    Our suite was very nice and roomy. The hotel hosted a large amount of Rowing Team young men. We were a little concerned about noise BUT that concern was unwarranted....the bed was comfy and we had a peaceful night. The breakfast was great...pretty much anything you would want for a basic breakfast..eggs, sausage,waffles, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit and more . and the shuttle to the airport was a great ammenity!! The hotel was close to a great little country diner and The Lane Car Museum which was just delightful. We took a Lyft but young healthy people could walk it.

    The facility wasn’t that bad but they end up being a few little girls they got trapped in the elevator. And Fireman had to come the ambulance and it made the night really miserable. There were smoke in the building. We end up, checking out a day early still waiting on my credit to come back to my card.

    They need to clean the place up. Pictures do not match what it looks like. Lobby was nice and that’s about it. We had to leave after being put into 3 different rooms. Stained and ripped couches, broken dressers, mold and mildew all over the bathroom, dust and dirt all over. Place looked like it was the projects. Staff were very nice, but couldn’t help me with my full refund. We had to leave.

    The snacks/drinks at check in and available in the lobby were a nice welcoming touch. However, our room had a ripped curtain in the ground floor so we looked into the parking lot and people parking looked straight back. The “fix” was to tie a sheet to the decorative side curtain (which were fixed on the side).

    The room was clean. The Check In was quick. Free Parking (Becoming rare for Nashville these days). Near the airport for my 5 AM flight. The water pressure turned down to a trickle. The shower cold/hot lever broken, so had an unexpected very cold shower. The Heat/AC condensate drain from the room above dropped water droplets onto my window unit metal housing all night. So much for a good night's rest after listening to the thumping sound all night. After checkout my card was charged an unknown $2.50. Hotel inquiry said for an additional tax - never disclosed - that was not paid by the third party booking company. The requested receipt was never provided. CC timely provided a chargeback on principle, though. Too bad my stay wan't free. It should have been.

    There were cockroaches in the room. The property offered another room when we informed them but that was full of cockroaches too. We had little kids and had checked in very late so could not leave the hotel as it was very late in the evening. We were super uncomfortable throughout the night. Please process refund. And fix the pest issue so that others do not suffer since we brought cockroaches to our house.

    This hotel was disgusting. The room was in terrible condition it smelled musty and moldy, there was broken furniture, and the worst part the pull out couch mattress was stained, moldy, and fully of bug casings and mouse poop. We specifically picked this room for the pull out because of the size of our family. When I talk to the front desk they would not give a refund but offered another room. I checked the second room thoroughly and it was just as bad so we left the hotel. At 10pm we had to pack up our family and find another place to stay. This was extremely disappointing. Will be filing a complaint to manager as well.

    I was in room 426 and my door.had a crack between the door and the door frame large enough that i couod see in the hallway and from the hallway, my bed. It did not give me a sense of safety and security. The option they gave me was to put tin foil in the crack.

    The room was very basic and the floor was terrible we had to put the corner table over a certain area because when you walked over it you can feel the dent and boards that they put down for whatever reason. The cleaning lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude.

    Coffee was out of service in the lobby the entire 5 days I stayed. Staff was not helpful, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were very rude. The exercise room was untouched, not cleaned, and was not air conditioned. WIFI is terrible in entire building. I couldn’t do any work during my stay, I would definitely not stay here again while in Nashville.

    Our toilet was clogged and there wasn’t anyone to fix it. The desk clerk wanted to give me a plunger to fix it myself and bring it back to him. That’s gross and unsanitary. I paid for comfort and didn’t receive it. There was another lady having the same issue at the same time. They only had one plunger. The room service didn’t come the whole stay and the WiFi didn’t work.

