Reviews
Guests have mixed feelings about their stay at this hotel. While many appreciate the location, cleanliness, and amenities such as the pool and beach access, there are frequent complaints about outdated rooms, poor maintenance, and issues with elevators.
- Great location and cleanliness
- Access to pools and beach
- Outdated rooms and poor maintenance
- Issues with elevators and long wait times
- 5/5
Took my family of 5 for our first vacation to Myrtle Beach. We loved our accommodations. Close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
My room refrigerator still has food from the prior guest and the staff did r properly restock the coffee & cups and supplies. Above everything else the hotel was wonderful.
- 3/5
Where the view, location, and room size were amazing, the room itself left much to be desired. It was very outdated (I am sure at one time the furnishings and decor were popular at one time) and had an “old” odor. The couch was very worn with odd pillows and the lighting throughout was very dim. The kitchen sink faucet was not properly affixed and felt as though it was going to come off every time we used it.
- 5/5
Definitely will be coming back.
- 5/5
Everything was great 😊
- 5/5
The best place!!! 10 out of 10!!
- 5/5
Great customer satisfaction
- 4/5
Stains on the furniture. All in all was good.
- 5/5
I have nothing negative to say, my stay was wonderful!
- 5/5
No complaints
- 3/5
The property overall, amenities and staff were great! We loved the location, the pools, the services and the shuttle rides. Our room itself was outdated, did not have the ocean view I paid for and we found someone's underwear behind the chair. I would return for the other items but speak up about the room as soon as I arrived so they had a chance to make things better.
- 5/5
The staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean and nice .The amenities were great.Food in the restaurants was good also.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. It would be nice to have the option for a late check out since. For a 1 day stay it was a little difficult to enjoy amenities due to check in being 4pm and water park closed at 5 and check out was 11. So I do know it is best to stay multiple nights.
- 5/5
We stayed in a three bedroom townhouse. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. It had the hardwood floors, not carpet!! We had our grands and they loved it also. My daughter says we will definitely come back!!! Loved it!!!
- 4/5
I really enjoyed the view. The room furniture was a little dated, but the hotel overall was nice. I really enjoyed being able to enjoy all of the amenities. The pool bar was good. Overall stay was great.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice pools and bars
- 3.5/5
All the hot tubs weren’t operable. No staff were there at the pool area and kids were running around unattended.
- 5/5
The beach view was great and the bar staff did a great job with thr drinks and service.
- 5/5
Great location on the beach and so many activities to do around the hotel itself great customer service and every area from the parking garage to the bathrooms and the relaxing areas were all well maintained!! Definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Everything Nothing
- 5/5
I can’t think of anything
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, only hate that the indoor pool is a 15 minute walk..
- 3/5
No one was ever at the front desk on our side of the hotel. Check in was confusing, had to go over to the adjoining hotel. Tv didn’t work, and the room was very outdated for the cost. For anyone staying in the summer stay at the other hotel cuz the pool for this one is so tiny lmao
- 5/5
We will give it a 9 out of 10 overall. The place was amazing. Our room was beautiful. View was beautiful. The only issue with the room I had was there were some hairs in the tub when we first got there. Also I dont think the spa jets in the tub have been cleaned there were black particles floating in the tub when it got turned on. This is the 2nd time the elevators were broken. It happened last stay as well. For what is being charged the elevators and things should be better maintained. The staff is amazing and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious. For the price that people pay I feel like parking should be assigned per room. It was hard to find park everyday. It took at least 5 to 10 mintues to find a park.
- 3/5
The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.
- 4.5/5
It was in a very nice area everything you need was in reach I love the property it was my third visit very quiet and peaceful
- 5/5
All was good
- 3/5
The property in the guest areas were good. The hotel room we were assigned was dated, the t.v. was small with a universal remote which was difficult to turn on and off. We went down to the enjoy one of the hot tubs around 9:00pm and the water was freezing.
- 5/5
Service was great bed slept well rooms clean. Nothing I didn't like.
- 5/5
Great for families! Clean beaches front hotel
- 3/5
It was ok. Each room is decorated differently. The first room I received had carpet and was outdated. Thankfully, they were able to give me an updated room that was modern with hardwood floors. The bed was uncomfortable but I prefer a soft mattress.
