Room was in bad condition and staff was not helpful. The property finally admitted that they were about to shut down for a complete remodel. Please be certain a complete remodel has been completed before you would ever consider staying in this property.

Was about to close for renovation, many staff were being let go...reflected on the service and amenities

Overall, clean hotel with nice facilities. The only negative was some broken glass in the balcony pierced my daughter’s foot so we have to male an early drive to the grocery store for first aid stuff. Hopefully they check the balconies real good so it won’t happen to somebody.

Incredible stay, resort was amazing! Will stay here again

The hotel is nice. It doesn’t have a coffee shop outside of the restaurant. Our suite was pretty under stocked with plates and cups. For such a big hotel, I would have thought there would have been more going on.

Location All was good

They charge $28 for a buffet, but it is a continental breakfast with only few options and very slow service.

The place was closing so we were there for the last two days in operation. They were out of many things to eat and drink as the staff told us once they run out it doesn't get replaced because of the planned closure for remodeling. Also the kids wanted to use bikes but the bikes were picked up. We feel we should get a discounted rate

The pools are warm and wonderful along with all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Love that there are bikes to borrow and beautiful neighborhoods to walk.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great. Pools were wonderful. Loved the nature walk to the beach. Staff was very polite and attentive. Very peaceful there. Would come again. Was a bit pricey to stay there. Nothing else honestly.

Breakfast was good, especially server Fanfan! Breakfast should be included in the price! This hotel should really offer more for the price we paid. Nothing was included, we even paid for parking the car, daily price.

The front-line staff are the MAIN reason to consider this resort. At the pools, at the beach, cleaning the rooms... those people are the heart of the resort. Now sadly, we had the EXACT SAME room (suite actually) we had a year ago. We had about 7 items that were broken or malfunctioning (such as one sink tap, the main bedroom AC, the entry doors, the ice machine on the floor) and we were disappointed that exactly 1 year later, every item was still broken or malfunctioning. We can't help but surmise that since they were planning a major renovation, they decided to disrespect their guests and not fix a single broken or malfunctioning item reported in the last year before the planned renovation? We're on the fence about whether or not to return for a 4th consecutive year. We feel terrible that the people who really make the resort are going to be let go, without any severance, for about 9 months? I hope they can hire them back, or find people of similar character and abilities.
