    Location was great. Door knobs falling off the pool, room so small we had to use the refrigerator as a counter top. Trim in the bathroom had 3/8" gaps Air vents appeared to have never been cleaned, dust/cobweb dangled from the inside of the vent covers. It seemed obvious that because we were not owners we were put in the worst possible room.

    The outside property is very beautiful, quiet and this could be an amazing place to bring family and stay at but the combination of forcing you into a sales pitch at check in and then the room issues make it very less likely that we would return in the future.  We were a late check in and the check in process should not have been a sales pitch at all we were travelling for work and this left a horrible impression.

    On the downside, the balcony views are of the parking lots as far as I can tell. We were given an “accessible room” though we didn’t request. The shower fixtures were cracked and it leaked a bit. the soap dish was unstable and spun around. The drain in the middle of the bathroom floor had screw heads that were not flush so you had to be careful with bare feet. Single sink bathroom with very little counter space though the bathroom itself was huge. I suspect this has more to do with being an accessibility room. The counters were low and I am a tall man so that was a mild inconvenience too. If you are tall, request to not have this type of room. All in all a good experience at a reasonable price for all that is included.

    The accommodations were very nice. The unit I stayed in needs a little TLC, but otherwise the staff was very friendly, the grounds were clean and well maintained, and the unit was very nice. Very comfortable. Overall I would give this place 5-stars.

    The lady that checked us in was rude and abrasive. Lack of customer service manners. The rest was average. They don't go the extra mile to accommodate you. We were told there was a shuttle to take us back from the Optey Olé concert and there was not one. Very bad experience.

    There location of the resort is ideal, close to most places you'd want to see in Nashville. There's a lot of restaurants and shoos close by. The resort even offers shuttle service to downtown Nashville. The units are spacious but needs to be updated.

    Since this is part of Club Wyndom's vacation club, the unit had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. It was very close to the Grand Ole Opry. They also had a shuttle (for a fee)to take guest to the downtown area.

    This property is advertised as a "resort". There are NO Amenities at this facility. There is No restaurant !!! There is NO bar !!! There is no shuttle to anywhere !!! The staff, especially the concierge is unbelievably rude and discourteous. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place !!!

    We enjoyed our stay. Resort was easy to find, comfortable accommodation and great amenities. Resort feels safe and is well taken care of. Our unit well equipped and very comfortable. The only negative we experienced was with the shuttle to and from downtown. It was very busy and chaotic in line up to board. The drivers were very good and informative. Overall a excellent experience

    The property was dated, the dishwasher had a terrible order coming from it. The furniture in the living area had large stains on it, the main shower had black mold around the bottom of it. The internet and TV did not work the entire week and when we asked to be moved to another building, the front desk said they couldn’t move us. The elevator in our building was also broken. We were supposed to get a refund from them and have called Chris multiple times for the last month and still haven’t received it. I would never stay at a Wyndham resort like this again.

    I rented a room st Wyndham of Nashville, they called me prior to arrival saying they were short staffed worried about clean rooms. When i arrived they told me they had overbooked. So my planned trip was to be putsourced to another hotel, no kitchenet, nothing comparable to what i rented. The staff told me this happens often. They totaly ruined my plans, A pre planned vacation 2 mts prior. With no courtesy call nothing. Will not book with them again

    I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I only wish I could have enjoyed the jetted tub, that’s why I choose that particular room. The jets were too strong so it blew water everywhere. And it was at the hill line. That was my only issue. I loved everything else. It was clean, quiet, and private. Definitely want to come back.

    The property overall is nice. The accommodations were comfortable. There needs to be a thorough cleaning of all units to include dusting and spraying for pests. The exterior of the buildings (at least the one I stayed in) was covered in spiderwebs and the flying gnats were atrocious! They need to have regular pesticides sprayed around the facility. It just makes it seem, if there is no care as to what the exterior looks like, there must me some lack of care as to the interior cleaning as well. My friends unit was INFESTED with gnats and she had to be moved to a different room. How does that happen if the rooms are cleaned regularly? That was disappointing.

