Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown

Staff was amazing, room was great, bar staff is fantastic. Kevin, Larissa and Zach at the bar were soooo cool. Pool was fun food was very tasty. We will be back!!!

We had a great time and the staff was so helpful! The texting was a perfect way to check in. The pool and restaurant attached made our stay. Perfect distance to Broadway but far enough where there were no issues with noise,etc.

We love the Cambria and have stayed here many times! Perfect proximity, easy walking to everything in downtown Nashville, and the hotel is always excellent! We love to eat at Nash house, as well as the bar. The live music is always great too. I look forward to our next stay!

Kevin at the bar deserves a shout out. I’m pretty sure he was the manager, but he was amazing with the music and all of the guest and made each one feel special. We will definitely be back basically just to stay there at the Cambria in Nashville and enjoy the experience if we didn’t leave the hotel with the rooftop bar and the pool and the music we would’ve still had a wonderful time..

Beautiful property. Great location. The upper floor corner room was worth it. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was amazing. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of champagne and free drinks at the bar to celebrate my 50th birthday. Loved the option to skip daily housekeeping and text for any needs. We received extra towels, coffee, waters, etc. when requested. The rooftop bar and pool were nice and we went to the first floor bar every night to meet up with members of our group and to enjoy a drink before heading out for the evening. Would definitely return.

This hotel is a great location for walking the city. We valet parked on arrival and picked our car up the morning we left. Walked everywhere. The staff are exceptional!

Only that there was no place to get a fancy coffee drink inside the hotel. The machine coffee on floor 5 tasted fine but seemed very pricey (as well as the frozen breakfast sandwiches) for what it was. I real breakfast option would've made it a 10

Anytime we asked for anything it was delivered within a few minutes. We will always stay with you when in Nashville. So close to everything and the first floor restaurant was great too.

We love the Cambria. It’s a great hotel. One morning we lost hot water. Also, we had a corner room and we wished we had blackout shades. We only had blackout shades on one side. It got pretty bright pretty early.

This boutique hotel was a treat to stay in. Friendly and attentive staff, decor expertly fitting for its Nashville location, and convenient to nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location! Quiet but very close to downtown and the Gulch neighborhood! Walked everywhere! Great pool for relaxation on those hot days and very friendly staff. Great communication and clean spacious room. Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

The property itself was not bad. The main complaint that I had was it was very, very hard to get a hot shower. The water was ice cold every time we try to take a shower. The only other complaint I would have is for such a big hotel. The pool is very small and we were not able to even get in there because there was not enough room in the pool area definitely way too small for the size of hotel.

Excellent choice of hotel for a fun Nashville experience. Walkable to everything on Broadway but quiet once back in your room. Great amenities with a pool, gym, restaurant on site, valet. Friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms.

The only things I don’t like is the door of the bathroom that is not really giving you enough privacy, especially if you are sharing the room with friends and not your partner/family. For the rest the hotel is nice and very well maintained. The staff is nice and courteous.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left everything was perfect. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with special requests. The onsite restaurant was great as well. The pool isn’t huge but was great to take a quick dip and catch some rays! Everything was clean and well kept. Location was perfect for walking down Broadway. Would definitely recommend and will return!

We loved the location of this hotel while visiting Nashville and all it has to offer. It was easy to get to Broadway, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Ryman and meeting spots for tours we booked. The hotel itself was clean, and our room was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back to Nashville and plan to stay here again!!

Perfectly nice hotel near the entertainment district of Nashville. It is not luxury Nor was the price. Pool area and bar seemed quite hyped on their website, But I suspect you will not spend much time there.

The rooms were nice and roomy! The staff was very welcoming and the property has a great coffee bar, restaurant and bar. Wish there was a bit more brighter lights in the room but overall it was a great stay!

We loved everything about our stay at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Nashville. We could not recommend the hotel, the location, the service, amenities, etc. enough. The 5 days that we spent at the Cambria were absolutely 5* for us. And the Nash House Restaurant, pretty much attached to the Cambria, was fantastic for winding down and dining in, while listening to some fantastic talent in a much quieter and comfortable setting.

