Shower and bathroom were slippery. In fact, I fell & hit my head in the shower on the second day of our 2 week trip. I highly recommend that staff include some grips on the floor or handles inside the shower. Please be careful!

Napoli was a very pleasant surprise...inexpensive, lots of history/ adventure/ excellent Italian shopping. Worth the time in Italy!

Location is good - walkable distance from metro, railway station, good pizzerias/restaurants nearby. The room is clean, has 2 big double beds (+ a small additional bed if needed), which are separated from each other with a long table zone. In addition, the small kitchen area with all the necessary accessories is available, with a big fridge. Air conditioning is working fine. The room has a Smart TV and good WiFi. Personal is very friendly and polite, they answer all your questions and try to help if needed. Automated laundry service (laundromat) is available just 50 meters up the street.

It's a little too run down for the price, our room smelled a bit humid, which for a different price range might have been understandable. Breakfast was ok, but just ok. I'd say overpriced

The location was very good - close to the train station and also just on the edge of the historical area. The room was huge! Two big double beds and they were very comfortable.

Missing facilities like sitting chairs, safe door locker and minimum sound proofing. Claudia at the reception was a great hostess and beyond expectations of her role.

Location, approx 10 mins walk to main train station and Naples old town. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel room bit tired so could do with some tlc

The location was fabulous. Staff were helpful and room was spacious. Breakfast included was a real bonus. Would recommend.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, but the staff working and serving breakfast could have had a friendlier approach. We stayed in spacious and modern room for four. The double bed was very comfortable, but the bed sofa is maybe more appropriate for young children since it was very soft. In the evening we found a nice restaurant/bar just behind the hotel and the famous pizzeria Da Michele is just around the corner too. Over all we are very satisfied with our stay and it was close to the central station which was good since we had a train to catch the next day.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean. At reception at the entrance receptionist sayede breakfast included. after breakfast they said''sorry not included 10€ per person. Receptionist offered taxi to the airport. She guaranteed 20€ but the taxi driver asker more money in the airport.Needed to discuss about Prime and still we payed more than promised Hotel is aday from Touristic Charming points of the city. minimum 2,5 km.
