Our stay at the San Pietro was very enjoyable. All aspects of the hotel were well run and the staff was great. The breakfast was served in the rooftop cafe and patio. The food was excellent and the cafe/patio beautiful. The location of the San Piettro allows you to walk to a good many sights in the older part of town. Restaurants are nearby and even though the hotel is in a busy section of town, our room was quiet. We would stay there again.

Uncomfortable bed. Seemed like a very rough area.

Surrounings were a bit rough. The distance to old town was 2 km, so a bit long.

The customer service was the absolute best of any hotel we have ever stayed at on a global basis! The city is very dirty and graffiti is everywhere!

One of the employee was very rude. Who made racial remarks “ Go back to your country” - He came knocking to my door in-spite of placing “Do not disturb” sign, in the name of fixing wifi access to my phone. He grabbed my phone & made racial remarks. VERY DISTURBING! DISAPPOINTED!! So far the issue has not been addressed by hotel employee nor Booking.com !

The location on the edge of the historical district was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and being able to have breakfast outdoors on the terrace was a plus as was having a glass of wine at the end of the day on the small but inviting rooftop.

Location. Though it was convenient to railroad station and cheap ride to airport, Naples, itself, not very clean.

Good location, great breakfast, huge nice bathroom. Quite a nice quality place, well decorated in addition to very roomy bathroom as well. Bed felt pretty basic.

It was literally walking distance to the train station. And also in the heart of the city. The staff was amazing. I lost my wallet in my the taxi cab. They called the cab company and arranged to have it returned to me. They allowed me to come and go freely as I was coming from San Francisco so my jet lag was horrible but they made me feel right at home. Balcony to overlook everything and breakfast was always good!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Nice breakfast selection. Comfy bed and good hot shower. We loved staying here. The location is close to the main railway station but is a little out of the way and looks a bit out of place in that neighbourhood.
