City centre and easy to walk anywhere The iron was not working when I asked for a iron for my clothes

The hotel is in a very good location, 2 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Naples and another 2 to the historic centre. You truly feel the vibrant city that Naples is by staying at Skyhouse Duomo. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, ultra modern apartment. Loved the big door on the street with the little pedestrian door inset. This leads you to the authentic, rickety, old lift which takes you to the 4th floor. The guy in charge is friendly and informative and speaks a little English. The breakfast is buffet style and has everything you need to start your day. No fried breakfast though. I highly recommend this accommodation. N/A

It was my third time here and, once again, everything was pretty good. I love the location of this place and how clean and big the rooms are.

It was in a good central location,with two metro stations within 7 minutes of walking,restaurants and bars within walking distance the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would have liked was breakfast running for an extra hour apart from that every thing was perfect.

The bed was terrible, the mattress is very worn out with a divot and needs replacement.

The shower was broken, it has been uncomfortable because we couldn’t take a shower after a long hot day. The bath carpet and one towel were dirty Location

Location. Assistance with getting a taxi. It’s a worn place. Bathroom-shower area needs attention as well as towels & sheets. The sofa was stained & bed cover needs replacing. The room needs a good upgrade and replenishment of items.

Chose this place because close to Duomo, and for walking exploring Naples. We had a Clean, quiet room with self catering facilities if we had wanted to eat in our room, it had a little kitchenette with kettle, hob, sink, saucepans. lovely coffee made for us for breakfast in the smart communal diningroom and very helpful concierge on duty at breakfast in the mornings.Room was made up daily with clean towels etc as needed.. The weather was wet the first 5 days of our week long stay, we needed hooks on the walls and doors to hang wet coats , also more places to hang wet towels to dry and of course, needed somewhere to hang our socks underwear etc to dry, there wasn't enough provision for these needs. The breakfast was slightly disappointing because where was the lovely Neapolitan Bread and croissants?! Never saw any, no fresh fruit and no plain organic yoghurt, no eggs, only highly processed factory made stuff on offer...there was packaged ham and extruded style cheese and sliced industrial bread..and sugary sweet industrial factory yoghurt low fat., but full of sugar.

The room looks nice but looks are deceiving. Everything. The location was terrible & in a scary neighborhood. You have to contact the property before check in as there is no one ever at front desk. Before checking in, we were told that the AC was broken and it was being repaired. We were offered a smaller room which we refused. We then had to wait until after 4 PM to check in due to this. The beds are uncomfortable & the bathrooms were not cleaned the best. Cheap bottle of shampoo & a body wash was left over (not even new). We were not offered new towels and we were to nervous to ask due to how terrible our entire experience was. Because change of plans, we had to add 1 extra person to the room and we asked for nothing from the desk. However this seemed to be an issue? The host was simply plain RUDE and kept messaging us multiple times through whats app. When we left the room, the staff watched us (3 young girls, ages 19-23) from the balcony. Made us uncomfortable and gave us a feeling of not even wanting to go back to the room. We could not wait to check out. We did not even get up to eat breakfast because how uncomfortable we all felt because of the hosts. If you are young girls traveling, I do not recommend this place. They are not understanding & are plain rude. Very disappointing. -0/10

The owner was really friendly and welcomed us immediately. The communication in advance was really clear and he responded also in between if you needed anything. The location was perfect. Not to far from the mainstation and center. We took a taxi with freenow. The bathroom had some mold... They should let it check for any kinda ventilation because I didn't enjoy showers or bathroom because of the mold.
