    We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable

    I was told the elevator works going up, but breaks down on 2nd floor. Each night the rear stairwell got stickier & stickier. It was never cleaned during my stay. The stainless sink in the kitchenette had a brown-colored stain in it.

    Elevator in bad need of service, got stuck a couple of times, staff said work order in but awaiting part. Was there two weeks and not fixed as of my checkout date. Room door did not close properly and countertop cooktop not working due to bad wiring. Lobby staff said electrician was called, no one ever showed.

    At first when you walk in it smells. But we decided to stick it out. Then after arriving to our room it seemed dusty and outdated. We stuck with it. Then on Friday when I was working ( I work remote) I was on break and laid down and my wife saw a roach crawling on the head board. We had to leave right away because my wife had allergies. Then we understood why her allergies were bothering so bad when we came back to the hotel. Nice staff but the hotel needs updating and better cleaning.

    I stayed at this hotel for 2 weekends and the experience was terrible both weekends in 2 separate rooms. For one, it took 1 hour to cook bacon on our stove top and there was a bug splatter one the wall and when I asked for it be cleaned. The response I got was “house keeping was gone for today and that they would clean it in the morning”. So, not only did I have sleep next to it but in the morning no one ever showed. Another instance of the terrible cleaning was that there was trash in “our clean” room after we checked in. This place is terrible and extremely unsafe. There were random people off the street inside the hotel just sitting on the carts by the broken elevator. I would never stay here again and hope no one does either.

    This place is not a hotel. It is more of an apartment complex. We made reservations and when we went to check in, no one at the office, eventually someone came in, opened up a computer and noticed we had a reservation but no rooms as reserved were available. This place is not a hotel that should be promoted and I am looking for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    Liked that it is quiet and close to a lot of things such as gas, food and things to do in the area, I did have problems with my tv and was told it would get fixed but nothing was done to fix the tv, so service could have gone better this trip but other times I’ve stayed no problems at all.

    Check in was easy, Rosalind did a great job get me checked in. However, I asked for a handicap access room and according to my reservation I got the last one, however upon arrival no accessible rooms. I took a room on second floor, toilet did flush during my room check, so I went back to desk and was given another room on second floor were again the toilet flushed but very slowly and still had urine stains from staff or past guest, sheets were very old and stained with hair from past guest. At this point, I was tired and just needed to rest. I went to Dollar store grabbed cleaners and wiped down everything and slept in chair.

    Had people blowing smoke in my ten year olds face and blocking entrance into hotel lobby while we carried in bags by ourselves. Had a dog barking at us all night. Bathroom smelled of urine and sheets were stained and smoke smell all through hotel. Garbage everywhere . Impossible to find staff

    My room was run down. Window didn't lock (first floor room) which is not safe. There were cigarette burns on the vanity top in the bathroom and it's a non-smoking room. The hallway smelled like marijuana the whole day I checked in. Staff were very nice. The maids do the best job they can with the condition of the room.

    Our room had cobwebs in the corner visible over the chair. Also the smell of weed in the hallways was pretty constant. Don’t ask for a new towel or it will cost you $1.75. Staff was friendly and nice though during our stay.

    This is my very worst experience ever. We booked weeks ahead and paid in full. However when we arrived we were told that they do not have the room we reserved and sent us away. The manager did not try to help us at all. We did try to reach extended stay america help line. I talked to 3 reps including the supervisor and we were told that they will help us file a complaint which takes 48 hrs. For thw night they told us to reach out to hotels.com as hotels.com took our money.

    Booked a room online, after arriving and waiting over 45 minutes for a team member to arrive to check in guest ahead of me. It was my turn to check in, I was unappologetically told "you need to ask Expedia for a refund, we have no rooms clean for you." Unacceptable after driving to hotel which was paid for ahead of time and confirmed. Then we have to call for a staff member to arrive at lobby. Terrible customer service for anyone to experience with no professionalism.

    Run down. Smelled of urine in the lobby and throughout hallways. The elevator was rickety. As I found my way through the long scary hallway , I noticed several doors on rooms were cracked, a couple people were walking the halls going in and out of other rooms. When I entered the room I found unbelievably run down bed and furniture. There was black electrical tape used to hold a drawer shut. I inspected the bathroom which along with the rest of the room, looked to be last updated from the late 70’s. It appeared as if someone had attempted to break the door down to the bathroom one time, with no repair even attempted. I immediately called hotels.com representative and sent her pictures. I explained I did not feel safe staying at this pre paid room. The rep stayed on the phone with me as I exited the hotel. When I was safely in my car, she attempted to contact the hotel, without getting an answer. I sent photos to the rep, which then apologized for my bad experience and said she would file a claim and start the process of a refund for me.

