The host was amazing and offered to help me with my luggage and the elevator. The WiFi works very well. There was a lot of hair in the sofa bed. I brought it to the attention of the host, and then the housekeeper still didn't clean all of the hair.

The shower leaked in the bathroom but we managed to find a way to avoid it.

We stayed for a three day trip at Palazzo Della Porta B&B. The room was perfectly located, very major attraction was accessible by foot. Super comfortable ans not noisy at all, despite being in a vivid quartier. The host, Gianluca was very kind and gave us a lot of local recommendations. Communication was super easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back one day. -

Comfortable room, spacious, loved having a large window to enjoy, great location to get around the city. Friendly owner gave lots of information about Naples. Qi will definitely stay again. It’s minor but I’m patite! No reachable hooks for wet towels and hangers to hang my clothes. But I make due.

The attention to detail and the welcome that we got was amazing! Gianluca waited for us to arrive, helped us settle and everything was just fantastic. A must stay for anyone who visits Napoli! Nothing to be honest - everything as amazing. Breakfast can have more variety but to be honest, who doesn’t love a croissant, orange juice, and coffee as a quick start to their day!

The room was lovely, very clean. We got a cot for the baby. Breakfast was at the nearby cafe and it was really good. Great location.

OMG! We loved everything about Palazzo Della Porta! Even the tinny front door :) Gianluca at the property is the friendliest guy! He recommended what to see, and where to eat, and booked a lovely restaurant for us. The location is perfect, close to everything. I hope to be back sometime soon!
