    We booked this hotel last minute knowing little about Nashville but decided to spend the night here while passing through. Upon first look, it appeared to be a bit run down, and it’s true this hotel is a little older and could use some updating, but if it keeps the price low, with the high level of cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff, I’d say leave it, there’s nothing wrong with having a slightly older building if it’s clean and the location is amazing. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We were able to walk all the way to Broadway and back without discomfort and I was surprised how quiet and comfortably we slept. I will definitely stay here again when I have more time and take in more of the nearby eateries, check out Music Row, and enjoy the proximity to everything in downtown Nashville. I’ll leave my car parked, with the $20 parking fee providing a safe and well lit space for me not to worry about it.

    Wonderful property and the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel that was included. The breakfast staff was the BEST! So, so friendly! We used the two large massage chairs in the lobby- what a treat! Rooms are spacious and clean. Safe part of town. Thought it was more within walking distance. For our group, too far. If there was a shuttle or transportation, we should have used. We set off walking, made it to some restaurants for supper and that was as far as we got. Thank you for a nice stay!

    The rooms were nice and clean no bugs. The staff was nice, but could not understand a few because of accents. Breakfast both mornings was excellent. Did not have time to check out pool. If I come back to Nashville I would stay at the Best Western again.

    I liked the cleanliness, food and customer's services. but don't like the beds. Both beds in my room made embarrassing squeaky sounds at every turn. My experiences would have been excellent but for that. They need to tighten all screws in their beds or do something urgently to eliminate the bed noise.

    This hotel was in a great location with The room was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What I did’t like was that when we arrived a little over and hour before the 3:00 check-in time, they charged $25. Since a clean room was available at that time, I should not have been asked to pay $25. I have NEVER had such happen. We were so tired from travel that we paid! Shame on them!

    We stayed two nights. The room was great! Loved the massage chairs and the pool area was nice. We ate breakfast the first morning but saw a roach over by the coffee station in the buffet area. Did not eat breakfast the second morning. Everything was clean in the food area and the roach may have been an isolated incident. I have always heard where’s there’s one roach there are many more so I could not eat the second morning. Did not mention our roach incident to staff. Maybe we should have.

    Had a good stay here. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Room was a good size and clean. One of the beds creaked terribly. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear and not as bright inside as the pictures shows. The decor is kitsch, but otherwise worked out well for my needs. Just a few blocks from shops, restaurants, memorable attractions and downtown. Breakfast had many options. Couple dings. There’s no shade at the pool and isn’t heated so it was quite cold and very visible to folks on the sidewalk. The hotels location is just on the outskirts of the nicer areas around it, so you do feel like you’re off the beaten path.

    Nice parking , clean inside and out. Ask us to pay $20 to park in their parking lot. Just seems very ridiculous. Had about an ounce of shampoo and body wash. One person can be clean, but the other person will not be able to take a shower, unless they bring their own stuff.

    Although the hotel is off the main area of Nashville, it was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best of all our hotels on this trip and Tina, the lady that runs the breakfast area was a delight!!

    Well while we were there my truck was broken into and was told their cameras weren’t working . The staff was not helpful at all . The lady in the front said I always tell people not to leave expensive things in their vehicles after I told her they would be responsible for the damages since I had to pay for my truck to be there . They have an old security guard looked like he was in his 70’s not sure where he was when my truck got vandalized and broken into . But th we cell be paying for my new window and I will never and I mean never stay at a best western again. Worst people and worst place in my opinion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!

    Overall, my stay was excellent. I was traveling on business and spent a significant amount of time working from my room. The only issue I encountered was the lack of data and charging ports at the desk. As a result, I had to plug in my phone and other devices away from my workspace, which was somewhat inconvenient. Aside from that, the accommodations were comfortable, and I had a very positive experience.

    Hotel in general, and room in particular, were clean enough and well-appointed. Location was good, but suggest handout map for those going to Broadway St. I had difficulty understanding what the front desk person was saying due to her accent. A shuttle would be ideal. Tile in shower had a significant crack, hand-held shower head was missing connection to shower neck. Workout room was better than some (mirrored wall, dumbbell rack, bottled water, air conditioner), but needed a good cleaning and repairs to universal machine cables. Breakfast was above average, especially the omelets made to order. The woman attending to the help-yourself food could not have been nicer or more welcoming - true Southern hospitality. There is a $20/night additional fee for parking.

    The hotel was lovely. Close enough to walk just about anywhere downtown, but far enough from the mayhem for peaceful rest. My boys enjoyed the hot breakfasts and I spent more than my far share of time in one of the massage chairs after a busy day walking all over music city. Really loved our time here and look forward to returning!

    We came a bit late for check in but the gentleman at reception was super friendly. Gave us an ice cold water and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and updated. The showerhead is from the ceiling in the center and it was such a fun experience. It had great pressure and the temperature was easily adjustable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave.