- 4.5/5
Did'nt have breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel has become dated. Furnishings in lobby are nearly tattered. Stained. Upper hallways are nice. Bedroom was austere. No dust ruffle. Only sheets. Thin blanket. Had to call for towels. We had two bath towels two hand towels. One circle soap. One shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pods- 2. Never replaced. Vinyl floors not cleaned under the bed. Crumbs and fuzzies. TV only had Samsung Channels. Restaurant had 2 staff members. We had reservations but left to eat off the property. Pool was nice. Pool bar also understaffed. The pools were nice. Used Embassy Suite pools as well which were very well staffed and well maintained.
- 5/5
My husband and I booked this property for our kids spring break trip and our son’s 4th birthday. Everything about this property was 10/10. The condo was perfect. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We will definitely book again.
- 5/5
Was good
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
It was near the water Nothing was bad
- 4.5/5
The rooms were more than I knew I was getting. To have Seasonings already in the room was impeccable. It was late and I ordered more towels and soap and it was delivered to my room very quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed myself There was an unexpected charge on the card that I was not aware of. I didn't see it and listed and when I checked in nobody told me about. When I went to ask about I got some generic response that didn't really make since. I wish I would have know about an additional hold at the beginning. Also I wish the remotes were labeled. It was a bit difficult trying to figure out how to turn on the TV. Lastly, the refrigerator ice machine wasn't working at first. It did eventually start working after we left it alone for a night.
- 4/5
Property is directly on the water with a great bar and nice pools. Very close to a lot of good spots in the area as well.
- 5/5
Beautiful location. Pools and decks chairs all over. Loved the beach. Had dinner in the adjoining Hilton and the food was superb. Rooms were nice and very clean.
- 5/5
Always enjoy staying here, one of our favorite places for long or short getaway!
- 2/5
Room was dated and NOT clean. Check in person was very rude and I was charged fees that I was not notified about.
- 3/5
The 3 bedroom condo was dated & there were numerous things broken one of which was the dishwasher. Very limited towels & toilet paper. The room was tired & worn.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
everything was as advertised great view and nice sunrises
- 1/5
Carpets in the room were very dirty. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom mirror was not cleaned. The shower also only kept the water hot for about five minutes and then it turned to cold water. Sheets were uncomfortable and stained.
- 2/5
Tv and wifi don’t work in living room . The tech came and didn’t fix it or come back. I had to go to the front desk. The next tech came back and fixed it but said it needed another cord. Nobody ever came for that but everything was working well enough. The room was not like it was shown online.
- 3/5
Spacious, convenient, and nice staff. The only negative that have to give is that the mattresses were terrible.
- 5/5
The condo (room 1501) itself was great with just a few minor inconveniences. The master bathroom when the toilet was flushed would keep running, we would flush it 1 or 2 more times and it would stop. The microwave handle was broken off and in the microwave (which was unplugged) you could see it was repaired previously. The indoor pool was not on the property that was mentioned in the amenities, when we shuttled over we were told it was closed for a couple days which was disappointing as the outdoor pool was too cold to swim. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and the view was priceless.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was amazing. Clean and spacious room, beautiful view, so many amenities. Our only complaint was the price of the breakfast buffet, $24.00 is a bit much but other than that, everything was great!
- 4.5/5
Toilet ran
- 1/5
The stay at Royal Palms Condominiums was supposed to be gift to my daughter. I used Hotels.com for the reservation. I was told that $40.95 was due at the property. However, over $300 in charges are on my daughter’s credit card!!! The staff was rude and refused to give her any explanation as to why the charges are there. This is ridiculous and I want those charges removed!!!
- 2.5/5
The location is great. Lots of amenities. This property has aged over the years but they have not done a good job with updating the rooms. The tile in the bathroom is broken and there are some nasty areas in the room. The coffee pot was disgusting. The televisions are not smart tvs so we couldn’t watch Netflix. The remotes barely worked. For the price you pay it should be way better than what it is.
- 5/5
I liked how clean and spacious the property was. I would definitely recommend Royale palms condominiums
- 4/5
When we travel to Myrtle Beach next year, we will stay at the Royal Palms and will request the same upgraded room. The front desk staff and manager were excellent. We were also given a nice refund for our inconvenience.
- 5/5
Clean room and the friendliest staff!!! Seriously, they were always available and well staffed.
- 5/5
Jacoozi in the Master Bath
- 5/5
Location. Boardwalk connection to the Embassy Suites Convention Center. Availability and small private pool.
- 5/5
Area Bed was not comfortable and it’s a little out dated
- 2/5
The heater was not working the first night and it was 40 degrees outside. Maintenance was called the next day and they fixed the problem, but then there was little to no hot water for a shower. The bedding was very thin and the sheets were dingy.
