The A/C worked but was loud, it was an older motel and mostly clean. My mother who is in her 80’s like the grab bar in the shower. We were by the stairs and ice machine and the noise from other guests were louder than the a/c. Worked for the night but glad we didn’t stay there for our vacation.

I liked the room it was nice and cool Had to a 20 early check in fee and a 50 security deposit. I had cut my arm on the door nob in room 318 had a sharp edge

The ice machine on the 1st floor didn't work. Asked the front desk and if they had a working ice machine, the response was maybe the 2nd floor ice machine might be working. The room had an odor and the bed sheets were damp.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. The breakfast was bare minimum, the toilet wasn't level(it rocked back and forth). One of the outlets beside bed didnt work so my cpap machine couldn't be plugged in close.

The only positive thing about this was the location in relation to the airport. The place literally looked like a ghetto with people living out of rooms, cooking and selling tailgate food in the parking lot and playing loud rap music. It felt very unsafe. The first room wasn’t clean - there was a big hairball in the sink, the floor was dirty & there were big pieces of hair everywhere. I asked to move rooms and for a refund. The second room at least had a flushing toilet, but looked like the ceiling was about to fall down & the bathroom tub shower was rotting out. I can’t believe that Wyndom has their name added to this place. I’m going to contact them and inquire about why they would add their name to such a run down dump.

That they offer smoking rooms and it’s right by a gas station and some restaurants in walking distance. And they take cash with the deposit. I wish there was another chair in the room lol but overall I will definitely be back to stay there

The breakfast is still good. The location is a little far away from the downtown, but close to the Percy Priest Lake. The facility needs to be improved. If the soap can be switched from the solid to the liquid, it would be more friendly to the environment and more convenient to the clients.

Staff were extremely rude and do NOT honor the perks earned as a genius member. When asked for a late check out, the manager instead checked us out and harassed us the entire time while we packed our belongings and left. Then, they kept our refundable deposit, which I am now disputing with my bank. Do NOT stay here! It's not worth it!

The property does not list its 21+ policy. Nowhere on booking.com does it say that. I got to the hotel 5 days before I turned 21 and was not allowed in. The staff was not able to show me this policy anywhere in writing and I was refused service despite having a reservation.

Tv didn’t work and they didn’t offer to switch rooms. Went to the complimentary breakfast at 7:00 am and went back to our room and they were cleaning it and we hadn’t even checked out. Continental breakfast was cold cereal w/ whole milk and no danish or fruit etc. the room was clean though and good price.

It has a great location, directly across the side street from a Cracker Barrel and next door to a convenience store. Half a mile off the interstate. That said, the location comes with noise. Cheap room, but clean and nice firm bed. Was by myself, so felt a little uneasy with the area. However, if with anyone else or group, I would be comfortable being outside. I was only staying one night and just needed a bed and a shower. Good price for what I got.

The Location. The Cleanliness Of The Room Overall. The Staff Was Very Nice, Efficient, And Helpful. Rm Was On First Floor. People Minded Their Own Business. Not Noisy. The Ability For Same Day Reservation. Automatically Have A $100 Deposit, But Received It Back The Same Day As I Checked Out. The Parking Was Limited. Holes Were In The Linen From Previous Stays Where People Had Smoked. The Floor Could Have Been Mopped. Dead Bugs. Kids Playing Knick Knock On Door. The Cost Wasn’t Worth The Price Due To All Things Previously Stated.

It was very clean, affordable price for a group, EXCELLENT location, and they do a good towel service without you having to ask!! The breakfast shouldn’t be advertised/considered…. At all. The area is very tiny for the size of the property, but was largely EMPTY both days! I had to take my daughter to get breakfast bc there was only slices of bread for toasting, a couple of hard miniature muffins, and stale cereal within 30 minutes of its start.

The property was better than expected for the cost. The room was clean. The bed slept well. The environment was quiet. When opened, the refrigerator reeked with a bad odor. The breakfast should read as "continental breakfast". There were mini muffins, a jug of milk, breads with nothing to go with it, apples, cereal, and instant oatmeal. No meat, eggs (not even boiled) or potatoes. Might also want to advertise the availability of the elevator.

No coffee pots allowed in the rooms. Floors were dirty walk across your feet would be black. curtains had all kinds of hoes in them. Had to pay extra for two hour check-in. Not much breakfast. Cereal and small muffins. Very loud people in and out all during the night. Won’t be back.

The first room we were in the refrigerator was really noisy so she moved it to a different room. everything was very clean however The first room the refrigerator was intolerably noisy. the second room the upholstery on the desk chair was peeling and there was a peeled corner in the carpet.

The room was in need of some TLC, nothing horrible, but the ceiling was peeling. And while this is not the fault of the management, there was a lot of noise associated with guests coming and going.

The room smelled horrible like a public bathroom that hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the bed was like laying on hard cardboard box. I will never stay there again.

