    Booked and paid online but when I got there they required another $75 refundable deposit supposedly but wouldn't be refunded for 3 to 5 business days which kind of hurt me because there was nothing about that when I reserved and paid for the room didn't know anything about it till after I got there the door knob was falling off going into the bathroom the tub surround was peeling away from the wall I mean it's kind of one of them yeah it was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for but wasn't that cheap after having to pay another $75

    First of all, hotel misrepresents the photos. It’s completely different what you see online. Operated by independent owner, just named as Days inn. Hotel amenities says it has microwave oven, didn’t find anything. Surroundings stairs, room sink, walls are dirty. Wrote review. Then manger called, said I should talk to front office rather than writing for world to know. Went to front office, they said they don’t have anything, not even towel. Manger said he is sending microwave to room, never happened. Complete horrible experience with one year old baby. 2 star is too much for this

    This place was actually scary to stay at, regular door locks didn't eork, had to use dead bolt to lock it. Hair dryer didn't eork, shower curtain was torn and nasty, room smelt like a wet dog or worse. No ramp to bri g up our luggage, Pubic hair was on the sink!! WILL NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!

    Room: unkept condition Parking: No problem Staff: Ok Microwave: In poor condition (full of rust inside) Small fridge: Poor condition; Not suitable Bathroom: Poor condition, rusty and unkept Note: We were not aware of an additional deposit before getting the keys to our room, even though we fully paid for the whole stay before arriving at the premises. This additional deposit (that caught us by surprise) should have been conspicuously disclosed a the time of reservation.

    Fridge didn't work, cable didn't work, tried to call the front desk to get help, landline phone on the nightstand was missing cord. Room smelled like 28 gallons of concentrated fabuloso, office chair for the desk area was MIA. I went to the front desk to tell them about the issue, said they'd "send someone", I suppose "someone" was off. The parking spots were lined for Tuk Tuks, not my compact Nissan, ever car took 1.5 spots out of necessity, not vanity. There's more but I must be near the character limit. he Froot Loops were good!

    The tv did not have good reception. The frig was not cool and did not get cool during our stay. The door only had 1 lock that would lock. Only way to keep door closed was to lock the 1 lock that worked. Door latch not working on door.

    Room seemed clean enough but the bathroom was gross. The property itself was very sketchy and we did not feel safe at all. The pictures of the property on the website are very deceiving and look nothing like how the property actually is. The person at the front desk was at least very polite and kind, but overall I did not feel safe staying here and would not recommend anyone stay here.

    Don't even bother with the online check-in or check-out. They can't see anything you do. I got a call nearly 3 hrs after I checked out to see if I wanted to request a late check-out. When I checked in, the lady at the desk completely ignored me until I spoke to her; she sat there playing on her phone. The rooms were clean but completely outdated. There was an old phone in the room, but no cord anywhere in sight. The air and refrigerator worked, but both were turned off when I arrived.

    This is an old run down MOTEL - rooms are accessed from the exterior (no interior hallways), no elevators. Reserved handicap accessible room, it only had a single bar on the outside of the shower. When addressed with staff the next morning, they said it was NOT an accessible room but nothing was ever mentioned during check-in.

    Th floor of my room was very warm to the touch. It seemed like there was heat coming from the room under mine which made my room extremely hot at times. I had to keep the AC on at all times to cool down but there were moments where it didn’t help for how hot it was in the room. The WiFi wasn’t the best but that was to be expected

    Room door would not lock from the outside. Entry without key card was easy. Outlet at vanity was non functional therefore, hair dryer was non functional. Shower curtain rod was loose at both ends and dropped down in middle as it was curved by design. This made shower curtain impossible to keep closed at each end.

    After three attempts, we were assigned a room without our requested amenities. Room had no working phone- no jack; mini fridge on ueven shelf; 2beds only 1cup; dangerously warped floor as you entered toom. Upon check out, clerk had a mouth full of sunflower seeds during the entire process. Needless to say we will NOT be patronizing this location in the future.