- 4/5
It was in a good location for us First time being in North Myrtle , much more quite and calm
- 5/5
I loved the hot tub Resort tax fees
- 3/5
Nice layout and view. Very dated furniture and electronics
- 4/5
I love the property. I stayed in the same room I've been in before.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, amenities
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
Resort was great, staff and bartenders were excellent. only complaint was the mattress in the room wasn't very comfortable.
- 4/5
The air conditioner ran all night and never cooled off the room. The coffee cups had the wrong sized lids. The step into the bathtub/shower is not conducive for shorter people. Michael at check in was cordial, engaging, and welcoming.
- 5/5
Love the balcony view love the staff very clean great resort everything was so close it was a business trip for me so everything was awesome.
- 1/5
Our condo smelled like fish when we arrived and the smell didn't go away until the 3rd day of keeping the sliders open. Access to the beach is unsafe for single females. On our first afternoon, we witnessed Royale staff escorting a drunk man to the beach where he proceeded to fall several times before I asked someone to go help him. I heard one staff member comment, "Once he's outside of our premises, he's not our problem." Despicable! Unkind human and poor reflection of how Royale Palms treats their guests.
- 3/5
I have stayed here a few times and never disappoint. I stayed in the 2 bedroom oceanfront. The furniture outdated and sheets felt like paper. The first day there no WiFi so that meant no TV. They sent a tech out to check on the signal; he had no clue what do. We had to go purchase a WiFi box cause we have 2 children that you know need WiFi! Jacuzzi tub was dirty. The 2 bedroom suite ocean view rooms are way better.
- 3/5
Outdated rooms. Although relatively clean. Some mildew in bathroom natural wall near toilets. Called housekeeping for towels etc, no results. Had to call again. Overall the rooms were neat and tidy but could have used a could dusting and deep clean of carpets.
- 5/5
Quiet, convenient, clean and beach access was great
- 5/5
Didn’t get to see a whole lot it rained the whole time we was there
- 5/5
We enjoyed every minute of this place. The food and service were excellent and the best beach view from the bar. Definitely a favorite spot to vacation now.
- 4/5
The food at the restaurant was delicious. I liked walking on the boardwalk when the beach was covered with water due to high tide and stormy weather. The pool water was very cold but the hot tub helped to warm up afterwards. We could not find the big gym, but the small one in the basement worded out nicely.
- 4/5
No!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
We had a two bedroom/2 bathroom oceanfront condo. Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and pool areas. Although spacious, it was in dire need of updating. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice but the king bed and the primary suite was so badly worn there was no loft left to it whatsoever and the sheets were so scratchy they almost felt as if they had sand on them. The two queen beds in the guest room were OK but again the sheets were terrible. I know that these are individually owned and then rented out by the hotel but they probably should still be inspected. Lumps in the worn carpeting caused us to trip several times. A couple of the TV remotes had dead batteries in them. We were left dish soap, a dish cloth and towel in the kitchen. Full size laundry was nice but there was no laundry soap, not even one pod to do any laundry. Bathroom toiletries are watery. Plenty of towels were left which was great. A couple of days there was a huge amount of sand in both pools but it was attended to the next day which was very nice. The smaller pool between the Hilton and Royal Palms building, although not oceanfront, is stellar. The wet whistle tiki bar is great and the people working there are wonderful. Dinner at Café Amalfi was wonderful as well and you must have George for your server for I feel like he is part of what makes the experience so great. I would stay again but I would definitely confirm that I had an updated condo like the one that is shown on the hotels.com website.
- 1/5
I didn’t get what I reserved. I was charged for 2 rooms when I originally booked a 3 bedroom ocean view. I was put in an anointed room that I got locked out of and took over 30 minutes before security finally arrived to let me in. My view was facing other rooms and couldn’t see the beach at all. Not only that, I was charged for 2 cars when I only had 1 and I now have 5 charges on my cc . NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. I paid in full for my trip with affirm so now I have to see if the charges are going to fall off my cc
- 3/5
Excellent propert around the condo but our room was not as clean as it should have been. The Royale is an older building as evidenced by the rooms.
