The hotel was not as the reviews stated. The hallways had an awful stench and the rooms needed to be updated and cleaned better.

The staff went above and beyond for my family during our recent move from the Northeast to Louisiana. I was absolutely blown away!
- 5/5
The hotel was conveeniently located just off Interstate 65. The room was very clean. It had a kitchen with a stove, microwave and fullsized refrigerator with an ice maker. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay there again.

Asked about coffee filters as I picked the place for making our own meals. Had to go purchase out own filters. The last day an alarm of some sort went off at sometime around 6:30am. Overall the place was ok. For other travelers they should know there's train tracks next to the hotel.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchenette. Noise from the nearby train tracks was a little annoying.

The room was clean and everything worked. The property is close to a train yard but the A/C unit had a setting that kept the fan on constantly which drowned out any noise. The bed was comfy. The shower had great water pressure. I liked having an ice-maker in the room. I arrived late and so the parking lot was pretty full, but I found a spot. I would stay there again.

The carpet needs to be clean. It has a smell and the chair on the room was peeling needs to be change. Great location. I will come back

When we booked it they said that they had breakfast but didn’t and then the room chairs were torn and the vent in the bathroom was hanging down
- 3/5
The room we got, the tv in the living space did not work. Front desk lady came up to the room trying to fix it but could not claiming they have never seen that before. They got us into another room where the tv did the same thing but also the recliner was broken and one of the lights in the bedroom lamps did not work. Toilet paper was the awful one ply.
- 3/5
Large room, plenty of parking, lots of noise from adjacent train tracks, improvement would be to include a continental breakfast.

It was very clean room and quiet inside but noisey outisde due to the train near by. The front desk not so friendly.

Appreciated the convenience. The bed was very comfortable Our reservation was either given away or wasn’t properly communicated between the third-party agent so our room for a king bed we were given one that was considered unusable because the dishwasher was not working. We accepted the offer as the dishwasher was no big deal but there were coffee drips in the bathroom sink, and the bottom of the entrance door, it had some kind of day wooden piece that we had to constantly move back to the door because it moved when opening. When we got there the door was so propped open and our keys did not work. We were tired from coming in from Portland OR and too tired to care.

I liked the hotel itself and the location for the most part. It was convenient to the sites we wanted to see and the network of expressways. My mom was very pleased with the support bars in and around the shower. It felt like a safe area. The kitchenette was important for us since we stayed for several days. The proximity of the train tracks meant that we heard the trains during the night. Fortunately, it was fairly short in duration. Heavier sleepers would probably not even notice them.

The property is very clean and staffs are all friendly. The room is bigger, the beds are comfortable and we particularly liked the shower. Aside from it’s a bit difficult to get out of the main road, it’s a the constant train movement that sounds like thunder.

The room was spotless. The ladies at the desk were super friendly and knowledgeable!

Very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Honestly chose this hotel because it was the cheapest for when I was going to be in town. It was fantastic! I didn't use all the things but they had all the things!!! They had Dove products in the bathroom. Really comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Checking in was fast and easy. I saw other people in the hotel but didn't hear anyone. A great experience all around. Bonus points that they share a parking lot with CVS and a gas station.

My room was great. Modern amenities with a kitchen w/plates and silverwear. I used the fitness room and the equipment was modern and just enough to get in a decent workout. Best part of my stay was when I got back to the hotel a little late and there was very little parking available. The spots that were available were very tight for my SUV. So, when I went to the front desk, the lady was nice enough to move her car and let me park in the spot she had which was much more spacious than the other spots.
- 3/5
The chairs were worn out. The fake leather was peeling on both. The bathroom sink didn’t drain

Room was a bit outdated. Location is convenient, only about 15 mins away from downtown Nashville. Room had furniture that was very old & ripped up, not pleasing at all. Also, the hotel was running air in the hallways. Not pleasant when visiting Nashville in February. Staff was friendly, check in was quit. Parking was chaotic as non-compact cars park in compact spots and over the line. Overall, I would not stay again. You can find better quality hotels in downtown Nashville, for less.
- 5/5
All was good.
- 5/5
It was nice no wifi
- 5/5
Nice room and staff.
- 2/5
Since maintenance staff was not there, we were moved to a new room. The hotel location was pretty terrible, next to railroad tracks and highways. We had a dog and there was no grass to walk her. Another couple checking in said they could not find it and we could not either.
- 5/5
Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the front desk clerk was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to extend our checkout time so we could better align with my nearby surgery consultation, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms and hallways are clean, the room is nice, the beds are comfortable, and everything felt well cared for. No pest issues or anything concerning. A truly stress free stay thanks to the staff.

