Our room was just ok. Kinda dirty. Found a cookie by the bed. Pullout couch was terrible. Shower backed up. Faucet sprayed everywhere. Pot smoke in the halls. Pool was ok. Kinda milky. Neighborhood was kinda sketchy.

Facility is a little run down but very clean. Staff was incredibly kind and gave my kids snacks when we checked in. Breakfast was great! Kids had fun in the pool. Would definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Nashville without our dog.

The entire hotel smelled awful the the air conditioner was not on in the lobby or the halls so you were hit with heat and stench when you walked out of your room. The rooms were in disrepair, the bathrooms were falling apart, there were cracks in the walls, and when I got in bed there was stuff under the sheets like little pieces of plastic. This was not a cheap stay for such a run down dirty hotel.

The rooms were outdated and needed repairs. The bathroom was unclean and missing grout; the wall surrounding the shower/tub showed significant water damage and had not been repaired. I would not stay there again.

Since it is an extended stay there are families living there full time… and with that comes children running around and a full blown argument in the middle of the night. Fun times

We enjoyed our stay.

Only one key card. All doors other than the front locked after midnight. Indicating an unsafe environment. We understand safety but locking all doors with only one key card per room is ridiculous. Then the front door operator said he would not buzz me in so i could go park the car in the very crowded parking lot. But when I got to the door he buzzed me in. Even though he did not know what I looked like or that my spouse was waiting for me.

I absolutely loved the swimming pool! It was huge! The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. Very clean. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only complaint would be the parking. But I have learned to realize that is typical for Nashville.

The staff left many things to be desired. Upon arrival I inquired about late checkout due to appointments at Vanderbilt Monroe, and was told I would be able to have a late checkout. The next day at 11 o’clock the attendant showed up saying we did not have a late check out and that we needed to vacate or they would be charging us for another night. When asking them to review the footage or notes from the attendant the night before I was told there are none and this room needs turned over. For this reason, I don’t foresee myself spending money to stay here again.

There was concerning activity in the parking lot that further contributed to an overall feeling of being unsafe. At check-in, the front desk staff disputed additional guest charges in an unprofessional manner, which made for a frustrating start to our stay. We were required to change rooms due to non-functioning air conditioning, and the replacement room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Given these issues, we chose to check out the following day. Attempting to resolve a refund was equally frustrating. It took over a week to reach management, and I was not provided a full refund, as additional fees were still deducted. Overall, due to the condition of the property, lack of professionalism, and safety concerns, I would not recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was fresh, but not a lot of variety. It was a busy weekend and they had just one waffle maker and a broken toaster. The women who greeted us the night we checked in, wasn’t friendly at all. We did meet other staff members that were very friendly. The rooms were okay, exactly as pictured and expected. The pool was cold, but my family swam in it anyway. My biggest concern was the shower temperature. If you enjoy frozen showers, this is your place. The water temperature was perfect on day one but as the hotel got busier into the weekend, the hot water was very very quickly used up. We tried different times of the day, and every time you got a few minutes of hot water and then it quickly went to very very cold. We didn’t park, but there looked to be lots of parking available!

The breakfast was also below expectations, ranging from mediocre to poor, with limited options and quality. I understand this is a Comfort Inn, but at nearly $300 per night, we expected a basic level of readiness and service, which was clearly not met. For the price we paid, this experience was unacceptable. We believe a partial refund would be appropriate given these issues.

This hotel was ok. Just ok. I have stayed at better Motel 6's. There was no hot water in my room. Paid over $200.00 for this room and me and my family couldn't even take a shower. Over whelming perfume smell as soon as you walk in. Makes me wonder what they are trying to hide.

The pool had really good temperature. The morning breakfast was the delicious There were few things in my room that needed to be fixed like the bathroom.Door didn't unlock or close at all. Some of my outlets were not working.

Front desk staff was wearing gloves and mask while checking us in. Front lobby has overwhelming air freshener to hide the stinkyness of the facility. The room given to us was 311 and the front and back door had grease stain. Worst is, the toilet seat still had hair and the toilet bowl had poop stain. Gross!!!! We immediately left the room and told the staff the issue. I showed her the pictures and asked me to email it to her. I told her she can go back into the room and see it to herself. Area is not safe- per my observation, a lot of random people walking around the area. Just lock your cars.

Needed a quick, last minute stay in Nashville and this hotel served its purpose nicely! Like any hotel, needs some upgrades/minor cosmetics, otherwise rooms were very clean and cozy, and the property/surrounding area seemed safe, with no worries for my vehicle parked outside. Recommend for any type of stay!

