The room I booked was not available. In order to get a king bad I needed to downgrade to a standard room next to the elevator and was still charged the premium room price. Staff has. I cares not show any enthusiasm when approached. I’ve had better stays at a Best Western along the highway than this so called upscale hotel in downtown Naperville.

Excellent location on the riverwalk. Extremely clean and well appointed. Parking and unloading was somewhat challenging due to multilevel mixed use parking garage and two different buildings with rooms. Staff was fantastic! A 10% discount offered at some riverwalk businesses is included.

Nice place I stay there often but sadly manangement increases prices when events are going on so hard to stay there. Staying there over 13 years. Never given any perks upgrades etc any time I have been there. But I always enjoy it there and close to downtown

The property at Indigo Hotel is so clean and peaceful. I only had an overnight reservation but it was so beautiful. The Riverwalk,environment and staff won me over! The Ambiance is just so beautiful and relaxing!! I have found a new weekend getaway.

I love this hotel! The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. I just wish they supplied robes. The room amenities were above par otherwise.

Beds were really comfortable, the shower had great flow and temperature, and downtown naperville is beautiful and full of great shops and restaurants. the room had dust and hair in the drawers and under the sofa bed. We stayed a week, so this mattered as we had to put our clothing and personals away. One day we came home at 9:30 at night, and our room was 87 degrees - someone had been in our room and turned the heat on. When we went to the front desk to tell them what had happened a young woman (I think "Lauren") was over the top rude to my wife and I. She was on her phone showing the maintenance guy pictures. We came up, and my wife began to explain what was happening and she cut my wife off and said something like "get to the point, what do you want?" it ended with her telling us she had already comped the night, and there was nothing else she could do. We didn't ask her to comp the night. We were concerned that someone had been in our room, doing things they ought not to have. I talked to the manager, and he was very nice. He said Lauren must have been having a bad day. He asked if there was anything else he could do, and I said it would be nice to get an apology. Lauren was the person who checked us out. no apology. No acknowledgment of any kind. No "thank you for staying with us.". finally, the housekeeping on the weekend was great, but during the week it was bad. They didn't "make" the beds, just kind of smoothed out the covers. The hotel has 'dynamic" pricing which I didn't know about, so some nights were under 300, and one was over 400 They also charge a $25 a night resort fee, which is absurd because there is not a pool or gym, and breakfast is not included (and expensive). It is gratuitous. Over all, if you just want a fun night, I would recommend this hotel. But for long-term stays, don't expect to be treated well.

This was a conveniently located hotel with lots of walkable eating options and easy access to mass transit. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff was cordial and friendly. This will be our home away from home when traveling to the Chicago land area.

We got the room with a huge balcony. I highly recommend! The property was well maintained. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Very close to shops and restaurants.

Mattress was uncomfortable unless you slept in the middle

Disappointing

Do not expect to sleep. Everytime, any room on any floor closes, you hear this loud jarring banging door slam. I was put on a busy floor, with guests constantly coming and going in multiple rooms, which was maddening! Both the front desk and the maintenance guy said it was a common issue, with complaints from many past guests. Apparently, this issue could be remedied, but the operations management has chosen to ignore it. I was moved the 2nd night to another room on a less busy floor even though there was less door slamming, it was still an issue

Parking was great. I would love if you could access your floor from the parking garage instead of going back to the second floor. Also bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. Clean, great view, and staff was amazing.

Best hotel in downtown naperville and the only one downtown. It could do with more amenities and a friendlier staff. Especially for the price. It is definitely overpriced. You pay for the convience of ataying downtown. If you dont care about this, choose another hotel.

The room was lovely and very up to date.

Breakfast is not worth it, room was not very clean (bathroom specifically). Parking is convenient and Staff is nice. Room looked stylish but everything from bed/chairs/coach was super uncomfortable. We stayed on 4th floor and we could hear everything from the restaurant up until 2/3am. Not necessarily what you would expect from downtown Naperville, but overall okay.

The bedding didn’t feel like great hotel bedding and elements of the room looked worn. We had a two queen bed room, and one of the pillowcase zippers was broken. There were a couple misses with housekeeping as well. They forgot to leave an additional roll of toilet paper one day, and didn’t restock the tissue. Overall, I would stay there again. I think the room quality of our specific room could have been better, and I’m sure this was most likely a one off. The location and value were great, and the staff was friendly. Free parking in the garage is awesome too have as well.

It was a most convenient location especially with the cold weather. It was a cold Illinois night and was easy to get to the best restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and free covered parking!

It was a very pretty location with restaurants in walkable distance. The decor of the hotel was pretty. The in room fridge was helpful. The sheets did not fit the beds. In spite of the higher rate of surrounding hotels, the construction was not bettter. The walls in the room and outside were thin. I do not like to hear what is going on in the bathroom, or the hallways.

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff was great. The street noise was terrible and went on until about 3 in the morning. I was not able to sleep.

