The bed was very comfortable, the staff were welcoming as well. Overall very great and comfortable stay. Breakfast was your usual continental breakfast. The sausage links were extremely salty but to each their own. The eggs were not watery which was a plus! There was an odor when you walk into the room. the front area of the room was very warm, the air seemed to only really circulate in the room with the bed. The bathroom ceiling could use a little work and additional deep cleaning. There were signs of possible mold forming on the ceiling and walls of the shower. There wasn’t very much lighting either, and I couldn’t turn off the one light that was in between the sitting area and the sleeping area.

Close to freeway. Comfortable and quiet. Beds turn into a slide when you sit on the edge. Rolling over I easily slid off the bed, not because I rolled over too far it’s a king bed, because the bed is to plush it flops down when too much weight is on one side.

There is a lot of foot traffic throughout the parking lot, but the staff was amazing accommodating as our trucks rear cargo was unsecure. Our room did need a few minor repairs, but that’s due to having so many guests stay there. The staff is amazingly phenomenal and accommodating. I saw there were complaints about the smell, but they do have humidifiers in the hallway due to the high humidity. We had no issues in our room regarding a smell or any noise and we were facing the front of the hotel on the second floor. Breakfast is served on real plates and real silverware. We all were able to find something to satisfy us. The only thing we didn’t like was the high foot traffic as there is a Circle K behind the parking lot and people cut through to get to it. Our first stay last year, my husband slept in the truck because our cargo was unsecure and he didn’t feel comfortable leaving it unattended. This time the staff highly accommodated us with easing our worries. There were even motorcycles coming back from Oklahoma from a rally that were out front where the staff was visibly watching over them.

I didn’t like anything about the property. The staff members weren’t welcoming. Not only was the staff not welcoming; however, the building was not clean. It was full trash bags and cans all over the hallway. Trash was running over and sitting in the middle of the hallway.

We had a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful, and the breakfast staff was so sweet and kind. Breakfast was okay and convenient each morning. I also liked that there was a Dollar General close to the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was clean and everything went well during our stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the pool was closed. I really wished it had been open, but besides that, everything else was great.

I had reported the minor issues I had came across but the place was beautiful and comfortable for me the most part

I have reported everything I had concerns with through the hotel phone during the prior stay to the front desk

Front desk clerk Anna checked to make sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Anna was very pleasant and helpful to make sure we would have a nice stay. Also Raquel the night clerk was very helpful in obtaining us an Uber to our concert event and made sure we returned back to the hotel safely before she left work that evening. Breakfast was also good. All in all these 2 ladies made sure we had a magnificent stay and we'll be sure to return again next time we're in Nashville.

It was a good location. Close to the airport for a one night stay but the tile baseboards in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing. And probably needs a good detailed wall washing and carpet cleaning. If I had stayed there my whole stay… I would have changed hotels. The pool is there but would not put a foot in that. The staff were superb though!! I was able to leave my luggage there for the whole day while I adventured

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any kind of discount for this issue, and likely will not stay at this location again. There could’ve been a major safety risk, especially because we had our children staying with us. Families beware of this hotel!

We made it to the hotel well before check in. The front desk worker, Marquesia, went above and beyond to help us store our luggage until she could get us into a room early. It made a huge difference in our day because we had an event to attend that afternoon. N/a

Due to my vehicle transmission failing I had to leave my truck in Indiana. The was a tornado which stopped our trip, we finally got to 30 miles north of Louisville Kentucky at 10 pm, I was exhausted and it was raining so hard we couldn’t even see to drive. I called about 20 times, got ahold of the person at the hotel but gave me a number to call. I had my confirmation number but the computer wouldn’t take it. It wouldn’t give me an option to talk to a real person. I’m am totally dissatisfied with the system and service. I don’t feel I should have to pay for the night due to the weather. Shower was leaking constantly, a big floor tile was loose as you stepped out of the shower an the toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was good but I wish there were more hot items.

The outside of the property was very overgrown and needed attention. There were people outside smoking on the patio (weed) and we couldn’t even sit outside. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, rooms are a bit outdated/worn. There was a very bright light shining in the room. Blinds closed but didn’t really block it, curtains wouldn’t close because they were broken. Despite having signs about quiet times it definitely was not. It was so loud. Maybe had we been in the back it would have been better. Being in the front facing parking did not help. Constant car door slamming, people talking loudly, alarms, loud stereos. There was also staff outside talking loud after 11pm. The people to the right of us would not stop slamming their door that evening, then it started again at 5:50am. At about 6:15 am a large van pulled up and a bunch of ladies got out, sat on the patio and were yelling, laughing so loud. We didn’t even eat breakfast, we just decided to pack up and go home. For over $100 a night to rest before we went home, we sure left tired.

