The property offered an excellent location along with ocean front views. It wasn’t expensive and the staff were amazing. We did have some issues with cleanliness of certain room. We were instantly removed to a clean room which made our stay worthwhile.

It was filthy. I didn’t like it at all. I took my daughter here and booking.com messed up my dates booking.com over booked. So I spent 3 hours trying to get into a room I didn’t get my ocean front I paid for they ended up giving me some trash room. Toilet didn’t work no tv so hotel was awful and booking.com I’m not happy with either.

The room's definitely need updating little bit better cleaning. Look for the price with no other options it is what it is

Worked for what we needed

This hotel was disgusting. We paid over 200 dollars and the pictures online don’t come close to what the hotel was actually like. Very little parking, room door locked but didnt shut tight, patio door barely closed, the pool looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The drywall in the shower was missing, fridge did not work, outlets on the wall didnt even hold a pkug in them. Worst of all….had to wait an hour and a half for someone to show up just so we could check out. The ONLY good thing about our stay was that it was leas then a block from the beach. Dont waste your money!

We did get breakfast, did really see an area for breakfast. I like the price at short notice on my part. Easy to find. Owner was very nice! No cups, No coffee, no coffee pot, bodywash dispensers didn't work. Not enough towels wash cloth to be specific. Remote didn't work right. Needed better all over care cleanliness not enough lighting.

There was was barely anything half of the stove didn’t even work no bathroom utensils at all not even a piece of toilet paper. Our balcony door didn’t even open, but there was so much cigarette and dirt outside of that patio worst overall in one of the rooms that I had got minds you, everything was turned on basically at the same exact time like a C wise, I had water dripping down my face in the middle of the night that woke me up. The ceiling was full of water. Droplets the pool was closed. Nobody wanted to open the pool, and the staff members are very rude and not understanding at all out of 10 would not recommend. Definitely will be taking my money elsewhere.

I stayed in room 403 it rained the 5th day I was there and the roof leaked ruined our food and even stained some of our clothes… I went down told the front desk and they said they already knew it leaked never did ask if they could help or anything said it leaked when it rained…. Very unsafe for anyone to stay there because of mold and everything where the water sat on the ceiling

The room smelled like bug spray. The sheets and pillows smelled too. I'm glad there weren't bugs but it smelled so bad. We only stayed one night because we wanted to get there early for our resort trip but if we had to stay a week we would have left or changed to a different location altogether. The pool was closed and looked very dirty. I don't recommend staying here.

The location, really good pressure in the bath faucet, working TV and small fridge in nice, working condition. This hotel has the potential to excel but unsure why they didn’t compete with their peers. The smell (joint/weed/cigar, no idea) around the room, walkway/steps (luckily room was not smelly) is a big red flag for family. Others who are staying looks either suspicious of doing something wrong or on high (one old lady was literally sitting on the steps without her mind), didn’t like the parking spot either. And crazy notice explaining why they provided those two towels and how to keep them nicely and the deposit (hopefully I won’t be charged extra for staying and using one of those towels lol). Dated beds, not working lamp (I informed next day about it as I am skeptical that they can charge for that lamp..crazy isn’t it)

Nothing. This place wasn’t even a 1 star hotel. The room was disgusting. Stains on the comforter, the ceiling was leaking, bubbling, and caving in, nothing was clean. We paid over $---for a room that should maybe be worth $--- It was horrible.

The location was ok There was a nasty dog with poop all on the balcony below us so we couldn’t go out there. It was gross!

Overall, not the best bang for your buck but it’s cheap and offers a view of the ocean. Definitely better options available.

This hotel is under new management, and the old management has yet to remove their listings from booking sites. This resulted in us being hours away from home, on a spring break weekend, with no room. The only other options were very expensive at last minute notice. The new management was very polite, and I am only writing this review to warn others to verify with the new management via phone whether or not they have availability, in hope of keeping other people from going through the same thing. We were the third to come in that day with the same issue.

room smelt like smoke, bed comforters had a few cigarette holes. the bathroom door got stuck (our son was trapped in) one of the hotel folks knocked it open/we didn't want to break the door and get charged. floor was sandy and dirt fell out of beds when moved to make room for our air mattress. was mold under the bed skirts & under the beds. folks at the hotel were kind enough to help clean. not their fault the hotel is poorly kept. also door lock on the main door was broken, and the patio door would not lock/had to use the "curtain rod" to lock it. parking lot is about a block away. we slept on top of the beds, the place is not sanitary. ice machine broken too. owner just wants your $$ hope this helps someone!

