Reviews

However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of breakfast, issues with room amenities such as air conditioning and toilets, and concerns about the smell in some rooms.

Good value. Stayed 3 nights. Only issue was they didn’t have any milk Saturday morning for breakfast buffet.
- 5/5
Rohan was exemplary, very kind and patient. Everything was spectacularly clean. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure that it had an abundance of choices. Honestly not much. $700 for like 3 nights really isn't bad. The hotel was far from where I wanted to be, but that's more on my end. Other than that just the wifi is the only problem?
- 3/5
The hotel was good, conveniently located and a good price.
- 2/5
We will not be staying here ever again. Our room was dirty, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. Despite numerous requests they did not come clean the room.
- 2/5
Tried to get fresh towels, but staff said I had to coordinate with front desk. Memorial Day there were no plates or coffee cups. Food ran out an hour early. Manager was rude and flippant. Disappointing for a Marriott.
- 2/5
This property is in need of a good upgrade. It was not terribly dirty but could use a little closer observation. Elevator dirty, shower needs a good scrubbing . They do not clean while you are there , they dont notify you of this. The room was missing a iron. The shower door was broke. Breakfast was not so great. Its ok just not great for what you oay for.
- 5/5
I had a great stay in Naperville, highly recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Staff were very professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The weight room could use some updated equipment. The pool could use better chairs and tables, but was a lovely respite for children after a day in Chicago.
- 3/5
The hot water in the sink was barely a trickle-we reported immediately but was never taken care of. There is only one trash can in the room and as the room is only cleaned every other day it was overflowing as were the public trash cans
- 2/5
This hotel is incredibly dated and worn. The hall wallpaper is torn and peeling throughout. The furniture is old. My room smelled like a combination of curry and pot. I had to spray cologne throughout it to make it tolerable. The breakfast was average, but several people complained the waffle batter had gone bad and tasted spoiled. Cheapest brand hotel in the area but now I know why.

We were given a room next to the pool and workout room and it shared a wall with the housekeeping laundry. It was therefore a very noisy room!
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast.

Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. We found the customer to be lacking throughout our visit and our room was not clean upon arrival

The desk clerk was pleasant and provided a very nice little welcome bag with a water bottle, cookies and small bag of chips. Nice, unexpected little touch. The hotel interior was clean and well maintained. The hotel exterior could use a little TLC. Some decent lawn care and landscaping would help a bit as the exterior looked a bit worn and tired. But, overall the interior was much better and, again, the room was clean and comfortable. And, the breakfast was decent. No complaints. I happened to get a very good price for the room so, overall, it was a very good stay and I'd definitely stop back again for a night or two of accomodations.

I booked this room through Expedia, Fairfield inn and suites Naperville IL. I have always trusted Marriott and have stayed at Marriott properties every year for most of my life. I know this Fairfield is not considered one of Marriott’s high-end properties, however, this last stay was far below what I expected from any Marriott property. The hallway walls as you enter the 2nd floor are all ripped up, couch in the lobby has been painted/patched, my room had several wall patches but not painted over to match, dented and dirty lamp shade, old coffee cup left in the shower, and the absolute worst lighting for vanity & shower area and terrible pillows. I had to go to my car to do my makeup before heading to work because it is so dark in the bathroom area even with every light on. The morning breakfast was subpar, waffle maker and hard-boiled eggs looked okay, but I didn’t try them. The rest was stale bread and inedible meat. Overall, I would expect this quality from a motel 6 but never from Marriott property. I've stayed at the Embassy Suites and Hampton both next door to this Marriott, and both were very nice. I would never recommend this place or stay here again. I am extremely disappointed that this would meet Marriott's standards and it will make me rethink any future Marriott stays. I will say that the staff I encountered were nice.
- 4/5
The registration went easy and all the staff I interacted with were very nice.
- 0.5/5
The location was good. Weekend staff made a mistake by giving our room to another party who stated in the room even though all our luggage was there! No apologies, no call from manager (which we were told we would have), ALSO no refund which was requested. Bad experience.

- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Curtain in room was ripped, they said it would be replaced and wasn’t. Did not offer to change room
- 2/5
I had one more day to be there. Once I was moved the room was great this is what I expected in the beginning. I spent 2 and a half days in a frightening situation and miserably 🙃
- 5/5
Yes, breakfast ser up was good
- 3/5
Breakfast was OK. No microwave in room. There was a big hole in the middle of the curtain. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
I didn’t try the breakfast I was at a conference at the embassy suites
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay for routine work trips
- 3/5
Breakfast and parking was good. Easy to find! Staff was always friendly and helpful.

the location is good with lots of restaurants around the hotel and the staff was friendly I felt the room was just barely clean enough. weird marks/stains on the head board of the bed. our mini fridge did not work at all. there was a mega hole in the window curtains.

Very clean and staff (Rohan) was super kind and helpful. Arrived well past check in and he quickly got me checked in. Great location, near a lot of dining and easy in/off with highway.

Breakfast was ok. Location chef kiss right next to major restaurants Toilet had low pressure had to change rooms because the toilet didnt flush. They didnt have extra towels it was like pulling a leg to get 2 extra towels. One lady said they will stock on Sunday basically when we check out. The staff not friendly. Front desk will not greet you. In fact when we went down to exchange rooms for another room with a working toilet front desk clerk starred us down w no words as if it was our fault, but we had just got there. Didnt even sit our bags down to settle in. Not to mention as we were coming down to mention to them about the toilets. Another lady also came down with the same complaint. It just didnt feel like a welcoming hotel. More like A I dont feel like having company this weekend hotel !! I tried getting a refund but there's no number for booking.com. You email them and by time I heard back 3 days has passed and I was already at home.

The pool did not have proper upkeep and the toilet seat needed to be replaced in the bathroom.
- 1/5
Needed much more attentions to the common areas to be cleaned
- 4/5
Very good for the price and close to a lot of nice restaurants.
- 5/5
That bed was a SO SOFT
- 4/5
I checked in
- 3/5
It was a $100 room. Breakfast was inedible. No microwave.
- 4/5
On site parking. Only thing is that I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because front desk was on a phone call in the back and continued while checking me in.
- 2/5
Pillows paper thin, hair on the shower walls, hallway smelled
- 5/5
It was clean, quiet, great location and staff was all super nice and accommodating
- 3/5
Room was clean, well lit, smelled clean, nice size. There were two tvs, one in each area. The dillema we had was that this eas an accessible room but the shower was not accessible. Bathtub had no shower seat in it and the handheld shower did not work. Standing in the shower was hard as I can only stand for a certain amount of time. Sitting on the tub held its own issues as it made it wet and slippery once you got out of the tub. They claimed there was a "transfer chair" but none was provided. I didn't see that claim until after. All in all, it was a very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Very clean and updated.
- 3/5
One of the worst breakfast we ever had.
- 2/5
This was my second stay at this hotel. I was regretting this booking the whole time I was there. The hotel is clearly aged and has not been well maintained. As we entered the hotel, the front desk attendant was standing out front, smoking a cigarette in front of the entrance. As soon as you enter the lobby it is filled with a strong curry odor. The trash cans were overflowing. There was a water dispenser in the lobby, but no drinking cups. When I asked for a digital key, the front desk, attendant said their system was not working. The room itself was clean, but as previously stated, had an aged appearance. Overall, the hotel needs both physically improvements, and also improve staffing and training. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Room stunk like dirty feet and both sets of curtains had major rips.
- 3/5
Hotel was fine. Clean. Staff nice. The pool room was freezing cold, and we were specifically there for a birthday party to swim. When it was booked, they were notified of this, so this was upsetting. Besides that, the hotel was nice for the price. Breakfast was average for a hotel with a lot of nice options.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Victor, was awesome with his customer service. He really help with our extended stay while we waited for our house to close! Awesome job!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Great options for breakfast.
- 4/5
Everything was fantastic except for the polarizing news channel that was on for breakfast was uncomfortable. Young adult men were bickering with older gentlemen regarding the topics, others were just sitting in silence or getting their food to go. Someone must have said something because soon after the channel was changed to sports and the entire room seemed to collectively relax. Conversations started up again, tables started to fill and people seemed genuinely more relaxed.
- 5/5
It seems the parking lot has many cars use it as a short cut to another road. It makes backing out the space hazardous.
- 5/5
Yea
- 3/5
Pool was closed. Staff was less than friendly
- 4/5
Good hotel for the price
- 5/5
Great stay for the price and staffs were very friendly.

