Bed is a little hard

Check in was smooth. Friendly front desk staff. Great breakfast and helpful breakfast room staff. Room was clean and well-serviced. Probably could have paid more attention to directions, but took an unintentional roundabout tour (with our luggage) through the neighborhood to get to the hotel, which is next to the train station.

Room was clean and quiet. Proximity to train station was perfect for my trip. The shower was somewhat in need of repair, but for short stay worked out fine.

The location was good The AC didn’t work until I went down and they turned it on manually. Then I waited for THIRTY MINUTES while the guy at the reception area was no where to be found. Beds were very uncomfortable. My least favorite hotel in Italy by far

Location was really good. You can access directly from the station without walking outside. If your stay is a kind of transit or you intend to make a day trip by train, this is the place for you. Breakfast was nothing special but good enough. Nothing I didn’t like
-
The lighting in the room was dim. No tissue. Not enough electrical outlets. We thought there was a restaurant attached, but it was only snacks and pastries. There weren’t many places to eat nearby. We arrived early evening. No porters! No glasses of any kind.

What I liked was the proximity to the train station. You can walk right off of the train and walk within minutes to the hotel. I wish they had more places to hold or hang your clothes in the bathroom. I also wished they had continued with a glass door into the shower as when you took a shower, The water went all over the bathroom. Also the shower floor was very slippery. I was concerned that I would fall.

The breakfast was lovely and they gave us a to go bag for the pastry as we were in a rush all 3 mornings. Staff were great and resolved our light not working issues promptly.

Property was affordable and right next to the central train station making it easy to get everywhere. The staff were very helpful and booked taxis for us in the early hours and helped us with questions regularly. By going the cheaper option you get some negatives. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every word said in the rooms adjoining. The room wasn’t clean with mould and smelly towels. The bed had single sheet and the pillows were very thin. No extra bedding in the room, but to be fair we didn’t request any and I’m sure they would have been supplied. It was just a stop over so we could go to Pompeii, so for that it wasn’t the worst place. The area around the station isn’t as nice as central Naples.
