Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many express frustration with the high cost of valet parking and the lack of free breakfast. Some also mention issues with the pool and amenities not being available.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- High cost of valet parking
- Lack of free breakfast
- 4/5
Great stay, rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff need to stay off their phones when customers are present and also be more informed about what entertainment or activities and attractions that are available in the city they work and live in. People are in your hotels from other states, countries ect… they need help and front office staff wasn’t informed. People need shuttles or Ubers, staff couldn’t help
- 5/5
The property was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean and shower had good flow. The bed was comfortable. I’d stay again.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4/5
Property was fairly nice, staff was great. Had to pay additional parking, house keeping only came 1 time in the 5 days we were there, no microwave in the room, didn’t have many amenities for the price.
- 4/5
Don’t have any complaints other than I reserved and paid days in advance and then get there and they are all “sold” out of the rooms I originally already paid for. So I had to just get a 1 king bed and a pull out. Which in away wasn’t such a big deal because my son didn’t end up minding. But then she waves my parking because of the inconvenience. Which was nice but why now that I’m home they are trying to take the cost of the parking off my card. Thank god I keep my card locked because no ma’am you said my parking was on yall. Other than that the stay was nice.
- 4/5
Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was small but still a bonus in June. We had upgraded for a pool view abd didn't get one the first night. We were moved the next day though so all good.
- 5/5
Close to cheap eats and also not a super far walk to Broadway or 5.00 Uber. Nice pool. It’s Nashville so a little loud at times but nothing crazy.
- 4/5
The hotel is located near everything.
- 1/5
I never got to see the property. I tried to cancel it after about 8 hours of booking for 2 days out after I found out I didn't even book thru the hotel it pulled up thru Expiria. Expedia said they would contact the property and take care of it. I called the property and spoke with Bernita she said she hadn't heard anything from Expedia, but she would approve and submitt the cancelation with a refund to Expedia and to contact them. They sent me an email saying they cant contact the hotel and therefore they cant cancel and I will be charged for a room and location I've never seen. I am going to contact my bank for collection of charges and I would suggest to not use Expedia go directly or use another provider. Bernita from the Hotel was very pleasant and helpfull.
- 4/5
The rooms were very clean, the wifi could be better it was hard to connect to, we didnt receive the room we booked however we booked through a 3rd party(expedia) and the hotel gave our room free breakfast due to the mess up! Anytime we needed help the staff were very friendly and willing to help in anyway! They have a parking garage no big deal other than the entrance and exit were pretty steep.
- 5/5
The staff at the front were all exceptional and very helpful! Beds were comfortable. The wedge pillows and sanitary wipe for the TV remote are genius! A few places knee level and down need a good deep spot clean and I found a dirty tissue between the bed and nightstand. Otherwise no complaints!
- 5/5
The night and day front staff were all exceptional!! The beds were super comfortable! I don’t know who came up with the wedge pillow behind the pillows is genius! So nice to be able to sit up and see the TV if you want! I loved the antiseptic wipe for the remote is also genius! The room needs a good spot clean especially in the bathroom. I also found a used tissue between our bed and night stand. But staying her is what made us want to stay again! Needed more attention to cleaning detail
- 3/5
There was an odor from the a/c. Not sure if a filter needed to be changed or there was a water.
- 1.5/5
The room was large. Soft pillows and the bed was comfortable. Can not call and talk to a person if you have an issue. You get a computer AI telling you to call a number that isn't able to help you with a billing issue. I was charged for 2 days of parking, even though I left the lot before the checkout time. A maid tried to open the door to clean 3 hours before checkout.
- 3.5/5
Was there for doctors appointment. It was close to Vanderbilt. Very expensive
- 5/5
Great hotel. The Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The area was great with some fab bars within walking distance and just a short Uber away from Broadway. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3.5/5
No soap in the shower. Pillows were extremely flat.
- 3.5/5
No bbq facilities
- 4/5
The parking fee was unexpected and rather high. Location was found fantastic.
- 2/5
We stayed for 3 nights and were shocked by the lack of cleanliness and basic hospitality. The first issue we encountered was old blood stains on the comforter. After contacting the front desk and requesting clean bedding, we waited nearly 6 hours for a response. When someone finally arrived, they didn’t even bring a complete set of fresh bedding—just a fleece blanket. We specifically paid extra for a suite because we needed the pull-out sofa bed. Unfortunately, the mattress was filthy, covered in food crumbs and what appeared to be urine stains. It was completely unusable, making the extra money we spent on the suite a waste. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. We were provided only two towels, and when I politely asked for additional towels, the housekeeper acted as though I was asking for something outrageous rather than a basic necessity for paying guests. The pool area was another example of the hotel’s lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Melted chocolate ice cream sat in the same spot for our entire stay, and the furniture around the pool was worn, damaged, and in desperate need of replacement. What bothered me most was that none of these issues seemed to be isolated incidents. The lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping, delayed responses, and neglected common areas all pointed to a hotel that simply isn’t being properly managed.

