Clean…. Safe area…. Great Staff…. Value for the money Toilet paper holder was put in a place when sitting on the toilet you could not reach comfortably…. No exhaust fan in the bathroom… with the door open it still was very steamy in the bathroom… No one serviced our room in 5 days…. We had to get towels each day and another roll of toilet paper as well as emptied our trash 2 times….

The staff was wonderful. Very clean in the room and around the hotel. The room had a full size refrigerator, a sink, stove, and a large microwave. I do nightly dialysis and I had plenty of room for all my medical supplies. We were extremely satisfied. My only issue and it's not actually a problem but maybe a suggestion for the future. I like hotel bathrooms that are updated with walk-in showers instead of bathtubs. The water pressure was great though.

Overall, this was a decent stay. The staff was pleasant and as helpful as possible. Over all the property is clean and well maintained. My issue was with the AC unit in my room. It was stuck on 65 and despite staff coming to try to fix it they weren't able to. I was able to get by, but wasn't offered a new room. This made the stay manageable, but not great.

The room was spacious, and in a great location. The feather pillows were not comfortable at all. The only coffee offered in the room was decaf. Room could have used a better cleaning.

I loved the hospitality of the employees. I arrived early wand had no problem with checking in. The room was clean and the bed was sooooooo comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location. It was literally no more than 10 minutes from a lot of the attractions.

Food options were not that great. Slot of things needed to be restocked. Bed was very comfortable, a little too high for me but overall very comfortable. The one thing that I would suggest to get more customers is to change the TV’s to SmartTV. The TV in my room kept going out, I had to change room even tho maintenance came in to fix the problem. I was very disappointed that I was not able to use my apps to watch my favorite shows. It would have made my stay more enjoyable.

Only downside was a strong dog odor in the rooms. However the staff was very accommodating and did their to make up for the smell

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel room was great with the kitchen and was very clean. The hotel is located close to Nissan Stadium where we had a concert so was very convenient.

Tv was not working upon arrival but they were quick to get it repaired. The staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

The issue I had was that the suite rooms resembled standard rooms and lacked the feel of a mini apartment.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was roomy but had a dog odor to it. Wasn’t able to switch rooms since we booked the king suite. So, I was told.

Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I think the person at the front desk should be dressed professionally. The woman was extremely nice, but was wearing an oversized sweatshirt. Again, nice and helpful, but not a good first impression. The room had a roll-in shower for a wheelchair. I used the shower, and the water got all over the bathroom floor. I'm thinking there should have been some sort of slant in the shower floor so all the water would go down the drain. I covered the floor in towels to sop up the water, but when my husband went in in the middle of the night, he nearly slipped. This should be addressed. Outside the front door, if you turn right, there are decorative stones/rocks on the ground. That area is full of cigarette butts. Yuck. The bed was comfortable and that was fine. They do not serve breakfast. Oh! I almost forgot! Next to our room was a "Meeting Room" and on Sunday morning, there was a full-on, loud church service happening there at 8am. This is a hotel, not a church. That shouldn't be happening next to guest rooms. I don't think I'd stay there again.

Such a great and clean hotel! Only 6 minute drive to Broadway, close to a starbucks, felt very safe! The check in staff was so nice. The room was very clean, very comfortable and perfect for our girls night for a concert. Highly recommend staying here. Only negative was housekeeping banging on the door at 9am (check out is 11am) but would stay here again!

The room was clean but the carpets on stairs outside were very dirty. Not a lot of extras...no coffee filter, no dishwasher cleaner or dish soap. No breakfast or swimming pool. A no frills room. It was quiet...no families. It seemed to be workmans hotel.

We had a king suite. Super comfortable. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Everything in Nashville is pretty close so we were 10 minutes to everything which was perfect.

Very clean and helpful staff. Having a full kitchenette in the room was my deciding factor in choosing this location. My only complaint was the load of dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when I first checked into my room. After contacting the front desk, this was quickly corrected and the rest of my stay was perfect.

These suites are basically like getting a house instead of a standard room. They are phenomenal! I will try to only stay at candlewood from now on.

I was told you could check in early if you were a member, even called before I went to the hotel when I got there they said there was no rooms available after I had called to check. After a while sitting the waiting area they said they were able to get a room ready and said in a nut shell…that they were pretty much doing me a favor by let me check in early. Gave me the room keys went upstairs. It was not clean at all dirt all over the floors finger prints all over the microwave dirt all over the table and all over the counters. Had to go back downstairs told them it was dirty, first she says they were going to clean that room then after a while she gave me another room. Went to the second room, the cards don’t open the door, I have to go back by downstairs to let them know. She said she didn’t activate the keys and to not tell her boss. The next day asked the front desk when I was downstairs if I could have two more towels because we stayed for two days, they only give you daily towels apparently. Said I would have to bring my dirty ones down before they give me towels. No vending machines to get decent snacks. It was a terrible.

Wish there were better food options within walking distance (restaurants) and a restaurant downstairs. Refrigerator made dripping/clicking noises throughout the night.

We were in town on vacation for the Opry. It was an awesome experience. People at front desk the manager were very friendly. I’ll stay here the next time I visit

This is a nice hotel but it does not have breakfast and you will have to drive a few minutes to find a restaurant that serves it. There is Dunkin Donuts a few minutes away.

I didn’t like the lack of towels, but overall the stay was great.

On our cross country move we stayed here with our 2 dogs - the staff were very friendly and helpful and as requested gave us a very nice suite on the first floor close to an exit but away from the reception - has areas you can walk the dog etc - nice hotel and would recommend - as these rooms have kitchens, there is no breakfast served in this hotel but there is free coffee and tea and snacks/microwave meals you can buy.

Was very clean updated. King bed was very comfortable. I will stay again and recommend it to anybody. It was not far to the concert and had no issues getting Ubers.

It is a nice hotel with a good location. Our main issue was a problem with towels. When I booked a room, they knew there would be three adults. There were two bath towels and one washcloth in the room. When I requested more towels, the clerk said they were out of towels. We didn’t get more towels until the following afternoon.

Our first room we were booked for smelled like cigarette smoke terribly. We went up front and talked with the front desk and she was very helpful and nice. Very understanding and helped us with a replacement room. Unfortunately our second room had dirty q-tips in the bathroom, a dark red dripping stain on the wall that looked a bit like blood, and the ice maker in the freezer was broken and never shut off. There were instructions on the freezer on the ice makers being loud and to just turn them off with the switch but the switch was missing on ours. We had hoped after 48 hours, the ice maker would be full and turn itself off, but no. Hourly dumping ice and clicking all night long.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful when we need assistance. It was easy to get transportation to and from this location.

The hotel is overall clean but in our room, the couch had an awful "bodyparts" smell... Other than that it was good.

We were not happy with the property - no pool. The staff was wonderfully helpful.