Outlet by bed was not working. Not their fault, but ours, we weren't aware there was no breakfast. They didnt tell us that upon check in either. I had a drs appointment early and didnt have time to go out to eat.

The property was nice and the beds were clean The windows were filthy. There is a rail yard next to the hotel, so expect noise all the time.

Staff at check-in was great. Room was clean and really comfortable. I would book again.
- 3/5
The location, hotel was clean and quiet. Streaming options were not available. Tub plug didn’t work well so, water didn’t drain when taking a shower.
- 5/5
Love the receptionist. Dont remember his name but was a man of lower stature. Phenomenal service.
- 3/5
The toilet flushing mechanism was loose. They fixed it. Also, I felt a room that size, with two guests registered, should have had two chairs. It had only one.

Very clean and very nice room! It’s right next to a train junction. And it’s constantly going it doesn’t stop and they only offer earbuds or for an extra fee you can get a sound machine!
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. We were only there for 1 night but it had a very nice kitchenette. Location was good for getting around Nashville.
- 5/5
Perfect room great customer service
- 5/5
Other reviews were helpful before we ever booked the 1st time… location is beside a railway…we knew to bring a travel size sound machine to drown out possible noise.
- 4/5
Loved the room and stay as a whole. Only issue I had was that the kitchen sink water did not work.
- 5/5
Easy to get to. Good parking. Not so easy to make a left turn off the property to go to the interstate. During rush hours one has to do a right left - left - turn around and right to go to the correct direction.
- 5/5
The property was clean, the staff was very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay I would most definitely book here again.
- 1/5
Room wasn’t clean when we checked in. They gave us our key and they still had someone cleaning . Front desk attendant was on his phone the entire time instead of checking us in or helping us with our questions. I wouldn’t ever stay here again . Everything was inconvenient
- 5/5
Overall had an amazing weekend staying here! Everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Absolutely great hotel for the rate. I will be staying there again. Fantastic staff. I felt safe.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff. However, the workout room didn’t have any cleaning supplies and that was a huge turn off. Our toilet was really unsteady and same with the faucet. Overall, great stay but some misses that made it feel not quite worth the price.
- 5/5
it was great
- 3/5
A minor thing, there was a coffee maker in the room but only decaf coffee. Lastly, the 'mattress' felt more like a thick sleeping pad that one might use on the floor. We had no interaction with the staff other than check in so I can't say if they were friendly or not.
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel. About 7 miles from broadway. Would stay here again! Beds are very comfortable!
- 2/5
And the location of the train should have been disclosed.
- 5/5
Staff was very kind and helpful! Free laundry service made it so convenient to get all of our clothes clean, before headinf home from our vacation! Room was very spacious and clean! It had all of the amenities one could hope for and more, during your stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and parking lot was safe and well lit
- 3/5
The front desk staff was friendly. The bathroom in ourbroom was marginally clean. We weren't able to get room keys at check-in and had to be let into the room. If you need rest, choose a different location as the train runs through this area -- no fault of the hotel of course.
- 5/5
nice people at check in and out. very nice room.