    We had a really bad experience at check-in at the hotel we originally reserved and cancelled and were very thankful to find this hotel and get their last room. Especially during CMA Fest week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious and clean and they had a nice spread for their continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

    We stayed here in 2018 and loved it. However, we absolutely will not book here again. The room seemed clean. Plenty of comfy pillows and towels. We stayed two nights, and there were two huge issues: 1. Both televisions and remotes wouldn’t work. Power and volume would work, but it was impossible to change the channel. A staff member, Rosalina, was supposed to come fix it, but she never came. 2. There was a roach, a big roach, and it was in the bed.

    Booked a suite. Room was ok, clean. Furniture is beat up, no carafe for the coffee maker, king mattress was worn out, old, and hard to sleep on, can hear walking around above our room. Ants found their way to my ice tea sitting on the nightstand. Curtain blocks ac unit when it's blowing.

    The bare minimum of acceptable in my personal opinion. The fold out bed and blankets had stains. The double beds were so small I felt like I was in a child’s bed with my feet hanging off the end. There’s no sound proofing, so I heard every door slam and person walking by, and the floor didn’t seem that clean either…I felt crumby stuff on my feet walking barefoot to the bed. Overall acceptable, not nasty, but just fine…and so pricy just because it’s Nashville.

    Front desk very inattentive. Seemed to be on their own phones whenever we approached them and we were virtually ignored. We were there 5 days and our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 of them. Not vacuumed at all. Hotel is a distance from downtown but close to the Opry. Uber costs between $13-30 depending on the time. Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. The ladies manning this area were very friendly and helpful. A request, through Expedia, was never acknowledged. Very disappointing experience

    This was a quick stay before we went to another hotel the next day for a wedding and it didn’t disappoint. Not a bad price and everything was quite clean. There were some party goers in and out of there but we were by the elevator and it didn’t bother us. It is Nashville after all! Highly suggest to not break the bank

    My room stunk. I don't know what it was but it smelled like just a very dirty room, almost like bad dirty laundry. The mattress had a hump in the middle of it from being slept on for so long on one side. The smell made me feel like I couldn't trust that anything else in the room was clean. I've stayed at many Comfort Suites and none of them have been as bad as this one.

Parking is horrible, they are over selling parking spots for flights and staying customers have a hard time parking to stay. 2.     It was an easy check-in. Joe was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. I don’t know if it was a busy night but finding parking was terrible. We had to make up our own spot otherwise it was a good stay.

    The staff was friendly and the property was tidy. Although scrupulously clean, the furnishings and trim in the room were aged and in some cases, in need of repair. Although this didn’t bother us much, it was noticeable and might put off pickier guests.

    Shuttle was provided to and from the airport which was great. As we were getting ready in the morning there was an inch long FAT roach crawling near our luggage. When we went to check out, someone up the hall was complaining of finding multiple roaches in their room. I never left a hotel so fast.

    Upon arrival the front desk person was able to quickly get me in my room it was late when we are so I wasn’t going to say anything. The room appeared to be clean for the most part the let-out couch was broken and very dirty pulled it out with much work and couldn’t get it to go right back in . It took a while . The breakfast was cold at 7:29 when we went to eat so we grabbed a fruit and cold cereal. It was very close to where we were going so I’m glad of that .

    The first staff member I spoke to, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She had blonde hair and was a middle age woman. This was around 2 on 5.4.2024. The lobby smelled way to strong of generic cleaner and gave me a terrible headache.

    This place has obviously not been maintained. Our room has tears in the window curtains and desk chair, a cracked light switch plate (how easy is that to fix), and the floor under the carpet was weirdly uneven. It was quiet at night which was good. Tolerable for a quick night’s stay to catch a morning flight but wouldn’t book it again.

    The front desk staff member had poor customer service skills. We were charged twice for our hotel room and she continued arguing with us about it. The GM came in and saw immediately that we paid twice and refunded the charge. He was very professional and took care of it right away. The rooms were also very outdated. When we checked out the same front desk lady was there and she didn’t say a word to us. All the other staff was nice except the front desk lady.