- 3/5
The Staff was accommodating. The property is pet friendly, that being said I had concerns about fleas being in the rooms.
- 5/5
front desk was very helpful when we needed something to get the snow off our car.
- 2/5
The hotel was not very clean, sheets had stains, and the overall cleanliness was not good
- 5/5
The room was clean and impressively so! The staff were helpful. When we walked in from outside, it smelled clean and fresh.
- 1/5
They would do better just doing coffee and tea
- 4/5
The TV Remote didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was very low making it hard to rinse. Overall good experience.
- 3/5
The very best part of staying here was without a doubt the staff responsible for breakfast. So friendly, made sure everything was ready for guests, a variety of choices every morning.
- 3/5
Being able to check in when we get there 45 minutes early.
- 4/5
Pool could use some updating
- 5/5
The front desk staff was kind and courteous. He even gave me a goody bag. Room was perfect and clean. I would definitely go back.
- 4/5
Nice and close to everything
- 5/5
Good hotel plenty restaurants of walking distance
- 3/5
I wouldn’t advise anyone not to stay here for any reason but given the options in the area and our experience, we likely wouldn’t stay again.
- 3/5
Everything good except one of the days the WiFi was not working and the people on the top level was jumping. Other than that perfect. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
Great location, lots of food options within walking distance. Common areas and room were very clean. Room smelled damp (moldy) whenever you first entered. The bathroom wall by the shower had water damage.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Safety parking,healthy food.
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant and helpful
- 5/5
The staff were excellent and the continental breakfast.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Pleasant area with many restaurants. Convenient location.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options but not a lot of room in the breakfast area. Easy to get in/out and close to restaurants.
- 4/5
Good place
- 3/5
Breakfast is okay- boiled egg is old
- 4/5
Área was clean
- 4/5
Hotel is in quiet location and kept clean and desk staff is courteous and helpful
- 1/5
Manager is satanic criminal. I will press charges
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Having the use of the pool was a lovely addition. It was well placed to access Naperville and not too far from Chicago itself. We would stay again!
- 2/5
Upon check-in, our room had a horrible smell coming from the air condition when we first opened the door to the room it smelled like marijuana then the horrible strong odor like some kind of smell reducer possibly Ozium which is toxic.. was so strong I could not stand it was waking me up, giving me a headache could hardly breath. Call the front desk and asked for a new room said they couldn’t do it. I went out to sleep in the car. Then the night manager came out found me in the car said he got me a different room, which was wonderful after that, but that was at four in the morning, so didn’t get much sleep. My lungs were burning in the morning and coughing a lot. My boyfriend was suffering from a headache, which lasted for two days and I’m still coughing days later..
- 5/5
This was my first Chicago trip with my friends. We went to see Lalapllosa everything went great at the hotel. Check-in was amazing me and my friend can’t wait to go back to Chicago again and stay at the same hotel.
- 1/5
The bed linen was stained with what appeared to be urine. Very unsanitary and I questioned the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the refrigerator needed to be defrosted which limited the ability to store leftovers.
- 5/5
Everyone was great!!!!
- 5/5
Hotel staff was nice and inviting. The pool is right next to the front desk on main level, breakfast was good, we just stayed one night but overall enjoyed the place. Some areas of hotel could use some tlc paint wise but place seemed clean. Common areas were VERY warm. Bed was firm. Bathrooms were nice but make sure you grab a handicap room if needed because although walk in shower - they were not very wide when inside.
- 4/5
We like the place, maybe just an up grade the breakfast menu.
- 5/5
Great breakfast though.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. Staff was warm and welcoming at all times. I'd stay here again for any trip!
- 4/5
Was a good place stay at for 3 nights
- 4/5
Small pool and workout room. Appreciated the water in the lobby and easy parking.
- 5/5
It was a very comfortable room and stay. Clean and safe.
- 5/5
Friendly staffing
- 5/5
it would be nice if BF menu be change once in a while especially the hot food.
- 3/5
Most importantly, it was clean. Management reached out to me and addressed the following issues: lighting was bad in the bathroom area. Breakfast was awful. Sausage overcooked, bad eggs. Bad coffee (and I was the first person down for breakfast that morning). Toilet wouldn’t always flush. I appreciated the manager reaching out to me and he addressed my concerns. Would I stay here again? Yes. It was clean and reasonably priced.
- 4/5