First room we entered was not cleaned from the guests before so lady at desk (who very nice apologized) and gave me key for two other rooms of witch second had no air on and floor was wet from the humidity, finally the 3 room was good. Hotel is very old so i understand how hard it is to keep up but the price was good and the bed was confortable and shower was hot.

This property needs desperate renovations and updated furniture at least. The doors lock but there’s big cracks that make you feel unsafe. We couldn’t get anyone to answer phone or open door when we checked out. Horrible experience.

This was one of the worst stay i ever had..The property didn't have a elevator for your bags..there were water on the shower floor as if someone had just taken a showe. Our room door wouldn't close properly..and least to say the front desk person was not very knowledgeable..

The lady working the desk at check-in was very nice and helpful. Beware there is no elevator and you may have to walk up the stairs all the way up to the 4th floor. They mop the floors with some sort of cleaner that leaves the floors oily and slick to walk on. Bathrooms were in newer condition than the rest of the room, but the water pressure in the shower was weak. Sliding door to the balcony didn’t shut tight or have a lock on it, instead they put some sort of pipe on the bottom of the door to stop it from opening. The pool looked nice, and it’s only a short walk to the beach.

Upon making reservations for this hotel we asked for An Oceanfront View. When we arrive at this hotel we got a room with a view of a few beach houses on the side. The staff was soooo nice and welcoming. The rooms are decent, but I think it could have been a little cleaner. All in all, don’t let the bad reviews scare you away bc this place is no where near what some of the reviews make it out to be. I don’t see why I won’t stay here again!

There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom shower curtain was filthy. When we came in there was food left over from previous guests. There were clothes left over in the bathroom cabinet. Cleaningness was so bad we only slept there. For that price you might as well pay a little extra to get a decent room.

Great friendly service, accomodations right down to the point, simple and money value budget oriented. Location about 10 min drive to downtown.

Burnt holes all on the comforter, just absolutely definition of ROACH MOTEL!!!!! We went back downstairs (no elevator!!) Talk to the manager "gave us a different room" still just as disgusting!!!! Spoke with "Dustin" in the front lobby for a refund because we refused to stay there how horrible it was. He lied straight to our faces saying contact hotel.com and they REFUSED the refund as well!!!! I will NEVER EVER use hotel.com again and definitely NEVER EVER go near that nasty motel again!!!!

I absolutely love this hotel. It's older but it's quiet, the staff is great, and the rooms are comfortable.

On Saturday 8/4/18 I got a room and thought that it was going to be a great room but it actually turned out to be the complete opposite. There were a lot of things that I notice that was not okay with me. There are 2 different queen size beds in the room (one pillow top and one economy), I turned on the shower to let it run for a couples minutes to get hot, I went back into the bathroom and realize the shower drain is clogged; Literally the shower looks like a swimming pool, The plug to the tv have tape on in because the cord to the tv have a shortage in it, so they tried to hid the cord behind the mirror on the dresser, The dresser is messed up, Room didn’t have light bulbs, The tv is nothing but static. You can barely tell the tv is on, Stove top and under the cabinet in the kitchenette is filthy, The water doesn’t get cold, mattresses & Boxspring have mold, Also me and my family has been bite by something. Booked a room for six. Only 2 beds not very spacious.. WiFi didn’t work in rm 404 asked staff and was told to walk around to find the WiFi connection. Staff was a party group. Always smelling marijuana. In the sink was empty wine cooler bottle. Killed roaches in the room, as well in staircase. Sliding glass door didn’t work properly. No telephone in the room. AC didn’t work proficiently for size of room. Updates needed to all areas of the hotel. Had to request for clean linens and clean towels.

WiFi was not available. Self serving. Never cleaned room. Sand already on the floor and dust on the microwave. Static on the TV. Glass door to balcony was hard to open and close. Construction going on across the street waking you up.

We booked a room with a balcony With an Ocean View, and instead we were offered a room we're on the balcony it was filled with trash and construction equipment. Then we got sent to a different Atlantic Hotel because the first one didnt have the room they were advertising online that we had reserved. The second Atlantic that we went to we ended up getting the room on the third floor, but the floors were so dirty that our feet were black 5 minutes after walking into the room. About 30 minutes later there was a huge arrest in the parking lot, and the neighbors were being very obnoxious the entire time. Horrible experience

Staff was friendly but hotel needs work. Pool was not open but understand its a bit early into the season. There was no working cable tv. They didnt have cable. Otjer than that it was ok.