Great place to stay. Very quiet got a good nights rest

This was a last minute booking and thankfully they had availability. Staff was super friendly and everything was clean including lobby and our room. I really liked it was a small suite with kitchen. The snacks in the lobby available for purchase had a variety of options. Parking was nice. I will book again for sure.
- 3/5
They sure dont tell you that this location is right by a rail yard. All you hear, all night, trains clacking and thumping. Each employee we encountered acted as if we were disturbing their TV time. The lady at the check out at least smiled. That was the one smile we got from staff. Just suprised at the whole experience. The room was pretty nice. All in all, if in the area again, will not be staying here again.
- 4/5
All the staff we met were very nice, and explained the new policy. Special shout-out to the desk agent, Austin who was super friendly and nice!!
- 5/5
Spacious and clean. We had a restful night and got to explore all Nashville has to offer. The front desk people were professional and friendly.
- 2/5
The room wasn’t much better. The bedding smelled unwashed, and I found a cockroach in the bathtub on the first night. Despite staying multiple nights, housekeeping never cleaned the room once during my visit. While the staff at check-in were helpful, the experience at checkout was the opposite — I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism, which only added to my disappointment. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously. As it stands, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
- 3/5
rooms were nice and clean only had an issue with additional fees and no breakfast options the reason i will not pick this one again
- 5/5
Our stay was fantastic.
- 5/5
Great time staying here, they really took care of us. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Enjoyed it. So much. All the staff were extremely nice and professional. Room was awesome. Beds clean and comfortable

Extremely courteous staff, especially at the front desk, they went above & beyond! Spacious room. Overall, a great stay!

