Extremely convenient to the airport. Shuttle service was great to and from the airport. Overall great amenities just be sure to stay in the rooms away from the front parking areas. With the traffic and people in the area the noise will keep you up at night if your a light sleeper.

The bed feels right. The first thing I've noticed is that the room has a strong scent of chlorine. The chair is very dirty and has lots of stains. The toilet's clogged. It won't flush at all.

I really liked the fact that the there was a hot tub. Having a pool that was indoor outdoor and that someone can swim between the two without having to get ut of on to get in the others was good. The one complaint I have is that the pool hours should be longer. Many hotels have their pool hours start at 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning. This one opened at 9:00. It would really be nice to be able to have the pool area open no later than 8:00. That way if someone wants to relax in the hot tub or swim before having breakfast they could. It helps promote safety since it would encourage people to swim before having breakfast rather than after. Especially for people who are checking out at 11:00. Many of them may want to swim last time before they leave. With having the pool open at 9:00, people are more likely to eat than swim. Having it open around eight would encourage people to swim than eat, then check out by eleven. And not eat than swim so they can still check out on time.

This hotel appeared rather modern and had a fresh appearance. It is within an easy distance to airport. Common space and room was extremely clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable, and I hardly heard any noise from rooms above or next to me. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to leave at 6:30 am, and the shuttle was ready to take me, without a wait. I found the simple dinner offering for guests to be a novel idea. Due to CMA festival in Nashville, the particular crowd at dinner was a little on the coarse side, but to be expected for this type of festival. However, I noted other guests who were more refined and genteel. I recommend this hotel, especially if you are needing to be close to airport or even if you are on a visit that lasts several days.

The check in progress was fast and room was clean and stocked with towels and other items. The breakfast and evening buffets were excellent and had lots of variety. The pool area was clean and always stocked with towels. It has a nice indoor/outdoor type pool with Indoor hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay & love the Drury Inns & will continue to stay. The staff is excellent! We had a double Queen Room & upon request was changed to a double Queen suite. One bed had a hair on the sheet, thought maybe housekeeper hair fell when she was making up bed (hopefully). Our second day stay the garbage was not emptied.

We were very impressed with our 4 day stay at Drury in Nashville -Airport. We loved our 2 bedroom suite. One thing we also loved was the breakfast and evening food and beverages. This hotel also has an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub which we used several times. The staff was great and everything was very clean. We will be staying at Drury Hotels again!

This was a last minute one evening stay due to our flight being delayed too long to make our connection. Shuttle service was excellent. Front desk was very nice and helped us with toothbrushes since luggage was at the airport still. Breakfast was pretty good too. Nice people working the breakfast area, too.

Staff was friendly and corrected an issue with our reservation where the room type we paid for on Expedia was not what Drury had in their system- however, once I showed the confirmation email detailing everything- the staff member fixed the problem and we were upgraded. The room was clean, offered drinks and hors d'oeuvres, as well as breakfast. Will stay again!

The indoor/outdoor pool was so cool. Swim under the barrier and ypu are outside. The jacuzzi hot tub was great. Good was so so. Nothing to rave about but you get breakfast and at 5:30, what they call Kickstart, and it's a free dinner.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. It was clean, conveniently located near several eating options and we even found a nail salon within walking distance to get a long overdue pedicure and manicure. The staff at this hotel was so friendly and accommodating. I LOVE to hang by a pool but didn't have much time for this during our stay. I did take advantage of a few pool hours one afternoon and it was amazing. You can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool, and this space was also well maintained and clean. I don't eat the standard American diet of 3 meals a day, but if you do, this hotel offers both a breakfast and a dinner, along with 3 drink tickets!! The icing on the cake is their free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. We attended a conference at the airport Hilton and they provided us friendly transportation every morning and evening! Without a doubt, I will stay here again!

This is close proximity to the airport where we had a real estate convention. We loved staying here. The staff was amazing and the food was so good. Better than the Hilton by far! It was perfect.

This is an airport hotel, but after my flight was delayed and we got in after midnight, our room was give away. The front desk staff was great and did all she could to help us, but the key system didn’t work. No clean rooms so had to wait an hour to have a room cleaned - which we helped to clean. Next morning the manager offered to give IHG points, which we never received. Only good thing about this was that we got a bed….eventually, and the night desk ga was awesome trying to help us. Would never go here again.