This property is stunning and very well maintained! We only stayed for one night but wish we had booked this hotel for our entire stay.

The room was clean but the cement ceiling from the 70 architecture should be cover with plaster.

Great location for sightseeing. Room was clean and we had no issues with any part of our stay. Pool was a nice amenity on a warm day for a break.

This property is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants/bars on site. Both have live music. It’s walking distance to Broadway, were there was so much live music, food, and a bit of shopping that it will blow your mind. I love Nashville I love this hotel. It ended up being a hub for my family to meet and have breakfast, late night snacks and drinks.

Other than my reserved king room was given to others due to overbooking, the fact bottles of water always available was a nice touch and room cleaned daily was also nice for a change-very good location close to all the action and attractions. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was in great proximity to downtown. Pool area was lovely. Only thing that we did not love was the Nash restaurant. It was okay, but slow service and musician did not show up. Overall it was an excellent experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Close enough to Broadway to walk - 10-15 minutes. Clean, nicely decorated. Staff was always friendly. Not too much storage space but there was a couple drawers and a small area to hang clothes (this was out in the open near coffee bar). Toiletries provided in room; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Lighted and magnifying mirror and a clothes steamer in the room. They have their own restaurant and bar on one of the floors and there is also another restaurant on street level. These both came in handy when we had a raining day/night. We would recommend and stay here again

The bar/restaurant/front desk were great but the hotel wanting you to ask for towels and if you wanted your room cleaned was disappointing. That should not be something you have to ask for. I didn’t mind making my own beds and we are neat but asking for towels should be automatic. Plus they didn’t empty the trash baskets. One of the luxuries of staying at a hotel is not having to do any of that in my opinion.

Flight was early and room was ready during check-in. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice bar area with live music. Good location in the heart of Downtown. 10/10 would go there again.

Didn’t give it 5 stars because the room wasn’t as big as the ones we’ve stayed in the past few times we e stayed there. Plus the shower head was gross, needed new one or at least cleaned. But we do love the location and friendly staff.

The corner room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Everyone was friendly and professional. My husband and I really liked Nashville and plan to return soon to stay at the Cambria again.

Excellent stay at my favorite hotel chain! Perfect location and amenities, will be staying here every time I’m in Nashville!

It was clean however the room had no water for drinking , no ice machine or vending machines. The items they carry by the desk are outrageously priced. The hotel is a good 2 mile walk to the broadway bars and there’s a huge hill. No one came to change linens or empty garbage, etc. unless you asked. The staff was not helpful in guiding visitors around the area. They couldn’t answer any questions, be they did they offer to look something up. They didn’t seem to care. The pool is very small and no umbrellas. Overall I was fit for the money.

Only negative its an extra $57 a night for parking (only Valet.)

All of the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Rooms were well appointed with a very comfy bed. The rooftop heated pool was a plus and the location was perfect.

The room was good size. We were located on the 18th floor. The view was outstanding. You could see the whole city. The front desk was great. They sent you text messages asking if you needed anything. However for the cost of the room there was a lot missing for me in the hotel. No room service. I really wanted room service. You could buy food and pick it up from the bar and bring it to your room but that wasn’t the same for Me. There is a bar and bar food but there wasn’t really a proper restaurant. They were VERY reluctant to service the room and it was half done. I spilled some popcorn day 1 and any bit I didn’t pick up myself I was still walking into the carpet a week later. Staff were 50% lovely and 50% hostile. The card they had on record for incidentals was not my credit card and the lady I initially spoke to to try to figure out what was going wrong firstly acted like this wasn’t a problem (somebody else’s card!) and secondly spoke to me as if I had done something wrong. A pleasant manager did sort it out but some staff treated me like a nuisance. Definitely recommend for a good nights sleep and amazing view. Not for dining or service

We came down for a hockey game for my birthday and the hotel was perfect. Took us 6 minutes to walk to the arena, and if the weather had cooperated was right next to the Broadway post game activities. Will definitely be staying here again next time.

