Price location and helpful manager The bathroom had a step up and small shower which was dangerous for my 93 year old mother to use also the electric fuse blew when we were making coffee and we had to wait to get in touch with someone to come and turn the electric back on

We were unable to arrive early, they gave us the option for self check in, the location is great, a good restaurant pizza just next door, the installations are fantastic and the staff is so friendly and kind, we'll come back again

Perfect location, just near the Spaccanapoli 'street', but not on it, so it's not that noisy. A cute little cheap BB, with very friendly staff. It was the perfect stay for a couple of days. Also I have read that many places you can book are in a scary/shady location.. it's NOT the case for this one. It's very small, just like a hotel room, but with an even smaller bathroom. Some things are broken or seem dirty, but nothing critical. Thin walls maybe, you can hear when neighbours are arriving home. BUT for this money at this location, I can't be critical of this place.. maybe if you plan to stay for more days and spend more time in the room, it's not a good match, but for us, who only stayed a couple of days, visiting what we could, only staying here for sleep/rest, shower, etc, it was absolutely perfect.

The location. In the historic center. AC did not work and the staff did nothing to help when we told them. We were staying 2 nights and the AC was only restored for the 2nd night! Our first night was a nightmare, boiling hot. Especially for our 11month old baby who couldn’t sleep. We opened the window but the noise outside was unbearable. Beds are really uncomfortable and the shower is filthy. WiFi wasn’t reaching our room properly. Needed to stand by the door to browse the internet. Will never stay there again. Too overpriced.

Appartement is close to the city center, Nice receptionist. Breakfast is onl caffe with croaissant. Air condition is not working well, not enough for the summer days. Overall cleanliness not sufficient.

We loved the room, it was really close to the city centre. The keys and codes they gave us to enter the building worked perfectly. It was better than we were expecting! It was impossible to contact staff, we couldnt leave our bags there even tho they said up front we could. We tried texting and calling to the phone number they gave was, no one answered anything, im still waiting for a response, if we had needed help with anything, no one would have been there.

Great location. Clean and tidy. They let us early check-in. Wi-Fi was so bad. It's not possible to connect at the room.