Horrible place to stay to the point i had to leave early. Expedia called them & they lied that i didn’t check out early eventhough i checked out via front desk & they knew why. Loud as any place I’ve stayed. Screaming to the top of their lungs at their kids next to me. They did nothing about it after i called multiple times. Had they come up there, they would’ve kicked them out bc that’s how bad it was. Didn’t offer any kind of refund. Lying to Expedia when i have proof i left early. U should’ve been compensated for something. Horrible place & horrible management. Will never spend a night in a Marriott hotel ever again. For some reason they wont post this so i will go on expedia's social media page as well as the hotel's page. You should not publish an honest review. poor service by both hotel & expedia..Post it or dont. I will keep the screen shot & the screen shot of telling me to correct my review. my review is as honest as it gets. This is why i will not use expedia ever again.
- 3/5
The stay was ok didn’t like the fact there was no microwaves in the room my mom is elderly and the walk to and from the microwaves was terrible housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom they made the beds but didn’t clean the most important part or didn’t leave toilet paper
- 4/5
Clean rooms, good facilities especially the gym. Night shop was a nice touch too. No courtesy room…. Our flight was delayed so we asked for a room for half hour to freshen up to be told we had to pay for a whole night. Disappointing. Pool could also do with a clean too
- 1/5
Easy to find Housekeeping poor, stayed 5 days and room cleaned/towels/coffee etc once 1 lift out of order (& there are 8 floors!) Also friends car went on a valet trip outta town…… AirPod on keys at hotel but AirPod in car elsewhere & when questioned was told it was in the car park but we searched all floors & it wasn’t…..
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
The staff was great. The accessibility of parking was terrific downtown and then you just walk into the hotel and up the elevator, that was top notch. However, the Bed, seemingly, was from the 1900s, which was disappointing and two of the three shower towels, we had, were absolutely dirty, other than that not bad lol.
- 5/5
Overnight stay for the Eagles concert at Firstbank Stadium. Quick check-in and the staff was very nice. Room was very nice and clean. Would most definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
The room was nice and spacious! The staff could have been more friendly/attentive (no one said hello/bye/didn’t really acknowledge guests going in and out)
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. The parking was easy and the food was great.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 2.5/5
Location was great; Room was fair; Parking was expensive, When booking I stated there would be 4 adults and one child, a total of 5 people. Therefore, I was expecting to be accommodated for 5 people. However, once arriving they informed me they could not accommodate. Also, I always had to request extra towel sets because they never put enough sets in the room for 4 people, much less 5. Also, when trying to reach the front desk from the room phone, they never answered and I had to leave the room to go downstairs to the front desk to speak with someone. Last but certainly not least, there was no microwave in the room, so when we needed to heat up anything, we had to leave the room and go down to the lobby, which was vert inconvenient.