I was annoyed that I paid for a king and it was not available when I checked in. So we had two full size beds. I was not able to be reimbursed for this because we prepaid through Expedia. I find that really disappointing. The staff was kind and tried to make up for it but a free drink at the bar and a bottle of water doesn’t make up the price difference.

The A/C worked great at keeping the room at the temperature we needed.

The Southern Spoon restaurant at the hotel was also top notch. We must have eaten there at least 4 times during our stay. Recommend this hotel 5 stars A++++

Everything we either had tickets for or wanted to visit was in walking distance. When we ventured out further, our car was brought to us expeditiously by their valet service. The hotel is very well located a 10 minutes walk to lower broadway without the noise of the party. Large rooms clean and comfy beds. Staff is very friendly, always asking if you need anything.

The room was perfect. The location was fantastic. Check in was not great. The person checking me in barely spoke and did not even smile. I was told to swipe my card. I had to ask why. That made for a disappointing start to my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was about a 5 min walk from Broadway and we felt safe doing that. Breakfast is not included and we did not eat here. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The room was really nice and cozy, the bathroom was nice and clean. We walked everywhere since the location is a block off Broadway. The staff and valet parking were very nice as well. Would stay there again and would recommend to others.

I did feel bad for the staff, I’m not sure if it’s a management issue but they all seemed like they hated their job. Could also just be crazy tourists or a combo. They weren’t rude and were extremely helpful, I just felt bad.

The room was super clean, the hallways leading to our room was even spotless and smelled good. Staff was so friendly and was so conveniently located downtown to Broadway. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. They even had a restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel that was amazing and had live music!

The room was nice and clean. However, my room was next to the elevator bay which was extremely noisy. I ordered food one night, which had the wrong side. I was pressed for time, so I didn't report it. The area was close to Broadway but very congested getting in and out. Please note, the valet is $57 a day, which is extremely expensive. The only other option is to park in open, public lots and that was maybe $10 less. I also had to wait 30+ min to get my car parked one day because only one guy was working and there was a line down the street. It wasn't very efficient for that price. I would stay somewhere a little farther for price and parking and just take a Lyft to the area.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious the staff understood hospitality as their pleasantness was not forced or fake. You could tell they liked what they did and were glad to be there. The bathroom literally gleamed. Not a water spit or piece of dust to be found. Each of the guest rooms were unique in setup and art and accessories. Location was perfect. This place was great!

Overall, not a great experience. Front desk staff not overly friendly and the room charges were $200 more than the price shown on Expedia. Electric blinds in room didn't work correctly. Bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. However, valet service was excellent.

The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff polite, helpful, and accommodating. Only used one amenity, the 24-hr micro-pantry, which was convenient and well-stocked. Hotel was within easy (and safe, I felt) walking distance to the Bridgestone Arena and assorted restaurants/shopping venues on Broadway. All in all a pretty delightful stay.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Nashville. The location was great, less than 2 blocks from Bridgestone Arena and short walk to all the action on Broadway. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfy. Staff was very friendly and loved the on site restaurant/bar. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Walking distance to Bridgestone and the Ryman. Had stayed at JW Marriott (which is right across the street) a few weeks before. It is more expensive than Cambria but definitely a step up. Whiskers and hair in the corner of our shower otherwise clean room. Everyone friendly. Would stay again but would likely pay more (depending on the amount at the time) to stay at JW

This hotel was awesome. Quick walk to the action but far enough to not be loud. Wonderful bar on the 5th floor and delicious restaurant on the first. The bar is the perfect place to start and nightcap your Broadway adventure!

We stayed here for three nights for a mini vacation. From the beginning , check in to check out, greetings from all staff, to valet service, we were very pleased. The location was great. Very walkable to many bars, restaurants and museums. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. We will be back.

