Private apartment with a stunning view of Garibaldi Station and Mount Vesuvius. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and major tourist attractions. The breakfast could be improved.

The location and the view The zone is not too good, but a few steps of the centre

Good location, near Garibaldi Station. Clean room - we had the Sorrento room with balcony and fantastic views of Mount Vesuvius. Comfortable bed. Basic bathroom but all clean and functional. Option to have breakfast on the balcony.. freshly prepared pastries every morning. Owner onsite very friendly and helpful. Outside area is a bit scruffy but all part of the Neapolitan experience in my view so not really a negative! Felt safe, nonetheless.

The view is perfection! I never imagined we would have such a beautiful view at the price we paid. The hosts are so kind, they really made us glad we stayed there. If we come back to Naples we will stay here again. The location is so convenient too, with a great grocery store steps away We didn’t realize until we got there but the washroom is shared and outside our room. Still, it was very clean.

The room was not anywhere near the photos on my reservation, the towels smelled like they were put away wet in my grandmother wardrobe, the bed was not comfortable at all... it is my fault as I never book B&B, needed something close to the train, which it is, and something cheap, which it was, gotta say the man who gave me the room was super kind, good host, however, the place around the accommodation felt super dangerous, the room, the bed, the towels, the "hood"

Nice view. Manager is nice. No wifi at night (shut off), 10 cents to ride elevator, poor mattress, rough area, candy/cake breakfast.

Actually, the rooms were very clean. I didn't expect that with this price they would do every-day cleaning. Recommended! The air conditioner was very noisy and during the night produced strange sounds (I thought it would get burned)))

We couldn't stay at the property because there is no reception, the owner was 50 km away, so at first I told them I was arriving at one hour and then I decided to change my train to arrive earlier, making it difficult for me to wait until they came to the city. They were very nice and tried to came back quickly but the neighborhood made us feel uncomfortable for waiting ( we felt it was dangerous ) so we decided to look for an hotel and book another room.

The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location is also very convenient — close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return. Thank you for everything ?

It’s clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff was extremely unreasonable. I asked to keep my luggage safe while I waited for the check in time and they told me just to leave it on the floor by the front door. There is no reception or permanent supervision there and the front door is left open during the day. I asked if there was another place, and the staff made a big drama, repeating that I was offending them. And they repeat and repeat such claim and left me talking alone without allowing me to explain. I was simply concerned with the safety of my belongings because the building is shared with other users and I had a laptop inside the bag, while they were arrogantly claiming they know better and not even trying to understand me. The apartment is located in a very filthy neighbors, with trash dumped on the street everywhere and many homeless. Not the best area in Naples. The apartment is on the 12th floor with a single slow lift that may required 0.10 EUR to operate. It’s called B&B Belvedere but there is no view, just to the taller building in front. I would reconsider the choice.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. The place is very centrally located and the bed was comfortable. The view was AMAZING. I slept with my curtains open so I got to catch the sunrise over Vesuvius. So gorgeous and great value for the money Nothing

The hosts at the b&b were amazing. Such lovely people, very welcoming and helpful. I felt very safe here, and the property was in a great location. If I come back to Naples, I would definitely stay here.

Everything was good

The view from the room corresponded exactly to the pictures and was absolutely amazing (the sunrise... !), the welcome by the host was absolutely great and warm and they were very reactive to messages when I arrived/left. The explanation were clear. The room was colourful, comfortable, really adequate to stay more than one night, I guess. It is just a small small small detail but that could be maybe improved: i personally found that it was a bit called in the bathroom (the shower water was not so great and the bathroom was called), but this is maybe a personal opinion.

The Nice owner is Giro. Close to railway station. Nice views of Vesúvio from some rooms ( Not mine unfortunately). The weird Porter.

The owners were very friendly and open. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious (sweet). I was given hot water on request. The building is old and not pleasent but the hotel itself pretty and very clean. A kettle in the kitchen or in the room would be great.

Great location (but not plush). Lovely owner. Incredible view of Vesuvius. Rooms (?converted apartment) are on 12th floor of old building. Need to call owner when at entrance gate Nothing really. Was very basic but that didn’t matter.

The location is directly near the station but the area is not the nicest - I did not have any issues though