- 3/5
Definitely could use a better cleaning and repairs. But it was okay
- 3/5
We were grossly over charged for our dinning the tab was $54 and the restaurant/bar charged my credit card $110. As a Hilton Honors member I should have received a $30 discount on one meal for 2. Parking fees of $20 a day was fine but we were charged an additional resort fee of $35 a day. The only resort amenities were the pools.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing and accommodations were great, with only one exception. No WiFi connection for the entire stay. Alerted guest services and management of problem. Problem never resolved, and still no WiFi. However, management advised that I would be credited in discounted parking fees. So overall, satisfactory. And will stay again in future. Thank you.
- 4/5
Royal Palms is attached to the Hilton and while the Hilton side is updated and furnished nicely the Royal Palms side is not.I got lucky to get roomed in the Hilton and everything was nice, my room had a few minor things that could be done like the bottom of the bathroom door was cracking & there were a few spots on the wall.
- 5/5
Parking is Wayt to far from condo.Need a bridge from parking garage.
- 5/5
A little confusion on a couple area of the resort, ie. Sauna and indoor pool, otherwise really nice
- 1/5
Worst bed I’ve ever slept on, got to the point where I couldn’t sleep my legs and lower back hurt so much had to checkout early. Staff is nowhere to be found most of the time and the amount of fees charged to your room when you get no cleaning service is unheard of. I do not recommend staying at the royal palms, it’s a very uncomfortable budget hotel with very poor soundproofing, you will hear everything through your walls. Water leaks, poor flushing, no wak in shower but rather a very deep bath tub which makes it a slipping hazard to even shower. Very disappointed in our room this year.
- 5/5
Great location to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 4/5
It had 3 pools with a nice boardwalk area to the beach
- 5/5
Clean property and friendly staff. However, no one answered at the front desk or any available number for that matter. We just wanted to make a call for more towels but..crickets
- 5/5
Nice hotel easy parking and the restaurant on site is excellent
- 2/5
Carpet is gross, bed had a plastic feeling sheet and sand in the bed. Really disappointed and very surprised this has the Hilton name.
- 1/5
This hotel oversells the rooms and they don’t care on taking care of their guests. Room’s online are not available at the property and what you paid for. Very deceiving. Good location and nice amenities though. Very bad customer service management never called back to address the issues. Remote needed batteries(could not watch tv) comforter was dirty and very used worn out, WiFi was not set up correctly and worked accordingly with the room number. We purchased with Expedia and hotel rerouted our concerns to them and stated they couldn’t do anything about it. This is not a three and half stars resort with the customer service we experienced I would say a one star. We paid $350 for 250 sq ft room. As they advertised a larger room with many amenities to the room. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy our stay!
- 3/5
Booked 2 night but have too leave early
- 5/5
Its a beautiful place with easy beach acess. Easy parking grarage
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
It was comfortable and clean, although I did not get the room I booked. I booked a one bed, king with ocean view and a kitchen but it was a two queen bed with no kitchen. It was still very enjoyable and would recommend to a friend and stay again.
- 4/5
Really nice resort away from the downtown area. Lots of pools and right on the beach!
- 5/5
Love it every time we stay here!!
- 4/5
Loved the stay. Great apartment on Royale palms highrise and well maintained.
- 5/5
Large condo on the beach great for walks. Excellent restaurant near by. Friendly staff!
- 2/5
Their “ocean view” descriptionof a room is very misleading. It should be partial ocean view as most hotels would describe.
- 4/5
We spent our baby-moon in Myrtle Beach and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, relaxing getaway. Staying at Royal Palms Condominiums was the perfect choice—our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view from the balcony, where we enjoyed quiet mornings watching the waves. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel even more special. The food at the resort was good. We especially loved the Wet Whistle Bar—their fried shrimp was absolutely amazing! Café Amalfi also impressed us with a delicious salmon dish that we’d highly recommend. This trip was everything we hoped for—calm, scenic, and memorable. It was the perfect way to spend time together before our little one arrives. We would absolutely recommend Royal Palms and Myrtle Beach to anyone looking for a peaceful affordable oceanfront escape.
- 3/5
Our air conditioning
- 5/5
Great location. Beautiful grounds and pools.
- 5/5
Clean and quite.
- 5/5
I wished the beds were more comfortable in the 2nd bedroom. Also, the furniture was a little outdated in our unit. But with all that, I still enjoyed my stay very much, and will be back next year. Love this Hilton property!!!
- 5/5
I love the view, the condos are nice, clean. Staff are nice and helpful. Spacious rooms as well.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing. Vlean room, friendly staff and great amenities. Hotel did list no pets but I did see several pets that were not service animals.
- 5/5
Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the check in to the cleanliness of the condo! We love this resort and will always come back!
