Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The property smelled strongly of marijuana, and there were cockroaches in the room. The conditions were unacceptable and not suitable for guests, especially families. After reporting these issues, the front desk staff told me that I could cancel the reservation and that I would be refunded. Based on that information, I left the property. However, later I received an email stating that they would not honor the refund. I felt misled and very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it.

I made a last-minute reservation through Expedia and arrived late at night after a long, exhausting day. At check-in, another guest was telling the front desk that her room had cockroaches. The staff responded, “there is nothing I could do, I have no other room,” and told her to leave and contact for a refund. That response alone was shocking and concerning, but given how late it was and the lack of other options nearby, I decided to stay for the night. Once I got to my room, it was clear it had not been properly prepared. There was no soap—I had to go to the front desk twice just to get it. There was no hairdryer, no proper blanket, and even the towels were incomplete (only one small towel when there should have been two). The next morning around 9am, I was woken up by loud banging on my door. A staff member questioned why I was staying in the room and asked what time I checked in. I explained that I arrived late the night before and received the key from the front desk, but it was obvious there was internal confusion on their end. At checkout, when I brought this up again, the front desk denied any issue and claimed everything was correct, contradicting what their own staff had just done. When I asked about standard room setup, they confirmed items were missing, yet also casually said that blankets are “not always provided,” which is unacceptable. Do not recommend as it smelled bad and no amenities. Sheets were clean and bed comfortable enough. Won’t be back.

Roaches everywhere in the room.

When I finally got to my room, I noticed a roach crawling across my door. The room was 60 degrees with the AC unit blasting cold air. I tried to turn on the heat, and it didn't work. My TV remote also didn't work. I noticed that when the room warmed up, it smelled. They put me in a handicap room, which I did not request. The shower head was just hanging on a hose. There was no place to hang it. I requested a different room, they told me that it had to be another handicap room. If I wanted a regular room it was a $400 up charge. Truly a terrible excuse for a hotel. Run don't walk away from this hotel.

Close to Naples Downtown. Facilities were dated, bed wasn’t comfortable, other guests were loud and experience was terrible due to all noises. Hotel was full of weird people. Front desk guys were rude.

I have traveled a lot during my professional career, stayed in lots of hotels, this one without a doubt is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
-
I struggled to turn the light on in the room, I kept having to flip the switch and button in the bathroom.

The person at the front was very helpful and kind. I got to my room and it was exactly what I needed for the night. The bed was very comfortable. The room was the perfect temperature. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect. I struggled to turn the light on in the room, I kept having to flip the switch and button in the bathroom.