Our stay was as expected, suite was super convenient and our dog was welcome. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was green space to walk our dog right by the back door of the hotel and we were able to enter and exit with him without having to walk through the busy lobby every time.

Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a nice firm mattress, but worn down from too much use and not support. For a hotel, you have three jobs: comfortable bed, quiet environment to sleep, and clean, hot shower. Got 2 out of 3.

Not my favorite appatizers I have had at other Drury inns, meatballs with brown gravy average at vest potatoes really tasted like the box potatoes they were so tried to have a hot dog buns were hard so that needs work! But everyone was very nice had clean room other than the cheap couch pillows put in full size pillows!!!!

Breakfast and dinner was great. Furnance was a little tricky, either got super cold or super hot and didnt seem to have a in between. Beds were a little rough and we had stains on our sheets when we got there. Asked for replacements but never receieved them. Staff was very nice from front desk to maids to in between, everyone of them said hello every time we saw them. Kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Giving 5 stars even with the rough beds and not so cleaniness and looking past being told we would have adjoining rooms but when we arrived were told two double bed rooms couldnt be adjoining.. the staff were excellent and all did there best to be nice and our family enjoyed the stay, happy hour dinner and drinks saved us a lot of money and we would stay here again on our next trip to Nashville

The inside of the pool area was kind of small but I’m sure when the outside portion is open it feels more spacious. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport was also great. Overall fantastic stay and I would gladly stay in another Drury when I travel.

Everything was great from Check-in to Check-out. Diana was AMAZING & FUN! The website stated that there would be food served in the pm, but I assumed snacks…however it was actual food! Between that & Breakfast, I didn’t even have to leave the hotel for my 2 day stay. I also love that the rooms come equipped with a fridge & microwave. Drury gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

Overall, the stay was great. Just little things that can be bothersome,,, we stayed 3 nights, bed was super comfy, breakfast variety was great but sausage was barely cooked everyday we were there. In other drury hotels they had different meats at breakfast every day. But this is strictly sausage. It really needed to be coojed longer!! The Elevator on our side of the hotel was broken after day 1, the mini fridges are not cold at all!! Not even cool! It is nice having microwave in room n coffee maker however the coffee maker was not a kcup type. I brought my own coffee to drink. Like i said,, overall it was a nice quiet hotel, just little things that could be improved upon.

This was a great stay. The staff was really patient with my elderly parents who needed a little extra attention. The staff really was the highlight. So kind and helpful. Our dog locked us out of our room on accident and the staff readily got us back in our room. Breakfast had a lot of offerings. The room was super clean.

What a delightful getaway I had because I chose this hotel for our stay!! Not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, they were very clean and the staff were some of the nicest people I met! The breakfast and evening kick back food was hot, plentiful and very good!! Add to the stay good coffee and drinks to boot, you can't go wrong choosing Drury!!!!

This is an older Drury Inn, the staff was great and the rooms were cleaned daily, it is near the airport and there is options around for dining. I did not feel unsafe, the rooms were a bit smaller than what the pictures showed, but not a deal breaker.

I love this place. I was traveling from OK to VA, and this hotel pleasantly surprised me. They have a HH from 5:30 to 7 pm with complimentary food and drinks. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hot-tub is amazing- it has feet jets on the bottom that blow up, not just the ones that blow out of the side. I will def stay there again when I’m in Nashville. The also have a good, complimentary breakfast.

This was the fourth hotel we stayed in during our trip and by far the best. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the extras they provide for their guests.

Drury is the best place you can stay for your money and they are beautiful hotels. Nashville kitchen staff need to do a better job and the dining area is cramped. I suppose they did the best they could with what they had to work with when Drury bought and remodeled it. Still nice though. Across the street there is tons of shopping opportunities.

Only issue was poor signage led us into a restricted parking area and didn’t know how to get out when just trying to find the front door to check in. Late night arrival due to delayed flight. Night desk staff person like a cold fish.