Bathroom outdated tiles broke and looked dirty

I picked this property specifically for the swimming pool but it did not have a drop of water in it and I realized it's seasonal even though the temperatures were nearing 90°. I didn't get checked in until nearly midnight and my bathroom was filthy, I could not use it. The next morning I grabbed the first housekeeper I could find and she did a fabulous job of cleaning up that bathroom for me. Breakfast was good.

Stay was decent for the price. We then were charged multiple times extra and no explanation for what to the amount of extra $412. The flooring tile by the toilet moved every time you walked in the bathroom. The shower curtain was broke. The pool was not open. Decent for the price but not factoring in the extra $412 charges with no explanation.

The room was relatively clean. Bathrooms were clean, the floor needed some work. Staff was in a hurry to rush people, and in our case they opened the door to clean without knocking to see if we were still in the room. They also took away the breakfast before 9:30 when they said it was closed. I would give this location overall a 3/5 stars.

Lied to by front desk- requested a first floor room told to call back - I called back and she said yes you have a first floor room and when I arrived to check in The afternoon lady told me that the morning person does this all the time and I was not the first person that the lady has told about having a first floor room and being lied to and not have a first floor room. Just don’t like being lied to when I called twice to request for a first floor room. I ended up on the second floor for the 4 night stay.

It was a great stay, the only complaint we had was hallway smelled like weed and was smokey from it. We have kids so they noticed a smell right off when walking down the hall to our room. Other than that, it was great!!

First the good - Staff was kind, sheets were clean, plenty of towels, heat worked well, breakfast pretty good too! I paid less than $60/night which was a steal. Now the bad - this hotel was in the worst condition of any place I've ever stayed in. Filthy room had visible mold everywhere, embedded dirt, smoke smell, and paper thin walls making it super noisy. The mold was visible all over the bathroom and even the hallways air vents. Elevator was missing any inspection notice. I feel badly about complaining as everyone there was so very nice, but this place needs either a multi million dollar remodel or a shutdown. I hope corporate will pony up and fix this place so good people can stay employed.

Staff was okay, not great. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and mold. I had to open the window to get some fresh breathing air. There’s mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room itself was okay but dirty and sticky. I had to use my own wipes to clean the remote because it was so dirty and grimy along with the nightstand. I called front desk twice to inquire about switching rooms and no one answered so I was just stuck in the stinky moldy room. Won’t ever be returning.

I was very disappointed. My husband was there for the funeral of one of his closest friends. The red chair in the room was sooo dirty/stained that it made me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the place.

I gave a rating of "excellent", mostly because of the wonderful front desk reception, when I arrived. I didn't have an opportunity to eat breakfast, because I was extremely jet-lagged from my flight from Central Asia. I was sleeping, instead of taking breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable and there were no noisy neighbors, so I was happy. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again at the end of my trip back to Central Asia.

Super convenient by being right next to the highway. Surprisingly quiet being next to an airport could hear a low rumble of airplanes, taking off and landing, but nothing too bad. Room needs a little bit of maintenance lightbulbs paint replacing a crack tiles and such nothing too bad. Overall a great place to stay breakfast was really nice.

So the hotel appears to be clean . Everything looked nicer , but if you looked closely you’ll see hair on the linen, towels , a bug was in the bed sheets . I got bits on my right arm and neck !6 bites in total . My room was by a storage closet and I didn’t like that . I rather have a room in front of cameras. I was also told not to take a bath because their tubs wasn’t designed for that as they will leak to the room underneath me .

Breakfast was okay, but I felt it lacked variety. There were several cereal options, but I chose this hotel expecting to find a specific breakfast item shown in one of the property photos, and unfortunately it was not available. While this didn’t affect my stay, it was a bit disappointing. The breakfast staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. One downside was the limited parking availability, and there was some noise coming from the rooms above. Despite these minor issues, overall it was a very good hotel and I would still consider staying here again.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower spray was a bit wild, but did the job. We cannot comment on the breakfast because we left before it was served. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and more importantly, would definitely stay again.

We had 3 people and the bath only had 2 towels. The fee deposit for damages of 75 dollars was more than the room. When booking it doesn’t tell you anything about a deposit. Beds were wore out not comfortable

This is my second time staying at this particular location and it’s just so nice to have some decent dinner options right in the parking lot. And the convenience of being less than 10 mins from the airport is perfect for my frequent travel needs

The place was clean. The room smell like bleach, one side of the bed smell like humidity. Breakfast as ok.

Large king suite at a great price. Was lower than cheap budget hotels. Very clean and good breakfast.

