    It wasn't perfect. Rusty hinges, bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, safety lock was broken off. Ac wasn't working properly but it was working. Microwave needs to be replaced, rusted inside. The staff and continental breakfast were nice.

    My family and I stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and the front dest associated was nice. Once we got into our room I did my typical inspection of the room. I pulled back the sheets and instantly was disgusted!!! Hair of some sort was all over the beds ( 2 double beds) it looked to be animal hair. I immediately went downstairs...our room was changed immediately. The second room was ok. Knats was coming out the drain, there was a strong odor. But we dealt with it. The night time got real!! Dogs barking, upstairs guest was literally stomping and what sounded like furniture being drugged across the floor!! I was pissed and tired! The next day I asked for towels ( 4 people in a room and they only provide 2 washcloths) the housekeeper had the nerve!! To tell me that they can only provide 2 washcloths per room!! I immediately responded so " are we supposed to share towels) she said yes!! Im angry at this point! Because how is this ok.. as well as sanitary! She was very nasty.

    The price and location were good and convenient. The place smelled like an old basement. Damp and so much humidity that the laminate flooring was peeling up. AC was awful. On/off all night and just blowing warm air. I didn't even want to step on the floor with socks it was so gross.

    We got room #112, no issues. We checked for bugs, didn't find any. Clean sheets & towels, no stains. Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Free breakfast yes, but don't expect to see eggs, sausage or bacon. They serve waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt & cereal. Recommend if you are looking for a good night sleep without the downtown noise.

    On top of that, the entire hotel smells like marijuana hallways, rooms, everywhere. Absolutely terrible. The beds were dirty, everything felt filthy. And they charge a $100 deposit, so if you don’t have that extra money, you can’t even stay. I even saw a lady at the front desk get charged $260 by mistake, and they told her it would take 4 days to get her money back. Horrible. Do not stay here, especially if you have children. This place is full of crackheads and drug addicts.

    The staff member who checked us in was friendly. This hotel was rode hard and put away wet. From the pictures you would think it’s going to be a nice place but when you get there it’s like they just put perfume on the pig. Furniture is old and they put an either cover on it, or damaged from years of wear. Our room was surface level clean but it smelled like cat urine and the floors were streaky. A magic eraser could be used on the walls all around. I hate to be a downer but there was MUCH to be desired from this “quality” inn.

    Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!!

    The main thing I disliked was that they completely lied and said the hotel was sound proof, but it definitely was NOT. We were up all last night with blaring music and noise. We heard every car drive by. This was one of the main reasons I booked there as I thought it was soundproof and quiet. Total lie. The floors were warped, and the smell was terrible all over. Our room smelled like rotten chicken, and our room had a little stove that was covered in chicken grease. The room a/c fan didn't work well, and the pool was green. The woman at the front desk was on her cell phone throughout our time at breakfast (which was mediocre) but while stocking the missing food items and then again when we checked out. She also tried to make us pay $85 for checking in a couple of hours early. As it was we were completely ripped off as we spent almost $200 on our room and it was an awful experience. We will definitely not be back. I will pay the extra to stay elsewhere.

    NOTHING I’m from VA which is 5 plus hours away from Myrtle beach.. I decided to take a mini vacation but once I got there they told me they cancelled my room because they tried to take the payment and my card was locked. My booking was a “ pay at the property “ booking so I wasn’t aware that I needed to unlock my card immediately. I was forced to stay in my vehicle the first night because everyone else was unfortunately booked! Luckily my car doors locked because I was all alone and scared! If I was so tired I would’ve just drove the 5 plus hours back home but I probably would’ve fell asleep driving.

    Good inexpensive stay. About 15/20 minutes away from the beach. Wasn’t the best hotel but also not the worst. Staff was super friendly. Didn’t like the fact that the shower curtain rod didn’t hold the curtain correctly. Caused water to leak. If you’re a solo traveler I can see this being a perfect place.