    Beds are more of a thin foam. Very uncomfortable. The pool didn't smell clean. Cost of the room was outrageous. I booked 4 months plus in advance and upon arrival found rooms were actually selling for 1/3 of the cost. They would not come down on cost and stated it was their marketing teams doing. Shower still had hair in it and the floors were not clean. Not many options on the TV either. The music hall places they claim to be in walking distance of is not true. Overall definitely do not recommend.

    Our bathroom was covered in hair. I mentioned it to an employee in the hall and she immediately had us put in a different room. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The omelette station was delicious for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was $20. We walked to Broadway, about a 20 minute walk and felt safe.

    First and foremost my room was never 37 square metres as advertised secondly your vip access nearly got me 2 bottles of water and a packet of pretzels quite an embarrassment. Clearly it appears that’s hotels.com is not well respected as wherever I go I never get upgraded never get points from Hilton or other service providers and it appears to me that your platform is no longer very valuable

    We stayed one night here for a concert. The hotel was about a 20min walk from Broadway. In a good location with a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean and smelled nice.     The cleanliness of the room was not great. Hair in the tub, hair stuck the walls, makeup smeared on the walls, so much build up under the toilet seat hinges you can see it without taking the seat off. Urine at the bottom sides of the toilet. Not that I was expecting some 4 diamond hotel but i’d expect the basics to be done like having no hair and a clean toilet. Pretty disappointing honestly.

    It has some nice features like massage chairs, and an omelette bar. But many things are on the cheaper quality side. The breakfast cups are practically thimbles, and the juice and waffle/pancake batters were very watered down. The omelette bar only had a few ingredient options…a bit disappointing. That said, it is a pretty decent hotel at fair price.

    The pool and sunbeds were really useful to have when we wanted some quiet time before exploring other areas of Nashville. Breakfast was good, with cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and omelet options. This hotel, being a short walk to and from Lower Broadway but also a close walk to other bars like Riley Green’s Duck Blind, Losers and Odie’s in midtown. It is the perfect location for some quiet away from the noise of downtown/lower Broadway. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The breakfast was boring. Same as any other hotel that offers breakfast. They only had pork versions for hot food except for omelettes. which you get tired of very quickly. They did not have any hot water, but they would put out packets of oatmeal and grits. Orange juice was watery. The good thing was the bottled water that you could purchase was only a dollar each. Also, the pool looked OK and it was easy to get in and out. It was very cold water, but it was clean enough.

    My son went to get a cup of orange juice, while still standing at the dispenser trying to drink a cup and refill it. He found a roach in the cup. We told the manager who took the cup and threw it away with the roach in it and said everything is fine and offered another cup. No thanks!

    I have to say, staff and amenities here rock!!! It made all the difference in the world to have such a personable staff not to mention an excellent walkable location to conveniences. The massage chairs were the highlight of our trip for sure, along with the complimentary amazing cooked to order breakfast and buffet. I would say there are a few items in the rooms and on property that could use an upgrade but in the mean time you are most definitely a very very good option for a wonderful stay in the area!

    Didn’t have any toilet paper in the room and it caused me to be delayed to my Conference. When I notified the Front Desk, the woman in front said, so what? That I received it later. No apologies. I retired from a housekeeping management position and if my staff had made the beds that way they would've been in trouble the corners just pushed under not straight 2 different color blankets.     The room was great. The elevator was a little old and scary. The breakfast really lacked imagination unless you were in the mood for an omelette. One day they had no yogurts in the yogurt case, the next day they only had one flavor of yogurt. Also, their housekeeping crew went up and down the hall starting about 8:00 a.m. pushing some cart that made more noise than a garbage truck. They need to understand that some of their guests don't get back to the hotel till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and would appreciate a little quiet in the morning.

    The television did not work, apparently it has been down for a couple weeks from a storm. I was not notified in advance so i could adjust my reservation should I choose to. And when i Checked in I was also not notified. It was not until 9 pm when i returned from dinner and went to turn on the tv I discovered it did not work. Also check in staff told me breakfast started at 630 on saturday morning, nope it was 7 and we had to be somewhere so there was no time for breakfast. Finally our beds were the hardest most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept in. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was even great. But because i was offered no choice about the TV nor any discount. I will not stay here ever again.

I had to get down on the floors at one point as I dropped something from the bedside table and I found leftover and stale food from previous guests. I had to scrub the tub before I could use it.     I took my daughter to Nashville (our first time) for her 15th birthday, along with her best friend and little sister. 4 guests. At check-in we were told we could help ourselves to 3 complimentary waters and 1 small bag of chips. They had one shelf area with limited chips and a few candies priced $3 and up. I asked where the vending machines were… they didn’t have any. We get up to our room and the tv was down as well as the internet. The pool was closed for the season… understandable. Also, at check-in I was told there was a parking fee, just above $20 each night. The price on the room did not reflect the fact we had zero amenities the two nights we stayed. If you cannot provide what you state to offer, some sort of discount should’ve been honored. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I return in the future. Very unprofessional.