Lots of dining options with in walking distance and a lot of things nearby. Property itself is a little old but overall pretty good
- 4/5
The air conditioning was meh. There was an obvious water damage repair in the bathroom but that did not affect our comfort or cleanliness. We were in town for a funeral and for all intents and purposes the room fit our needs affordable. Great location with highway very close by and lots of restaurants and even fine dining very nearby
- 3/5
The hotel was okay, but the lighting in the rooms was very dim, and housekeeping didn't speak english so it was hard to request items needed
- 3/5
Had to ask multiple times about getting cups and coffee in the room. Request to fix a body wash dispenser that was stuck to the wall to be replaced and it never was. We were in room 316.
- 5/5
Was nice beds comfortable. Slept really good. Thank u
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean hotel
- 3/5
The mattress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast choices were very limited.
- 3/5
Staff are very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is run-down.
- 4/5
Can't help but mention poor bathroom and shower lighting. Very difficult to shave or apply make-up in dull lighting.
- 5/5
Great location and fancy dining options within walking distance
- 4/5
One room cleaning service in 5 days, shower tub clogged for two days, breakfast items short listed, etc
- 3/5
When we arrived and received the key to our room the front desk lady was nice, but when we went to the room, our room door was left open and only one bed was clean and made. Pillows were on the desk with no pillow covers, dirty blankets were on the chair. We went back downstairs and were immediately given another room but while downstairs there were other customers who experienced the same issue. The next day when we asked the housekeeper for extra towels she said she couldnt give us extra towels. The breakfast was good.
- 1/5
The worst hotel I ever stayed at.
- 5/5
Very pleasant and professional staff, starting with their manager!
- 1/5
Considering I paid over two hundred dollars, I expected more than town carpets in the room, unclean linens and toilet paper on the floor!
- 2/5
This is an older Fairfield Inn and it’s definitely showing its age. Shopworn carpet, sagging light fixtures and a lumpy king bed. Most concerning was the water leaking from the ceiling into the shower, leaving the ceiling drywall sagging very ominously. When I told the front desk person when I was checking out, he acknowledged that they were aware of the issue (which didn’t prevent the night guy the evening before assigning us that room). Not sure if Marriott or a franchisee owns this property, but it needs a complete renewal ASAP.
- 4/5
We were in Naperville to visit a friend before flying home the following day. We were able to check in early and found the room clean, good shower pressure. Front desk person was especially welcoming and helpful.
- 3/5
There was no grab bar or non-slip treads in the bathtub/shower. The floor of the tub was narrow and slanted which made it unsafe to stand and take a shower. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was too loud. Also, the front entrance to the lobby was not clearly marked or clearly obvious.
- 1/5
No extra pillows, fresh blood on the comforter, refrigerator would only stay on for 2 hours then you had to turn it on again. No early check in, generally old, not updated and dirty
- 3/5
Bathrooms not draining water . Also breakfast egg scramble were very dry . Not good place
- 5/5
It was good
- 1/5
I was in town for my pool training and so of course I wanted to check out the “heated” pool. When we checked in around 7pm the lights in the pool were off. Staff said it was open so I dipped my foot in and it was ice cold. Three days and no one was in the pool. The staff was hanging out in the lobby with either friends or other employees. Using all seating in the lobby. The room we had had a very strong odor of cat urine. I was just in hopes they newly installed carpet. Until we both started sneezing. Yuck. Towels in room had stains of old makeup and we did not receive any soaps to wash our hands. That was strange. Our mattress seemed to need replacing, rolling into the middle of the bed. Positive-close to NIU. Within walking distance, also very close to quick eats.
- 3/5
Close to NIU campus. Convenient location. Did not like smelly room, like B.O., moldy windows, loud AC, cracked ceiling in bathroom, toilet wouldn't flush.
- 5/5
Very easy to check in
- 5/5
Very clean, very respectful and amazing customer service
- 2/5
The first room we were given smelled like marijuana and pine-sol. They "upgraded" us to a studio king handicapped room after we complained and said we wanted a refund. Due to it being midnight by the time we got to the hotel we stayed for the night. The rooms were so-so but not what was expected for $179 a night. In the morning the dining area was packed full of about 50 people with nowhere to sit and a long line for food. Overall disappointed but the sleep was decent.
- 3/5
This property needs some serious maintenance done to it. Hallway walls are scraped all the way down the halls. Room 209 toilet bowl rocks back and forth, and needs to be tightened properly. Bathroom door sticks badly on the floor.
