It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport.

I like staying at this motel

I had a room booked for one night as we were driving to Florida the next day and we got to this hotel and they gave our room away and Nashville was booked and we ended up having to drive all night to be to Florida

That was my second time staying at the Econo Lodge near Percy Priest Lake. Each time I’ve stayed there, I’ve had a superb experience. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is quiet, clean, and free of any weed smell. It’s obvious they invest in renovation and maintenance. Highly recommended.

They allow pets but they are not pet friendly . You pay $25 dollars a day to have all the staff m, gnarl and talk bad to your pet .

Parking was easy and secure, furniture and bedding needs update.

The gentleman to check me in my nighttime day. The first night was awesome. The next morning my check getting to my bank was 45 minutes late and whoever the guy was the front desk kicked me out of there and didn’t let me stay for three days I had booked it was very very mean.

No where to park. Lied about construction. No breakfast. Ice machine was broke. Staff is rude af. And the room was disgusting. Semen still on the bed as well as dirty rags left in the room!!! Never stay here. Also once asked for a refund he refused and only gave us the money for the night we didn’t end up staying. I wouldn’t pay 5 dollars to stay here.

Right off the bat, I went in to get signed in and the guy at the desk almost didn't give me my key, because i dont look like the picture on my license. (Transgender) After convincing him it was me, i was met with a suprise $60 damage deposit that was not mentioned online through the booking site. We reserved an accessible room due to my mother being in a wheel chair. We got a first floor room and that was the only accessible part. The bathroom was so tight she couldn't fit her walker or wheelchair in. We got a smoking room and you could tell immediately, burns on everything. The pillows, the bedding, chairs, you name it. The bathroom was also not very clean, and we had no soap to wash our hands with. My son and I went to the pool, and it was dirty. Bugs everywhere, like it hadn't been cleaned in days. One of the beds seemed to be broken as well, because every time i would turn over there would be this loud metal noise that would wake everyone up. Definetly, wouldn't stay here again.

Upon check in, the key wouldn’t open the door to the room. Maintenance had to be called to fix it. He did show up quickly to do that. The room was not in the greatest shape at all. It was so noisy and loud throughout the night we barely slept and had an early flight. I won’t be staying here again. Other better options are in the neighborhood.

The old saying, "You get what you pay for" really fits this place. The picture doesn't even start to look like what it is. Our stay was terrible. We reserved a king bed but got two doubles something!? Our mattress was on a box board frame so when you moved it sounded like a popping wood. The towels and wash clothes were dingy brown and very thin. There is so much more including the six drops of red something on the floor in front of the sink, but I think you get the message. This Lodge needs some very much upgraded work.

Don’t waste your time or money. If you book… protect your stay.

Super easy quick check in and out! Very quiet inside. My daughter liked the pool. One of the best places we stayed.

To start off, the desk clerk seemed as if we were an inconvenience. We expected the rooms to be outdated due to the price. However, the carpet was nasty and gritty, the baseboards were filthy, the entire room had a general feeling of being unclean. The pool desperately needed cleaning. We couldn't swim due to the about of debris floating in the pool.

I arrived in the middle of the night around 2am because I traveled from Florida so it took awhile to get there. The staff was rude and questioned why I reserved a certain room, the check-in area was dirty and staff was not properly clothed in uniform. Getting into the room seeing it was dirty, tables were dusty like they haven't been cleaned for a long time. I almost wanted to sleep in my car because laying in the bed made me feel disgusting. Bedding and blankets were stiff, and waking up in the middle of the night to a huge bug (beetle or cockroach) wasn't sure because it was so dark, on the wall next to my head. After killing it and examining the area behind the bed the next day realizing there's a huge hole in the wall by the floor area. Do not recommend this place at all.

Check-in was great, very friendly. Room was clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfy, fridge and air worked great! And the best part was fantastic water pressure.

It’s was okay they were shooting a movie at the hotel which was neat, the room I got this time wasn’t as nice as the first stay here, the toilet seat was broke and the sheets were stained terribly! The folks living there were a mess all together upset because they were shooting a movie and had to move from there room in the back of the hotel to accommodate the filming staff, if I were the owner of the hotel I’d not let them stay there anymore they did nothing but bash him and talk badly about how he runs his hotel and I found no issues he’s gotta do what he’s gotta do! He was sweet to me when we chatted and overall I’d stay here again!

The room showed signs of previous bed bug infestation. It was also full of old cockroach sacks around the bedframe. We must have had dozens of roaches crawling everywhere including our beds. Will never stay here again.

1- The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were not clean, there were cigarette holes in the bedding. 2- There was some shady activity going on in the parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance. 3- They charge your credit card $60 deposit beyond the room price and you get that back a week later. 4- It looks like they tried to update the room with paint and new bathroom counters/tub. There was still painters tape by the door, but already there were several leak stains in the ceiling, one of which had several black spots (see pics). God knows how much is under the new ceiling paint. 5- The front desk guy has zero customer service skills. Sleep in your car if you have to, but don't stay here.

The room smelled like cat piss at 3am someone had a key and tried to get into room thank god for over lock I’m a single women by herself at that it was scary during that 3 am scary I woke up and seen cockroaches so I go to office to complain I get no where’s with who’s working I figured I would go take shower well shower didn’t work tub was grossed I used my shampoo to clean the tub and there wash clothes before I could even bath then at 6 am I started getting calls every 15 mins at 10am housekeeping comes knocks on the door every 15 mins and will come in without permission you can’t refuse there entrance otherwise you go though what I did with talking to general manager in the morning he showed no care and told me to leave and then kept my deposit from the room because I spoke about how I felt about the room and the inquiry that I had to deal with while being in there i would have left if I had drove myself but my best friend did but she was with her boyfriend this hotel has me questioning if I ever want to go on a vacation again like how does someone get a key to my room look on google reviews about this place housekeeping has peeked in on a little 8 year old girl while she was dressing Im making phones calls and will do whatever I need to make sure they are never open again

For the price it was okay, the staff were very friendly and nice but I did not feel the safest in my room, the bed cover had rips and stains the ceiling was stained, and the door didn’t seem secure.