You can see the level of detail they place from the time you enter the lobby to when you enter your room. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is lit up with Christmas lights an inviting faux fireplace and decorations. Just the distraction we needed from the spinal surgery we were here to have done.

Also didn't have detachable showerhead to clean tub out. Speaking of the tub, it was very wide and deep. Would have been great to take a bath in, if they had any sort of way to stop the drain. A plug, a switch, anything, but no. The bed felt cheap. I used to sell mattresses, and it felt like a low end traditional coil mattress with a low coil count. The best part of the room was they actually had a decent sized modern tv that I kept on in the background. I'm not too picky, and it was a room to sleep in. So I'm not complaining too much. But someone with higher standards than me actually might be upset. I have no reason to stay here again, and would look at other options if I were to stay in the area in the future. The tv was nice though!

the room had soap dripping down wall near sink under hand towles, black mold outside of tub near floor, grout in bathroom needed to be clean. otherwise bed was comfortable, quiet, nice staff, hot coffee and tea, close to highway

Great location, safe, and easy to find. Front desk was friendly and efficient both at check-in and check out. I enjoyed the full breakfast and was impressed with the variety of options. The hotel was clean, check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage patties.

People were very nice. The whole hotel was overly damp and there was mold on the air-conditioning vents in our room. We’ll never stay there again.

The ceiling was damaged from a water leak and a went was used to attempt to cover the damage. The room smelled musty from either old carpeting or the leak. It also appeared to have mold on the ceiling. This was above the beds.

The staff was very friendly. The only disadvantage was finding something to eat after 9:00 PM. If you drive 3-4 miles there are many choices of fast food.

I was surprised to see this hotel only having 2 stars on booking sites. I normally don’t try places that are less than 3 stars. However this place was very good; clean, comfortable bed, nice lobby. I didn’t try the breakfast but spent some time in the lobby and it too was nice. Thank you.

Leaky shower and toilet which caused a mess on the floor. The rooms had a dirty feel about them. I just expected better from the Radisson.

Not much around. Had to drive to the next exit to get food. Gas station is close and there's a Dollar General in walking distance.It was a nice hotel.

The staff provided exceptional service and were very accommodating. The breakfast offerings were excellent, and the staff maintained a well-stocked buffet. The bed was comfortable, and while the bathroom could benefit from some updates, the water pressure was impressive.

The area around the hotel was a little questionable. There were a few homeless people around the street to get to the hotel. We did like how will light the parking lot was so we could see our vehicles.

My stay at this hotel was awesome! The food was good, the service and location was wonderful. My only gripe, when it's time to check-out, that knock at the door as though the police are waiting for you is unsettling and unnecessary. We know when we have to check out. Knocking on the door BEFOREHAND should be discouraged. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Booked 2 nonsmoking rooms. One was not, said I'm all booked can't change the room. Maybe, but rarely is a hotel completely out of rooms. Not happy and I'm sure that I am stuck paying for the 2nd room even if we stuffed everyone into one. I guess as long as the customer is the one out, they are good with this. 😡

Rooms were big enough for us, room service is every 3 days but if u needed towels or anything you would be able to get same. Over all a plant stay.

The area outside is that of a truckers motel area, when we arrived in the evening the area lounge outside even had a flashing strobe light to keel homeless away.

Nice property, clean room. Breakfast had some good choices. Not only coffee and hot tea in the lobby, but also fresh dispensers of ice water with lemon and ice tea. Nice touch! Parking lot well lit and safe area. Friendly staff. For a property close to the airport, it was a good rate! Would definitely stay there again.

Pictures online didn’t match reality. Breakfast are was dirty. Lots of damaged and run down/dated furniture, decor, etc. Someone was smoking marijuana on our floor, and it was difficult to sleep and be in the room with the stench. Cleaning crew the next day had to leave the room next to us, their door open to air out.

Christie and the gentleman when I check in was so accommodating with my room change. She was very sweet. Ms. D and young-lady( African American)was amazing allowing us a simple gesture with no questions asked. I would stay here again. Very close to the airport. 15-20 uber ride to Boardway area. Easy to locate. A family dollar next door. Breakfast was good best sausage I’ve had had a hotel in a long time.

Absolutely terrible. My fiancé and I were traveling from 13 hrs away and needed a place to stay just for the night. He is active military and under 21. Man at he desk was rude and could not make an exception just once for us to put our heads to rest. Nasty attitude towards him and I. Absolutely ridiculous!

They had renovations going on so the place was kind of a mess. Unfortunately the work was being done near our room so a lot of banging, talking, music playng well into the night.