This was my first time staying at the Drury and my wife's second time. She preferred the one in Franklin, TN over this one because she said it was nicer and more pleasant. We still enjoyed our stay at this one by the airport. The beds were very comfortable and we had no problem falling asleep after a long day of doctor visits. The breakfast was ok, wish there was better choices.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and ac cooled down fairly quickly. I enjoyed the stay as I was only resting but it can get noisey from vehicle traffic outside or the dining area traffic below where the room was located.

Location is great. Parking is easy

The staff were crisswd trauned to do nultiple positions so the team work was incredible. Super friendly staff. Food was great, on time and hot. Rooms were cozy and housekeeping was great at giving anynl extra supplies needed, like toilet paper or extra towels. I definitely would stay at Drury Inn again

What was most upsetting was not just the room situation, but the total lack of empathy, professionalism, and courtesy. We weren’t asking for a last-minute favor — this was a request made in advance and followed up multiple times. We were essentially forced to walk out at 10:30 PM, searching for alternative accommodations on a busy Saturday night — a stressful and frustrating experience for our entire family, especially our elderly parents. Thankfully, we found a room at Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville @ Opryland. Despite being nearly full, their front desk manager went out of the way for 30 minutes to rearrange bookings and was able to give us two rooms next to each other on the same floor. Their hospitality and professionalism were a stark contrast to what we experienced at Drury Inn. We also stayed at Hampton Inn Biltmore Village in Asheville during the same trip. Comfortable beds. Happy hour was great with 3 free drinks per person and dinner options plus a good breakfast. The indoor/outdoor pool was the highlight for my kids. It was a pretty cool feature.

Front desk staff is very friendly and Manager was very helpful . Hotel is a bit older and run down, long waits by elevator and food. The rooms felt like a jail cell due to its brick walls. The staff however is great and makes up for the negative views.

Family friendly, southern hospitality! Delicious complimentary hot breakfast, AND dinner, something for even picky eaters. The Hot tub was HOT! Spotless throughout. Comfy bed. I met many other guests who *only stay at Drury Inns. Definitely turned into a returning guest myself!

Overall my stay was a 10/10 from the big comfy bed to the hot tub and the indoor/outdoor pools. I loved the bar area and the complimentary breakfast and lunch. The stag was great ms Tiffany was very helpful and knew me by face on my first visit. I would stay and book again most definitely 😊

It was ok but once I woke up this morning there was a bug on my pillow and another in my pillow case. That ruined it for me!

Hotel was perfect for our stay close to airport so very convenient. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and it was clean from top to bottom and smelled so fresh throughout. The breakfast and dinner reception were good to get our day started and for a relaxing evening when we were tired from a long day. I would recommend it 100% if you're looking for airport hotel in Nashville!

I had a great stay. No problems or complaints at all.

The hotel building and the breakfast was excellent. It is overall very clean, however there was an overwhelming smell of weed in the pool area. We swam outside to get away from it and heard someone else say they complained to the desk about it. After the large group of blacks left the hot tub area the smell left. Honestly was the main reason i chose not to stay a second night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully that was just an isolated incident.

Loved our stay, already booking our next. Free breakfast, and dinner plus 3 free adult drinks per evening. Can't beat it for the price. Our kiddo loved the pool and hot tub. We even got to bring our four legged kiddo! 5 star stay!

The property was good but the toilet, sink, and tub are very very low I had to ask them was we in a handicap room it was just to low. The best part was the breakfast and although I didn’t eat dinner it smelled and looked good.

I’m very impressed. Free breakfast. Free happy hour from 5:30-7:00 every night with some great food. All free for staying there. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub. It was very nice. I will always stay here again when in Nashville.

All was good!

We stayed for a week and everything was great, I wish breakfast had a little more variety but it was good.

Shuttle service left me sitting at the airport for an hour and didn’t give me a call or anything. If I didn’t call back they would have never have gotten me. Offered to compensate my room but then said they can’t cause I booked with Expedia.

This was our 3rd time staying here recently, and we love it every time! Super clean. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Dinner and drinks and breakfast is always great!

We did not like that the dog friendly rooms were on the same floor as non-dogs. We heard barking until 11pm and started again before 7am. They should all be on a seperate floor.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The temps in the room were perfect and adjustable. Breakfast was typical fare, but freshly prepared.

All was excellent. Quiet and clean. Staff helpful. Good service was very good as expected from a Drury
