It doesn’t look anything like the photos online. The floor was dirty. The walls were dirty. The property has not been maintained. The area didn’t feel safe at all. The room is right by the road and you can hear cars all night.

The cleanliness of the room was not very good. Wanted to charge me up to $100 to check in early. No elevator. very noisy from street traffic.

Great hotel for the money. Pool area was great and so was the room. Not as beachfront as they say, it’s across the street to the beach access. Rooms were great, very clean, great bed, only downside was a very small bathroom. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

The room was fine, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so you couldn’t use a hair dryer, curling iron, or anything that needed to be plugged in in the bathroom, and there were no other mirrors in the room. We met up with some guests from the room above us on the beach and they told us they had found a dead roach in their room, and then saw a live one running across the floor. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay, and may stay again in the future. But if we were to see roaches in our room, all bets are off, and I’m not sure we wouldn’t cut our visit short.

The managers left younger staff left to try to figure things out and after telling the front counter to try a different card but didn’t and because of continuing to try the card I asked them NOT to charge I ended up with almost 100 in fees on my account. I ended up having to find another place to stay after trying to explain over and over but instead my grandson and son sat in my car for almost two hours!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious with 3 queen beds and included everything we needed, including a full-size fridge, stove, pots, and pans. The pools, lazy river, indoor pool, and hot tub were all nice and clean daily. Check-in was easy, parking was free, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The climate control failed entirely in the main living and sleeping areas, leaving the thermostat stuck at a sweltering 81 degrees for our entire stay. I have timestamped photos proving the room was completely uninhabitable. When I brought this to the front desk, the front desk clerk completely agreed to offer a refund but they couldn’t initiated it right there and then since I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia immediately and they told them that the manager would have to be the one to approved the refund and he would in the next day. After I checked out they flipped the switch and not taking accountability for failing to provide a basic, habitable room. They are now actively blocking Expedia from releasing my refund. Charging full price for a multi-room suite with no AC in the master bedroom is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel unless you want to sleep in 81-degree heat and deal with hostile customer service.

Called a resort, definitely not a resort. Was nice that it had a kitchen and office/living space, yet the floors were disgusting. Had to walk across the street to another building to use the indoor poor and hot tub which wasn’t the cleanest. Property as a whole was run down. Only nice feature was it was close to the beach. Not worth the price.

Didn’t see house keeping at all the whole entire stay. This was the first hotel that didn’t have a bible in it. The kitchen sink was broken and some of the dishes were dirty 😔. The beach was across the street. It wasn’t a bad walk at all . We had to clean our own room as far as pulling the trash daily. The front end staff was very nice and friendly.if I had to stay again Honestly I wouldn’t. Just with housekeeping alone

Writing my concern here, hope it reaches the correct team. My room was dripping (from ceiling) all the time. I complained about it staff looked at it but it continued dripping. It was dripping all night on my bed n table. I had paid heavy amount to stay at this property but experience was not great due to water leaking from ceiling. I would like to receive parcial refund towards my payment. Please consider my request

I loved how they had a pool and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. The staff was great especially the lady with the red hair. Only thing the toilet was backed up since I got there. I told the overnight staff but it stayed that way. So I even went to Walmart to get a plunger and some solution.

The younger man and woman was very rude first thing in the morning! Would not work with us on anything for checking in the young man kept interrupting every time we talked and Wood over talk us horrible communication and looks nothing like the pictures posted online at all the lazy river wasn’t wet it seemed to be it says complementary breakfast when there wasn’t with very limited space on parking

I've always had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice, as well as, cleaned and well maintained! The biggest thing I like about this place is that it's within walking distance of a Walmart neighborhood market!

The pictures are misleading. They look amazing but the property is a little run down. Nothing like the photos. Our shower was stopped up and toilet kept clogging but it was pretty clean. Fresh bedding and sheets but I feel the towels wasn’t as clean as most hotels make them, towels were a little dingy. The floors were not mopped properly because it turned our socks brown but they looked clean to the eye. So the place wasn’t a mess. It was cleaned well enough and it was good for the price. Not a filthy place at all but definitely nothing like the photos. The inside amenities were run down & needs renovating. But the outside pool is clean and spacious. I won’t be back but I was grateful to have a clean space and I enjoyed my sleep. No bugs and soft mattresses . I give it a 6/10. The Photos looked like a 9/10

Well there needs to be lightning in back and you have crack head and positte walking up and down the round.they guess needs to know up front not to go alone at night in back of building at night.and they need to o alert the police officer to ride bye at night to scare of the bad people

Hotel Room was clean. The smell of pot was overwhelming when standing on the balcony, in the hallways, and elevator from other guests.

