The hotel itself is in serious need of a refurbishment. The air conditioner in my room appeared to be falling apart and was literally supported by what looked like a piece of 2x4 lumber underneath it. The bathroom was functional but looked tired and somewhat questionable. The fitness center was impressive in its simplicity: one 8-pound dumbbell, one 5-pound dumbbell, a treadmill, and a bike. That’s pretty much the entire gym. The pool wasn’t much better. The water had a milky white appearance that wasn’t exactly inviting. It apparently used to connect the indoor and outdoor sections through a swim-through opening, but that feature has been blocked off with a repair that looked more temporary than professional. The entire hotel felt humid, almost as if the common-area air conditioning wasn’t keeping up. Yellowed electrical outlets, aging fixtures, and worn finishes throughout the property added to the feeling that maintenance has been deferred for quite some time. Even the laundry room felt outdated. Considering the machines looked well past their prime, charging $3 USD per load seemed a bit optimistic. What surprises me most is the hotel’s high rating. I genuinely don’t understand how it averages around 8.8/10. If that score is based solely on the staff, I completely understand.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. Tge room was very big and clean. We were near the airport but could not hear the planes inside the hotel . I would definitely stay here again.

Shuttle to airport and very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Kids running and shouting in the hallways at 9 pm. We had to be up for the shuttle by 3:30 so we tried to get some sleep by 8:30. Had to go out and ask the kids to be quiet.

The staff was amazing , very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very nice well maintained. The workout room was great. The pool was great the bottom of the pool was cleaned but looks like repaint the bottom before long. Breakfast was great. Will stay again soon

This was a last minute stay as I traveled across country. First impressions are always lasting and when I walked up to the hotel it presented well - clean and aesthetically pleasing. Upon entry, there was a spacious, well-fitted lounge area and a courteous attendant who assisted us not only with the room but with recommendations on a place to have a drink. In the room, you had everything needed for a pleasant overnight stay (comfortable beds, blackout curtains, refrigerator, televisions, and a shower with good pressure along with a tub that drained properly). They offered a full, heart breakfast in the morning which many hotels have eliminated. When the sliding entry doors open to the front of the hotel, there was a really strong scented air freshener that hits you. For me it was a bit too strong, however I have a sensitivity to smells. As our stay continued and we passed in and out of the door, it did not seem to be an issue for me. Only mentioning so that people are aware of it and more importantly as a heads up that eventually you either get used to the smell or maybe it faded away.

The people that worked there were very friendly The pool area was very dirty. Indoor and outdoor both were very unclean. The rooms were outdated and the floor slanted so the dresser drawers would not stay closed. The walls were not clean. It was just dingy.

Beds were super uncomfortable couldn’t fall asleep due to the room being overwhelmingly hot even when adjusting the thermostat. Very disappointed for price paid wish I would’ve paid extra and went with Hilton

the bed was the most comfortable I have had in any hotel...and they actually had a towel rack for the sink...so loved that part.. the so called full breakfast was not good at all...the toaster was broken, the juice machine was broken, they only had 1 waffle maker and everyone was lined up for that..the eggs were floating in water, the biscuit which was the last one I got, was so hard the knife would not cut it at all...the sausage was a hockey puck..there was nothing else to eat but waffles...I have always stayed at Best Westerns and this is the worse breakfast I have ever had...the attendant did not really care that everyone was looking around for food...so very disappointed !!

Very clean, comfortable room. The hot water was fast coming and lasted a long time, and the water pressure was great. (Both things are usually a problem at almost every hotel ive ever stayed in) There was nothing bad about my stay.

Nice quiet stay for an early morning departure the following day. Easily accessible and efficient shuttle to BNA. Wasn’t able to partake in the free breakfast, so no comment on that. Room was clean and staff was attentive.

Our room was not ready by check in. We checked in finally over an hour late. Front desk person was rude.

Now at 3pm when I checked it, I unlocked my cards, submitted payment, then relocked my cards. I guess I’m confused about the “reserve now, pay at property” option. To me it means you pay when you arrive, not 12 hours prior to your arrival. Another issue, we had a room with a view. Yep, room 113 has a great view of the dumpster that is placed right outside the rooms window. Saw a couple crackhesds or homeless people digging through the dumpster during our stay. I checked the window and it was unlocked. So I locked it to make sure that our room with a view that provided a show didn’t become an 3D interactive experience. The placement of the dumpster and the homeless people isn’t the staff’s fault though. That falls onto the designers of the building. Plenty of other place to locate that trash bin, but right out side a rooms window must have been the most enjoyable for them.

The bad - breakfast was a joke. They only had one type of bread, bad tasting sausage and what looked like powdered eggs, there was also a big tub of non flavored yogurt with a spoon and no topings. No premium channels on tv. If you wanna sleep somewhere for a night maybe its ok but that is about it. I would look for something cheaper rather than paying for nothing, or spend $10 more and go to a place with breakfast

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The staff I dealt with at the desk were very nice. Breakfast was average, but I always choose a hotel that has at least a basic breakfast. I was VERY glad that parking was included in the rate. Great job with that!