    The tv in our room was broken, it had black lines going done the screen and only 6 channels came in. The drain in the shower didn’t stay up we had to stuff a bar of soap under it to get the water to drain and there was a cigarette burn on the desk chair

    Although I had booked almost a month in advance and completed my pre-arrival check in enroute to my destination, when I arrived at the hotel, they had given my confirmed booking room away to another traveler. Being that I am handicapped and the facility only had a room available on the second floor (NO elevator), I attempted to contact my booking agency but while on hold on the telephone, the manager cancelled my booking before I had a chance to try to make other arrangements. I was 500 miles from home and it was after 10 PM when I arrived, I needed to rest but didn't have a confirmed place to stay. This facility is a piece of crap and shouldn't be allowed to solicit reservations from any source.

    If you're looking for a thrilling experience where the fear of a sudden stabbing walking to your room is included in the nightly rate, then congratulations—you've found your next stay! For $80 a night, you get an experience that's less "hotel stay" and more "low-budget horror film." Let me lay out the highlights: • The Welcome: Asking the front desk attendant for two extra towels felt like an international incident. I truly believe I was financially devastating her personal paycheck with my outrageous request. • The Hygiene (or Lack Thereof): The bathroom was truly special. If you enjoy knowing your predecessors intimately, you’ll love the shower, which came fully furnished with strands of hair and mysterious shavings. Cleanliness is apparently an abstract concept here. • The Architecture: The exterior steps looked and felt like they were being held together by nothing but duck tape and a prayer. Not exactly confidence-inspiring when carrying luggage. • The Clientele: This seems like the perfect, judgment-free zone if you happen to be bringing a hooker back to your room. Just an observation on the overall atmosphere. In all seriousness, this hotel is disgusting and should not be listed on any reputable booking site. Expedia, I tried to resolve this significant issue with you privately due to the truly uninhabitable conditions, but the issue was never escalated or resolved.

    2 nights stay, good hotel, bus stop 1 min walk to honky Tonk street 25-30mins. Rooms good size, bed comfortable, pillows need new ones, sink needs redoing, shower and bath are ok, plug socket by sink not working, TV a bit on the small size and only 15 channels.     I reserve two rooms one of the rooms smell like cigarette smoke the electrical outlets over the bed where the lights are did not work. The floor was dirty because my socks were filthy. I forgot my slippers. The baseboards in the shower were dirty.

    The door to our room was a little sketchy but ok. The handle and lock seemed loose! The paint that was on the countertop was interesting. It was ok but sloppy. Parking IS VERY TIGHT! But over all good stay!! We only needed one night so it served its purpose and was good for that. It was clean! Towels were clean and smelled clean!!!

    The breakfast was good but there was no where to sit except outside by the busy road. Our room also did not have a stuffed chair to sit and read or put shoes on. No elevator was hard on us as we are elderly. I understand the room was inexpensive but with the Whyndham name I guess I thought It would be more upgraded. no hair dryer but the staff got us one.

    Poor internet-- kicked off and on slow at best. Poorest tv service ever--Could not find network channels--no guide. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast good but outside seating doesn`t work on a rainy day.

    The hotel was not so good! It was an old hotel that definitely needs renovation. My room 221 had a sour smell to it and the clothes rack fell and broke and all my clothes fell to the floor. Tried calling the front desk but the phone had a dial tone but did not work. I went to the front desk and told the black male worker about my problems and he seemed not interested and he told me that Comcast had not come to connect the phones. He did call the maintenance person and suggested that I move to another room. The worker did not apologize for my inconvenience and was very slow in moving. Room 221 had a bugs and the sink was severely stained. Rooms needs repainting. The cleaning crew only came in my room and only empty my trash. They didn't clean the room or make up the bed any time. I will never go to that place again!

    We felt extremely unsafe, and ran back to the front desk without even going inside the room. We informed the front desk of the situation and told them to check us out from the property and we left. We didn’t even get to use the room we paid for and had to book another room right away for the night. We should be refunded fully.

    When I pulled up to the property it was very dark and uninviting. I went to check in and the lady at the front was nice. When I got in my 1st room it had dirty towels on the counter and the sink was clogged up. The lady at the front put me in another room which was a little better; the sheets weren’t the cleanest, the phone didn’t work and the room didn’t have an iron. Overall all it’s a one night only type of place.

    We went for a quick trip to Nashville, parking is a little tight and water pressure is okay. It is an older property, they have updated the lobby and breakfast area. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple and good.