The beach view was great! We did not go to the outdoor pool. Went to the indoor pool to go in the hot tub. It was too hot. There was not much seating in the indoor area. The pool/hot tub was ok I guess. It’s kind of old and run down. Our room was fine except for the air conditioner leaking on the floor. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty and sandy. There was also very clearly blood on the toilet seat. We had to go to the store and buy wipes to clean it and the kitchen floor. The shower head also leaks and gets water all over the floor if you don’t make sure the shower curtain is shut and stuck to the wall of the shower.

It not being Spring Break and Prom. We too old old for that crowd and shenanigans.

Staff was very helpful in helping us to take our luggage to the room. Property is run down and in need of repairs and maintenance.

Indoor pool water ice cold. Bathroom door getting stuck, pillows were too soft ,went flat and it made the bed uncomfortable, curtains did cover there windows completely or patio door, elevator was scary and very slow.

Clean room, pet friendly and spacious! We took our twins, grandson and 2 dogs and they loved it! We will definitely return!

The floor in our unit was filthy. We could never go barefoot! The kitchen sink dripped constantly. The phone was totally dead. But, we had plenty of nice towels. The beds were made up great. The unit was basically clean other than than floor.

Staff was nice, no water pressure, I mean like I take a 3 minute shower normally and it took me 30 minutes to get clean. NO HOT water. Shower ran for 20 minutes before it got even warm then became cold again after like 2 minutes. Room was clean just very unprofessionally remodeled. Bottom of the doors are worn and wood is all chipped off and thought that’s not a big deal I owned a hotel for 42 years at home and the little things are important and people notice. If stay again if there was at least hot water. The rest was ok.

The hotel was okay. They will blame you if you try to keep the room clean and you say you need something to clean up water from the pool in your room. They say use a towel you did and because of there floor being dirty the blame you for the towel being messed up. The other part is a child passed in front of my children. I had to leave and go somewhere else.

The rooms were absolutely horrific in terms of cleanliness it was so bad i couldn't even stay for 3 hours and had to check out early and drive home that same night 8 hours at 9:30pm. Completely ruined my vacation. I hope they can fix this issue and issue my refund for this terrible experience.

This hotel was not oceanfront, it was across the street. I would only return to this hotel if it was a trip I needed to find reservations quickly. It was very noisy at night and I did not think the location was the best!

We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. We stayed in the beachfront rooms. It was very musky when you walk in very dusty. Our bed did have a bug in it and a few hairs that were not ours on the pillows. When we pulled the covers back to inspect the sink in the bathroom was very dirty. It looked like black mold. Coming from it we had to go by cleaning products. The toilet got clogged twice. We had to call someone once and we tried to fix it ourselves the second time the patio furniture had cigarette butts all on it from people throwing cigarettes. We thought this was a no animal hotel but people had multiple dogs walking them through the lobbies smelling people. Parking lot had a lot of people on drugs walking through the parking lot and it was very noisy above. Our heads. We smelled Marijuana everyday for 3 days when we opened our door in the hallway when we opened our door to the patio, we could not walk anywhere without marijuana smell. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Not only that it was musky in there. The door was broken so anybody can walk in. It was no privacy. The staff at the front were very rude. They were not very nice. We would ask them for extra towels and they would just be very rude in their tone. When we were asking for things that we needed that was easily providable and they just seemed like they were upset

Room was very clean. Safe location. Close walk to beach access. Guest laundry was questionable, I didn’t want to take my chances so I did not wash there. Also Wal Mart was literally a street directly behind this hotel . Easy to gather snacks and other essentials for traveling. Scoobys Ice cream shop is near, I highly recommend checking it out. Great A/C heating unit. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge & microwave was great . Good stay, I would stay here again. No issues I could’ve named. Smoking area out back if u do smoke.

Cleanliness was not good. My daughter took a shower and got dressed in the bathroom and put socks on. Between the bathroom and her bed, the bottom of her socks were black. We ended up buying a Swiffer wet jet to mop the floor. The AC did not keep the room cool. There should be a no smoking policy in place bc the whole hallway where our room was smelled like weed. On the morning of checkout, one of the cleaners just barged in and asked me if we checked out yet. It was 9 am. Check out was not til 11. He AT LEAST could have knocked and waited for a response before opening the door with his key. The ocean view was nice, but overall, the negatives outweigh the positives and I would not pay that much money for what was received.

For a warning to family's I would suggest staying elsewhere, yes the staff are very friendly but there are questionable people coming and going from this Hotel. We won't be returning here.

