Absolutely fantastic stay! Gabriele made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until the day we left. She gave us train line maps and told us to buy the weekly cumana ticket to save money on taxis etc, and sent us long messages on WhatsApp explaining how to get to particular areas, the cheapest ways to get around, restaurants to try etc. Our room was always clean, with croissants, biscuits replenished every day and the fridge filled with water and milk every morning. Gabriele also gave us a lift back to the airport on the day we were leaving! The destination is wonderful; close to easy transports and train lines, many wonderful, authentic Italian restaurants and provides easy access to beaches via the train line. A great stay made even better by wonderful people. Thank you, Gabriele and team :) Nothing.

Location, helpfulness of the host, cleanlyness
-
Cosy terrace, clean rooms, spacious bathroom. We have stayed at the room with a private external bathroom which is apparently located between the common area for all other guests nearby coffee maker, which made commute to bathroom problematic and unpleasant as you need to dress up and lock/unlock two doors. Furthermore, the area is noisy (metro in front, trains behind the building), so it may not be suited for light sleepers.

I liked the availability of public transportation in front of the property. The neighborhood was not as appropriate due to a lot of noise from the street late at night

Clean, comfortable, warm environment and the dearest staff ???

The place is in a good area, Busses and trains are there for commute , but its in a more relaxed atmosphere that the area offers. The owner and her daughter was especially nice and nice and helpful by phone and by massage, they were there to assist us with our of our questions and wishes.

A very nice, clean room, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom as well is clean and modern, everything works well. The self check-in is explained thoroughly and the host can be reached quickly, if there's questions. The location is great, if you're attending a match on Stadio Diego Maradona. The bathroom being on the other side of the common area corridor is a minor inconvenience, since you need keys to open and lock both doors. The balcony faces the road and the traffic can be heard inside the room, but with earplugs it's no problem even on a Saturday night.

The staff esa amazing, very supportive with anything I needed. They did run the extra mile to help and I am so thankful for that. That support overcomes the less positive things. The location was very convenient to get to mostra d’oltre mare. The building is a bit old and the surroundings weren’t very pretty.. the pics in booking look considerably better that reality. The place is clean but a bit old in general.

Great location and helpful staff. Totally satisfied with my stay here. Recommend.

The food and cold drinks were amazing after a long day of travel - great addition. Wished the towels were washed during the 3 day stay and the croissants were delivered earlier in the morning.

The place is very nice, it has a lovely view of the street and the sunset, the host is wonderful, you are provided with everything you might need( water, milk for coffee, coffee capsules, some sweets and croissants) and any other requests you might have. The place has some thin walls and if the neighbors are noisy you can hear them. The location is one bus stop away from the beach but you can t walk there because you have to go trough a tunnel that can only be crossed by bus.

Nice staff, room clean Loud, no air conditioning, had to sleep with door open Terrible traffic.

The location was perfect as we needed to be close to the Maradona stadium. The room was clean and very well lit. The air-conditioner was too small for such a room so at night we felt a bit hot.

absolutely nothing, not even the location. My wife and I are never coming back to Naples. My wife and I recently got married on May 7th, 2023. We decided to fly into southern Italy for our honeymoon. We visited various places and then decided to fly out of Naples, Italy, to Paris. We drove for 2 hours and 55 minutes from Polignano to Naples. Upon our arrival in Naples, we wanted to take a quick shower. Inside the bathroom, we found a disgusting, moldy shower, a rusted shower head with water flowing from above, and a filthy toothbrush holder. I'm sorry to say this, but the place was a dump. It was abysmal and honestly dampened our last day of honeymoon experience. To anyone looking to fly into Naples and stay in an Airbnb, please avoid this place at all costs. It is very dirty and run-down, and honestly, we were scared there might be bedbugs. There elevator door does not open manually and it feels like it could brake down anyway as well as graffitis all over the walls of the building.