    The room that they gave us was absolutely disgusting. There were huge black spots of dirt or something all over the floor. Also, the floor felt very wet. When we arrived to the room the dishwasher was still going. The room wasn’t cleaned and the toilet seat had pee on it. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    I had previously had a stay booked for a hotel downtown with a little less room..that cost almost as much as this one. I came across this twice & read reviews everywhere,most of which complained of the older rooms that weren’t renovated yet. When we arrived and saw the resort from the road..my kids and I lit up. This mini vacay was truly needed..& the resort itself is immaculate. Everyone was so helpful & kind..there is security soon as you enter,plus some that rides around as well..so you have nothing to worry about with parking. I requested top floor,double beds in a renovated room..& when we got there..I opened the door to a perfectly clean,spacious condo with balcony views,& everything we could possibly need. Front desk was always courteous,and reachable by text. We loved it so much that we hated to leave Sunday..my ONLY drawback with the resort is the checkout time of 10am. I truly wish it was 12pm! We will DEFINITELY be back..& hopefully once again,in a renovated room with awesome views. Huge thank you to everyone that made our stay a great one,and hats off to hotels.com for the great rates! I love it here,and you will too! DEFINITELY BOOK one! You will not be disappointed!

    Definitely not what was advertised in the photos , staff was friendly but never gave me any detail or new rules regarding covid.... tried to go for a swim and got stopped and theu mentioned new times for pool concerning covid. Then went for a swim a few days later only to find out that we needed a reservation... they let us stay which was cool but i would've loved to know all the chages that were made regarding covid during out incoming/check in brief

    The building I stayed in needs to be taking out of service and renovated. It had mold around the tub valve, mold around the celiac vents (more than one) torn furniture torn and stained curtains. The orange color of the unit looked like I stepped back into the 70's. It looked like a 70's Motel 6 not a Wyndhan. I have photo proof of the condition. The photos of the unit on the website are not even close to what we were rented.

    We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for visiting Opryland and the Opryland Hotel. The suite was a bit dated but clean and nice for the price. So nice to have a full refrigerator and separate bedroom. Also surprised when we realized we had a washer and dryer in the unit...awesome as we are travelling and needed to catch up on laundry! The wifi was a bit difficult to use, that could be better. The staff were wonderful...very friendly and so helpful!! Overall we would stay there again.

    This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a Wyndam resort. I don't like that they harass you to join their time share. They also do not clean your room or give you more towels if you stay less than a week. We stayed for 6 days. We were disappointed for the amount of money we spent per night to stay with them.

    We were told free WiFi when we checked in and initially it was free however, when we signed in the 2nd night we were told we would have to pay. Called the front desk they immediately transferred me to tech support somewhere in New York I believe and the lady said she could reset my device but had to pay 9.99 for the other devices. Called back to front desk and was immediately transferred again. Went ahead and paid the $9.99 needed to use the service but should have been no charge.

    We reserved a hotel room. What we got was a timeshare facility that was relentless in trying to sell us a timeshare. When we told them we were not going to do their presentation they were no longer willing to provide concierge services. I wanted to buy some tour tickets. When I told the gentleman that I was not interested in the presentation he told me he could not give me discounted tickets. I said that was fine I just want to buy them. He tossed the brochure across the counter at me and said "you will need to call them directly then." The ad clearly states that this facility provides "concierge and assistance with tickets and tours." We got neither. Then, we had an incident with the bathroom backing up in the middle of the night. The next day they sent in a plumber to fix the plumbing, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to remove the dirty towels (we used to mop the floor) and scrub the floors. The front desk staff was argumentative and rude.

The only problem is them trying to get you to tour and listen to their selling points. We have been through that before and it is never 90 minutes I don't care what kind of guarantee they give you.     Somewhat disappointed in the room versus what it appeared as on the web-site . Room was very "tired" looking and showed signs such as a dirty couch, several chips (broke ceramic) in the actual bathtub. Small but annoying item was the lack of a mirror in the bedroom especially if you are sharing the place with another couple as we were. Kitchenettes are very compact. Having travelled a fair amount I would have ranked this below value based on amount paid.

    From the outside it looks very clean & very well kept. But as soon as we got to our room - my husband set a suitcase on a bed & the bed collapsed to the floor, the concierge gave us incorrect information on the hop-on-hop-off bus tour & our A/C stopped working day 3. It seemed it was one thing after another & when I said something at the front desk I was told “Well you are staying in an older building” .....Really that’s the answer!!!!

    When we were checked in we were told by concierge that we could by tickets to the trolly tours and many other events in that area.. the next day we came in to purchase tickets and I was told that they cannot sell tickets its against their "contract"? That I was told by some inexperienced new staff members and I would have to purchase them somewhere else.. HOWEVER, if we sat in an hour meeting on Sunday they would gift them to us. (party of 5). Very misleading and not impressed with staff.

