The property was modern and decorated very nicely. The hosts were hospitable! The shower was hard to work. The elevator was very small and there were so many steps up and down to get inside and to the elevator to get to the property we were staying in.

Mold, dusty air conditioner, broken pipe & listening to dripping water all night long.

There was no internet for 3 days, also we booked a room with tween beds with a balcony, but they gave us a little bigger room with one bed and no balcony.

Hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Provided us with information about the local area, transport and places to go. Room was impeccable and facilities clean and very well kept. Definitely would recommend this place and would use every time Nothing.

We had a basic twin room with 2 small single beds for mother and daughter with dmall ensuite. The hosts were friendly. No cooking facilities but a lovely shared space to make a coffee or tea. It was very close to the railway station so ideal for us for the 1 night we were there.

Marcello and Emilia were very helpful and super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and we had always hot water. The apartment is really close to the train station and metro.

The property was very secure and safe, off the road which didn’t feel too safe. Very easy to get to the main train station which was ideal for us. The room was spacious enough for two and everything was very clean. The location was a bit rough! But inside we felt very safe and secure with absolutely no complaints!

Great central location, private balcony, vouchers for breakfast Our room was the smallest and was located at the entrance, with only a sliding door. It had zero soundproofing and didn't feel very secure. People checked in at 11pm and it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud.

Well designed and decorated, well priced rooms which provide a convenient place to stay in Napoli. Very helpful owner, who stayed around to let us in when our plane was delayed and we didn’t get there until around 12.30am The beds were a bit on the hard side for me, but everyone has their preference, so just for info.

Breakfast was perfect! Really friendly little cafe a few doors down. Location a bit rough around the edges but only a few mins walk from station so brilliant for us Quite difficult to find!