    Arrived on Friday. Out side my door there was a sparkplug on the floor. Left on Tuesday, it was still there. There was food in the fridge from the previous resident. The carpet was not vacuumed, nor the floors swept. Windows had no screens. I could continue, but i see no point. If that isnt enough to explain my utter disappointment, more words wont make a difference.

    We chose this place because it was extended stay and offered laundry facilities after we had been on a hiking trip. The rooms were pretty clean but the common areas were not. The lobby had an almost overwhelming smell of weed and incense. We were pretty certain that the staff was smoking weed in the office and just coming out when they absolutely had to deal with guests. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but it seemed to smell like smoke. We noticed that someone had put a baggie over the smoke detector and secured it with a hair scrunchie. I guess the cleaning staff didn’t notice. Also, the only personal product they provided was a single bar of soap. When I went to the laundry room, there was no option for buying detergent. Fortunately, there was a dollar store within walking distance. While there, we encountered several other guests who were complaining about the state of their rooms, requesting toilet paper, etc.

    It was not clean or well maintained. Many areas of the room, hallways and exterior were in disrepair. There were people smoking pot down the hall. There is no one at the front desk for customer service off hours. The front desk was locked with a security curtain most of the day. We won't be back to this or any other Extended Stay property!

    Worst hotel I’ve been to. First room they gave us had a huge black mold spot on the bathroom ceiling. They tried to give us another room but my girlfriend was having issues because of the mold. We asked for a refund and left with in an hour of being there. The guy at the front desk said I’ll get a refund but the systems were down and to call back in the morning. I did so and was told to contact hotels.com. Once I did the representative contacted the hotel and they denied my refund, saying they did not know I checked out early. I have audio recording of the conversation I had with the front desk the night I left. In which he states the systems were down AND I’ll have my refund. I also have pictures of the mold.

Drug dealers in the parking lot day and night, front desk clerk rude and not helpful.... told me when I asked if I could switch rooms "if you want a different room you should go stay at another hotel".     Went to check in to the hotel as soon as I walked in the lady said “we have no rooms” so I said I had a reservation again she said “I have no rooms I’ll cancel you’re reservation” so I drove 20 min to get there someone should have called me when they ran out of rooms.     Love the quiet area. Police patrol routinely. Friendly staff knows me by name as my job requires every other weekend. Property has improved significantly and if you have insomnia like me it's a safe place to walk at odd hours.

    The staff was very accommodating, as well as the rooms were very clean and for the price it was amazing especially not having to deal with people standing outside begging for money. We did make up too late I guess for breakfast or maybe they don’t have the grab and go breakfast anymore but I did not see that there but it was not a big deal because we weren’t planning on having breakfast there either way. It’s definitely worth the price with a nice staff and clean to facility

    My reservation was not honored. I had to find another place to stay. Extended stay informed me that they didn’t have any rooms to rent even though I had a confirmation. They waisted my time. It was late when I got there so I slept in my vehicle that night and found a different place to stay the next day.

    After a 3 hour and 3 minute drive, I arrived to the hotel. I wanted to check in, but I was unable to. I was standing for 30 minutes in the lobby. I tried calling the number listed on the front desk, but it went to the phone in the back where no one was. Someone else then came in to check in and they also had to wait. Someone finally came down to check me in. The staff person said, "what do you need?". I was too tired and irritated to argue. Upon entry to my room, I immediately smelled smoke and I put down a non-smoking room. Additionally, the door hinges had some cardboard on them, damages in the bathroom, and so much more. I do not recommend staying here unless you are desperate or are low on cash. Better off sleeping in your vehicle.

    I was first given a key to someone elsewhere room. When I tried to enter the room after the 3rd attempt, a guy came out and said that was his room. I went back downstairs and was provided a different key. The rep did not change or correct my room key/number in the system so when I stepped out and came back the next day, my key didn’t work. The front desk had also checked someone else into my room but they hadn’t arrived yet. It was just chaos and unprofessional to say the least. The hallways smelled like smoke and I couldn’t stand it. The elevator was dirty, my bathroom barsoap was a reuse (they put the same soap back in the seal after someone else used it:(, pillows were too flat and very uncomfortable, I came as solo to get some work done and you could only use the internet for checking email and some browsing, everything else you have to pay extra! I’ve never had to pay extra for a hotel WiFi!; you could hear people shouting and taking from the rooms, dogs barking etc…but the overall room was clean (not sure it was disinfected, but I did before settling in).