I asked about a crib 4 times kept being told they would contact the manager around 7:30 I said my kid goes to bed at 8 I need the crib by 8 they bring a pop up crib them at was filthy with saints all over it and no crib sheets. The room was not clean.

Most things were pretty good except there was only enough hot water for a half of one shower. Breakfast was good and the pool was warm.

The accommodations were fine, however the only staff member that we interacted with was very short with me, pretentious and down right rude. I believe she was the owner and she was working nights. Poor attitude and lack of manners. She wasn’t accomto us, so I would gather this is her standard of professionalism. Had she been more friendly, better attitude and not acting as if she were the queen of the castle I would e given this place a stronger score.

I have stayed there before, and it's under new management that is not maintaining the facility as I'm used to at a Comfort Suites.

The only complaint I have is the bathrooms need fans if you take a shower it gets hot and foggy!!!

Door to room was hard to close, really needed to slam to shut. Wallpaper peeling, carpeting needed washing, no ice machine on our floor. Drywall was bulging in some areas. Curtains didn’t close shut all the way so you didn’t feel private in the room and too much street light came in. Sofa bed was in rough shape and mattress was stained really bad.

The elevators need fixing and there is some cosmetic damage in room 414 in the restroom area. The hotel was pretty good and mostly peaceful. The elevators should be give. Attention as people who have disabilities wouldn’t be able to reach their room without the elevator in the cold

The lady at the front desk when checking in was one of a kind! She was very great at her job and had the upmost positive attitude towards us when checking in, she even prayed with us after finding out why we there! This place is nasty! Not cleaned whatsoever. Our room alone had condom wrappers and trash behind the bed and floors that don’t look like they’ve been cleaned for months. The mattress was stained beyond belief. The shower took no exaggeration 20 min to even get a little warm and it looks like a 2 year old did the Sheetrock work in the room. Not to mention the Workout room was under “construction” if that’s what u want to call it with no notice or anything until you walk in the room. The pool area had ceiling tile braces falling out, everything was extremely rusted and nasty in the pool area. In the hall way to the room the “trim” around the windows at end of hallway are peeling back. I will never be staying here again and corporate knows of the issue and will be investigating. If I hadn’t of arrived later and had to be at the children’s hospital for 2 of my children I would have definitely left and found somewhere else outside of the city as there where no rooms available local without paying $500 plus a night. I would love to add more photos as I I have 36 photos I took but it will only allow me to add 4.

Ran out of hot water taking a shower. Bathroom sink needs new aerator, sprays all over you. Exercise equipment inoperable. Table top in dining room was lose and fell on a little boy. This hotel is in need of maintenance.

This property is not well maintained - flickering lights in public areas, broken glass in the pool area, equipment in “gym” covered with bed sheets and most was not plugged in or was broken. The shower was mildewed and cracked, and the faucet was not attached to the wall. The sheets were scratchy, and the pillows were all just lumps of clumped material. At breakfast. Two of the tables were missing their table tops.

Everything from the checking in to tbe exit was phenomenal! So glad I had a chancr to experience this stay. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

I pay for my son and his girlfriend to stay Friday and Saturday. They give my son the wrong room number and when he try to open the door the person inside smash his hand with the door really hard and all he got from the front desk was a bag of Cheetos and a bottle of water. I’m very disappointed.

The manager was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. The other staff I saw weren’t rude or anything but they didn’t seem too happy to be there. The room was ok, one lamp didn’t work but it wasn’t missed. for a quick second I thought I’d have to change rooms because my appliances weren’t working, but it was a false alarm I just needed to plug them in. As far as cleanliness goes I’m a bit on the fence as I found a forgotten weave on the floor by the bed when I got there and I noticed that even though housekeeping came every day they didn’t wipe down any surfaces the whole time I was there. Like for example, I like to keep drinks on my nightstand and if it left a ring on the surface, it stayed there. Hopefully they cleaned it when I left. I only stayed 3 days so for the amount of time I guess it’s good enough but idk if I’d stay there again.

You can see the facility has been around for a while due to obvious wear in little things such as scratches and small chips. Bed was comfortable. I could not completely close blinds as a bright light from next door made me have to sleep with my back to the window.

Customer service was wonderful all around. The hotel was clean. We had issues with ladybugs, no hot water in the shower, and none of phones worked in the rooms to call front desk. Breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfast. Overall i would give it a C+ or a low B-.

Mold in the first room around the window. The second room was musty and smelled like chemicals. Coffee and juices were watered down. Everything needs updating.

There was a smell of sewage as you enter the lobby. Both nights. In our room there were ladybugs all over the ceiling, that flew, all night. Overall the hotel was good for what we needed it for.