Our Standard King room had a great layout, killer view, safe, coffee tea station, iron & ironing board, large bathroom with Hot water & great water pressure. The small garage/ entry made it easy for Rideshare drop off & pick-up. The Valet free was friendly, polite, & offered us complimentary water bottles on our way out the door with a “Have a great day, y’all”. Price was right. Clean. This was the perfect choice for us.

We did not receive free breakfast the original room that we got the bed was in the center of the room and we didn’t care for it. We were switched to a different room that we liked a lot. Excellent location, just 1-2 blocks from the wild honky tonk central, so quieter! Also located 1-2 blocks from the Union Station Old Town Trolley stop. Room decor really cool, and the view from our room was epic.

Everything was fine. Their check in is on the 3rd floor which was a little unusual. The location of th hotel is very good for walking to any events or sports venues .

Room was very spacious and clean. Loved decor and view of the city. My only issue was the amount of space given for two people for our clothing and our stay was a Thursday to Sunday. It is an open closet concept but it was very limited with space spilling over the coffee maker area Two small drawers were there but again, only enough for one person. One of us had to live out of a suitcase. Other than that, very convenient to the area and great to have a restaurant and rooftop bar onsite.

The room was perfect for our 5 day stay. Comfortable, clean and so convenient to Broadway! We had a corner room with great light and an amazing view of the city! Staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and professional. The man offering shoe shines in the lobby was a gem! Although we did not require his services he was so pleasant and friendly every time we came and went. Would stay here again!

This hotel is not the best in town and the decor is a little bit country cheesy but there were so many things to recommend it. There were two restaurants available at all times. And the rooms were very large and quite comfortable. If I were to come back to Nashville, I might well book a room at the Cambria again. We were there for a wedding.

We stayed 4 nights. The place was very convenient to Broadway and Gutch and other attractions. Everything was within 15 mins walk or less. The staff was great and when we had an issue, they were there to help us very quickly. We enjoyed the stay and would look to stay again if we come back to Nashville in the future.

The Cambria is in a very convenient location, close to Broadway and good restaurants. The hotel rooms are clean, quiet and relatively spacious. The rooftop pool and bar are great for relaxing and an evening drink and meal.

Hotel staff were very friendly, clean room, nice little pool, bar with a stage for live music. What I didn’t like were the paper thin walls - I could hear my neighbors talking like they were almost in my room. They weren’t yelling or anything like that - just seems like there’s little insulation between the walls, and that makes it hard to sleep when you hear your neighbors talking late at night…so just a heads up.

I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. I was surprised that the room did not have a closet. It only had a rod exposed to the rest of the room. The light incorporated into the mirror over the sink in the bathroom either didn't offer enough light or was too smart fore.to figure out. I did get the Bluetooth to link up to it though

Hotel was very nice. Rooms set-up nicely with cool barn door and wall treatment. Only downside is there is not enough light - very dark even with all the lights on. They need brighter bulbs or more lights.

We were there 3nights, requested our room to be cleaned two times and fresh towels , they never did come or empty the garbage! For spending over $300 a night for our room definitely was not worth it!

The advertisement for pool is misleading as the pool is very small. At check in, one of the rooms was already occupied so we basically opened into someone else’s room! Disappointing in that there was no breakfast included. But the bar, staff, and live musicians were all wonderful!

The room was awesome. Was given an upgrade to 11th floor as complimentary. Beautiful views of downtown Nashville. My husband did not like that he couldn’t park his own vehicle. Had to use valet. But I thought it was safer. And the guy parked away from other vehicles to make my husband feel better! Very nice staff! Loved the restaurant!

Picked Cambria on my first stay in Waco TX. The hotel was great in Nashville but the check in staff was not pleasant. A Titanium Member at Marriott so I know about Customer Service.

One suggestion—would be helpful to have umbrellas at the pool for people who need shade.

This is my second time staying at cambria and I love it. I’ve been to both the locations in Nashville. The rooms are very nice.I absolutely love that they come with a fridge which is a huge pro. The staff is amazing and kind. The bars they have are awesome.