- 4/5
It was nice, older building.
- 2/5
The toilet ran each time you flushed it and I had to take the top off to fix each time. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The lights in the bathroom went out a few times and I had to reset the button several times. The place is a dump.
- 2/5
Upon checking when we arrived to our room, my wife opened the door thinking there was a robe on the bed but when she walked further in we realized the room looked occupied still. The bedding is all over the place the bathroom had dirty clothes on the counter with open soaps. The cabinets were left open with trash on the sink. We called to speak with management and they told us they could switch our room but we would need to the desk to switch keys which was in the next building after hauling stuff from the car. The young lady at the front desk wasn’t the most pleasant when switch out stuff over. The new room we were assigned was ok, the best didn’t sleep well and we were in a joining room with extremely thin wall. Kids were screaming and stomping a lot.
- 5/5
Rooms are immaculate…
- 5/5
Fantastic trip, I really enjoyed Mrytle Beach, first time but I will be back
- 4/5
Overall the property was good. The particular condo that we stayed in needed updating. It was a bit run down (flooring, bathroom tile and fixtures).
- 1/5
Wasn't what I expected
- 5/5
Enjoy the spa if you get the chance
- 5/5
Everything was great the staff was absolute wonderful.
- 4/5
Was not a fan of the bedding, other than that everything was great.
- 4/5
Good Service
- 5/5
Went for my daughter's 4th birthday and the room was big enough for my family! We enjoyed some family time & the celebration of my daughter.
- 5/5
amazing
- 4/5
Check in is a bit odd. I walked in about 6:30pm and no one was at reception. There is a connecting hallway that a guest in the lobby directed me to. You actually check in at the Hilton. The room was clean, the view was nice and it was quiet. My stay was unseasonably cold but the heat in my room worked well.
- 2/5
Room heat didnt work
- 5/5
Excellent Value
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 3/5
Enjoyable stay
- 5/5
Everything was nice the hotel look exactly how it was shown on the website the customer service was great easy check in everyone was very helpful I will highly recommend this hotel
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable condo overlooking the ocean. Very quiet. This was my second time staying at this resort.
- 4/5
La alberca no esta ahi no me gustó
- 3/5
We usually stay at the Hilton but wanted to try Royale Palms this time. I have to say that overall, the property was quiet and for the most part, clean. Our room was a little disappointing. The shower in the bathroom was very old (definitely not accommodating to an older person), the sheets on the bed felt like sandpaper and one of the pillows smelt sweaty from a previous guest, and although not a big concern but still noted, the TV was very small. I really expected more.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing. The condo was clean and nice! The staff was professional and nice!!
- 5/5
One of my favorite places to stay in all of Myrtle. This facility has it all and you're allowed to use multiple places owned by hilton. As an amazing tiki Bar that Jets out onto the beach like no other hotel. I'm going over bills Royal palms condominiums for large families are a perfect place for family get togethers and vacations. You can't go wrong.
- 4/5
i always love staying at the royale. this time was a little frustrating. I was first assigned a room where hardly nothing work , like the oven, internet and many more appliances. Shotout to the maintenance guy and the guy that worked the front desk at nite. for getting me set up in an amazing condo. It all worked out.
- 5/5
The concierge was very helpful & we liked the shuttle.
- 5/5
Wow!! What a stay!! We had so much room and it was beautiful!! The views were stunning! The beach is right there! The property is amazing! I definitely plan to stay here again!!!
- 1/5
On arrival my 1st room the tv and internet didn’t work. It took 3.5 hours and 2 trips to the front desk from the 15th floor for them to give me another room. Also the 2nd room the internet didn’t work as well. The only contact I have has been with Expedia. Expedia did what they could to solve the issues. I know for sure that even Expedia could not get in touch with a member of management for a few days. I was told by Expedia that the Hilton would reach out to me through email but I still haven’t heard anything from them. Today is December 4 and I checked out of my room the day after Thanksgiving. I would never stay at this location ever again.
- 5/5
I really enjoy my stay every time I stay here.
- 3/5
Very out dated. Bedding very uncomfortable. Felt like the sheets were made out of cooking sheets
- 5/5
Great place to stay when you’re at Myrtle Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice and clean and the view was amazing
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Property was very nice, safe and quiet. The room was old, not updated and I never had hot water during by 4-day stay
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 3/5
While me and my spouse was there we once tried to turn on the heater and it didn’t work. Also we asked for a room on the top floor and didn’t receive it while we also we told the spa was closed and not working but we paid for it.