Guests please expect your rooms even for the smallest detail or else they will try to charge you for previous damage done to the room. Horrible experience! We will never book here again. One of the better rooms I’ve stayed in at this hotel. Spacious and in good repair. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised! We arrived late evening and had the sweetest welcome ever! Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable and clean. I am a clean freak, and I tend to be very critical but no complaints from me. I would stay there again and again provided it doesn’t change. (We didn’t eat breakfast because we met our son for brunch downtown.)

The woman working Friday evening was extremely rude, not only to me when I checked in but also when I asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch. She was also extremely rude to other people that were checking in/ spraying us down with Lysol? Asking me if my daughter was coughing (which she wasn’t) then wouldn’t check us in until she sprayed the place down with Lysol again. The staff for the rest of my stay was great. Wi-Fi was terrible and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

The stay was comfortable. I was disappointed though that their fitness center was closed and had been closed good several weeks due to water damage. If that were the case they should have that stipulated when you make reservations. I was extremely upset because the only reason I picked the hotel was because it had Fitness center open 24 hours. I did not continue my stay and went elsewhere the next couple of days. When I called Expedia to ask for some form of compensation, they stated they would credit 25$towards another stay. Started it would be in my account. It is still not there. I’m disappointed all around! No help from anyone. But still the place itself and the staff were nice.

I chose not to dine, as the food did not appear appetizing. Several amenities were not functioning properly. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep comfortably due to the bed being excessively firm, the pillows being too small, and significant noise coming from neighboring rooms. The staff was okay you had to wait around for them to acknowledge you. The rooms were clean somewhat. You can tell they did the bare minimum to make it look clean. We hardwood had any hot water to shower and when you turned the shower on the faucet came off the wall when you pulled the shower on. It was an okay stay but not worth the money we spent. The beds were somewhat comfortable to sleep in. It did have a nice in door pool for the kids.

Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip. The room was overall nice. There were some things that were off putting but wouldn’t stop me from returning. The window wasn’t constructed properly, so there was about a 3/8 in gap straight outside. One of the corner shelves in the shower was busted out. The shower dripped water constantly and would actually splash outside the tub if the curtain was left open. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the tv was nice, the furniture was in good shape and modern. We didn’t use the pool at all. The breakfast was actually one of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Omlettes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and some more basic items. The coffee was great. The parking can be a little tight, but the lot was okay. Well lit so I wasn’t scared to leave our car out there or anything. Overall the place was nice, I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper place 20 minutes from downtown Nashville.

Clean, quiet, good breakfast, very workable accomodations even including fridge

The curtains in the room don’t close completely so it lets in a lot of light from the street lights. Had to clip them together with hangers to get a decent night sleep. Pillows are very lumpy

Clean room

The staff were very friendly and efficient, which was the highlight of our stay. And the price was very reasonable. However, the room was quite old and in need of maintenance. For example, the door wouldn't close properly due to a loose hinge and had to be propped shut. Several electrical outlets also appeared to be non-functional, etc.

Breakfast was very bland and limited. Had a family emergency and needed to check out early so the hotel decided to keep my money for the extra unused night. I wouldve understood more if i just left for no reason vs leaving for a emergency which isnt predictable.

It smelt a little moldy, the carpets were all wrinkled. Curtains were badly stained.

Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Room clean and comfortable.

Good bargain and quiet, comfortable accommodation. Rooms are aging but, given the price, plenty acceptable. Breakfast was good, service was good, room comfort excellent.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. That’s a rare thing in this day. Would stay there again

I found it odd that the a/c was off in the lobby when I arrived, and my room was warm. It did cool off when I adjusted the temperature and the room was clean. It's a basic room, but had a fridge and microwave. It was spacious but not large.

Everything was good. Only thing my husband and i didnt like was upkeep/maintenance.

Vicinity- close to the venue that I came into town for. Check-in was also quick and easy. No problems.

The cleanliness of the room was not quite up to par. The curtains were dirty & there was a strong, unpleasant smell.

The breakfast was great. As for everyelse it was ok but the shower didnt have enough hot water. No phone service is rooms due to a local storm recently wasnt repaired yet. Tv reception iffy at best. Hallway carpets needed replacing. Eleavator dirty.

Roaches in the room

Everything was excellent I enjoyed my stay and the property was very clean and well maintained and breakfast was very nice.

Your staff was very helpful and kind. This property needs renovation. Painting, new rugs, bathroom fixtures (the bathtub spigot in our room was pulling away from the wall.) You have shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the bathtub, but no body wash? You can use a different new kind of shower curtain that keeps the water in the tub. Unfortunately, it was like a river runs through it on the bathroom floor after a shower. The property looks tired. It needs an upgrade.

