We were visiting for the wrestling conference and even though the hotel was full, areas were clean and service was great. We will definitely be back to visit.

I liked the parking garage. Felt like my car was secure. The person in the room next to ours was loud and could clearly hear her conversation.

The pool was under renovation for half the time I was here Hallways to room smelled like stale cigarettes Room did regulate temperature. Room was very basic and the bed wasn’t comfy at all with dipping to make your lower back hurt the following morning Second day here, fire alarm goes off and everyone supposedly had to leave the building on April 7th. When I get to the lobby after being forced to use the stairs, not one patron or staff member exited the hotel. I passed at least 4 staff employees who went down the straits as well, and still, if staff exited the building there was NO ONE found OUTSIDE. Front desk service didnt even bat an eye when I asked for a discount due to the pool being renovated, the gym being renovated and for the hotel fire that NO ONE in the hotel reported outside for. Stayed here: Sunday - Thursday, 4/5 - 4/9. Will probably never stay at a Sheraton motel ever again due to this poor, poor experience. When staff was told I would be giving

Had to get upset 3 times just to get a hair dryer brought to our room. The swimming pool was out of order. Body soap in shower was empty. Poor water pressure in shower.

Staff was very nice but the hallways smelled. The bathroom needs updating. But bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.

Renovations to the dining room slowed down service at the bar. Other than that great stay for our dance convention!

The front desk manager was extremely nice and very accommodating. Clean rooms, good coffee shop and restaurant on site! Great location if attending the sports center for anything.

Five stars because the shower was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. They just need better pillows. The staff was great. The bar and food were great for the price. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I’d stay there again.. but next time I’m bringing my own pillow.

Room and the other parts of the Hotel were very nice.

I think that I was put in a handicap room. Bed too low. My room was paid for already, all I had to do was check in, but they held $147.51 on my card and said it would be put back after check out a and its not back on my card yet.

The hotel was clean, the staff were terrific, and the food was great.

We ate at the hotel resturaunt once. The teriyaki wings were ok. The coleslaw was soggy and tasted funny. It was a bit steep for the quality of food and I prefer to determine my own gratuity when only two of us are eating. They automatically included 15%. The icream shop was nice and the icecream was good. Parking is $10 a day, just build that into the price so there is not suprise when you get there.

Staff was always friendly and courteous. My room was clean. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend to friends. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at Sharaton Myrtle Beach

Beautiful hotel and convenient as well.

We came for our 2nd year for the showstoppers convention. We love the location and the rooms are always nice. I am a cancer patient and there was a straight blade under one of the beds that cut my mom’s foot while we were visiting. Had this been my foot bc of the meds I take it would have taken me a long time to stop bleeding…

Walkable to convention center, dining/activities a short drive/ walk away. Clean, quiet room, would stay again.

First of all, the service was great. Every request was quick and took care of our inquiries. The facility was super in that we were there for a craftsmen show at the facility and the cleanliness and atmosphere was very soothing. Vidalia's was a great find and the ease of both the food service and quality of the meals was wonderful. It made leaving the facility a sad reminder of well we were treated.

The facility was great. The front desk manager helped me with my Bonvoy account. The restaurant floor mgr so organized and welcoming.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was extremely nice. It was clean, in a safe area, the restaurant was nice, and it was in a good distance from the beach/boardwalk.

Breakfast was good. I suggest putting the croissants and pastries somewhere away from the toaster. I walked in just as someone's croissant was on fire inside. They had to put a sign, asking people to not toast the croissants and pastries. Perhaps if those items were away from the toaster people won't be tempted. The pool is indoors and only 3 feed deep. It's small, but it suited my needs. The only downside is when it's as hot as it was the day I used it, it can get pretty steamy with the sun shining through the windows and the humidity being really high. As soon as I dried off I wanted to go back into the pool. Phew! Kilwins Ice Cream was yum. The only other thing to keep in mind is that the parking deck is difficult to access when you have to scan your card. It would be nice if there was a way to pull straight in, and not have to maneuver the car or open the door and step out to use the card. It's also a long walk outside from the parking deck to the hotel. There is no direct access from the inside of the hotel. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

If I make my way back to Myrtle Beach, I definitely will be staying at this amazing hotel! I was impressed!

This place is always nice we've stay here several times, the parking garage is our number 1 reason for staying here we ride motorcycles. Staff is always friendly and it's clean.

The bellman desk was also awesome . Had a late flight and they kept my bag till I left for the airport. My room was cleaned every day which I really appreciated. I was there for a week and was in the convention area most the time. It’s not a bad walk at all. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream store! Dining is reasonably priced for a hotel. The bar area also serves food. There’s a coffee shop that has Starbucks coffee and bakery.