- 5/5
Hotel was clean near all the bars
- 5/5
Nice room.. only dinged down for elevator function
- 5/5
I am a young female solo traveler and I felt extremely safe here at the hotel! super clean and nice staff
- 3/5
Staff was excellent but the hotel only had 1 working elevator
- 5/5
The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The valet service was excellent and well-organized so you didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be on your way.
- 4/5
Staff friendly There was water interruption that we were made aware of in tower 1. But we did not know that it was construction that was happening right next door. It was loud and we did not sleep at all.
- 5/5
Great location and love having a balcony
- 3/5
A little outdated but ok stay for business purposes. Prices are over the top
- 5/5
Our room was very clean. The staff was amazing we really enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Clean room Great staff Cucumber water
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was wonderful, and location is perfect.
- 2/5
2 night stay, had to ask for extra towels &ro to be tidied. Literary no water pressure in shower & this was a handicap room & tub was small & slippery.
- 5/5
Nice, clean room. Friendly staff
- 5/5
The personnel were courteous and extremely helpful. This includes the valet service as well. I can’t say enough good things. The room was very clean. The only thing they could’ve had was a microwave.
- 3/5
Rooms are a little worn and our suite was very bland and had an almost sterile feeling. Common areas were sloppy.
- 4/5
Room was made up daily, staff was courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, very kind too. Great place to go down and hang out with another room. We had 2 rooms so when we wanted to okay games, we sat down in the eating star. when
- 1/5
Overbooked my suite. Breakfast was slow & not fresh. Room was not clean.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
We were a little concerned about some scratches on the floor of the room. It looked as if a previous guest had moved the couch repeatedly. The window was very dirty on the exterior.
- 5/5
Wonderful! Staffs were amazing and hotel is super clean!
- 5/5
Check in staff at desk was great
- 4/5
Staff was attentive
- 5/5
Everything! Everyone was very friendly and helpful the room was very clean and loved the fact there was an extra pillow a blanket if needed in the closet.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast there. Room was very clean when we arrived.
- 5/5
Very clean, well-priced, super friendly staff, and within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena area (30 minutes). We will be back!
- 3/5
Staff were wonderful!!! Beds are ok. Location was ok. It’s about 2 miles from things to do. Parking is stupid expensive but that’s everywhere. Amenity revamp and deferred maintenance are highly encouraged here. Our room door was cloudy and didn’t want to open half the time. The bathroom had gross moldy mildew caulk and could desperately use an update. Bring your own sodas. They are $7 a piece here. I likely would choose another hotel closer to everything if I visit again.
- 4/5
Room was nice clean and what i expected ! Staff was very friendly and nice as well! The room was very large but basic... Only negatives were it was very noisy in the middle of the night and no free breakfast or coffee. You could order starbucks and breakfast food but was pricey.
- 4/5
Everything was good
- 4/5
Location excellent for walking to restaurants. Close to hospital where my family was admitted. Very tight parking! Housekeeping is thd only reason I did not give a 5 star. Trash left in room. Drinking cups not replenished. No 24 hour housekeeping, so if you have a need, it will wait or go to front desk for cups, towels, etc. Bed was very comfortable!
- 2/5
But……the staff was extremely friendly
- 5/5
Excellent stay we will be back
- 5/5
Room was very comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly
- 1/5
Very unhappy with my stay. Only 2 people out of the staff that I met were helpful and kind to me- the valet and the housekeeper. My stay began horribly, I found food in the refrigerator, blood on the pillows. There is no hot water at night and the wifi is not very good. I stayed 1 week, house keeping came to clean only 3 out of 7 days. I ran out of towels and toilet paper.
- 3/5
It was a noisy area so made it hard to sleep and parking deck was tricky to navigate.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were super friendly and accommodating to us. Thank you for sending over any supplies that we needed and didn’t have, and thank you for your luggage storage space! We appreciate the care and hospitality.
- 2/5
My room was not cleaned well. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower, wrapped around the shampoo bottles mounted on the wall. The bed was not very comfortable. Valet took forever to get our car each time, even requesting it 10 min before. The system was not working properly. Self-parking was only $4 less than Valet. On top of all of that their entry way was wet when it rained. I fell and hurt myself. No management was on duty and it took a while for the staff to reach them on the phone. They finally called me and I called back and I still cannot reach them. I was highly disappointed.
- 4/5
Gym is small but has everything you need to sweat and stay active in a trip.
- 5/5
l loved the rooftop pool and location.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff. Great bed and shower. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
We loved the balcony and all the nearby eateries
- 3/5
Ok
- 4/5
Only real complaint is that parking costs are ridiculous. Payment for hotel room should include complementary parking.
- 5/5
It’s nice and comfortable. Clean and well serviced. No complaints.
- 4/5
Room was nice, clean so was the property. Pool was great but water was extremely cold!
- 4/5
Tower one was very loud with traffic noise all night. Sirens, motorcycles, etc. we moved rooms to tower 2 the second night. It was better
- 4/5
I guess the only negative was not having our bins emptied when the rooms were tidied. I saw a review saying you had to request it (I think) and if that is the case it would seem a bit odd as surely it should just be done. All in all a very pleasant stay, well located and good value for money. The gym and pool area was also pretty decent. Would recommend.
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel.