    That dogs are allowed, but no dog park or area for pets. Have to walk dog along main road. Not clean and low quality. Room was not the cleanest. Stains or doors, handles, walls, and bed sheets. Hair in tub and sink. Bed sheets were stained and had bad odor. For the price all this place needs is a dog park (small just for bathroom spot), new paint and carpeted hallways. For the rooms, I love the mini kitchens, but the hood of the oven was sever stained and dusty. Do stainless hood cover, 2 stove tops. Built in microwave great idea, but needs an upgrade. It's small and barely works, too low voltage to properly reheat food. Mini fridge was fine and clean. Bathroom flooring needs to be redone. Also there were no full bath towels. We used floor mats as towels. Need full size cotton towels and cotton rags. I would change interior color to lighter tones to make rooms feel bigger instead of small and dark like a science lab. This property has the potential to be a great little spot, just needs a little love and a good spit shine. Probably around 150k investment, therefore pricing of rooms could still stay low and affordable while still making a profit.

    Our stay was for the holiday break. Everything overall was fine. We only wish the beds were more comfortable. They’re very stiff. Also the breakfast options. Understandable it doesn’t have to be offered but just giving a waffle without a protein seems a bit meh. We just sucked it up and ate out. The staff was great, customer service was on point when there was an issue with our key they fixed it immediately. We’d stay again for sure since we can take our puppy with us.

    Once we arrived we were told to pay an additional $100 for a deposit. Ummm NO! Then we went to our room and tried to settle in. We went to leave and our room door would not lock. We told the desk person who weirdly said he lives right across the room from our room. We got what they call, “ upgrade” for the door not locking. The room was very unusual and had a kitchenette between the beds ( fire hazard). The sink in the middle of the room was clogged and there were stains in the tub as pictured. A/C didn’t work as it should. I do not recommend

So I guess they don’t expect your dog will need to go to bathroom. And I don’t understand why I was required to give $100 deposit with or without a pet. There is a reason why it’s the or one of the lowest rates in that area. Oh, and the room’s door lock never worked correctly. I didn’t say anything about the lock because I got into an argument with the front desk person about the $25 a night fee. Apparently their website say it but in the Expedia app I just had seen “pets allowed” with no notes for an extra cost (I took screen shots because I thought that had to be wrong).     I had accident in this hotel and hurt myself. I did go to the emergency doctors. I have a report about it. They owe me money. I did not stay the whole term. The police officer help me move it to another quality in hotel better than this one, he put me and my granddaughter who’s four years old out like 730 Wednesday And he did not even do an issue report of me falling it hurt

I took photos of the unit. When I asked at the front desk I was told it was ok. There is a warning label right on the unit itself. I tried to speak to the manager and got the run around.

The second room we were given was cleaned but still had strong odor of mold and mildew. Coffee maker didnt work so i asked for another to be put in the room. Which was dropped off on the counter but never took the broken one nor hooked up the replacement. When i left to go out in the morning only to return that night to find my room door had been left open by housekeeping. Thankfully nothing was taken. Will not be staying there again. Everything was reported to the manager.

    The owner and the lady working (auditor?) were both extremely rude and unwelcoming. They also charged me a fee for my service animal even though that is illegal. I asked her twice if she was sure about charging me for that which she said yes. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The outside grass was full of trash and broken beer and alcohol bottles.

I approached a staff member and asked about cancellation policy and she very rudely told me to contact Expedia. Expedia then claims it’s on the hotel to refund our money and that they can do nothing more for us. The hotel manager asks me why I contacted Expedia and I told him why and he snapped at me and told me I should have requested a room transfer! As if I knew he was the manager of the hotel. Constantly outside smoking and never greeting anyone who walks in. I simply wanted to cancel our stay that first night (we had booked 5 nights) and get another hotel, but we were forced to stay all 5 nights because of the no refund. We are from out of state so it’s not like we could just go somewhere else especially if we are being charged. Never again will we ever stay at a Quality Inn.

Dumpster was overflowing trash was everywhere Property inside the owner, which I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name nor do I care was absolutely horrible. Had issues with the room told me to go tell dhec so that’s what I’m gonna go do. Food section was not clean and properly maintained. There was one young lady there that was extremely nice. It was a black lady. She tried to defend them, but there’s no point of trying to fit him told him I didn’t expect to get my entire amount back, but I didn’t expect to get half of it back. He told me no he owes me my deposit. I don’t see that being added back to my account yet either Will be contacting Dhec and will be getting in touch with the property district manager of the area. Do not stay at this property if I was hotels.com. I would take this location off my website.

The manager said there were no animals in the room, but the bathroom smelled overwhelmingly like cat pee. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Mold and filth. I checked out after less than 12 hours and paid for other accommodations for the week. The manager said they would refund the remaining 6 days, but he told the booking agency he would not. He lied!

