The room was comfortable and clean, Alessandro was very helpful The room was cold the whole time, even after we adjusted the temperature on the air conditioner. The exterior entrance door jammed twice in a row, and we had to call the staff to open it for us. I have to admit, that Alessandro was very helpful and came to our aid immediately.

Super clean, very nice and safe neighborhood. Well connected with all transportation, and close to cafes and restaurants. Linda and Alessandro were really helpful and kind. My room was very comfortable, great place for my days in Nápoles.

The place is immaculately clean, great location, all amenities very close, subway, buses, safe and very quiet. I travel alone so safety is my number one concern and I felt very safe. Everyone was always available to help. I would stay there over and over again. Thank you and my best wishes for health and continued success. I did not like to leave Napoli ?

Breakfast included with clean room One of the female staff was looking at me somehow and was asking me name rudely.