I got the ocean front room on the second floor and my how amazing it is to sleep to the ocean waves. Fantastic view of the ocean sunrises are beautiful there and the room was perfect clean quiet and convenient

When we got to our room our WiFi wasn’t working nor what the phone in our room working. I had to use my cell phone to contact the first desk the lady said she will send up Maintenance we waited over an hour nobody showed up. We call back down stairs still nobody came up. We went down to ask for a different room the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful we called corporate

The hotel was great for the price! The floors had a few black streaks and some dirt spots, but overall it was fine. The staff was super friendly, the pool area was nice, and the location was perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. It’s not right in the busy downtown area, so it felt more peaceful and exclusive, which we really liked.

The hotel is in a terrible area. There are homeless people and other unsavory characters walking around at night. Police frequently drive past. Noisy cars. Noisy people. This is not a safe place to bring a family.

If looking to book a stay in Myrtle Beach, be aware that virtually all properties near the beach will charge a "resort fee". This property charges $20.00 per night. We found this to be the lowest in the area. We would happily stay at this property again.

The a/c leaked all over my sons suitcase/clothes and they wouldn’t even come look at it because “our entire staff is afraid of dogs” they never asked us to please take the dog out of the room so they can come take a look. He threatened to call the police when my husband went back in to get paperwork so we had proof of our stay in case we needed to pursue legal help. Luckily I finally got my $200 back. Be very careful because others have never received their money back and they have been charged between $60 and $250 AFTER leaving the facility and this property makes nothing but excuses. It was quiet. Staff was attentive and kind. But a few things like the shower outside the property coming back from the beach was not functional and from the looks of it hasn’t been for quite some time you then end up, dragging a lot more sand into your building and the room. Convenient location, maybe 200 yards to the ocean. The pool (9ft) and lazy river were nice. Housekeeping were lax on cleaning the rooms, a lot of sand was on the floor. You get what you pay for.

We like that it was close to the ocean . The room was out of date, holes in the bathroom where the shower curtain was. The walls was stained like it had ether mold or was smoked in previously. 200$ additional dollars on top of the 500$ we paid was crazy but atleast was refundable

It was great. The first room we were in had a few extremely minor issues so we asked just to see if there was another room. That late at night we didn’t have high expectations but the lady at the front was extremely friendly and didn’t hesitate to just give us a different room. Everything was perfect in the second room. We forgot to remove the privacy sign when we need more towels, but luckily caught the cleaning staff in the walkway and she was extremely kind and gave us fresh towels. Parking was good. There was a couple of times we had to park in the back park of the lot but it was good. Stairs were under maintenance so we had to take the elevator. All in all, very satisfied and would stay there again!

Pool was nice and lazy river was nice a little discolored from all the sunscreen sand and stuff from beach. They did clean it every morning so they were on top of doing the best they could. I received my deposit back 2 days later with no issues. I will recommend you stay great view great location Walmart one block away.

We had updated to the penthouse suite. The sliding doors hard to open n close, there could’ve been some patio example lounge chairs on the deck. Maybe a cookie sheet for the oven just felt the room could’ve been stocked or upgraded

The hotel was good, clean enough, and convenient to walk to the beach. Great room to stay with my service dog, has a kitchen, and clean sheets! The staff were very nice to us.

Check-in person said there is no 18$ food credit although she sees it on the confirmation she can’t give it to me. She said it’s an Expedia offer not the hotels. She really did not care.

Clean, Kitchette and Balcony was an added pleasure.

• A dead roach was found in the bathroom. • Most metal fixtures, including towel hangers in the bathroom, are rusted and should be clean and well-maintained. • There is no vending machine for water bottles; only an outdated ice vending machine is available. • The “Guest Service” button on the in-room phone is nonfunctional, leaving no option for assistance except calling the hotel’s public number listed on Google. • Water bottles are sold for $2.00 each and are only available in the registration building, not in the accommodation building, which is inconvenient. • Expedia’s listing states that the hotel serves breakfast, but according to the front desk, breakfast service was discontinued over a year and a half ago. • The indoor pool is unclean, emits an odor similar to sewage, and appears neglected. • The dryer in the laundry facility is out of order.

It’s a nightmare

Was ok not some where I’m accommodated to was convenient for a quick trip. Smell was horrible inside smelled old and mildew like. Neighbors were very loud, think a shoot out may have even occurred while staying there. Surrounding food places were nothing but a rip off and very unprofessional. Only thing that made trip was our excursions beach, broadway at the beach, water parks etc, sheets had blood on them tub was filthy two roach sightings smh will I go back lol no

Families beware. This hotel is run down, dirty and outright dangerous. Hotel does not help you with alternate accommodations if you book on Expedia. Man drove into parked car at arrival and took off. No one called the police. Man vaping outside our door all night first night. Found empty wine bottles and bugs inside our room upon arrival, Room clearly not cleaned and the small was awful. Holes in the curtains, flithy bathroom and the staff could care less. Honestly no one would help us, including Expedia. We left after night one and checked into another hotel. Do not stay here!