    We spoke to Wyndham management about this and they indicated that the unit we were in (2 bedroom/ 2 bath) was not part in their rotations for renovation. Any pictures shown online were owner/rental units and not subject to upgrades. They were not responsible if the units did not match the pictures as they did not maintain these units. Overall, the condo was clean except for the dishes. We had to rewash those (yuck!). The washer/dryer combo was extremely loud. You can hear whoever walks above you or is talking in the breezeway. The walls/floors were thin. It wasn't as restful & quiet as I expected it to be. Beware: At check-in they ask you to get a parking pass from the concierge. This is is when they ask you to join them for a free breakfast and Wyndham presentation that's 'only 90 minutes' long, in exchange for reduced price Opry tickets/Nashville tours. It was over 3 hours long with them trying to sell us on Wyndham vacation points. Saying no repeatedly for 2 hours straight was beyond frustrating. They would not listen and sent 5 people to try to convinces us to say yes and 'protect out future vacations'. Stay away from the 'free breakfast'.

    The property was nicely kept. Our room had some issues however. Also we were told there was a shuttle to downtown however no one ever mentioned it cost $15 per person to take the shuttle!

    Our family of 6 stayed there for 2 nights. Check in was painless. We were able to check in before 3pm. They did ask me to speak to a salesperson in order to get my vehicle parking tag, which took ~5 min. We were happy with our 2bedroom apt. Plenty of space and clean, good for long term stay, even has a washer and dryer. The indoor pool was not open during our stay. There were minor construction going on near our building. Someone did call on the morning of our departure trying to convince us to listen to a presentation for $150. Overall, a nice place to stay.

    The aggressive nature of the sales staff was very upsetting causing my wife and I to eventually walk out of their presentation after almost 3 hours. We were told the presentation is just over an hour and we would be treated to a free breakfast. When we got there we were told the presentation would be 90min. We decided to skip breakfast as the sales person was seated at the sales desk & would be watching us & asking questions while we were eating. Once we realized what they were selling was just timeshare packaged in a different wrapper we told them we were not interested. This is where the heat was turned on we tried to leave but were confronted by another sales representative who also refused to listen to our request to leave. He then seemed to become upset and sarcastic when I told him we are out of time and were not interested. Then a fourth person appeared and took over the documents and insisted we sit as we were ready to leave.This lady was going through the papers in front of her & started interrogating her own sales representative asking them if they did all they could to convince us to sign papers & buy timeshare. They told her they did & that we wanted to leave, she said we cannot as we signed to attend the meeting. That was it for me as we wasted a whole morning at $300 a day we also refused their gift and finally walked out.

    I liked the location to attractions. I also really enjoyed the highway 101 group. The rooms were updated and looked nice. However there were something’s in the room that didn’t work. When we got there we had to call the maintenance guy to fix one of the beds. Our phone only worked when it wanted to. When we asked the front desk they said it was an operator error! The toaster only had one side that worked.

    Each and every person tha works there is very friendly and helpfull, makes you feel welcome. The place well located, you can go to every pkace and come back to nice relaxing place after a great day at Nashville.

    From the outside the property looks nice but the inside of our room was terrible. There was lots of areas where they tried to cover up issues with paint. There were several spots in our room where the floor had soft spots so not sure if that was due to water damage but it was concerning. Bathroom was small, layout of the room was weird also.

    The facilities were fine. My gripe with this property is that after a 9 hour drive I checked in and was shuffled over to the concierge to get a parking pass. The concierge went into a spiel that we should go to a breakfast presentation and would get $125 to sit through a 90 min presentation. We had to give $20 to hold our spot which would be reimbursed if we went, along with the $125 credit card. I did not have any intentions of buying anything but was a little curious of their offer so we did end up going. We were greeted by a saleswoman offering a point package and sat through their presentation. 90min turned quickly into 3 hours and we were losing valuable time on our trip. Our family was also waiting for our return to go on a tour of the city. We sat down with the saleswoman after the presentation and talked about how much we currently spend on vacations and where we liked to go. It turned ugly when she had to go to her managers to get a price for the package. They came back with an absurd amount to buy into their package. When we declined, managers came over to tried to strong arm us into buying the package. All we wanted to do was leave. When we verbalized this, the manager was very rude and persistent in trying to close us. He made comments questioning our intelligence for not agreeing. My wife began to cry. They held us there until we collected the credit card. This greed and deception should be enough to drop this hotel from your listings. Chris

    The property was older than the pictures look. It was certainly fine for us to stay in for the purpose we were there. The hot water only worked 1/2 the time. Refrigerator, phone and some lights didn't work when we arrived, but they fixed them quickly.