- 5/5
Quiet, beautiful weekend. Room was jyst as described and shown. Quiet area, yet lots to do at the resort
- 2/5
The room and the bed was full dog hair.
- 4/5
Hot tub not clean, pool not heated.
- 5/5
Beautiful property!
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying each year in October for a business retreat. Beautiful, Clean, Convenient to Shopping & Food.
- 5/5
Beautiful property and enjoyed our stay. Excellent amenities.
- 5/5
This was the absolute best property my husband and i have stayed at in our 25 years of travel together. It was extremely clean and quite. The beach was clean and relaxing. Everyone was courteous and nice.
- 2/5
Bedding was really outdated and had stains on it. I believe that for 35 dollars a day they should offer some beach chairs. Towels were slim to none. Overall it wasn’t the greatest stay, however Myrtle beach is nice.
- 3/5
Our apartment was totally different than pictures on Expedia app, it was not renovated . It was an older apartment. It was clean and quiet with a nice view at the ocean side.
- 4/5
Love the room
- 4/5
Nice stay, welcoming staff
- 5/5
Very clean and accommodating. We will come back again.
- 4/5
Overall Condo was good, just what we needed. Few minor things we had a beeping noise that maintenance was called about a hour after getting anthe room and they never showed until the next day after my 3rd call, then then 2 show up at different times 1 being 10pm the next night.. again a great choice but a but of updating would be nice and washer is rusted.
- 5/5
Great stay! Everything we needed was right there in the resort, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were clean.
- 4/5
Nothing every thing was good
- 5/5
We have stayed here three years in a row and love the resort, room and location. It is close to everything and in the heart of Myrtle Beach.
- 4/5
This was my second time staying at the resort. Overall my stay was great, however, the unit did not have towels and wash clothes and the shower needed to be cleaned.
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
Everything was nice!
- 3/5
Love the hall decor, loved the view from the balcony, Almalfi Restaurant had good food, and the pool aeas were nice. The mattresses were so soft that we were very uncomfortable. I was charged a different price for a muffin 2 days in a row. The rooms could really use some updating. The tub height is so high that I had to be careful getting in and out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The property was good but needed check in dedicated to Royal Palms as can get hectic checking in/out with only registration desk located next door.

The room was not cleaned upon arrival; however, the front desk gifted us 4 complimentary breakfasts for the inconvenience, which we felt was fair and well received.

I don’t recommend you book from this site, we paid for a suite in Royale Palms Condominiums and they put us in the Hilton hotel with a regular room. I asked the front desk about it and the manger said that it was an “upgrade” not knowing we had friends and family already staying in the hotel so we saw what it looked like and it wasn’t a upgrade at all.

Property is ok . Room was very dated , kitchen counters were dirty. The sheets on both beds were gross, old and sand …. Yes sand between the fitted sheet and sheet. Bathroom in master moldy . Also hit with additional fees not specified in original reservation … never again !

Very nice place due to Hilton shared amenities.

1. Condos do not look as advertised (see attached pics). They are poorly cleaned. After complaining about a dirty room (including liquid splattered on master headboard) and mold smell, I was relocated. The headboard in the 2nd condo fell as I was making the bed for my child to sleep in Management informed me that maintenance was on the way but after 2 hours, no one came. I originally called around 9:30/10. When I called back at midnight, I was told both management and the maintenance worker were gone. 2. I complained with the front desk the next morning and was shown 2 more rooms. All of them look the same (not as advertised). The hotel should show pictures that represent most of their rooms and not just a few. Daquan, the front desk manager, was able to get us to room 1901 which was similar to the advertised rooms, however, the toilet ran loudly nonstop. I understand condos are privately owned, but if this establishment is part of a Hilton chain/brand, it should represent Hilton quality. 3. It takes forever to get through for service. The phone rings and rings. Shouldn’t residents be able to make contact with the front? Other than that, it was not a good stay. Expedia was also not that helpful, as they redirected me back to the hotel after several issues. I filed a case with Hilton Guest Assistance, and the GM never responded, according to the Hilton brand.

This place was great and affordable

It wouldve been nice if there was ice on the floor and not the lobby. Also there were no restaurants or staff in our building. Otherwise excellent stay!

The area was nice and convenient for shopping and other activities, only problem we had was not being able to get wash cloths, they kept saying that it would be another hour but we never received them

Didn't like that it seemed to be a lot of time share folks trying to get people to sign up for a unit. That was a turn off.
