Absolutely the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. Staff was absolutely the best and the breakfast...well exceptional

The Staff was very accommodating. The Garnet room was wonderful! We truly enjoyed the Belle Air Mansion and will definitely be returning in the future.

We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise.

Loved the story hour and historical aspect of the home and experience. Will come again

The Breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff met us as we came in and welcomed us in the morning with breakfast and were very phenomenal hosts. The only recommendation for our room in #13 would be the addition of at least one comfy chair for reading but I do realize space is tight. Overall awesome and will return again soon!

A wonderful respite from the noise and activity of the city! We loved the blooming trees, singing birds, and quiet location. The room and its bathroom were large and comfortable with ample amenities. The breakfast, generous and delicious, was cooked on site and served with Southern grace, plus they were careful to serve me gluten-free items. It was also refreshing to be able to hang out in the mansion and enjoy free water and coffee all day long.

This Inn is fantastic, rooms so quiet I thought I was the only one staying there. Wonderful helpful staff and breakfast is delightful. 10/10 will stay here again.

Belle Air Mansion provided us a wonderful stay. A stunning room and a delicious breakfast. We also enjoyed a morning story time that provided a descriptive tale of the home's history. We cannot wait to return!!!

Very pretty. Well taken care of. Private. Delicious breakfast. Very clean. Good location, quiet. I was cold, and it took us awhile to figure out how to warm up the room (by turning the heater up to 79).

The Building was charming and very nicely decorated. The room was conformable as was the bed. Breakfast was delicious.; Sarah, Kelly, and the staff were tremendous!! No phone in the room to call the staff/ ask questions. Self serve everything is ok but not for 400 a night. No ice other than what the refrigerator made which is not sufficient for 15+ rooms. No luggage racks in the rooms. We had to put our suitcase on the floor.

The facility is beautiful and kept in pristine condition! Our room was perfectly clean and lovely, super comfy bed and bedding. Our only issue was nowhere to put our luggage in the room... We ended up with it open on the floor. The staff were all kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our 2 night stay at Belle Aire Mansion! Everything was top notch! From the moment we walked in, Caroline made us feel so welcome. The house and our room was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. We stayed in the Onyx Room on the second floor. It was such a spacious suite and we loved having the large double sink. There was no noise from any of our neighbors. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and we loved getting to learn about the history of the house during "storytime" after breakfast the first day. Location is wonderful, we were about 15 minutes from downtown and about 10 minutes from the Opry. Would most definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Nashville!

Beautiful place..,stayed in The Hideaway. Very comfortable and loved the old brick. But you do have to walk outside to get to the house/dining room for breakfast. It was raining that morning but we happened to have an umbrella. However, providing umbrellas would be a great idea. Would love to stay again but will stay inside the house next visit.

This B&B is one of the most elegant we have stayed at. The room was very clean, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Each morning was a full breakfast and it was delicious!

Breakfast was very good, think would be better if gave 1hr time slot to have instead of half an hour. Rooms were lovely but very dark-suggest getting one area that has large magnifiying mirror and BRIGHT lighting so can apply makeup in good lighting. Also should have lotion in the bathrooms along with shower curtain. Beyond that, it was a delightful stay and really liked the staff.

If you are staying in Nashville treat yourself to the beautiful Belle Air Mansion! A part of history and southern elegance along with fabulous food make it a memorable stay!

Great place close to downtown and quiet

The place is GORGEOUS! It is situated on a really huge lot with ample parking and easy access to the major roads though it was quite quiet. We loved our room which was very spacious and in a separate cottage. Though the cottage was a duplex, we barely ever heard our neighbors. All the staff are cheerful and eager to be of service - it feels like they have a true love of this beautiful home. They communicated with us via text which made access to them effortless. Breakfast was homemade and delicious with different variations each morning. We had a great stay, no complaints.

This was a last minute booking for us on a quick trip to Nashville. It was definitely a unique stay with outstanding accommodations, breakfast, and service. They communicated well via text. Looking forward to another getaway where we stay more than one night. Amazing.

It’s beside a busy highway

The whole experience exceeded my four friends and myself expectations. The rooms ( we had our own rooms) were decorated to fit in to the mansions decor, Breakfasts were DELICIOUS and different every morning. I had a picnic on the the porch ( it rained ) and the service and food couldn't have been more delicious, friendly and decorated so lovely. The location was so close to everything in Nashville. Not a thing!

Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Mansion was beautiful. Loved that you had a big tub in the bathroom and double sinks! Parking lot was hard to get out of if you were going left. The TV was not situated so you could see it.

I have two things to note (not negatives, just things that I’d like to have paid attention to): 1-there may not be staff available if you show up early. I did this, because I didn’t see the text messages noting check in times/that the hotel may not have staff at all times. I was able to connect with staff on site and leave my bag, but if you’re expecting a very early check in, without previous arrangements-this may be of note. 2-Have cash for tips on hand. I never bring my debit card, and I didn’t have cash. I guess I’m used to seeing QR code tip envelopes for housekeeping and kitchen attendants, and I felt terrible that I couldn’t tip any of the (very attentive and wonderful) staff.

Check in was a breeze. Liked the option of two rooms. Room quiet and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. I liked that our room was in the carriage house because it felt more private. It was very clean and tastefully decorated with a large bathroom. They had a wonderful breakfast each day and went out of their way to cater to any dietary needs. I wish that the room had at least one comfortable upholstered/cushioned chair. There was a wooden bench with some pillows and a small wooden settee, but no actual upholstered chair to relax in. It just would really add a level a comfort. Also I would prefer real glasses and mugs in the room instead of the plastic/paper ones. Given that everything else in the room was so nicely appointed, it just seemed odd to have the plastic cups. Other than that everything was wonderful

The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. I also liked the tour and historical facts about the Mansion given by one of the staff members.