- 3/5
My spouse & daughter were stuck in your elevator for a period of time. This resulted in our stay drastically changing, from that time until our departure we waited for another elevator or took the stairs. Truly unexpected.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was friendly. Pool was very clean. Suite was nice
- 5/5
Our stay was perfect. The balconies were rather small but they did just the job. Perfect stay
- 5/5
We just did a 1 night stay for our 38th anniversary but it was excellent.Every single staff member we came in contact with smiled and greeted us. Loved the free fresh fruity water. Loved that the beds were low so my husband had an easy transfer from his wheelchair to the bed. The food at the bistro was excellent and the drinks had just the right amount of alcohol. I did not like that it only had valet parking and it cost 40 dollarrs. On the other hand, the valet attendants were super nice and helpful and very quick with unlimited in and out.
- 5/5
All great
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and we were accommodated early check in with a balcony room with a pool view.
- 5/5
We had a lovely 2 night/ 3 day stay. We used the cozy pool area, walked around the neighborhood for meals, and had a great time visiting the city/broadway street with this hotel being our base in the middle of it all.
- 3/5
Our valet, Willie, was the best greeting crew you could ask for! Great guy and very kind, friendly and welcoming. Front desk was efficient and quick. The room was not great. First, it was like sleeping in the stands of a drag strip next to a nightclub. The loud music and racing cars was awful (the hotel did provide earplugs and access to sound machines). The pullout bed would not open fully unless you shoved the couch all the way back and angled it away from the nightstand. Shower didn’t drain well and the bathroom faucet was loose. You had hold on to it to adjust the temperature otherwise the whole thing would spin. Just not what we expected for the price.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay in downtown Nashville but it’s not so close to Broadway that it’s rowdy. The parking garage was a nice feature and they had a refillable water bottle station which was great. All the staff were nice and the room was great! I’d definitely stay at a courtyard Marriott again, we don’t ever stay in hotels so I was very pleasantly surprised
- 1/5
The lighting in the room was difficult to find all the switches for each lamp. The pull out couch mattress was stained terribly and horrible. When you laid on it it’s like all the stuffing was gone out of it and there was just a thin cloth over the coils. The zipper to one of the cushions was torn out so it didn’t stay on. There were fine little hairs in the shower on the shelf. The fridge was dirty also.
- 5/5
Location great next to popular food spot and several bars in Midtown. Comfortable and clean. Repeat customer
- 4/5
Could use a little updating possibly. Pool area not well designed... Staff was excellent
- 4/5
The staff was always welcoming and friendly each day. Our room did have something stuck to the ceiling above the window and our room was not cleaned by mid afternoon Saturday, but overall our stay was fine. Very convenient to Vanderbilt, a few restaurants and the Turnip Truck.
- 3/5
The hotel is old and we were in tower 2. It was a maze getting there. Elevators were dark and out of date looking
- 4/5
The workers were very nice and friendly
- 5/5
Very helpful & friendly front desk staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy to access. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Close to good food and music! Clean and modern with excellent staff!
- 3/5
The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is very noisy as the building is right by a major street. The hotel provides ear plugs, but they are very uncomfortable.
- 4/5
This hotel was centrally located to lots of things. Pool was nice and room was comfy enough, though we had a shower that wouldn’t drain and a couple hours mid day where there was no hot water for maintenance. The internet was buffering a bit as well.
- 5/5
Comfortable and convenient. Close enough to downtown without being in the noisy center.
- 5/5
Worth the money
- 5/5
Great location. Easy access to Music Row and to Broadway. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.
- 3/5
No shuttle service, limited restaurant hours, not many amenities.
- 5/5
Helpful and extremely clean!
- 5/5
It was a perfect location, close to where my friends were staying and very comfortable!
- 3/5
This was just an average stay. Nothing out of the ordinary. The AC in our room did not cool off enough. Property was ok, but could use a little live in some areas.
- 5/5
Reception & lobby staff were accommodating & friendly.
- 4/5
overall nice, older property needs some upgrades… safe , some friendly staff members- good location.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and close to all things Boston downtown
- 5/5
Amazing staff!! So efficient helped me out with parking when none was available
- 4/5
The location was good for us because we like and used to a city walkable area. Downtown was only about a mile and a half. There are also a few dining options next to the hotel.
- 5/5
It was a short stay but the experience will be long lasting! This was the perfect choice for our quick Nashville stop over due to the hotels great central location. Quick check-in with accommodating staff. A pleasant surprise touch was the ear plugs in case of the city noise; which was not a problem even without the use of the earplugs. Def. plan to stay here again!
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
Loved the pool
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
Overall a decent place to stay that could use some updating. Breakfast was good but staff working it seemed annoyed to be there. Other staff were friendly. A bit off the beaten path. Parking is expensive.
- 5/5
Everyone has been friendly and very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better staff or accommodations.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
Think we got a handicap room...bed very low and hard to get in & out of. All the HC bars were a pain. Other than that is is an affordable Marriott a little away from broad way but several restaurants & bars close...Broadways was a 1$0-12 ride each way...Check out the Row restaurant & Bar around the corner