- 3/5
Everything was okay with the exception of the bed linen and pillow not smelling fresh
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Location was great for the reason we were in town!
- 5/5
Great! Excellent above what I expected 😁💙
- 5/5
It was great.
- 2/5
Both front desk people were unfriendly and lifeless. Zero personality or attempt to be welcoming. Not sure why people who act like that are in customer service - I won’t be back to this hotel 100% guaranteed.
- 4/5
Good size room. Nice kitchenette for making coffee and having some late night snacks. We stayed 6 nights ( business trip) but room is only serviced once every 7 days. We made the beds and had to trade out used towels for fresh ones at the front desk. Would not stay there again because it was a lot of self-service that we had to pay for.
- 5/5
The chair in our room was broken and they replaced it quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Was a very nice hotel.
- 5/5
👍
- 3/5
It was an OK 2 night stay. Although it was supposed to offer breakfast, they said that it was unavailable. The staff was unhappy and not helpful. Won’t be staying there again.
- 2/5
Was not able to use shower because of some contraption that was in tub that kept me from using water. Afraid of getting water on floor and not comfortable trying to remove it.
- 5/5
Overall great place to stay
- 5/5
Room was extra nice. No water in the kitchen sink was the only problem.
- 4/5
The front desk people on the other hand were not very friendly. The front desk should be warm and welcoming … NOT . The lady with the accent acted as though she was doing us a big favor both during check in and check out!! I won’t go again, there are many other places I can find to make me feel welcome !
- 2/5
There is poor lighting in the bathrooms, with the mirror light being so yellow it looked like I was anemic. The feel has no light and is in a corner of the room with no light or lamp, which is also where the full length mirror is, so it was useless. Staff made promises that were not kept. Staff allowed for noisy guests outside at the bbq area until 2am, with to music I could hear from my room, loud enough to be heard over my white noise headphones machine. Housekeeping (kindly) let me into my room when I forgot my key in my car, but did not verify my name as registered to the room I asked to be let into.
- 3/5
The staff was not friendly. We walked in to check in and sat there in front of two staff members for almost 2 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They’d been speaking to each other about something but didn’t even say “one moment please, we’ll be right with you” or anything. People are typically tired when they arrive at a hotel and just want easy, timely and friendly check in. We were never greeted. And I never witnessed anyone else was greeted either. The rooms were spacious and clean. We weren’t aware of how close the train was to the hotel so I don’t think we’d stay there again for that reason and the reason previously stated. It was loud and all day long, even woke us out of our sleep a few times but the bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Not too far from downtown
- 3/5
While the hotel was okay it had a weird smell. The room did also. We had our mini Golden doodle with us so our room had flooring which is the usual. However the floor was dirty! I washed my feet before I was to get into bed and walked around briefly then looked my feet and I had to wash them again. It was quiet even though it was by a train track which surprised me. I would most likely not stay again.
- 5/5
Great hotel in Berry Hill. I was there a single night for work and it was very clean and updated, I felt very safe and super easy to get in and out of.
- 5/5
Amazing. Will definitely come again. Everything was fresh, clean, and spacious. Staff was friendly and professional.
- 5/5
I stayed here with my two daughters on our way to Charleston. It was perfect for us. The room was bigger that normal and had a full kitchen. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet, and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had no issues. We stayed here again on our trip back. Will stay at this hotel every time we drive to SC.
- 4/5
Facility is as pictured and has obviously had updates for sure. LVP and lighted mirror. Modern kitchen with bar stools. We had a suite & the AC unit didn’t work in the bedroom portion (only the fan would run). Thankfully the unit in the living room/kitchen area worked great and cooled the entire suite nicely. We didn’t complain during our stay because we didn’t have a need to close the bedroom door; but we did notify the staff at check out. They instantly apologized and wrote a note to notify management.
- 4/5
Close to where I needed to go. Room was spacious and clean. Train tracks next door was an issue. Heard trains all night.
- 4/5
Location close access to hi way
- 5/5
The front desk agents were helpful and so friendly. Mr. Johnson especially made me feel welcome ( Amelia may be the first name lol). But he was knowledgeable about the area and extended help wherever necessary. The room was clean and I loved the amenities provided, along with 24/7 coffee downstairs. I would definitely visit again. CVS nearby was indeed a plus!
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel, the room was big and of course has a kitchen with refrigerator and stove everything you need to prepare meals. They also have a grill outside which I thought was nice in case you want to grill anything. Also the offer washer and dryer free of charge, which I loved! Our stay was great, will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Much better than the others in the area
- 4/5
Everything was clean and the room was perfect in size. It had a full kitchen, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was perfect. The only complaint I have is that the internet and TV did not work well.
- 5/5
Good stay. No complaints
- 5/5
Quick but nice stay
- 5/5
Only negative was the train yard sounds at night.
- 4/5
All good except shower was just a dribble
- 5/5
Great hotel and room for the price. Parking was easy. Location was close to a conference I was attending. Staff was very friendly. Only downside I can come up with is that they didn't have complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!
- 4/5
CONS: Housing keeping services are not available daily for a multilple day stays. There is no swimming pool onsite. Hotel is geered for business stays not family stays.
- 4/5
Overall i would recommend stayng here for business trips. The hotel has recently been renovated and they did a great job. The hotel was very clean throughout the enitire property. The King room suite had lots of room and aminities. The hotel is located close to resturants and a CVS. Cons: Housekeeping only cleans your room every 7 days. I didn't realize that when booking. HIghly recommend that policy be changed. There is also no swimming pool onsite.
- 2/5
Who thought it would be a good idea to build a hotel next to a train yard? Trains bump and screech all hours of the day and night. Between the trains and the drunk hotel guests, you’ll be lucky to get 2 hours of sleep. Too bad because you’ll still need to get in your car to access anything - including groceries to use in the in-room kitchenette. We won’t visit again.
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed, room was very clean, staff was nice, and a great location.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Beds were comfortable. Only issues was the toilet was loose from the floor so you could see a nasty ring, and there were chips in the tub. Other than that it was clean. Dove products in the bathroom was a great bonus. Recliner in the room was awesome.
- 4/5
Good value
- 5/5
The room was huge. It also had a complete kitchen which wasn’t expected. Very clean
- 5/5
Second time stay here clean and quiet. Very comfortable
- 1/5
We ended up leaving early last night and requested to not be charged for the room, as of right now the funds are still withheld but I was told to check again in 3-5 business days since it was a prior authorization. It doesn’t feel necessary to be charging prior authorizations for these services but I will keep checking to see if these funds get released.
- 5/5
New facility. Nice and spacious. Reasonable price for pet. For a new place the bathroom plumbing has issues. Very low water pressure for sink and shower doesn’t drain correctly so water up to ankles while shower ing.
- 3/5
Bedside light did not work and staff was not respondent to my request to replace it… There was also a colony of ants parading on the bedside table..
- 5/5
Location and cleanliness
- 5/5
Aside from the noisy rail yard behind the property, its a decent place.
