trying to claim that it was from my Service Dogs and they kept 55$ of the 75$ deposit they took at check-in. I will be calling and requesting the full refund of the deposit.

    Checkin was great, the guy that checked us in was very friendly, room could use a fresh coat of paint, fridge was very noisy, would be nice to have the facility to make coffee and tea in room, bed was very comfortable all in all good place for value

    The very unprofessional lady at the front desk, tried to tell my husband and I that they do not accept online reservations from people out of state and will only rent rooms to locals, and then in the same breath proceeded to tell us that, she didn’t have any rooms available whenever we could clearly see rooms open. Super unprofessional and econo needs to fix the face (literally) of their company! Wouldn’t recommend bringing a rat here, much less a human being.

    The bathroom had a flood occurring every time the sink or the shower were running. I were only staying for the one night, and was not warned. On the following morning, the hot water in my room no longer functioned. It took about an hour and 30 minutes to get one of the showers working in one of the other rooms

    Our trip overall was great... our time at the hotel was mostly for rest overnight! The shower curtains were dilapidated and let water onto the floor! The beds were old and very stiff! Employees were helpful,quick and efficient!

    The hotel itself is older but the owner/manager is very hands on keeping the place safe and clean. We had 1 loud person for 1 night but once I called the front desk, the owner shut them down, quickly!! I was amazed how quickly the manager came to silence the situation. Amazing for this day and age. Great place to stay on a budget!! I am a traveler that normally carries my own bug spray but this place must spray ALL the time because I didn’t see 1 creepy crawler, which was wonderful. Now the towels and pillows ( I travel with my own pillow )could use an update but otherwise it was a very decent stay. Safe and bug free!!

    Check-in was very difficult. Room was not clean. Linens and washcloths were not clean. The rooms were very cold and the heat did not provide very much comfort. There was only one blanket so that was not sufficient and they were only two very well flattened and worn pillows for a large bed. Very uncomfortable the whole night.