    The customer service was top notch and the facility and rooms were clean. The only thing we had issues with is how hard the mattresses in our room were. They are a firm memory foam. It felt like sitting on a brick then slightly sinking into it. Then when you tried to move you were stuck laying on a bump your body created in the previous position. It was very odd. We also felt like the walls/doors are very thin. We could hear our neighbors conversation clearly, and at one point I woke up in the middle of the night thinking a strange man had gotten into our room.     The room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The entire staff was friendly. They have a fantastic breakfast in the mornings with made to order omelets. The hotel is close enough that you can walk to all the activities on Broadway but far enough away that you don’t get any of the noise.

    One of my favorite surprises were the massage chairs in the lobby-such a nice touch. It was perfect for unwinding after a long day and added an extra layer of comfort to the overall experience. I wish I had used it every day of my stay! This hotel truly pays attention to the little details that make a stay memorable. I would absolutly stay here again and again and highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

    Sebastian AKA Rajesh and the team at the hotel are so rude and judgmental. When I asked for me Gold Perks I was told they ONLY offer water for VIP guests. I wasn’t given my upgrades even requested. The morning of checkout I complained about not getting late checkout despite them being empty and the manager negated the late 12:30 checkout because I told him I’d post this review. He then called me room telling me to leave even earlier because hotel checkout is 11 everywhere else. Breakfast is cereal, microwave pancakes, and omelette isn’t made from real eggs. Besides the cleaning lady, everyone else at that hotel was rude. As. Spanish speaking American I take offense when people speak other languages when in front of you, because I do not do this! So the front desk ladies continuously do it, beware of evil eyes. This is NOT a walkable hotel, meaning downtown is not close. You will need to uber basically everywhere unless you want to walk a mile each way. It’s only perk was the fridge and microwave, which I ordered stuff from target to my room, this also seemed to bother hotel staff since I purchased expensive items from their “store” the first night - hence no more income for them. I requested money back and was refused by GM Rajesh. Lastly, I had to contact Expedia while in my room because I was too afraid of them retailing because I complained. This should tell you STAY AWAY.

    Nice friendly staff. Our daughter had surgery is the reason for our stay. They were nice and accommodated us with a wheelchair to get her from our vehicle to the room. They even come outside to see if we needed help. Room was clean and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The staff there was very friendly and helpful as well. Plenty of parking. The area in downtown was a little noisy with traffic but calmed down in the late evening. Would stay there again on our next visit.

    Great location with all the necessary amenities and features for a short or longer stay. Excellent value. Staff is warm, friendly and very attentive. Very clean hotel that tries hard to be as accommodating as possible. Very good breakfast including an omelette station! Areas that were less than excellent - tv service, space in the room was tight (especially bathroom area), rainfall shower (no water pressure), workout room was not very inviting/clean or well appointed. We stayed 5 days as a family of four and it was more than adequate however and these were minor inconveniences.

    Just ok. I’d probably not stay here again as nicer hotels are in the same price range. Seems like they did a cheap remodel. Rooms are not soundproofed as advertised. The shower was weird. Ceiling mounted shower head that most people can’t reach to adjust. There was hair on a bunch of the towels.

    It's an old hotel, and the worst part was the beds; the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. I stayed there with my family, my wife and son, on the nights of December 23rd and 24th, 2025.     Location is great but the room had some discomforts. The shower was dangerously hot even when we barely turned it on. We tried everything including running cold water in the sink to see if it would bring cooler water to the room. I like a hot shower but this one was scalding. Also no way to regulate the room temp. The hvac unit was alternately roasting us out or blowing cold air on us to hold the room at a set temp.

    This hotel was in a decent location and overall was okay for what we needed, but unfortunately we did not have reliable hot water for the duration of our 4-night stay. No one advised us that we would be without hot water when we checked in, but there was apparently a small sign sitting at the reception that was not in sight during our check-in. The advice the front desk staff gave us about trying to let the water run and trying hot water in the evenings instead of the morning still did not work and we had ice cold water the entire time. Additionally, the mattress was incredibly firm so it made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. I typically do not have experiences negative enough to write a review like this but the lack of hot water and the fact that the staff did not properly inform us or send any communication prior to or during our stay was very frustrating. They also suggested that they could move our room but then never followed up with us or tried to offer additional amenities or reimbursement.

    Price & Location - those are the winning aspects of this stay. The original age of this property showed. Being on the 5th floor the water pressure was super low. Hot water, took on average 8 minutes to get just warm enough to get in and wash quick.

    Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable and good layout. Location in the Gulch is excellent for things we were doing. Parking at hotel is a plus in that part of Nashville. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with Tina keeping things stocked and she was very attentive. The omlet station with Daniel was such a treat and he did a great job. We had a bit of trouble regulating the hot water in shower and the heat in room, but will plan to stay here again!

    I wouldn't stay here again for several reasons. First when we purchased on Expedia it said all fees and taxes for our room. We paid; it was nonrefundable. We went inside to get our room to find out there is a $20 a night parking fee. If I knew that I wouldn't have booked this room. I would have added that $ on a different hotel. When booking on Expedia on your phone you can't see that info. Next the beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a piece of wood, worst beds ever. The breakfast was ok not my favorite and they were asking for tips. The hashbrowns were so chewy. This hotel was all about extra money. It wasn't a 9.0 hotel out of 10. Id rank it more in the 7 range if that. The room decor was old. The shower comes straight down from the ceiling and the water wasn't hot long. You had to take a fast shower. They only provide one tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash it may have been an ounce if that. All other hotels now provide bigger bottles. They are very stingy. The beds looked like a teen made them up, covers hanging out. If it was refundable we would have gone elsewhere but it was late and our last night of travel. I figured being a best western the details would have been there but not. Please don't think this is a 9.0 stop! You will be highly disappointed. We had 2 rooms (2 different families} and both agree this was the worst hotel we ever have stayed at. It's also very grey and dreary. There are many other options in town, choose something else.

    It was a great stay except for the linens which we found a strand of hair in one of the pillows and some obvious dirt, stain and dust in several pillows and one of the beds’ bed sheet that we wondered if they had been laundered or changed. We had to call front desk to change all the linens and housekeeping came promptly to change.

    Very friendly breakfast staff! However, there was garbage left in our room from the guests before us. The shower water was scalding hot even on the colder setting, making it difficult to take a shower.

    The staff was fantastic! Everyone waa friendly and helpful! We got to the hotel early, well beyond check in time, but they were great about holding our luggage until we could check out. Good breakfast everyday, and the last day when we checked out at 4 am to meet an early flight they provided us breakfast to go.

    Okay this is a tricky one, the hotel was nice, it was clean. The room staff was very good. Our room was clean and we had extra towels everyday. The breakfast was what it was it was breakfast. The omelette bar was fine too. Everyone work very hard to make us feel at home. The problem was there was no hot water. We checked in on a Saturday and it wasn't fixed until the following Friday. Now mind you it wasn't ice cold. But it wasn't a comfortable shower either. We talked to the front desk they assured us it would be fixed and like I said it wasn't fixed until Friday.

    The hotel is starting to get run down. The bathroom was truly the worst part. Some of our towels had holes and rips on them. The water would be hot one minute and then turn cold the next. The plug that makes the water come down would completely fall out when we turned the water off. Adjustments need to be made before it hurts someone.

    Hotel was okay but our car and several others were vandalized/broken into in the parking lot. The people who did it were visible on the security cameras but police were not notified until we called them in the morning. Our backseat window was completely broken out and both side/door windows in the front seat are cracked and will need replacement also. Our dash cam was stolen.

    It was a great location. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. However, the shower was terrible. Weak water pressure, cool to lukewarm at best.. . We were also charged for parking although we had a handicapped plaque and parked in handicapped spot. Maybe this is the rule in Tennessee, but not in NY. Besides these two issues, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. t.

    The staff was friendly and welcoming especially Sebastian. The front desk staff always had a smile. Breakfast was great.. made to order omelette, waffle maker, fresh coffee and juices. Rooms were clean. Located about a 25 minute walk to all the fun stuff on Broadway and the Gulch. Highly recommended.

    walkable to Broadway bars. Quiet if you had pool side rooms. Could be noisey some nights if you had street side. The flag poles would clang and the motor bikes would speed by. But overall great place to stay. Fabulous breakfast, and great staff.

    Great location for the price. We did walk to most of our adventures. It may be a little far if you are not an avid walker. Not all flat as some maps state. We did enjoy the hop on & off trolley. Hotel was older but nicely kept. Extremely clean. Offers free massage chairs in lobby which we loved after a day of walking. Also offer a very nice breakfast bar managed by Miss Tina who is awesome. Highly recommend.

    Bed was very comfortable. Aircon was good. Breakfast adequate. For one of my showers it remained scalding hot and I couldn’t turn it down at all. Don’t really care for only having the rain shower option.

    The breakfast was a good selection. Every morning they had biscuits and gravy and sausage links, there is also an actual omelette bar with somebody making them per request. The pool was also nice to have. Everyone was very friendly. There are two complimentary massage chairs. Also a nice couple of sitting areas in the lobby. The location is nice, about a half mile or so from Broadway, but in Music Row, so very walkable to a lot of things