The A/C in the room we wanted is broken so we were put in a different kind of room. It wasn't the end of the world, but we were disappointed to not have the jacuzzi tub. We then found that the tub we had didn't have a stopper at all and couldn't be used as a bath. The shower was hot and the room was clean. The staff is friendly.

Staff was super rude, rooms were dirty with cigarette burns on the beds, dead roaches, and random pills on the ground, surprise fees for pets, breakfast was mediocre at best. Never again.

Room was dirty. They had a switch the room because the first room was never cleaned after they switched the room. The room smelled, and there was no breakfast in the morning. The eggs were gone. The only thing that you could choose from was biscuits and gravy, which was terrible. I ate an apple no orange juice no apple juice.

Room was decent, huge bathtub in deluxe room but the shower is in the tub. Cleanliness was average, a few things in the room could be fixed like the fridge that doesn't shut right, or the missing trim and such.. Small things. However the oddest thing is checkout is at 11 and at 9am they had the kids of the family that owns the hotel knocking on my door asking if we were leaving soon. After that there was another knock at 9:30am from a woman that works there asking if we were ready to check out. I feel like if you pay for a room, unless you're late checking out, they shouldn't bother you.

The elevator was broken, which made getting to a second-floor room difficult when having knee injuries. The carpeting in my room was rather damp for most of it, which made the room smell musty. The light in the bathroom needs replacing.

Terrible. Booked for 3 nights, only stayed one. Nasty. Lobby looks like a run down gas station. Everything smells. We got a “smoke free” room that smelled like smoke. Windows aren’t securely locked and they’re accessible from outside. Had burn holes from cigarettes and scuff on the sheets. Honestly not sure why we stayed that one night - should’ve left. getting a refund was a nightmare, and in the end only one night was refunded. Whatever you do, please don’t stay here.

The refrigerator froze everything solid. We had adjusted the temperature but it still froze everything. We had to go ask for clean towels. There were pieces of toilet paper behind the toilet which tells me it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was cleaned up before 9am each day so we had to go somewhere else and pay for breakfast.

For the most part it was alright. The breakfast wasn’t too good. All around the property and roaming up and down the streets were homeless people and people doing drugs. Would not recommend staying there.

It was a place for homeless and druggies to hang out. The room was not clean. Cobb webs everywhere, big clumps of them. The room smelt like dog urin. Bed spread all stained with blood. Just not a good place at all.

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Carpet hadnt been cleaned in decades - we didnt even feel comfortable walking around in socks let alone barefoot. Loose screws on the floor, peeling paint, burn holes in on the bedspreads. We were so uncomfortable.

Booked and paid for this pet friendly Haotel online, Days Inn,, drove 9 hours to get to it(late at night) only to be told he could not accept our 2 small pets and HE canceled our Registration without our permission. (We were tired). He was unable to return our $179.00. But did say he will put notes in the computer for the cancelation. We asked the man at Days Inn to please be sure the note is in there. He said Absolutely he would. We called Expedia talking with 3 and 2 of the customer service helpers, tried to make an argument with me each hanging up the phone when I mentioned the refund. Another gentleman apologized and told me we should get our refund without cancelation fee since we did not cancel. One wanted to book a $450 room ,which i did not have the money since I already booked a room prior to driving from Oklahoma to Tennessee. Anyway, it was the most stressful and worst event in my life. Had to book a room at Motel 6, which is owned by the same man(I was told). It was very bad, at least I was able to rest my tired body.. Was not able to stay at Days Inn due to the man canceling our reservation. Still have not received any refund.

Stayed here for two nights since bonnaroo got cancelled. Easy check in, staff were nice, rooms were clean. Pool was open & clean! Perfect for a quick stay.

This was a stop on the way to final destination. Parking lot was all coned off (couldn’t get to drive up to hotel lobby) due to parking surfaces had been sealed that day, making hard for me as a handicapped person to check in. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Hand rail in shower was not connected to wall. No iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The room was ok for a quick night’s sleep but wouldn’t be for a longer stay.

Worked with me on getting a ground floor room. Pool was locked and they were "cleaning" it our entire stay. When asked if it would be opened, one guy said by 8am when it wasn't opened by 10am we asked again and were told "maybe 3pm". It wasnt opened. Rooms were clean, toilet didnt flush well, but flushed fully with two flushes. Moatly quiet, convient location. Breakfast was laugable, a tiny pan of scambled eggs, 6 biscuits, a tiny crock of gravy, and bread without tongs.

Loved the deluxe room even if the faucet dripped almost all the time. Our room was above the lobby and could hear the auto door open. A couple of roaches were spotted/killed and know that exterminator was on property during our visit.

