Wonderful facility and extremely helpful staff nothing

The property was amazing. It was just 80m from the metro station. Special mention to the host for the amazing stay. They made our stay very easy helping us with what kind of places to visit, helping us with places to eat the best pizza and you could talk to them about anything. There was nothing.

It was a very lovely place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. It is on top Napoli but still close to the center. Good place to stay. The toilet was not that clean. It was a bit disappointment but we were there for only one night so it was fine for us.

Quiet, Clean,Tidy and Safe, in great location for sight-seeing and restaurants with Metro nearby (only 100m). Friendly and helpful staff. Great price and value for money.

Great location and super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and gave us loads of recommendations. Tons of local restaurants to try out nearby! The mattresses could be a bit firmer

Tucked into a quiet neighbourhood of the very bustling city of Napoli, Casa Roger was a place we enjoyed coming back to in the evenings when adventures were done! There were restaurants, coffee shops, markets - metro just a quick walk away. The bed was comfortable, the breakfasts and coffee were delicious, the hospitality was top notch! Ugo went as far as scooting all around the neighbourhood to guide us to the parking garage as we kept getting re-routed or making wrong turns! Driving in Napoli is not for the faint of heart!!

The host (Ugo) was wonderful. Was at the apartment to greet me on my arrival, explained everything I needed to know ref my stay there, and was very informative responding to any questions I did ask. Nothing to dislike. The location was perfect.

A place with soul and purpose! It's a family business and they are incredible hosts. Ugo is just amazing, he just goes beyond all the positive expectations that you can have from reading the reviews, genuinely kind and helpful. Host was amazing, he met us at the train station so we could find the place, gave us recommendations for restaurants and site seeing, it also included a yummy breakfast! He was super helpful when I fell sick and had to get to the a hospital and let us check out late the next day so I could sleep after a long night!

Strategically located 1 min from Materdei station, inside a grand historical building with lots of period features, high ceilings, big windows and marble floors. The property looks out onto the the beautiful gardens and classic Napoli architecture. Casa Roger is one big apartment with entry into the open plan kitchen communal area, expertly renovated and upgraded by Ugo and his son Renato. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Our booking included a bountiful Italian breakfast of sweet pastries and cereals. The father and son duo are super accommodating and gave us all the tips for a great holiday. I hope to stay here again on my next visit! Tips: Parking - there are white lines for free parking however they are often taken already by residents, we arrived late around 10pm and Ugo helped us speak to Maurizio from Stallone Car Park to secure a parking spot. The open air garage is located at Largo Corigliano, 7, 80136 Napoli NA and we had no difficult parking our VW T-Cross. If you arrive early (i.e. when most people are at work) you may be able to find a free parking spot. If you're in doubt about parking, you should book a garage space before your arrival. The Materdei area is well served with many amenities with tabacchi, pharmacy, cafes, bakeries 2 mins from the apartment. There is also a Michelin rated pizzeria 5 mins walk away if you want a late night bite - Ugo’s fave. Metro day ticket costs EUR 4.50, which also includes the funicular if you want to go up to the view point in the city - really good value

Host very helpful. Nice room. Easy to visit Naples centre. I chose this property as it said it had parking. The parking is public on street and finding a spot is impossible. Would not recommend staying here with a car. We got towed which cost us €95 and spoilt our day in Naples.

Ugo was absolutely amazing. He helped with literally everything from directions to get there, parking, and recommendations of everything we should do and visit. Not to mention the phenomenal breakfast that was cooked for us in the morning. His food recommendation was spot on and we had an amazing time. Thank you so much Ugo! Be warned, driving in Naples is extremely challenging for first time Italian drivers!

Clean and nice location Advertised to offer parking. However, only limited street parking which ended up to be unsafe as my rentfl car was stolen. This nessed up my whole trip while adding significant cost and inconveniance.

Loved the staff. They were amazing. Also the room was very beautiful and clean. Loved the window to the garden and the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home ? Pillows and sheets were wonderful. The location was really good, there were a lot of nice little shops within a mile. Also the metro station was practically in the back yard. Delicous italian breakfast (really sweet) in the morning. The pastries were so fresh and soft. A kettle in the room would have been nice.