- 5/5
We absolutely loved this property.
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
The staff were very nice and friendly The bed was so comfortable. The whole place was very clean. The only issue I had was the experience since rate to park your car.
- 3/5
Room and hallway smelled like pot. Everyone morning waking up to the smell was getting old and walking to elevator smelling it in the hallway.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
I enjoyed me stay, it was very convinent: felt luke i was at home i loved that they have laundry and a pool and meals that taste pretty good. Definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
The property was clean and the room was spacious.
- 5/5
Property is decent given the star rating. The staff is friendly. There is some level of street noise given its on the street. Are wise its convenient and food places are within walking distance and same for the university as well
- 3/5
The new room was virtually identical. It also didn’t appear to have been very thoroughly cleaned, with hair on the bathroom floor and visible layers of dust and grime built up in the corners. It wasn’t awful — I probably wouldn’t have noticed (or even looked, tbh) if we hadn’t just changed rooms because of a cleaning issue — but it was enough to make me uncomfortable. The bed was too hard — also something I normally wouldn’t complain about, but it added another level of discomfort to this stay. Then parking was exceptionally expensive. Overall a super mediocre experience for cleanliness, comfort, and value. The staff that evening were fantastic.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and neat but parking was $48 a day and if you left and took your car you had to tip when you come back, they would text you seven dollar tip. Other than that the room was nice a lot of construction around and in the middle of Nashville.
- 5/5
I really liked my hotel. It was super close to things and my room was spacious and well-appointed. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
I liked its closeness to the University. We were able to walk to many places we wanted to see.
- 4/5
The manager was very helpful accommodating my mom’s mobility issues. They went way over and beyond for us. The room could be a bit noisy from the traffic but the heavy blackout curtains helped a lot and it quieted down at night. The location was very convenient
- 4/5
It was great !
- 5/5
Great location and staff indeed!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the valet service were very quick and friendly also. The food was also delicious!
- 5/5
not sure what I was expecting but fell in love with the hotel and will like to come again.
- 5/5
Great stay! Close to the action. One mile from river and tourist bars and shops. Nice walk, felt safe in the area and enjoyed the city.
- 3/5
I know we don’t go to Nashville for quiet but the sound proofing is so poor at this hotel. Between sirens, the garbage trucks, doors slamming and hearing a neighbor pee in the middle of the night, it was definitely not restful. The hotel does offer a sound machine and some ear plugs but it just didn’t cut it.
- 1/5
First, they charged my card three times! Then the floor we were on had water damage, I asked to be moved to another floor, was told they would see what they had available and would let me know, which never happened. The water damage and smell made me sick. So sick that we had to leave a day early and had to have family come get us because I could not drive and my husband had eye surgery, that is why we stayed there.
- 5/5
Walking around was convenient and seem safe
- 4/5
Stayed for one night and had a good experience. Close to Brodway and all downtown Nashville festivities. Hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming.
- 5/5
This location is a short ride from broadway and had a good amount of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were clean and didn’t get a lot of outside noise in the room.
- 5/5
The property was very clean and quiet. I had no problem checking in early. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Check in was great. Rooms are vey clean and comfortable. The approach to the hotel is a bit difficult as theres not a lot of room at the corner where the hotel is located.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in Nashville. Close to everything.
- 3/5
No am breakfast. Not informed of stiff parking fee until day of arrival, when it is too late to make other arrangements.
- 1/5
Construction everywhere broken parking garage where you enter narrow with oresent workers and tools, room smelled like Marijuana terribly, it had trash behind curtains
- 5/5
Deceptive about parking fees. $44/day
- 5/5
Friendly staff!!
- 4/5
i like the staff even if they give me a room for handicapped but I was not happy with the parking, after the room its so expensive the parking its expensive too
- 5/5
Was a great stay. Bathrooms had heated floors in the rooms. beautiful view and place for low price
- 4/5
Decent place to stay, but the parking charge is ridiculous. Will look else where to stay next time.
- 5/5
Great stay. Only issue was floor in bathroom area was ice cold
- 4/5
Very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
We have stayed here multiple times - it never disappoints!
- 5/5
All staff was amazing. Clean rooms, great customer service.
- 5/5
Love this Hotel! Nice rooms and amazing service!
- 5/5
if the hotel can provide free water would be better
- 4/5
Hattie B's chicken and Mid-Town Cafe just across the street. A short cab or uber to Honky Tonks on Broadway. Easy access to hiway.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. We were expecting our first grandchild and it was very convenient
- 5/5
Parking overpriced is my only dislike
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly, accommodating and location was very clean
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
It was wonderful!
- 3/5
Surprised to show up and have to pay $48 per night for parking. Other similar properties in the same are had free parking. Also had been looking forward to the outdoor fire pit in the patio area but is not turned on during our three day stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was great. The bed was very very low and hard as a rock. I literally had to roll onto the floor to get out of it. But other than that it was good. Location was great. 8 minutes from downtown.
- 5/5
Good location.