I got in late, when I first got my room they said the door key is not working but tomorrow we will move you. Next day, maintenance guy came took door handle off and left me locked in the room had to call front desk to tell him to come let me out. When I got back that night I thought the key would work, NOPE. Went back down to front desk the guy was rude asked me "what do you want?", I told him I cannot get into the room he said "what do you want me to do?" I said let me in. It seem to have put him out having to leave what he was doing on his phone to let me in. I told him I want to be moved to another room, he said he would look into it. Finally the next day I said I want to be moved they said no maintenance will be back to fix it I finally had to get mad and tell them to move me. The rooms walls had some yellow gross looking stuff on it, the floor you did not want to walk on it without shoes have no idea what it was. The hot water took forever to heat up and when it finally did it was semi warm with the weather being 57 degrees outside. I tried to dry my air blow dryer did not work. The so called breakfast, milk sat out on the counter from 6 am to noon rubber eggs and day old biscuits.

Very nice staff up front. Room was standard and clean. Maybe could use a little more options for breakfast but otherwise there’s Cracker Barrel next door or Waffle House across the street. It’s close to airport and was near my clinical site for Herzing University so good access personally.

I stayed two day and the breakfast was the same thing. They didn’t have a big variety of things for breakfast. The last day we were there housekeeping entered our room when we were still there. Also when we checked in my second room was given to another person. After 45 min we got out other room. The room was dirty. The mattress was gross definitely would upgrade and remodel the rooms. I guess that’s why I only paid $56 a night. Been to other days inn and they were better quality.

Bad part of town. Front desk guy Patel was rude and has a mean tone. The rooms were filthy. Pullout couch had hair and bandaids in it that was disgusting. Blankets had holes in them. Looked like burn marks from smokers. The shower is terrible and has 0 hot water no matter how long you wait.

Tv was broken, paint and pen ink over the bedskirts and chairs, dead flies pressed flat attached to the ceiling of the bathroom… and the list goes on!

The room looked like something a prostitute would use. The room was nasty the entire place was dirty and run down. We left due to the conditions and stayed some where else. Contacted days inn corporate and filed a complaint and was issued a refund. Stay away from this rat hole!

If you have the option, go somewhere else. Our first impression of this hotel used the term "trap house". It looked super shady, the welcome sign had something that closely resembled blood on it, the staff could barely speak english, and we couldn't even get into our room. I leaped on the first opportunity I had to request a refund and get out of there. 10/10 do not recommend.

We booked a room for 4 people and then the hotel wanted to charge me extra for having more than 3 people. I refused to pay it because my reservation was made for 4 people. The breakfast was awful - the eggs were cold, there were no other choices, and there was no sugar as it was so dried into the container. The room was booked as non smoking but all you could smell in the room was smoke.

Hotel was dirty. The room was in poor condition lots of scrapes on the floor and outlets busted. Didn’t stay the whole night because of the poor quality of the room and the noise outside the room. Definitely would not book this hotel again.

Our room literally had a PRESCRIPTION drug wrapper on the table, a used washcloth behind the bathroom door, and overall was a huge disappointment. We had to get up throughout the night to check on our vehicle as there were loud people running, laughing, etc just outside of our room all night. The parking is extremely tight (we have a large pick up). This hotel combined with another days inn we stayed in later in our trip confirmed we will never book a days inn hotel again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

First off. I woke up in the middle of the night to a bunch of bites on my feet. Still dealing with that. Not sure if it was bed bugs or fleas. The room was very musty and not the cleanest. The pillows were so raggedy and old. Would not stay again. The area was not the best either!

Need to clean the mold and clean the carpets

Obviously older hotel in need of upgrades.... sink in our room was backing up .... they did move us without issue. Parking is limited.... not bad for the price, but not great

The breakfast isn’t good! I try the coffee and it was just water I grab an apple and it was rotten

Construction temporary .

Area surrounding hotel seemed very run down and a little unsafe. The room furniture was very run down. There were cigarette burns on the table, the couch was faded and material was starting to come apart. The chair was beat up looking. The bathtub had rust spots. An update and replacement of these items would make a huge difference because the bed sheets and towels were clean and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Assumed the motel owner would have reported it.

Overall satisfied. Don't expect anything fancy..

I had to pay various prices throughout my stay.. elevator didn't work and I was in third floor..pool not very clean...seats all broken at pool..drink machine takes money every time. No sign..charge 2.00 a small can coke in lobby...lady at desk very rude

Room condition was as to be expected: acceptable. The fridge rattled and the curtain was missing a hook so the exterior light shone through the spaces all night.

I like the pool, the clean rooms, the restaurants nearby and the convenience to getting to and from the airport.

We had only intended on staying one night but ended up with 3…this place is amazing ..lady at the front is awesome ,..breakfast is great ..room is good and spacious ..comfy bed …all staff are so friendly…esp the maintenance man …if you see him tell him the newfies said hi …he works so hard for 10-12 hours a day …the maids work at one speed and it’s fast ..walking to Cracker Barrel and some other restaurants…will def stay here again …I was sad to leave

There was concrete grinding outside my room.

The room was not ready and check in time. The room was clean but the rest of the hotel was nasty. The area around was not a very safe feeling area.

Too expensive for an average motel. Unfriendly staffs. I would NOT recommend to anyone nor come back in the future.