The AC in our room didn’t work and when we tried to make the issue known to the office it took over 2 hours for them to fix the issue and then at 9pm we had to change rooms after we had unpacked, showered and got our toddler calmed down. Due to having to move rooms exciting him, we didn’t get to sleep late. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The bed itself was clean, which was a positive. However, the hotel is clearly older and in need of remodeling. The elevators felt shaky and worn, adding to the overall impression of poor maintenance. In summary, aside from the clean bed, the hotel showed several maintenance and cleanliness issues that negatively affected the stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It’s just off McGavok Pike and one can get to the Opry Mills mall without getting back on the highway. I went to the Grand Ole Opry to see Brandon Lake. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is nice. All at a very reasonable price.

Staff were super helpful and room was clean and nice. I only wish the airport shuttle ran more frequently than on the hour but since the airport is less than 10 minutes away, the ride share was inexpensive.

Offers airport transportation although plane landed in Nashville at 10:00 pm and we was told shuttle was closed for the day. So I had to spend 45.00 for a uber to hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was always friendly & helpful.

Overall it was ok. Check in was fast and easy. Elevator is very slow. The room was clean. Water in the shower is really hot which we loved. The bed was NOT comfortable in our opinion. The pillows extremely flat. And being a King bed… the pillows were small. The TV in our room kept blinking in and out while watching a program. Overall it was ok. Would I book again? Possibly. Are there better options for the same value? I’m sure. Oh and hopefully you won’t mind the planes landing and taking off. I know it’s near the airport but you can definitely the the engines.

The only problem we had was when someone broke out windows of 6 different vehicles in the parking lot overnight and stole from them. Luckily our vehicle was spared, but the car beside us was not. Made us a little leary to park for the next night.

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for a concert. The desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was okay, no real complaints other than it felt a little more dated than I thought it would. The beds are firm, which I prefer, but if that isn't your jam, then beware. The parking is a little tight, which I was surprised about. We had to park around the back of the hotel once we arrived after our concert. The truck parked next to ours had its driver's side window busted out sometime during the night. They do have signs posted in the parking lot warning not to leave valuables in the car; however, it was unfortunate that this happened. Especially since this hotel is on a block of a bunch of hotels.

We checked in on Friday afternoon and immediately there was no attendant to be found. Waited 10 mins to check in, room was pretty decent other than the bathroom not being very clean. Skip forward to Sunday morning as we were headed to breakfast and my husband asked a guy on the elevator, how is your day going? The guy immediately informs us that a bunch of cars got their windows busted last night. We go out to the parking lot and see that we had two of our windows busted. Police report on the windshield. No one from the hotel informed us, or heard the car alarms going off. Once we had our rental towed they still failed to pick up the glass mess from our car. (Hopefully no one stepped into it) We didn’t receive a sorry or nothing. Talked to one of the workers who said it’s a pretty common thing to happen there. The whole stay we had there the attendant was MIA half of the time. We called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude about the situation and not compassionate at all. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, your car is not safe at all!!!!!

Staff was amazing, property is understaffed and we had a few maintenance issues. Again, staff went above and beyond to help, but it seems the owner is shorting the staff and guests.

Staff was great until the day I departed , when I receive a strange text from the morning front desk personnel, stating that "when I left that I had hit his car, and if I did't return he was calling the police". Needless to say I did not return because I had not hit anyones car. After calling the hotel manager several times I received another message stating they had made a mistake, for some reason they contact me in error, and the matter was straighten out. How disappointing, when all was going well.

My only complaint was smokers just outside of entrance.

Our vehicle along with about 10 others were broken into. We weren’t notified until we found the glass and our property missing. So to say we enjoyed our stay is not possible. We are out $1000 dollar deductible, our windows are broken for a 5 hour drive, and this happened the last time we stayed in Nashville just over a month ago. So Nashville stinks, arrest the perps and put them in jail. So this doesn’t happen over and over.

The property and staff was fantastic! Great room and terrific location! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was terrific! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Monica was very friendly and checked me in quickly.

Placed into a room upon arrival (308) that wreaked super strongly of cigarette smoke. The front desk was rude and unappologetic for the inconvenience. The breakfast was terrible coffe, tea, bread, baked goods, cereal etc were all of the most inferior quality. Afyer staying at other Best Western hotels this was among the worst!

Our room was very clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most and the room was good size. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was hot and fresh. Also was very surprised at how quite it was considering how close it is to the airport. We would definitely stay there again.

Horrible stay here, I spent 1 night and was inconvenienced my whole stay. Our bathroom wasn’t working and the staff was not helpful at all!!