    The front desk kid was very unprofessional. Propositioned my husband for a deal on our stay if he could come up to our room. Kept flirting with my husband. Never again will we stay here

    The elevator needs to be repaired or renovated bc it was making a terrible creaking sound all night(my room was right beside it). Other than that the stay was nice and the staff was friendly!

    The hotel room itself left much to be desired; the comforter on one bed had multiple holes/tears. There was a suspicious hole in the wall that was not in a position where it would have been leftover from a previous hanging picture. The tub had black mold in part of the caulk. The hook on the wall fell off with the weight of a towel. The towel rack was not in great shape, there was no stopper on the sink drain, and the room was humid and not temperate despite an air conditioner. It had a musty smell as well.

    The lady at the front desk at night was nice. The room when walking in had a strong odor to it not sure what it was and we also notice dead water bugs laying on there back in the room so maybe the odor we smelt was poison and know one came back to check. We had to get air freshener for the room to try and kill the smell but is was still a litte over powering we both woke up to the oder again and throats itching we had to spray again. Staff good room not good. There was a lady there with the same issue she thinks it was mold. She came to our room to smell and she could smell it even after we sprayed airfreshner she said thats how mold smell.

    Tried to call the front desk and the phone was misssing buttons and didn't work,yet there was a phone book dated 2022 So i went to the lobby and she says its rained for three weeks and the dampness has settled in 😆 Seriously im not ffrom out of state,i live 1:55 minutes away and it hasnt rained for three weeks straight. Went to use the kurig and all it did was shoot coffe grounds all over. Said someone from maintenance wpuld replace it, nope next morning same 💩. and lets not forget the floors were dirty would be an understatement. Should have stuck with the grandeshores and spent the e tra money. I guess you really do get what you pay for. They didn't even apologize or offer any kind of refund. A full refund is what they should have given or at least half. Feeling robbed Would not recommend it at all

    Not the best but made the best of it. Let’s start with the parking…. Horrible! Checking in and front desk nice, clean and friendly.Elevator hot,smelly,slow and has a bad start off. The hallways dark, hot not much light and floor dirty. The actual room was ok besides the walls are very thin and could hear people walking and babies crying all though the night. Cleaning could be a lot better!

    This is the worst experience in a hotel, we were not able to use main entrance with dogs and had to to use side exit with a broken door, there was no rule in the expedia website rules that dogs cannot be left alone in the hotel room, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that we must always be with the dogs in hotels and we were charged $25 for each dog plus a $100 deposit, the website says the hotel is pet friendly but we felt stressed, our plans were ruined and we had to stay in a hotel with dogs, the website included breakfast so that was part of the reason we booked the hotel, but when we arrived for breakfast there were no eggs, no sausage, just cold cereal and waffles, fruits.. it's called continental breakfast which is not stated on the website.

    I didn't even get to stay. Upon trying to check in I was told we could not leave our dog in our room when we went out to do anything. It was 100 degrees outside I could.not take my pet everywhere. Was told by the front desk person if we left we would be kicked out when we returned. This hotel was also not in walking distance of the beach. It was atleast a 45 minute walk

    I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have blackout curtains. And the walls are thin, was woken up at 2am by the guest next doors Alarm clock and then got to listen to them watch videos on their phone for the next 20 mins then talk to their friend. Ended up sleeping till 9:05 & went down for Breakfast which was already cleaned up. Front Desk lady was nice and gave me a muffin at least. Small parking lot too, if you have any kind of trailer would be impossible to park.

    We rented this hotel so that my dogs would be well, but this hotel says that they accept dogs and they spend time screwing you, when you go outside for a while. The dogs cannot bark at any time, when they are already calling you. That's why you rent a hotel for that the dogs can be there without any problem. I honestly don't understand why so many accept dogs, and they keep calling one every moment when the dogs bark.

    Family trip. The checkin staff was friendly and helpful. The room setup with island kitchen was very nice. We did have issues with stained bed linens and multiple keycard malfunctions but staff was quick to rectify.

    Hotel needed updates. Very outdated and dirty. Door took 3 times with card to get it to open and after closed a lot of play in door with gaps around it. Found popcorn and beer cap on top of shelf above clothes hangers. Room had a very musty smell and floors had a slippery substance on them. We got there at around 7 put our stuff in room and left for dinner. Got back around 10 to hear joining room playing music and talking loudly. We were packed and out of there by 11:30. This was our worst hotel experience ever