We were happy with our stay there.

The staff was friendly for the most part especially the housekeepers but it could be cleaner and quieter

The property was great! Clean and quiet. Its about a mile from the bars on Broadway. Very easy to walk!

Otherwise, a great place to stay!

We booked the one room quite early, and the second room just two weeks before we got there, and there was a $500 price difference (split across 3 nights) for the exact same room, so I’d recommend booking early!

No value for money

The parking was ridiculous

Great hotel to be in Nashville. Lots of nearby dining options and places to see.

Clean and reasonable cost. Free breakfast was handy. Comfortable are.

The hotel could use some more updating. Water on the floor by the old air conditioning unit, sink stopped up, bathtub wouldn’t hold water. Otherwise the stay was great. The bd was so comfortable.

Customer service management was great

Staff was very helpful and courteous

Well old building, beds hard as a rock

Senior members of staff were very unhelpful. Was accidentally double charged for my stay by a junior member of staff (who was very apologetic), spoke with senior member of staff (Amber) the next day and day of checkout who was very unhelpful and not particularly polite. Pool was closed when I arrived and I was told every day of my 3 night stay "it will open tomorrow", which it didn't.

Quite far from downtown I had to book Ubers as it’s around 20 minutes walk down to it

Parking Situation needs some work. some attends are great others are just not up to par. Young Lady that hustles and gets in done in the evenings, should get a raise or promotion.

Clean, updated and the staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that when I searched for parking as an amenity I didn’t expect it to cost $54. Overall the cost of the room minus parking was great.

Stayed overnight for the Green Day concert. Good price, close enough to the strip, and within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants. 10/10!

I was under the impression from the listing breakfast was included. But no it was not. Also we parked our selves and didn’t have valet parking. However we were charged for both. Very disappointed.

It is difficult to find and get to the rooms. The floor plan is very inconvenient.

Amazing place close to everything.

Charged extra for parking without notifying and charged for other charges that had no business being on the card.

Clean rooms quiet for the most part except for the ambulances that’s not the hotel’s fault. Staff was friendly it’s a good location several eating spots around it and not far from the venues

Nice to have thebalcony and th e pool area was nice.

You could hear racing cars through the night. Also any sirens felt like they were in the room.

I only have two complaints about my stay. The first was my room was not ready when I got there at Check in time. And when we got to the room it stunk. It smelled like mildew and the floor by the air conditioner was wet. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel

Only issue valet parking only $42

Our family drove all the way from Wichita Kansas. The staff met all of our needs at check in to check out. Having the beach access even during tropical storm Debby we had an amazing time of recharging before school starts!

Staff were not helpful. Place was run down. Not what you would expect from a marriott

The hotel was over sold on the room we had requested and he was able to get us switch and had true heart and great customer service. We definitely appreciated him and all the hoops he jumped through for us!

When i booked the room i was not informed about the $42 a day parking fee. The whole valet experience was very frustrating. Every time we wanted our car there were issues. The valets were at times rude and not helpful at all. I will not be a returning guest.