- 4/5
Water pressure in bathroom sink was so high, it splashed all over the place including my clothes. There were no places to plug in a USB cord, only 120 volt outlets.
- 4/5
The staff were polite and welcoming. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate allowing me to check in early after a long day of traveling. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Floors were dirty, we found dirty laundry in the drawers, toilet ran all night long. Rooms smaller than they appear in photos.
- 2/5
Great location, was expecting it to have better service than it did. Twice while in room in the afternoon, an employee entered the room for no reason, which was weird and unexpected. Requested room service , and our room wasn’t on the list. The housekeeper was very unfriendly. Stayed for 8 nights. Probably a better experience if it was a shorter stay.
- 3/5
Not too clean. 😐
- 2/5
This property is very convenient to dining places. However, staff are not the friendliest and breakfast is not good as they serve cold coffee! The elevator has some thrash and seems they don’t clean! Beware of dog barking early in the morning! Not a good place to stay!
- 4/5
Stay was good. One night. Shower was sub standard as hand wand of shower did not work and body wash container was empty. Beyond that room was good but no microwave. Clean room and bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Check in was super easy. The desk clerk & the manager were both very kind & helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & the breakfast was good. The only thing that sucked was the pool which was too cold to swim in but other than that, it was a great stay. The hotel was quiet & there were computers available to use.
- 5/5
Very pleasant
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Nice rooms.
- 3/5
Front desk wasn’t prepared at check in time. Had to call housekeeping to see what rooms were cleaned and able to be checked in to. Also came back from event around midnight and no one was sitting at the front desk…didn’t seem safe to me. Room was clean. Breakfast didn’t offer a lot of choices. Stay was ok but don’t plan on staying again
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
- 4/5
The location of the hotel was very good. On the negative side, the first room we were given was in very poor condition with torn carpeting at the entrance, a musty odor, and a loud bathroom exhaust fan. Why would this room even be available to a guest?
- 4/5
Great place to stay. Reasonable prices and great staff. Didn’t like that there was no maid service. Only stayed 2 nights though.
- 5/5
The room was great in all the areas I care about. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens, plus the large room matched the photos when I booked it. We are likely to stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel room is clean and good breakfast
- 1/5
I booked through Expedia and didn’t get to the hotel the first day. They completely cancelled my hotel when got to the hotel I didn’t have anywhere to stay. I had to find a room last minute. They weren’t any help but just wanted me to rebook.
- 1/5
Room is not well maintained. The bed needs to be replaced it was beyond lumpy and has no support. Obviously it has been over used by too many guests. The sink drain is stuck closed we only could brush teeth in shower, poor lighting and no garbage cans in bathroom areas. Just run down all together. I can’t believe this is a Marriott property!
- 2/5
For breakfast they might write Sorry, we don't have eggs. Do whatever you want. An old room with torn curtains.
- 4/5
Nice quiet and clean in a good location
- 2/5
Stayed here for a extended business trip for 8 days. I was told housekeeping was on alternate days but room was not cleaned for 5 days in a row even after mentioning to front desk. Room was comfortable and hotel was decent but unacceptable for sevice
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Very friendly and a comfortable room. Will be staying again!
- 5/5
We have stayed at this location on three separate occasions. We always are happy with the convenience of the location. Breakfast is pretty decent as well.
- 5/5
I loved the morning breakfast, it was actually very very good unlike other hotels. The staff was excellent, and always there when you needed them. I stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful. Lots of amazing restaurants options within walking distance.. just a minute or two away! Highly recommended
- 3/5
They never had face towels.
- 5/5
The stay was awesome. Staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that the pillows were not very good.
- 5/5
I did not like the fact that they removed the mini freezer from the mini fridge.
- 4/5
The room was very cold when we arrived. The outside temperature was 16F and the room was probably 58 or so.
- 2/5
Almost impossible to talk to by phone as attendent takes phone off the hook for most of the day. Bathroom door wouldn't close completely. No hot water for making cocoa. But maintenance man Arco very friendly, perhaps seeking a tip.
- 1/5
Terrible. They charged me $28.00 over the original price. They said it was for incidentals and I would get it back. I never got it back.