    I was very disappointed by the place ,and I should have read the reviews before booking . Felt like the place was full of addicts. It also felt like Jeffery Dahmer slept in some of the rooms . The hallways smelt like cigarette, and the floors of the room had sand ,couldn’t walk barefooted .     We booked our stay, received confirmation that we had a room reserved, called the hotel ahead of time to inform them we would be arriving after midnight and they told us that despite the fact that we had booked a room and had it guaranteed for us, we did not have a room because there was not a room available. We were forced to spend the night in our vehicle after previously being told that our room was guaranteed. This was awful practice by this location.

Later, when I went to the hotel, the front desk told me that they didn't have any rooms and that my reservation was canceled. the hotel said that since Expedia is a 3rd party, the hotel was not responsible for overbooking. called Expedia kept transferring from one to the other and eventually was told there is no other hotel available that they can arrange. had to drive hours in the middle of the night with family and kids before I found a place to stay.

    Fix door locks. Bring back tea n a sugar canister, don't be cheap. Ppl only eat the maple oatmeal. Throw the rest of that out! Love the front section of building. Please steam clean after guests who lived in rooms for long periods. My toilet kept breaking, no extra room available. Maids not cleaning tub pubic hair everywhere. Please check the tub, do your damn job. I tip if my room doesn't contain pubic hair.

    I arrived with my wife and my 8 months old baby girl. I booked a non-smoking room. The first room we got reeked at cigarette. We got moved to another room which smelled funny but the ac was off. We turned on the ac and left to walk around, when we got back the room reeked also of cigarette. We tried getting another room and the person that could move us had already left so the person that was working the front desk didn’t have the power to changed us to another room. In the morning happened the same thing. After complaining at night again for the 3rd time and nothing was done; we tried checking out at 8pm beacuse i booked another hotel And they weren’t able to checked us out until 11 am in the morning. So I left that night to the other hotel and came back in the morning to do the check out. Save yourself the hard time and the headache… DON’T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL… DON’T DO IT… JUST DON’T.. it’s VERY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING.

    Horrible people. Rude. Animals barking. Banging on the walls. Carpet frayed. Rusted sink and a mans facial hair on the wall so i know they didnt clean it. Staff didnt care about the barking dog. They se to care about long term redidents. Eberyobe smoked next to the door. They would block the handicap ramp where i parked and i had to walk in the soil. I will never stsy at one of these again. It should be $50 a night because it is a 1 star hotel. Pay by the hour hotel is what it should be. I hate this place!

    Room in complete disrepair, no ice available. Noise from other guests disrupted our sleep throughout the stay. Very overpriced for the value. Will never stay here again.

    We were charged for our room on hotels.com but there was no room at the hotel. The hotel canceled our reservation but hotels.com has to go through their process to verify the hotel canceled the reservation and did not charge us. In the website it said our reservation was guaranteed. We used a debit card so we are out our money until they go through their process. Our bank isn’t open on the weekends. We have lost all trust in hotels.com and will no longer be using them. We have been using hotels.con and usually stay 10 nights per year.

    This hotel is overpriced for a run down establishment and very dirty. They have their nerve to charge this rate! For a few dollars more I could have stayed at the Springhill down the street.

    I like the full sized refrigerator. UNNAMED, the manager is a terrible human being. He was rude and extremely awful when dealing with the problem of charging my credit card three times! He tried to blame me for it, he never apologized for the overcharging. He’s awful, I’m never going back there and giving them anymore of my money

    I booked because we worked super late and didn’t want to drive far. There was no one at the desk for a while and she didn’t really try to be pleasant she just did her job, which is fine. I was pretty empathetic to it because I’ve worked in hotels and know how short staffed it can be especially in the evening. We had come from working in the rain. So I was super excited that there was a laundry room to clean our clothes. I asked if they had detergent or dryer sheets I can have or buy. She just looked at me flat like “no” LOL no sorry or recommendation of where to get some. Haha but again I just walked it off thinking she must’ve had a long day like me. Shower had hair in it and the bed was not comfortable at all. It squeaked and felt old with zero support. Then in the morning I had planned to check out on time, at 11am. At 10:57am someone came pounding at the door loudly. I responded from the other side and didn’t open. Lady just yelled through the other side, “you checking out?!!” I said yes. She just walked away, no thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. I didn’t expect to have that BEFORE check out. Possibly if I’ve overstayed my checkout time, maybe. I got to the front to check out and again no one was there. I had to call the front desk on my cell. When someone picked up I was like “I’m at the front desk can someone check me out” For the breakfast, they had laid out some packaged fruit snacks, cereal, apple sauce, boxed Mac on a table in the laundry room.