Upon check in we seen some roaches crawling on the doors of other guest. Once we entered our room it appeared okay until we seen yellow stains on the bedding, dog or cat food on the floor along with long black human hair all over the bathroom. I used the broom left in the room and did a nice sweep and light clean. The following day we left the room to go to our tournament. Came back and the trash was left in the room and only a bag left for me to change it out. We did not have a do not disturb sign so I’m not sure why the room was skipped. Overall I feel like the housekeepers can do a way better job at keeping the rooms clean and the linens. We used the laundry room too and it was filled with bugs flying all around and not well kept. The front desk was pleasant and I liked that the beach was across the street.

We had a great time for the short time we were there. I would be aware that they charge a $100 security deposit upon arrival. We were also charged and additional $50 for booking through a “3rd party” that is non refundable.

Older hotel that is renovated. Walking distance to the beach (right across the road).Air conditioning was ice cold, beds were comfortable. Laundry facility was very small for the size of the hotel, but usable. Lazy river next to the pool was a plus.

The floors in our room were not clean and had not been mopped or swept before we arrived and the parking lot and around the building there was a lot of garbage lying around.

The hotel has three sections, there is a beachfront section with ocean views, cottages, and the main section of the hotel. There is no elevator in that section of the hotel, so if you’re on the 3rd floor, you will get some exercise. The hotel has a nice pool, with a lazy river, and the beach is right across the street. The room had a refrigerator, stove with oven, a microwave, and coffee maker.

The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful, the best part about the place hands-down. the landscape was not taken care of. And the room was a 5/6 out of a 10 on cleanness. The room that we stayed in, had mold in it on the ceiling and on the curtains. There’s an indoor pool so the chemicals were very strong.

This hotel was advertised as oceanfront. While one part of the hotel apparently is oceanfront, where we were was not. The floors made our kids feet and clothes black upon entering. They did not regularly service our rooms. We had to call and ask and they would claim we left our do not disturb sign on, we didn't. We called twice one day for them to change the sheets, no one came and we were told no one was there to do it so we could do it ourselves was were handed a garbage bag of sheets. The gym was non functional. None of the machines would even turn on, it was not air conditioned and the only machine with weights was one pull away from a cable snapping. There were food crumbs and empty wrappers on the floor of the gym as well, it was filthy. Really the only ok thing about the place was the pool and lazy river in which we found a bandaid floating in and exposed wires from the pool light. The reviews marked this place as wonderful and we are baffled. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I'm disappointed Expedia would even market this place.

Sandbar was great! Very close to the airport and nearby attractions. The ability to rent beach chairs and umbrellas was awesome! Loved our stay.

Ok property, some wear and tear. Minimal upkeep. Great location, right across from beach. Desk staff was great. I had an incident with cleaning staff, misunderstanding that I know was just them trying to do their job but not ok. I paid for a late check out and the staff knocked on my door 4 times in an hour to say they needed to clean my room. At one point this man, in street clothes with no identifiers told me to go with him to the office. This is how people get kidnapped and murdered and raised some serious red flags. The front office responded to my concerns and confirmed he was an employee but that that was not ok. There was one night where there patrons in the pool late (11pm) and were really loud. Room was clean enough. The price was somewhat reasonable, the room could have been a bit nicer.

Terrible front office, both receptionists we encountered were unbelievably rude. The rooms are not worth the price, dirty floors, noisy at all hours, the sheets had sand all over them. Will never return to this property nor any other Wyndham hotels.

The location to the beach was great. Parking was directly outside door of room. The pool was great .loved the pool cabanas. Pool goes up to 9ft. Hotel gave access to pool and parking while waiting for check in time.cleaner that other hotels in Mrytle Beach area.

I visited on a Monday for one night. Check in was easy and my room was ready before the 4pm time. The room was clean, cool and had everything needed. Bed was overall comfy and clean sheets/pillows. Balcony faced the pool and Pool towels were in the closet. The pool area was great for our family reunion and everyone had a blast. The walk to the beach was quick across the empty lot despite not being a “beachfront” hotel. My car was parked in front of my room. Staff was helpful and caring. Is on the top of my list to stay again when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Quiet for the most park quick walk to the beach and parking wasn’t bad

Enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Not a long walk to the beach at all.