Hotel very Clean . staff was friendly and helpful

Air conditioning barely worked. Room doors were loud when you close them. Room smelled like mildew.

We were there for a football game. The ladies up front were very helpful and courteous. This is our second stay in a month.

The breakfast was not even worth serving and the waffle maker was broke. The staff didn’t speak English so the Do Not Disturb sign on my door was ignored. I had created my own in Spanish and tape it on my door. Other than that, the room was great.

Gym needed to be available

Upon arrival they had lost my reservation. The front desk have acted as if I was lying about it. I was able to show them proof she had then told me I needed to contact hotels.com trying to contact hotels.com seem impossible the app at that time of night when we first got to Nashville. They were able to still find us a room, but the room wasn’t the best to offer. But the best were so soft and comfortable in the tub was clean so we couldn’t ask for much for just a few hours overlay. My children were with me and I think that was blood on the floor in the restroom

Hotel was very nice. The cleanliness of the room however was ok but not great. The bed spread was a little dirty like it was worn out and stained but the sheets were fine. The carpet was in real need of a washing also. All in all it was an ok place to stay for one night on a business trip.

When checking in ms.Jones aka peaches was amazing, so bubbly and attentive. Gave great recommendation for a mexican restaurant near by. The hotel room was bigger than expected and really clean. The only negitivw thing i can say was the matress was really really firm but the pillows were so soft and didnt provide any support. There was plenty of towels in the room and i liked the free soaps and lotions. We used the pool and it was nice and clean, pool towels seemed to be rough on the skin but really absorbent. I didnt care for the pool chairs though, the lounge chairs were droopy and sagging heavily and the table chairs were small (but im a big girl so if youre slim then its no issue) ither than that all the amenities were nice. I didnt care for the morning staff as he tended to leave the front desk unattended but overall i would definitely stay here again. Also the breakfast options were tasty and plenty, loved the roasted potatoes and cinnamon bagels.

Parking was fine, the hotel was clean, and customer service was fine. But the toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower pressure was awful.

Quiet, convenient and comfortable. When I visit Nashville again, I'd stay here again.

The property and room were all very clean for being low cost stay! Thoroughly pleased with the overall product. Only minor note to say was that the room did feel a little bit humid while we were there but not sure if it was due to the weather at time of our visit. Either way, the A/C unit helped out tremendously with this.

Room 219 was excessively noisy with the air conditioner. The air conditioner was quiet to start, but then would kick on HIGH and it sounded like their was a car running in our room.

The property was very old and was very cheap. It was humid and everything in the room felt damp. It worked for one night but I would go someplace else next time I am in the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Great service.

I t was clean. I didnt like that when the pool closed the desk people allowed personal family to swim. I was visiting mine and they had to get out. Because of thetime the pool closed. It was rude and unfair!

When I walked into my room, I was impressed by the cleanliness and neatness. Also walking into a fresh cool air is the best especially when it’s hot outside. I appreciate the staff for answering my questions.

Room was nice

Booked a room online for the wrong day, front desk told me to call Expedia and have them change it. Both Expedia and the hotel solved the problem quick and easy. I didn’t get the front desk guys name but he was a younger Indian guy, really helpful, quick, and respectful.

The staff was very rude. I was told the last time I came I could bring a paper copy of my ID because I don’t have the original then whenever I came back, staff had an attitude about me breaking a paper copy and then started to tell me that I wasn’t gonna be able to get my room after I’ve already paid on the app

Overall my family and I had the BEST experience yes the hotel needs a little updating but they have the friendliest staff! We felt safe and comfortable we had lots of amenities like wifi, ice, snacks to purchase, ect I recommend if you’re in Nashville for a concert or just a quick weekend get away definitely stay here!

Clean room, cold AC. Good Internet and tv channel lineup. Personally can't stand all the COVID signs and plastic barriers. Elevator was dirty. Fair price for a clean and comfortable room though.

There was mold in the room, it was on the the bed, couch, curtains and inside of the drawers. The staff was not accommodating when we told them the issues. The staff member had an attitude with us and told us we could not move rooms. As well as saying they weren’t sure if we could receive a refund for the nights we paid for so we left the hotel.

This property and staff was amazing

Nice place with clean comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice and had self serve waffles, eggs and sausage. The room did have a musty smell but after running AC it was not too bad. Didn't get a chance to use pool or any amenities, so I am not sure how they are. Night time desk clerk was very nice too.

Breakfast was of a good selection, the staff at night during my check-in was quick to change my room when requested.

Bathroom door wasn’t working. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The shower was dirty.

Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful ☺️. We book at the last moment, but the room that was assigned to us was ready and clean. On the first and third floor tnere is a washer and dryer as well. We really enjoyed our stay ☺️.