I received a $250.00 police ticket for parking in a handicap spot, but I AM HANDICAPED

Long line to check in. Later in evening the elevators were not working. Little to no instruction from staff. Water in hotel room was only like warm, not hot (this also happened on our last trip here a month ago). We will not stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!!

We faced north, on the 3rd floor. The windows let a lot of noise in. The bed/mattress was great. However, the frame it sits on has corners that stick out. My wife removed a dime sized piece of shin skin one night. And by the looks of the corner, she wasn’t the first one to do it. We took advantage of the “free breakfast”. But vouchers were only good for $25, which didn’t cover most entrees plus coffee. I will say, the food was very good, as was the service.

Room and amenities are fine. The check in desk is next to the door from the parking garage. It’s a very cold day (below zero temps) making it uncomfortable waiting in line. Then they make you go back to your car to display a parking permit. They should think this through…guests have all their luggage so they have to go to the room and then back to the car. It requires multiple elevator rides. Check in is on the 2nd floor, room was on the 4th floor, car was parked on 3rd floor. Very cumbersome and frustrating, and definitely doesn’t make a very good first impression.

The room was not what I had thought I had booked and the concierge made no effort to check for another room. No ice machine on the floor. Funny smell. No to go coffee cups.the bar tender was hammered.

We got to are room unpacked, everything.Then, we went out for a little bit.Then, when we came back to our hotel room, there was water.Everywhere, in our bathroom, they had to send maintenance to clean it all up.And then after that, they gave us a new room after that everything was great we would stay there again

Thumping noise in our ceiling which was reported and undiagnosed therefore unfixable. I was offered a change of rooms but no suites were available. Love the hotel. 4 th time I’ve stayed there. I was assured that an adjustment would be made on my bill.

Overall, fine. Nice place, close to all in the town. Their people make the stay nice! Maid team nice, efficient and thorough. Bed linens are too small. Seem like queen on a king. Older too, pulls and seams coming apart.

The walkable distance to Sullivan’s Steakhouse from Hotel Indigo was great! We had an excellent River view room to watch the downtown activity.

Everything was great with one exception: for a boutique hotel in a town like Naperville, I would expect nicer bath towels. The ones there were on par with a Motel 6.

This was a great location and the hotel was perfect for what I needed. I usually like to stay in small boutique hotels but this felt more like it. The area and what is available for food and entertainment was great

The hotel is clean and modern. The room was nicely decorated, and the balcony was a nice touch. The location is perfect, walkable to all downtown Naperville restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that I thought $300+ per night was a bit overpriced.

Room was smaller than expected and wasn’t very clean. The floor was dirty. Bathroom was uselessly spacious while the rest of the room felt cramped for a suite. The hotel location is a plus and the staff were friendly.

The shower was excellent, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The only detail that seemed a bit out of place for a luxury property was the lack of soft-close toilet lids; it’s a small thing, but you’d expect it to be standard at this level. The rooftop bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the experience was slightly marred by how humid it was inside—it really could have used better air circulation or some fans to make it more comfortable. Overall, these were just minor issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This seemed like a fancy hotel. That takes pets. Was very peaceful and quiet. Love the murals on the walls. Room was spacious and very clean. Very happy. There was no microwave in the room, but the front desk heated up some food for me. Very nice staff.

Every single thing we planned to do was within a half mile of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel bar was good and comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Some of it was an upscale price but it's for an upscale experience.

My wife and I had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly. I love that is has so many dining options all in walking distance. It takes about 45 mins to get to downtown Chicago which I don’t mind because the hotels there are very expensive and parking is outrageous. I love that this hotel has free parking too. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely book again

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and professional. The room was amazing; it had all of the amenities needed for an amazing evening. The only thing I'd recommend is an upgrade to smart TVs in the rooms. Everything else was fine.

I love the overall esthetics of this hotel… so much detail was placed into it. Very lux and super cute. My kids took so many pictures. Our server was extremely attentive and kind. I recommend 10/10. I’ve been telling everyone about it!

The property is very nice. Not quite in the center of activity so a couple minutes walk to dining, shopping, etc. This is tough in cold weather and parking is somewhat limited in town in general. Friendliness of staff is hit or miss at best.

Our stay at Indigo is great. The hotel is stylish clean , the rooms are cozy and high standard. I love the style and decor. It’s a great place to stay , you can walk to restaurants and enjoy the unique climate of Napersville. It was just one day and night for us but I am sure I will be back .

My experience at Hotel Indigo was great. However, my check in process with the staff was extremely off putting. The gentleman who checked me in did not give me any welcome Information whatsoever. I had to listen to the woman next to him who was checking someone else in to hear about the parking pass, what the hotel has to offer, and other important things I needed for my stay.

You need to explain the key card use in elevators, i found a lit of people list on the elevators. Also need access to a microwave!! Surprised they're not in rooms!