The pictures on this hotel must be at least 10 years old. The hotel overall was constantly dirty. The staff made us go into their store room to get our own toilet paper. Our room smelled like old dirty clothes. The carpet was destroyed and shredded at the door like an animal was tramped and the furniture was chewed on. The cups that sat on the bathroom counter has nibble marks on the plastic packaging making them no longer sealed as well as had claw marks on the inside of the cups. Counter top looked like it had never been cleaned. Bathroom exhaust fan/light sounded like a crop plane starting up and was as loud as a lawn mower when on. Bath tub didn’t drain, so showering was difficult. Toilet also sprayed you every time you flush. Bedding had stains and burn marks. And a used Q-tip was found on the bed. So was our room really cleaned prior to our stay…. The pool should not have been opened. The plaster and cement around the pool was crumbling and chunks of debris was all over the bottom. Breakfast: No one attended it, so nothing was ever refreshed or cleaned. Hallways always dirty and trash cans over flowing. Stay in one of the other hotels near by…it’s worth the extra!

called front desk about phone not working on second day of stay, we were told maintenance would come and check on it. We stayed for 10 days and no one ever showed up. Therefore it was extremely difficult to get housekeeping for small items etc, it was quite frustrating.

This hotel didn't have good room service. My room was never cleaned after I requested it to be cleaned several times. Water and soft drinks weren't available in the hotel. There wasn't any pop machines or water to buy. Overall, the hotel was nice place to stay but limited services.

The property was in a great location to what was needed. The only downside was that the Market inside the hotel was very understocked. The only drink that was available was Frost Gatorade and Sprite and no other options for drinks and no snacks at all. Also, there were no vending machines on the property and no ice machine on any of the floors. Please do better, being that it was the Fairfield, I thought the experience would have been much better instead it felt like a stay at Motel 6.

Rooms smelled. So much cleaning solutions to cover up the smell of weed. The clientele was loud and obnoxious. People came to the breakfast area with no shoes or socks. Room just didnt feel clean. Also the power went out a few times and outlets in the bathroom didnt work.

This was the worst stay I’ve had at a hotel in years. Arrived after 10 pm. I travel often and choose a suite for the bed and extra room with sofa bed. We got to room and no sheets, blankets, pillows for the sofa. I was told they don’t keep anything extra in rooms by the rude woman at front desk. Door broke next morning and would not close. Had a meeting I was late for and same rude desk woman suggested I leave my room standing open until maintenance got there. She was zero help and acted like I was putting her out by suggesting I needed help so I could leave the hotel with my room door closed. No thank you. I had personal belongings that were safer in room than in my car, but not leaving my room standing wide open. This is an ongoing issue according to maintenance and was told how to fix myself so I wouldn’t have to call back. Had to fix every tine we left room again. Toilet broken. Flushed 1/10 times used. No spout on sink faucet. When you turn on water it sprays all over you and everything on counter. Floors stained. Overall very bad experience. Will not stay here again. I typically love to stay at Fairfield’s, but would choose the Embassy next door for the price I had to pay here and the problems it caused me. Do not recommend .

It wasn’t well at all. I had to change rooms 3 times. 1st time was the wrong room. 2nd time the bathroom toilet broke and sink was broke. 3rd no door handle on the bathroom to close door and the coffee maker was broken as well. So o was very frustrated and was wondering can I get some kind of compensation for all my troubles.

We enjoyed the property and staff very much. We were very much letdown to find out the pool was not working. That was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. It would’ve been very nice to have been told that prior to us getting there. We were there for three days and the pool was not working any of those days.