So pleased with this stay, especially after reading so many sketchy reviews about properties in Nashville that were also affordable. We felt safe, the location was easy to access from the highways and roads, just a touch from the busy of Nashville but just a few mins commute! Very clean, great staff at checkin and at breakfast. 10/10 - and would definitely trust to go back!

Near to airport and reasonable.

Negatives: 1. Noisy. The front half of the hotel faces the airport, so you'll hear (and see) the jets take off every couple of minutes. After 11pm the jets stop flying so it's quieter, but until then it's really loud. 2. No decent restaurants nearby. It's all fast food except for a Shoney's, which is like Denny's. 3. Neighborhood one street over is kinda sketchy. Not bad, but I wouldn't walk around there after dark. And the hotel locks their doors after 11pm. 4. Odd housekeeping rules. When I asked if we could change our room to the back to cut down on the jet noise, the front-desk person refused, claiming that the jets would quiet down after 11pm. Other than that, it was OK. It's close to the airport, so if you want to catch an early flight, it's perfect for that.

Food was awesome. I felt very safe. I enjoyed the indoor pool. I slept like a baby. The executive suite was awesome.

Would have enjoyed this hotel if the room would have had a couple of complimentary water bottles. There was coffee to make but no water to make it with. Disappointed. Also would have been nice to be greeted by staff apron arrival. Staff was unfriendly.

Stay was decent. Tv provider didn’t work until last day there and nothing was done about it or mentioned until i asked how to use it. Breakfast was ok but could use some different options. It was the same options every day. Indoor/outdoor pool was nice and beds were comfortable. It worked for what we needed it for.

I needed to get to the hotel from the airport and when I called to get the shuttle they said it was too late. Nowhere did it list a cut off time. If I had known I could have made other arrangements.

We had a water leaking problem in the bathroom, it was like pouring rain. The lady in the front wasn’t solution oriented.They wasted our time in a holiday. I can tell this is not their first water leaking problem as well, never staying with them again.

The only concern was the humidity in the room.

Property overall was good. On check in it was clearly the girls first day which was fine she was sweet just a bit slow. Toilet wasn’t flushing and started flooding as soon as we tried to use it the guy at the desk offered me a plunger and when I said I wasn’t going to plunge it. I’d just leave it and let it flood he got a lil annoyed and went up to the room and check in on it. Doesn’t seems like much was done but I was leaving in the morning so I didn’t stress to much. There’s big signs on the desk in room saying room service is only by request and they came and knocked on the door 3 times and when I said no someone still attempted to enter the room good thing I had the top locked. Check out was smooth and quick. Second time staying at that location literally would only go for the pool.

Didn’t expect much but the gym was under construction and overall the place was not too clean.

The night was quite noisy due to guests and airplanes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations and the cleanliness of the room. I’m grateful for this last-minute accommodation, especially considering the numerous other hotels in the area.

Great but there were several car break in right out front in the parking lot.

Multiple car break ins

Check in was fast and the Front Desk attendant was very friendly. Room size was comfortable & beds were clean. One of the darkening curtains was falling off, making a gap for the light to come in but it doesn’t stop you from sleeping. The dresser under the tv needed a wipe down, you can see the stains from drinks or spills. The floors inside the bathroom seemed clean but you can see shoe marks stains and by the mini fridge/sink area there was chunks of pink makeup all over the floor. Had a good shower with plenty of hot water. We were in town for a concert, we didn’t stay in our room too much. Breakfast was good and hot - the normal stuff. The attendant was lovely. She made sure that you knew how much time was left to eat and help find what was needed. She did an excellent job. My biggest disappointment was the housekeeping team. Our room was near their equipment closet and they talk, talk and talk some more. I placed the do not disturb sign on the door since we got in late. We wanted to get some rest before our 7 hour drive back home; we even skipped breakfast. Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep in much. I understand that they need to do their job but check out is at 11am. Good thing is that you don’t hear the airplanes passing by to the airport. Overall is was good but it could have been so much better.

The hotel outside of our room was pretty disgusting. Not run down. It just looks like no one who works there has ever met a broom or mop. The room wasn’t much better. Walking the hall from the elevator to our room, you could smell weed. Getting in our room, you could tell it was a smoking room in its past life. Additionally, the shower had a defect where it had a layer of water beneath the floor of the shower effectively making you walk on a layer of plastic floating on water. It was very disorienting. Hopefully our downstairs neighbor wasn’t woken up with a water leak.

This was just minutes from the airport and my long term parking. Staff was extremely nuce and helpful.

Our vehicle was broken in to along with 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk said their exterior video surveillance cameras do not work, so no video of the crimes committed. Front desk was not helpful or apologetic about the experience at all and seemed “put out” that they had to clean up all the broken glass from our busted out windows in their parking lot! Do better “Best Western” will NEVER stay at another one!