The room was large and comfortable. My husband was pleased with Xfinity, MLB! The huge shower was a bonus. The breakfasts were perfection. The history lesson was an added bonus Fireflies! Another bonus! Nothing

Enjoyed reading in the mansion even though we stayed in the other building. Beautiful decor. We weren't able to enjoy breakfast because of early flight. They left a continental breakfast for us to take on our travels

Had a great stay in the loft room at this property. Everyone was so friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The property is really close to the road so you do have some road noise but the grounds are beautiful and you cannot beat the location if you are going to the grand ol opry.

Check in was easy. We got to the room my wife love it . That all I needed . Nice big bath tub ,walk in shower for me. The was clean and big . The Mansion was very nice and roomy lots of places to sit . The ground nice to walk around . This place is a keep for next time .

The woman that runs the place is very nice. The property is appealing and shifts away from the “run of the mill” hotel. We stayed in the sapphire room. I would warn you, none of the upstairs have central air and the small inadequate window units do not help. We were MISERABLE all night. Would not stay here again.

Loved everything about it! Staff is warm and friendly..The rooms were clean and decorated beautifully.

Rented three rooms. The rooms in the mansion are truly special, however the rooms in the guest house are nice, but you are not staying in the mansion which is what you were paying for so I would avoid these rooms even though they are less expensive.

We stayed 2 nights and wished there was a mini workout room or something, but that wasn't a big deal at all and we knew there wouldn't be one ahead of time. And the cleaning staff didn't replace towels or pick up our room while we were away - which would be a pro or con depending on your personal preference.

The mansion is beautiful, and decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed in the retreat rooms that are not in the mansion. Our room had a musty smell and made my husband pretty sick. I would recommend the mansion getting air purifiers at Amazon and hopefully this would clear up the air in the rooms in the retreat. Other than that, it was a beautiful property.

Belle Air Mansion is a beautiful, unique & wonderful bed & breakfast to spend the weekend with family or a great girls vacation with, beautiful decor & very yummy breakfast. Very spacious & beautiful decorated rooms. We were there during the holidays & the Christmas decorations are stunning. Highly recommended for your week or weekend in Nashville. Plus close to everything you want to see.

This is a beautiful mansion. We stayed in the retreat house instead of the mansion and it was just as beautiful. The staff were very friendly and knew the history of the house. A little tricky to get into if you don't know the area but parking is plentiful. Enjoyed the Ruby Room and the old time bathtub!

Love my stay

We were only in town for one night to enjoy a concert and sadly we missed the breakfast so I am unable to review that. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet and clean. There are no words to describe the houses interior and we cannot wait to return and spend some time exploring more of the mansion!! If I could give this place 12 stars I would!!! Don't pass up this amazing mansion for some impersonal hotel, I promise you won't regret it!!

Easy parking and quiet location. The bed in the Paris room was not at all comfortable. Bed did not feel good to lay on and the pillows were far too thick and firm. I slept without a pillow because it hurt my neck to try to use it. Location is not the greatest, nothing is walkable. One of the older ladies asked if my wife and I (F) needed a room with separate beds.

We lowered the temp on the A/C as soon as we walked in the room. It’s was 74. About 90 min later I called and he said to call 20 min later if not colder. I did not call as I was just too tired. Very hot and uncomfortable night. By morning it was 72, just too warm to put make up on and blow dry hair. Highway noise, just out front but everything else was lovely

The staff was friendly, Sarah, Kelly and Amanda were wonderful. The breakfast was a proper southern treat and we loved having our coffee on the veranda. It was a very relaxing weekend!

Amazing experience! We stayed in the Tiffany Rose room. It was beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. The history and grounds of the Belle Air Mansion were exquisite. We will definitely be coming back!

If you like the details in furniture, historic mansions it’s a beautiful place to visit and the rooms are gorgeous. We had two restful nights sleeping. The planes didn’t bother us or the traffic from Lebanon Road.

This was by far the nicest accommodations my wife and I have ever had! The grounds at this Mansion were lovely and the Mansion itself was decorated old world Victorian and was just stunning. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, otherwise known as bronze tranquility, one of their largest suites and it was awe inspiring! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and Sarah was so attentive and friendly. My wife and I will definitely return and look forward to the next time we get to stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast! If you're reading this review to try to make up your mind if you'd like to stay here or not, go ahead and make that reservation and don't miss out on the sweet time you will have here. P.S. Right around the corner is an awesome little Italian eatery called Mirko's which I would highly recommend as well!

Everything was and looked like, as promised. The staff was very friendly. Sarah went above and beyond to get me my bathrobe and was listening to every small request of ours, like to lower the A/C at breakfast, when we felt cold. Everyone else was also very nice and welcoming. Our room was excellent. We also got to meet the owner and his dog briefly. We love animals. We enjoyed all the old style furniture and paintings. We would love to return the Belle Air Mansion in Nashville, TN some time in the future, when we can.

The hostess was very attenitive.

This one is hard to review because parts I liked and parts I didn’t. We stayed in the loft that was 2 rooms. The main bedroom: It was up a set of stairs that were uneven so we all tripped more than once. One of the pieces of furniture was broken and the bed was the smaller of the two which I didn’t like. The TV was great and the size of the room was good. The second bedroom: This room needs a TV. The furniture was not comfortable to sit on.

The property is located at the intersection of a highway and a busy road, which makes it pretty noisy at times, if sitting outdoors. Good location if you visit Grand Ole Opry, but not too convenient for downtown.

It was excellent, my wife and i would go and stay there again its on the outside of downtown great location for going to Opryland and the General Jackson paddle boat the service was great just enough to let us feel free and enough to be gracious loved the room it was great also.