    However, the biggest downside of our stay came from our interaction with a particular female receptionist during check-in. We asked for extra room cards for our group, which should have been a routine request, but were instead met with a poor attitude. Things escalated further when the room cards didn’t work and it is not the lt on our part. When we sought help, she not only refused to assist us but also yelled at one of our group members. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. She made comments along the lines of: "If you guys want to be on a budget, don't go here. You don’t expect Hilton treatment here." To make matters worse, she went as far as saying that if we returned again to her, she would not offer any help whatsoever. Additionally, the shower head in our originally assigned room was broken. When we brought this up and asked about the possibility of a room change, the same receptionist raised her voice and continued to speak rudely and dismissively. The customer service we received specifically from this individual was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to staff training.

    Rooms were fine, only problem was my door wouldn’t open when I got back (at night) and no one was in the lobby. I also tried calling and got no answer. When I brought up at check out I was told was suppose to twist the knob up….No apologies for the inconvenience just excuses and told he would tell the manager. Also parking is terrible definitely not enough space.

    The room had a slippery floor in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed was good. Location was ok. To get to the Parthenon you have to get on the highway.The continental breakfast is so-so. They don’t even have a breakfast seating area inside but you have to go out to the deck.You can take your food to the room though. Coffee was watery and the staff is kind of grumpy!!

    Everything was super clean! Room smelled fresh when we arrived! We stayed overnight to experience downtown. It was very convenient for our Uber driver to get us around as it’s in close proximity to downtown attractions.

    I was booked to stay 2 nights and had to check out the next morning because the room stunk so bad I couldn't stay there another night. It smelled like dust, smoke, mothballs and mildew and someone tried to mask it with what smelled like perfume. The attendant said they would charge me for the next night regardless. At that point, I did not care. He told me they could put an air purifier in there but I told him an air purifier would not work or fix the smell as it was too overwhelming.

    I wa only there to sleep since i was in Nashville for clinicals, but there was no iron, the shower curtain was dirty, and housekeeping didn't always empty my trash & never made the bed (there for 3 nights). Police were there a couple times. I picked it for ours proximity to my clinical site, but I'll just drive farther next time.

    Phone did not work, hair dryer did not work either. Staff could be friendlier. Also, I have been at different hotels and none charge extra for a late check out. I myself used to work in hotel business and would do courtesy late check outs of 1pm at no extra charge. This place wants to charge $60 for a 12pm check out. Keep in mind check out is at 11am. On the plus side room was clean old but clean.

    Street is noisy. Pillows are too thick and hard. Clean, food is close by. Staff is friendly.Curtains do not block enough of the exterior lighting when trying to sleep. Breakfast selection is surprisingly good for a small hotel.

    Very satisfied with this hotel, staff was very friendly room was clean just as described. A nice treat to have a refrigerator as well as a microwave in room. Also had a coffee maker. Beds were comfortable air conditioning worked fine. Location was outstanding. Only difficulty was maybe limited parking at night.

    For the price and convenient location, it was worth it! If you choose to stay here, read ALL of the policies before booking. This is a very old 2-star motel, so expect a very old 2-star motel. If you need a cheap, clean place to sleep and shower for a Nashville trip, I'd say give this place a try. If you want a pristine luxury hotel, the city has plenty of other options! We would definitely stay here again if the budget called for it.

    This hotel was awful. It was dirty, stunk like mold. The countertop was actually painted with a paintbrush. The phone was broken and you could hear the parts rattling inside. The mattress felt like a set of box springs. I’ve never in my life slept on something so uncomfortable and it would pop and creak when you sat on it. The comforter was a crinkly sheet, so I had 2 sheets, no comfortable. I’ve never been to such an awful hotel and the staff could not understand English to even give me some towels. They came back with a phrase typed out telling me I had to turn my towels in before I could have 2 more. My friends room literally had strings of dust hanging from the ceiling over her bed!

    Caroline was real nice at the front desk and helpful. The room was clean, however I was placed at the very end in Room 127 which I feel no female/s should be placed on the very end by a wooded area. The room was clean and you can tell they have tried to upgrade. Clean the drapes or replace them. The outside needs some more attention, but U didn't have to be outside. LOL Looks are deceiving. It worked out well for my short stay.

    This is the worst property I’ve stayed at in 25 years. Stains on the sheets. Most everything is in disrepair inside and out. Property required a $75 deposit in addition to my room fees. Avoid this motel at all costs