If you want to stay because you don’t want to spend that much alr okay but don’t stay here if you scared of roaches like me, i seen this big roach just crawling on the wall then there was also a spider, the bed sheets are very nasty, looks like they don’t really clean up all they do is valcumn it don’t make sense how they so lazy to clean.

There was NO breakfast. They literally had like 3 prepackaged muffins and a promise to make coffee. They didn't even bother to turn the machine on, hoping people would just go elsewhere. The bed was a foam block I'm shocked qualified as a bed. The matress protector was old and had holes the size of half dollar coins. The pillows were also just cheap foam rectangles. The frame made noises like a person walking on an aluminum roof. There were people sifting through the dumpster. A whole family watching a loud TV, multiple kids yelling, the door and windows wide open for the entire property to hear. I knew I booked a budget friendly room, but not such a bad experience.

You can see the outside, when the door is shut. Everything was falling apart and extremely old. I’m glad I was alone. I would never feel safe taking my family there! Very run down place.

Convenient and quiet

I'm all about being clean and have a comfortable mattress for a great night rest and this hotel accommodate me the right way.

When we checked in the guy at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming. Got up to the room & was hit with an awful stench. We tried airing it out but it didn’t help much. Burns in the quilts & mold growing from a water stain in the ceiling. We were not given enough towels for two people & only had one roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex was also empty. The sheets smelled like bleach which was the only thing that made me feel better. The headboards were marked up & the box spring had a huge brown stain on it completely exposed which is the only thing I forgot to take a photo of. Also the TV wouldn’t work most of the time. The people working, owners perhaps, were very nice though & the pool was clean.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a cozy stay.

Housekeeping entered room with do not disturb sign on. They did not understand English so they would not leave the room. I am all for pet friendly but not barking all day and night. Mgmt did not do anything about the barking dog

Loved that this place is pet friendly and very accommodating.

I was on a road trip, and just needed a bed and a shower. So I am totally fine with the Econo Lodge for what it is. However the employee at the front desk ( White man with glasses, I think Kyle was TERRIBLE. He should not represent any company in guest services. He was absolutely the worst. No greeting. No smile, please and thank you’s. I felt like I was interrupting him from sitting on his ass and he didn’t want to be bothered.

Easy to get to. Was old but not too run down. Door did not seal well. Had to lift it up to set deadbolt!

Good place for your money. It’s not the holiday inn by no means but it’s clean, comfortable and the staff was nice. This is my 2nd time staying here and I’ll definitely stay again.

We get to our room and the place smells overly strong of air freshener. There were cigarette burn holes in the blankets and pillows. The room was dusty. Everything was stained (bedding, floors, etc). The shower was disgusting, the toilet flush handle was hanging off the toilet, the exhaust fan/vent in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. There was a gap in the exterior door where we could see the outside. I understand I booked a very cheap motel, but I did not expect the place to be so filthy. 0/10 do not recommend

Ok for the price. Rooms were clean. The only thing I didn't like was the shower. You had to have your glasses on to see how to turn the bath water to a shower. I usually don't have my glasses when I'm about to step in the shower. Wierd set-up????

Breakfast was shut down before 9:00, I went down at 8:45 and everything was put away. They did pull out some danishs but that was it. Disappointing

The room was ok a little dirty and the carpet was soaked wet. The room smells like detergent probably from the soap they use to clean the rug and that's why was soaked wet.

The sink faucet was not clean when we arrived, and the bathroom soap was left open, and sitting on top of the shower backsplash. The sheets and towels had some stains on them, but weren't dirty. The beds were actually pretty comfortable, though the bedframes were loud and creaky. Lots of stains on the carpet and ceilings. There were 6 USB ports for charging devices throughout the room and only one of them actually worked.

Comfortable beds, but better cleaning needed. Bathroom doors hinges loose, shower control came off and toilet always running. No breakfast although breakfast was supposed to be included.

Cockroach infestation. Cigarette holes in all of the bedding. The floors were sticky and slippery. Most appliances were broken. I took several pictures and contacted management immediately and he was cold and in empathetic. He switched me rooms, and that room also had a bug problem as well as being dirty and unkept. I would have checked out, but I was traveling with my toddler and dog… Rearranging our stay requires a lot of extra effort and money. I cannot believe I paid $200 to sleep with cockroaches and dirty bedding instead of sleeping in my car. I took several pictures and will be reviewing the hotel.

I only stayed one night but was charged a deposit twice. I hope I get all of my money back. When I got there it was a huge argument between a tenant and the receptionist. I think he was rattled but I shouldn’t have to pay for it

The best part was the Location.. Right off highway exits. Literally. The bedding was VERY questionable as to its last wash, blood stained should not be reused! Cockroaches are more friendly than the desk manager. I also booked a " water front" room since on vacation trip.... NO Water even Close!!!!

Seemed to be aged bloodstains on the sheets. Couldnt get a replacement room nor compensation at check out. Killed 3 roaches. Tv had only 4 channels. Fridge was leaking. Shower knob spent in full circles; so finding the right temperature was like playing with a combination lock...

I stayed there for days in front of the pool room 124. Everything went well quiet no problems without so I can noise for the Joe disturb sign on the door. Nobody bothered me.