The floors were filthy throughout the hotel, our bathroom floor was broken tiles , no grout the shower walls were moldy the guy at check in was congested and coughing everything was watered down from coffee to gravy it was to late for us to find somewhere else to go thank goodness it was only two nights

The room smelled musty and on arrival I questioned whether all the rooms smelled the same. I was told no however the entire floor smelled th same way. I was also told they didn’t have any other available rooms because they were booked. So we stayed in the musty room. By the way, I did ask the housekeeper about cleaning the room and she informed that the rug was clean. However she did spray the room when she cleaned it, however, it remained musty. The area around could be beautiful however it needs TLC. Some of staff were very nice while others were not friendly at all. Safety was not an issue. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The indoor and outdoor furniture, fitness center and pool could use some TLC as well.

Absolutely disgusting bed mattresses in Room104! The bed was very old and extremely broken down and lumpy! I do appreciate the manager's trying to accommodate us with a different room when he admitted that the hotel has been replacing the beds, but those in the room we first were assigned had not been. The "upgraded" room's bed may have been newer but it was too hard to be comfortable and resulted in a sleepless night for me & my son. I have previously stayed at Radisson properties with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, I have lost all confidence with the brand Country Inn & Suites and do not plan to choose them in my future travel plans. Had the night not been in the midst of a severe thunderstorm; we would have vacated the room and demanded a refund of all charges!

This hotel is the definition of meets expectations. It was clean, quiet, and cheaper than most similar places in the area. Breakfast was fine but not great; beds were reasonably comfortable. Hotel is clearly older, but everything works. I would stay here again.

Had to kill three bugs in the first few hours there. Random command hooks on the ceiling as if someone had lived there. Loud music in someone else’s room. Smelt off, and carpets were very dirty. Would not recommend.

I’ve stayed at multiple County Inn and Suites and this was by far one of the worst facilities I’ve visited. Usually this line of hotels is updated, super clean, has big/diverse breakfasts that’s what what I was hoping for. First, I want to say that the staff, with the exception of the breakfast staff were very nice. My main complaint were about the building itself. You could clearly tell that it was an old hotel that had a little bit of lipstick slapped. There was only one ice machine on the bottom floor, the hallways and staircase were hot and smelled of old dirty carpet. There were loud free standing AC units all over trying to keep it cool, but it barely did the trick. The elevator was dirty with the walls peeling and debris on the floor and it was painfully slow. There was a black widow spider at the base of the stairs living his best life under the light fixture and stains everywhere. Stairwell was dark and dingy and the old carpet made it smell like an old movie theater. The coffee station, was minimal and the coffee was very weak . I did like the ice tea/lemon water station. The gym consisted of three pieces of equipment is a tiny space. My room was clean but in sever need of updates. Bathroom fixtures were laying on the counter, toilets was rusty, and the shower was slow to drain. I also returned to my room on day two and it smelled at if the pipes were belching up sewage. Iron barely worked. And mattresses slumped in the middle. More issues than I have room for.

Breakfast was average, the room was comfortable, easy great internet access, easy to get to all areas in Nashville. Overall a little better than average. Our room had a squeaking a/c it was our fault for not saying something, im sure that the staff would've taken care of it. It was only noticeable at night. My family of 4 stayed 4 nights.

Our stay was fine. I like the suite, being able to sit in another room from our bed room.. Location was good for us as after our Nashville dealings we headed east. It "appears" they had done some re-modeling, but there are some ruff edges that need attention. Would we stay there again? Yes

We stayed in a king suite and it was one of our favorite hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in! We loved everything about our stay here and will absolutely be staying here again next time we’re in Nashville

The pool was dirty at the bottom and the yellow tiles all around the pool had peeling paint.

Wen paid extra for a suite and all we got was this tiny area with 3 walls, tv and sofa. Very tacky for a suite. Every time I went to talk to the front desk there was no one there or a line 5 deep. I was in contact with someone with text messages and photo's but they stopped responding. The bathroom door had a lot of peeling paint and the walls were missing tiles. The bedroom part of the suite was good.

Stayed 1 night at The RedRoof which I purchased through Hotels.com, very disappointed with Hotels.com & RedRoof inn! My room was dirty, did not want to touch anything, let alone having to spend a night there! Didn’t even shower it was horrible! Disgusting, Stayed the one night and was charged for 2 nights,! Ugh! still awaiting my refund for that night, Hotels.com was supposed to take care of this situation but here it is 1 month later no response or refund! Going to have to take care of it now with my credit card company! I Was so happy to have a place that was clean and comfortable for me, As I have OCD! I won’t touch anything or let anyone else touch anything either unless it’s clean! So happy to have found Country Inn! I Would recommend them to anyone who has clean issues! You will feel comfortable there!
