Good location in the heart of Naples The courtyard and gate entrance looks a bit scary at first, but the hotel is fine when you get up to it.
-
Excellent location, clean room, organized and good breakfast The entrance of the building like under construction and lack of signage to find the door control pad
-
The staff, the location and the room was perfect for the 3 of us.
-
Breakfast was not included in my rate, so I did not eat at the hotel. There was some mold in the bathroom and as a result the room had a musty smell to it.
-
Excellent location and excellent Facilities. The staff were courteous and very informative. The place is also very clean, and very quiet. I highly recommend!
-
Location Difficult to control the temperature of the room. Lots of street noise on the back side. I know they can’t control it though.
-
The location is perfect, very central. Close to central station and few minutes to reach the airport. Staff very friendl

Location is amazing, right at the heart of the historic center. Rooms are very spacious. The front desk team is courteous and welcoming. They even helped me with my luggage, special thanks to Ravi. One of my favorite place to stay while in Naples.

The location of this hotel is great. Right in the central area where the tourist attractions are in walking distance. We had breakfast there once. It was average. There were choices of fruit, yogurt, pastries, and scrambled eggs. The staff would bring you coffee or tea. (there is a good pastry shop right near the hotel, just be careful, you either order at the counter and then take the food and beverages out or eat standing up, or sit at a table and be served with a fee for sitting). Make sure that they know when you are coming so that someone is there to let you in. You are provided with a code to enter the building and your room, but they have to let you in the first time to provide you with the code. There is no lift. You have to bring your luggage up stairs yourself, and walk up and down the stairs each time you go out. The bed was not very comfortable. We didn't sleep well at this B&B unfortunately.

Excellent Location, spacious and clean room, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Having the rooms in the first floor with no elevator. But we already know that as the hotel management informed us before we check in so it’s ok.

The rooms exceeded our expectation with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent right right in the heart of spaccanapoli touristic historic center. We had a great walk through spaccanapoli to via toleda shopping street. A great way to explore the area. Would reccomend Nothing really

Marta, at the front desk, was fantastic. She helped me with taxi arrangements for after the Opera and texted with me at around midnight to make sure I made it back safely. She helped me with Pompei train and tour tickets as well as taxi transport to the airport. She also suggested very good restaurants. She made navigating Naples easy. The hotel location is ideal and very clean and neat. The entrance from the street is unattractive.

We have been travelling all over Italy for the last 10 days. This is our #1 accommodations location so far, no question. Very clean, high value for the price. No complaints

Great breakfast spread. Mario and the rest of the Hotel staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. One of my favorite places to stay when I am in Naples. The stairs - not the hotel's issue though.

Nothing.

Rooms are very spacious, very clean with all the amenities needed. Staff is amazing and very helpful, great breakfast if you’d like a break from tradicional italian breakfast. (Don’t be scared by the entrance!) Bathrooms should have an update. It felt a bit dark too. Not suitable for people with heavy luggage as there are 2 large stairs level to climb. Also on a ZTL zone and parking is a bit challenging (as in all Naples)

The location was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. A few blocks away was the main thoroughfare. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating. No elevator to the hotel from the ground level. Thirty two steps up. No big deal unless you have a 45 pound suitcase. ? Inside the entry gate to the main building is a bit dirty.

Location Service

The staff (a girl) was nice and kind. The room is big enough. The location is very handy. The "smart" system can be tricky at first, but once you get it, becomes useful. The hardest pillow I have ever tried in my life. The window does not completely close, so we lacked noise cancellation from outside. There is no view at all, just the wall of the front building, about one meter away. So barely natural light.