Our sheets and bathroom were initially dirty. Once we notified the front desk, the staff changed the sheets and cleaned the bathroom. There was also building construction noise early in the morning.

If I had one complaint it would be the dining. The food was horrible. The steak tatsed like it was taken out of a bag and heated on the grill like they do at some low end eateries and at the price they are charging it was unacceptable. They did take the food of of the bill which was very nice. I will stay there again just will eat else where.

The hallways were still under renovation but the rooms have been newly renovated. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Bathrooms are especially nice with great water pressure! The hotel itself is a little far off the boardwalk but I'd rather have the nicer rooms over proximity. We still walked to everything

We were staying here because we had an event to attend in the convention center. The convince to our event was amazing. The room we were in was recently updated. Everything was shiny and new and the beds and pillows were very comfortable BUT~the air conditioning was sporadically working and the tv didn't work at all. When this was brought to the attention of the staff, they acknowledged the problem throughout the hotel but had no solution or compensation. This feels unsatisfactory for the outrageous price of the room. Also be warned, parking is extra with a ridiculous tax added.

First I want to say that Tyreek (i hope thats how you spell his name) was phenonrmal! He checked me in after I was overbooked at another hotel in the area. He was so kind and professional. He could tell I was having a bad night and responded perfectly. I have been coaching people on customer service for over 15 years and this young man has it down perfectly! The hotel seemed well maintained and organized. We were there in February, my 7 year old daughter loved the indoor pool. Parking was convenient in a garage on the property for $10 per day. The walk to the garage was odd. There was no real walkway from the lobby to the garage. Often it felt unsafe walking with my child and our belongings. It was odd because everything else was so well designed. I booked the Ocean View room. But the view seemed more like city view with a little ocean far off. And there was a disgusting stain on one of the beds. We ended up just sharing the second bed in the room. I was too tired to ask for another room after an ordeal at another property that night. Other than that the room was pretty clean. The headboard of the bed seemed worn. It had scratch marks on it. But other than those things everyone was nice and accomodating. We felt safe. The beach was like a 5 minute drive away. And the property was close to lots of food and entertainment options. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice property. My stay was for business and the room was very clean and the restaurant was very good.

Didn’t have a unique experience

There should be microwaves inside the rooms and free breakfast in the mornings. For being a high-end hotel, it is being outdone by lower priced hotels that I have stayed in.

I just wanted to say the experience was amazing they have different amenities in the hotel such as bar, restaurant, starbucks, gift shop and ice cream shop. This is a very safe hotel for your family and 10 min drive to the beach is a plus.

I wished there was a way to walk inside from the parking garage to the hotel without going outside.

Checked in, requested rollaway wasn’t told couldn’t have one with the room booked. Called guest services later on to be told I couldn’t have one. If I had known at check in I would have asked for a different room so I could have the rollaway even if I had to upgrade and pay more. Other than that, not a bad experience.

The Sheraton Myrtle Beach is conveniently located about 3 mins away from the beach and multiple shopping centers. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The overall property appearance of the hotel is average. There’s nice interior located on the second floor (Bar & Dining Room). There is an ice cream shop located on the first floor that is opened on the weekends. The interior of the hotel rooms could be upgraded. The walls are very thin so we heard our neighbors conversations. We also had the pleasure of hearing everyone walking back and forth in the hallway between 12a-3a. Lastly, The Sheraton has a cost of $10 per day for parking. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach and shopping centers, this would be a ok/good choice.

Nice. 👍 Would stay again. It’s walking distance from the ocean if you’re able to take a 10 to 15 minute walk . Staff was available, attentive and accommodating. Room and bathroom were spacious. Four elevators and they were all working, clean and accessible only by room key. Spouse enjoyed the mattress. Said it was firm and comfortable. Got the best sleep ever. Woke up without back pain. 🤗

This place seriously sucks, they booked my hotel for the wrong day and refused to refund us, AVOID THIS PLACE

We will definitely stay again, when we come back to Myrtle beach. Good location, good people and easy to get around. But, bad timing for us bc of Hurricane Deby.

Wish the rooms were in better condition. The bathroom door stopper broke and we were almost locked out. Luckily the hotel staff fixed it within an hour.

The tv streaming didn’t work and keep in mind it’s a convention center so with only one coffee shop and restaurant it was inconvenient. Tips were included at the restaurant so that kinda gyps the staff. Far enough away from the beach party scene that it’s quiet. Parking was easy to enter and exit. Overall I would recommend it.

Very nice place to stay not far from the beach. A little outdated scratches and stains on walls. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next to you to the hallway.
