Proximity to ports. Supermarket, restaurants nearby. Room was clean, AC and TV worked as it should. The room was on 3rd fl with no elevators. We are 2 seniors over 65+ and had to lug heavy bags and suitcases up tight stairs. My wife had to stop on 2nd floor just to rest each time. Outside was noisy with residents or neighbors talking loudly late into evening.

Dry clean and modern Access to the property wasn’t fully disclosed. The shower cubicle was far too small for the average adult

Location was lovely, bed was comfortable There are 3 flights of narrow stone stairs to go up to et to the room. If Id have known that,, I wouldn't have booked it due to mobility issues.

Centrally located First of all, the uneven stairs to get to the room were awful. The breakfast is taken in a coffee shop nearby and the the sink in the toilet was almost falling.

Great location Size of the room was great Breakfast, really friendly people The room is light when you try and sleep due to a strip of light next to the door, you need an eye mask else you won’t sleep! When booking it said daily housekeeping but this didn’t happen

While the room itself is very big, the bathroom is a bit tight and the shower even tighter. I am 5 foot 7 and just fit in it. Not suitable for anyone much bigger.

The location The room has not been cleaned and the towels has not been changed for the whole time we were there.the coffee machine was not working . The fan in the bathroom was very noisy.and there are so many steps to climb up to get to the flat and with big suitcases it is impossible

It doesn't have an elevator  and a lot of stairs to go to your room.

The room was clean, bed comfortable People need to know about the 45 steep stairs to get to the room especially older, unfit people with luggage! Daunting.

large comfortable bed, big room, very spacious. bathroom was tiny amd water pressure was weak. hot water was not constant. overall the property is good! On my last day, they started knocking the door at 10.15 to checkout when the checkout time was at 11.00. and came back 2 more times within next 40 mins. i found it quiet rude and un hospitable! further, you will be asked to pay in Cash on arrival. You can pay by card but you will have to give the card details over a call.

Inside the room was OK. Just don't look out the window. The surrounding area was very dirty, unkept, Lots of trash. Like a third world country. But, most of Naples is like that. 3 flights of very steep, narrow stairs to haul the luggage up and down. It's a small private apartment and nobody was there to let us in, dispite me telling her exactly when we would arrive. Finally got help from the brother of a friend of the owner to help us out. Very bad experience.
